Blitzsauber und komfortabel für Familien mit Kindern. Gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. Gute ÖPNV Anbindung.

Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, aber wenn man keinen Parkplatz in der Umgebung findet, zahlt man nochmal 39€ pro Nacht für die Tiefgarage. Die Lage ist etwas abseits und schmucklos. Kommt man abends nach einem Ausflug zurück,, ist nur ein Eingang frei. Kann dann etwas verwirrend sein, da es mehrere Gebäude sind und mehrerere Etagen.

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem mit einem grossen Bett. Die Bettwäsche waren auch sehr sauber so wie alle Tücher. Wir haben die Küche nicht so viel Benutzt aber wir konnten alles finden was wir gebraucht haben. Die Wohnung war einfach zu finden, checkin auch easy zu machen.

Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen und das Parkplatz nebendran war mega teuer.

It was qiute easy to reach from Hauptbahnhof (20minutes approx). The enviroment really friendly and the staff was helpful all time. The room was high quality and bespite it was in the city centre there was no issue with the noises. Breakfast was good and my daughter who is allergic to gluten got several options on bread to eat.

I can t say anithing negative on it. :) If I have to mention something it was only the elevator which is not really fonctioning as it should be on the first day but after one hour it was also fixed.

Lokacija je odlična, izvan centra grada ali odlično povezana s centrom jer je tramvajska stanica odmah ispred hotela. Od tamo dalje idete gdje hoćete. Do centra 25 min. Doručak super!

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in dem Apartment. Alles war sehr sauber, das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und wir haben uns von Anfang an problemlos zurechtgefunden. Es war zwar kein Luxus, aber für den Preis absolut top und genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bardzo ładne mieszkanie, zawiera wszystko co potrzeba. Kontakt z obiektem bezproblemowy, duży plus za check-in online - nie trzeba nawet pojawiać się na recepcji :) Świetny stosunek ceny do jakości.

Very early check-in was possible (10 a.m). Large comfortable room, the upstairs was perfect for my little boy.

The breakfast could be better, not too various.

Duży apartament z osobnym pokojem, wygodnym łóżkiem i kilkoma poduszkami różnej wysokości. W salonie połączonym z kuchnią czekała rozłożona sofa do spania dla dzieci. Duża łazienka.

Jedynym minusem naszego apartamentu był ekspres do kawy, którego nie udało mi się uruchomić. Apartamenty są jednak zlokalizowane przy ruchliwej ulicy. Gdybyśmy trafili na apartament od strony ulicy na parterze byłoby zapewne dość głośno.

Es ist für kleine Kinder schon sehr lange mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu den gängigen Sehenswerten Spots. Dachte das wäre etwas zentraler und ginge schneller. Aber Fehler von mir, hätte mir die Lage besser anschauen müssen. Für Erwachsene aber kein Problem. Hatten ja 2 kleine Kinder mit. Nachts ist es laut, wofür auch niemand was kann. Sind vom Land und ganz klar, da geht es verkehrstechnisch gesehen eben etwas turbulenter zu. ☺️ Alles in allem, super sehenswerte Tage in Wien erlebt mit wunderschöner Unterkunft. ✨️

It was clean and large! The Price is absolutely good for Wien.

There is a scrapyard directly behind the hotel that creates noise, particularly between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. On top of that, the frequent train noise makes it difficult to sleep if you are sensitive.

Apartamentul a fost spatios, dotat cu tot ce am avut nevoie pentru 4 zile, foarte dragut amenajat pentru copii. Am avut apartament cu mansarda. Personalul foarte amabil. Parcarea subterana (39€/zi)

Cred ca la capitolul curatenie ar mai putea fi îmbunătățiri, dar per total a fost ok.

Cameră și micul dejun.

Locația nu are parcare așa cum apare pe booking. Am solicitat parcare înainte de a plati în chenarul de solicitări speciale, solicitate aprobată prin mail cu mențiunea ca nu vor fi taxe suplimentare. La cazare am constatat ca nu au parcare și ca trebuie să plătim parcarea cu 39 euro pe zi la o locația invecinata. Practic informațiile încărcate pe booking omit să spună ca parcarea e cu plată și ca parcarea nu este a locației ci o parcare privată alăturată. Am solicitat să îmi returneze banii deoarece nu a corespuns solicitărilor noastre și nu au fost de acord.

מדובר באיזור תעשיה מעורב מגורים כך שאין באיזור מה לעשות. יש תחבורה ציבורית ממש מחוץ למלון דירות

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, közhasznú használat kiváló a szállás előtt áll meg a villamos.

Tisztasággal semmi gond volt nem volt, visszont sajnos volt egy szag ami nagyon zavaró volt és olyan volt mintha nem lenne tiszta a szállás. Dohos ápolatlan szag.

Jeśli rzeczywiście miałabym się do czegoś przyczepić to dołączę do poprzedników: głośno po otworzeniu okna, cena za parking bardzo wysoka a w okolicy nawet w weekend ciężko zaparkować, choć nam się udało ale spory kawałek dalej, kody do zameldowania powinny być wysyłane wcześniej albo hotel powinien zmienić godz zameldowania z 15 na 16 bo kod przychodzi 45 min po tym jak możesz zamieszkać

Πολύ καλό ξενοδοχείο για οικογένειες!! Αν και θέλει συγκοινωνία για να πάτε στο κέντρο!! 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια απο τα βασιλικά ανάκτορα Schonbrunn. Οργανωμενο,άνετο , καθαρό και σιγουρα value for money!!

Overall, we had a good experience. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, and the location not far from Schönbrunn is fantastic. The underground parking for €39/day was super convenient. However, the cleaning was a bit disappointing. The bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean, but the dining table was wiped poorly (left with a greasy stain) and the floor didn't look vacuumed. That initial impression made us inspect the rest of the apartment more closely than we usually would. It's a great apartment, but the turn-over cleaning definitely needs an upgrade.

Inconvenient location, far from the city and public transportation, 30 minutes walk from Schönbrunn Palace. No TV in the bedrooms, one toilet and shower in family room.

For the reasonable price, we spent a night near Schönbrunn in a spacious apartment, quite well equipped and with breakfast in a nearby restaurant.

We couldn't get rid of the feeling that the apartment was dirty. The walls were full of scratches, and we needed to move a bed because something fell down under it and... simply, it was a mistake. Don't do that. Otherwise, I can't say that it wasn't clean. Just the overall impression wasn't good. I spent a night on the sofa in the living room, which was transformed into a bed, and when I am saying "I spent a night" and not "slept", it's because it was too difficult to sleep when it squeaks even when you take a deep breath. You need to take into account that the apartments are located on the main street, including a tram line. The windows are doing their best to insulate the sound from the street, however, the bikers and some not much zero-emission types of cars did much better. Breakfast - quite ok, if you are fine with the basics, like scrambled eggs which don't taste much like eggs, some sausages, yogurts, fruits... but don't expect anything special. The photos show more than you can expect... and we had a weekend stay during the summer holidays, with the hotel fully booked out. The place, the restaurant where the breakfast is served, was a bit more dirty and... used... than our apartment. Especially the seating area. I mean, it's ok to spend a night there if you prefer this location. For that price, you will get fair service and accommodation. But honestly, it's not a place where I would like to come back again, and I am glad that it was just for one night. Especially because of the sofa bed.

Hotel was new, nice and clean.

The breakfast was not very good. It was the same every day. The price for the room was good, but you also have to pay €38 per day for parking. I don’t think this is fair to guests. The accommodation looks cheap, but then everyone ends up paying a lot for parking.

Дуже чистий красивий просторий номер, смачні сніданки в ресторані поруч. Ми заселялися родиною біля 22:00, рецепція працює цілодобово, персонал дуже привітний. Рекомендуємо з чистим сумлінням цей готель.

Very beautiful accommodation with great facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed, including dishes and kitchen essentials. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience!

Bardzo czysto, apartament nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony. Personel miły i pomocny. Śniadania pyszne.

Jedyny mały minus dla osób podróżujących z dziećmi to bardzo mała bawialnia w której jest gorąco. Bardziej przystosowana dla malutkich dzieci. Dosyć drogi parking jak na cenę obiektu

Bella la struttura, abbastanza silenziosa. Posizione ben raggiungibile dai mezzi (un tram ferma proprio davanti - quindi lo sentirete la sera e la mattina). Letti ottimi, caffè in cialde offerto. Belli gli ambienti comuni, con biliardo e calcio balilla disponibili.

IL PARCHEGGIO NON è AFFATTO COMPRESO. Dovrete parcheggiare a 39 € al giorno nel parking vicino o lasciarla per strada pagando con EasyPark per massimo 2 ore (io ho preso multa), o come ho fatto io andare nei P+R per scambio con metropolitana. Colazione alla mattina scarsa e senza alcuna cura per la mia intolleranza al lattosio (la referente l'ha confusa con intolleranza al glutine).

Brak możliwości rezerwacji parkingu, choć przyznaję, że znalazłem miejsce bezproblemowo we wskazanym parkingu publicznym. Śniadanie skromne, ale smaczne.

La colazione è variegata, di buona ma non ottima qualità. Ci sono tanti seggioloni disponibili per i bambini e il personale è ben disposto nei loro confronti. Nella struttura c'è un'area giochi molto carina e ben attrezzata dove i bambini possono condividere i giochi. Nella nostra camera (il loft da 4 posti) ci sono due letti bassi e altri arredi a misura di bambino come nelle foto di presentazione. La piccola cucina è ben attrezzata con tutte le stoviglie, il microonde, la macchina del caffè e il bollitore e anche la lavastoviglie. Noi abbiamo trovato anche spugnetta e detersivo piatti, pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, sale e pepe e cialde per il caffè.

Abbiamo avuto il lettino e il seggiolone per la nostra bambina di un anno e mezzo, ma non c'era un fasciatoio che sarebbe stato utile.

- hotel guest parking 39 euros per night is extremely overpriced. - breakfast restaurant is too small for the size of the hotel, we had wait in line in the early morning to get a table. On Saturday it was close to half an hour to get in

Líbila se nám lokalita i celý apartmán. K dispozici byl kávovar i kvalitní kapsle, dále možnost kávy i dalších nápojů na recepci, kde na nás byli velmi milí. Lednice byla i s malým mrazícím boxem, k dispozici žehlička, žehlící prkno i sušák. Před domem byla tramvajová i autobusová zastávka. Na pokoji je klimatizace, pokud není otevřené okno, hluk z ulice není vůbec slyšet. Prostorná koupelna s toaletou. Vše bylo hezky sladěné. Ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Rádi se opět někdy vrátíme.

Breakfast, size of the rooms.

AC was only in one room and too small for a two room unit. So, both rooms were needed to be kept open for the unit to remain cool. Far from city center and public transit is not efficient from the hotel. So, ended up spending on an average 30 euros everyday on Taxi. Additionally parking could cost upto 39 euros if street parking is full. Towels are not replaced in the housekeeping room often.

Wszystko mi się podobało, począwszy od lokalizacji, udogodnień, atrakcji w hotelu, czystości, kończąc na śniadaniach. Bardzo dobre. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. W pokoju wszystko co potrzebne.Przystanek bardzo blisko. Myślę, że jeszcze tu wrócimy.

The night before our flight (11pm to be honest) I asked if they could arrange a morning taxi for the airport but never received an answer, so I found one by myself. Other than that everything was fine.

Apartma je bil prostoren, čist. Všeč nam je bila tudi igralnica. Check in je bil enostaven. Parkirišče je sicer plačljivo, vendar smo imeli avto tri dni lepo v garaži.

Totul ! Am avut un sejur reușit.Am fost 5 adulți și 2 copii cazați în două apartamente . Apartamentele sunt spațioase , curate și nu-ți lipsește absolut nimic .Personalul foarte amabil . În fața locației se află o stație de tramvai și una de autobuz .Poti ajunge foarte repede în centrul Vienei și în alte puncte de interes .Exista și un restaurant la parterul proprietății de unde se poate achiziționa micul de jun contra cost ( 19 € adult și 13 € copil ) plus și alte preparate . Dacă am fi să revenim în Viena , cu siguranță o să alegem tot acestă proprietate.

Luxury apartment, very clean and enough equipped. We appreciate the possibility of non-contact check-in and check-out. Our windows were located to the S-Bahn and some people would find the sounds from there annoying, especially in the lower bedroom, where the windows (with balcony) were nor so well isolated. But there was a very windy night there, which caused much nore noise in the attic, so we totally did not recognize any sounds from S-Bahn 😊 Also the reception desk stuff was very helpfull and nice.

The capacity of the restaurant where breakfasts were served was insufficient. People had to wait in a quite long queue outside before they could be seated. But the stuff there made their best to serve everyone in bearable time. Parking in the area is quite difficult.
