DM & S Apartment

It was not clean the bed was hair overall. The floor also not cleaned.

Lokalizacja i udognienia - winda. Wygodne łóżko, taras.

Zapachy w łazience z odpływowa. Podłoga jakby myta brudnym mopem.

Jó elhelyezkedés Szép lakás, jól berendezve Könnyen megközelíthető Gördülékeny be- és kijelentkezés

Nagyon porosak voltak a redőnyök, ez enyhén bejött a szobába Nincs az ablakon szúnyogháló Az ágyon bár tiszta volt minden, mégis végig köhögtünk a párommal valamiért Elvétve egy-két tisztasági pontatlanság A hűtőben nincsen fagyasztó

We had a pleasant overall stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The room was comfortable, and we appreciated the friendly atmosphere. We had a good experience and would be happy to return. A little more attention to housekeeping would make the stay even more enjoyable.

One area that could be improved is the cleaning service. As we stayed for more than 9 nights, it would have been nice to have the room cleaned at least once during our stay. It would also have been helpful if the staff had checked whether we needed basic items such as soap and toilet paper.

We arrived at 18:00 on Saturday evening. Upon arrival, we could not enter the property because they had not sent us the code for the key box, and there was no one present to let us in. I tried to reach the property by phone for almost an hour. Only after I contacted Booking.com customer service did the property manager call me back. On the phone, he told me that I would have to wait another 30 minutes before he could let me in. Luckily, I had Booking.com customer service on the other line. Only after I complained to them did the property manager send me the code for the key box. The worst part is that, on the phone, the property manager told me that parking costs €30 per night and could only be paid in cash, even though the website states €20 and says nothing about cash payment. He also failed to mention that street parking is free of charge on weekends, which was relevant as we were staying there over the weekend. On the day of departure, I asked if I could use the parking just to load our luggage. I was told this was only possible if I paid €20 in cash.

Przestronne apartamenty i dobra lokalizacja obiektu.

It was very clean and beautiful apartment!

Location.

Parking was real problem not only for us but for others too as I could hear at the Reception area. Receptionist gets from me a 1/10 evaluation. We arrived with two little kids but he give no useful info or hint how and where a nearby parking lot could be found. Did the same then with another couple 5 minutes later. Or no, he wanted to send that guy to the City centre at a Tiefgarage…then to take a taxi to get back…I told him that it is nonsense. Still without any human reaction he was only typeing his laptop. Even an AI agent could have been more helpful. Clearly chose the wrong profession.

Komfortables Studio, sehr sauber. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern trotz strassenseitiger Lage sehr ruhig. Problemloser Self-check-in.

Pełno włosów pod prysznicem i w kuchni, pełno pajęczyn, rolety w oknach połamane i niedziałające. Lodówka i płyta brudna.

Nice, modern and clean

The apartment was missing drying rack , so I had to ask from the receptionist, but he said 20€ deposit!! I give him the 20€ and when I was checking out nobody was available to get my deposit back!!

Kolejny nocleg w Wiedniu wybiore w innym miejscu.

Wien selbst plus Verkehrsanbindung!

Unterkunft sehr schlecht beschrieben!

Príjemné ubytovanie v moderne zariadených apartmánoch, boli sme viackrát, vždy sme boli spokojní a radi sa vrátime.

V kúpeľni vždy chýbal šampón a sprchový gél 🤷‍♀️

Arrived late at night wasn’t too hard to find could do with better signage but we managed to find it in the DArk. Area was safe we walked around late and found local garage open with provisions. All in all Ok

Parking not clear to use around the area.

Obiekt ok. W apartamencie czysto.

It was ok

Not very clean

Spacious and quiet

When we arrived the apartment was not cleaned and we had to call in the middle of the night to be given another apartment

Trouba a nádobí nebyly dostatečně umyté a v kuchyni chyběla kuchyňská utěrka a smetáček.

Die Antwort war wie folgt: "Hello, unfortunatly we can not send forgotten items to their owners, but if thy are found you can take them back at the reception (or friends of yours) we keep forgoten items with us for 1 Month after that we throw them out".

Spacious

Property was not clean. Cleaning staff were still there when we arrived, including sending rubbish bags up and down the lift when we wanted to use it.

Apartament przestronny.

Brak informacji jednoznacznej o parkingu.

I přes drobnou jazykovou bariéru při vysvětlování úskalí podzemního parkoviště 😅 Dobrá lokalita, snadno dostupné centrum. Oceňuji 2 záchody v apartmánu, balkon a celkovou čistotu.

Byli jsme nahlášeny 3 dospělé osoby do apartmánu s 1 ložnicí a rozkládací pohovkou.

Nice space, good value, not far from the city centre by public transport.

No communication between customer service (when you message to the host) and reception desk… it is useless to write when you want something to accomplish.

Niekto to naozaj veľmi odflakol.

Funkcjonalny apartament, idealny na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt.

Apartment, localization,

Short time for reception opening, going out of underground parking only within reception working time. Early check out was not possible, even when announced one day in advance (parking platform was set in good position to leave) but when someone else parked the car, the platform was raised again and going out with the car was not possible until 8 am.

Przestronny apartament

Brakowało odpowiedniej ilości ściągnąć ręczników i pościeli. Nie było możliwości uruchomienia jacuzzi.

Mieszkanie ok ogólnie polecam , fajny taras , dobra lokalizacja , czysto .

We stayed at this apartment for one night. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the parking availability advertised on Booking.com. Unfortunately, the information was misleading. The listing states that parking is available on-site, but upon arrival we were informed that it is only accessible during reception opening hours (2 PM to 6 PM) and only if spaces are available. Fortunately, street parking was free during the weekend and we were able to find a spot nearby. The apartment itself was acceptable, but it left a lot to be desired. The terrace was in very poor condition, with dead, dried-out flowers, worn and damaged outdoor furniture, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it unpleasant to spend time there. The room had been cleaned, but it could definitely have been cleaner. For the price we paid, I expected a higher standard. It is fine for a one-night stay, but I would not recommend it for a longer visit.

We also noticed that the bedside lamp had a broken plug, which reflects a lack of attention to maintenance and guest comfort. What made our concerns even more credible was that during check-out, another guest was actively complaining about cleanliness issues and malfunctioning equipment in their room. This reinforced our impression that the problems we experienced were not isolated to our apartment. The surrounding area is also not particularly attractive. It feels like a typical outskirts-of-the-city location, with very limited amenities nearby. There was only a kebab place and a Lidl within walking distance.

Only the good memories of this place from our previous stay.

Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed. Two years ago, shortly after our wedding, my wife and I stayed in these apartments. We really enjoyed our stay back then, so for our anniversary I decided to surprise my wife and book the same place again, expecting the same level of quality and service. When we arrived, we received the keys at reception just a few minutes before the receptionist was about to leave. We went upstairs and were shocked to find that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests at all. Luckily, we managed to return to reception before the staff member left. After 6 PM, the keys are issued by a machine, so if we had arrived just a little later, I am not sure there would have been anyone available to help us. We showed the receptionist some photos, and we were given another room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. The shampoo was so heavily diluted with water that it could hardly be called shampoo. The toilet was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper, some of the towels were missing, there were hairs on the bed linen, and used paper and other rubbish were left in the bin. And this is only part of what we found — we did not even photograph everything. What made the situation especially disappointing was that this stay was meant to be a special surprise for our wedding anniversary. I specifically chose these apartments because we had such wonderful memories from our previous stay two years ago. Unfortunately, the standard today is completely different from what we experienced back then. I sincerely hope that the owner will pay attention to the quality of housekeeping, the work of the cleaning staff, and the way rooms are checked before new guests are allowed to check in. I simply cannot understand how a room with rubbish left behind, a dirty toilet, hair on the bed linen, missing towels and basic supplies can be considered clean and ready for new guests.

Alles good

Odada açılır kanepenin olmasını sevdik çocuklu aileler için güzel.

Oda çok tozluydu pisti yerler beğenmedim.

Tökéletes szállás, minden a képeknek megfelelő! A terasz fantasztikus! Kettő fürdő is a kényelmünket szolgálta!

Nincs ilyen!

Mindennel elégedett voltam, kivéve a tájèkoztatást a hozzájutáshoz a szobakulcshoz.

Pohodlné ubytování, jen trochu dál od centra.

Neodtékalo umyvadlo v koupelně.

We booked this apartment for four guests, expecting the accommodation to be fully prepared and to have a parking space as advertised. Upon arrival, we found out that the sofa bed was not made at all. When we asked the host when someone would come to set it up, they simply refused and told us to make our own bed. Paying for a stay and having to do self-service housekeeping is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the parking information on the listing is totally misleading—turns out they do not actually have guaranteed parking for everyone, contrary to what is implied. When confronted about these issues, the host showed zero willingness to resolve them or offer solutions. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend staying here.

De grote van de kamer. Die was fantastisch. Ruime badkamer. Allemaal prima.
