Reviewed Sep 4, 2026The location is excellent. Having parking right in front of the hotel is a great advantage. We stayed for 4 days and had no issues during our stay. The hotel facilities are good, and the hotel is clean. However, on the first day, we got stuck in the elevator and could not reach anyone from the hotel. We had to call the Greek emergency services for help. We also had difficulty opening the key box, and it took us 55 minutes to complete the check-in process. It was almost impossible to reach the staff when we needed assistance. Throughout our entire stay, we were never able to use the elevator again.

A partire dal nostro arrivo, avevamo il check-in della camera alle 15 e ce l'hanno sbloccata alle 16. Siamo stati un'ora fermi davanti al portone (con un caldo assurdo e aspettando la risposta ai messaggi che inviavamo alla struttura, perché non ci avevano confermato il check-in, nonostante io stesso avessi inviato tutti i documenti 6 giorni prima). Poi, per 5 giorni di pernottamento, non sono mai venuti a cambiarci le lenzuola e non hanno mai pulito la camera e la zona cucina. Gli asciugamani, se dovevamo cambiarli, costavano 5€ a persona, quando in genere dopo il terzo giorno dovrebbero cambiarli loro senza ulteriori spese, visto che non abbiamo pagato la camera così poco. In 5 persone ci avevano dato 3 rotoli di carta igienica, di cui 2 messi sull'apposito porta carta igienica e uno nel mobile, e siamo dovuti andare a comprarne altra. Esperienza da non rifare proprio per l'organizzazione dell'appartamento.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026really liked the central location. It’s close to the Old Town and the sea, and everything is accessible within about a 15-minute Uber ride. There is also a bus and trolleybus stop right in front of the building, while the metro station is about a 15-minute walk away. It’s also great that there is a grocery store nearby, several pizzerias, and Kalithea itself has a really excellent selection of restaurants.
There were a few things we didn’t like during our stay. First, there was only one set of towels provided. We were a large family of nine, and each person received just one large and one small towel for the entire seven-day stay. We also didn’t like that there was no cleaning service provided, at least once during the seven days. Alternatively, it would have been helpful to have basic cleaning supplies available in the apartment so that we could clean it ourselves. Another issue was that the room smelled strongly of tobacco. Despite the no-smoking policy, there was a noticeable cigarette smell, which made us think that someone may have smoked in the room previously. It is also possible that the ventilation system or air conditioning had not been properly cleaned, as the tobacco smell became particularly noticeable when the air conditioning was turned on.

The full digital locks were extremely annoying and did not feel safe at all. The support was mainly an AI agent responding and if you needed an extra clean towel, well, that came with a pricetag. The kitchen was basically non-existent, the noise from the street kept us up almost all night and cherry on top? When you're trying to check in, there are additional fees. And don't get me started on the codes for said digital locks. We managed to get ourselves locked out of the premises because I was given 2 different sets of codes and the machine just.... locked us out.

Κλείσαμε με το αγόρι μου τελευταία στιγμή στις 12 το βράδυ το δωμάτιο λόγω υπερβολικά κακής υγιεινής του πρώτου σπιτιού που είχαμε κλείσει και όχι μόνο μέχρι την 1 μας απαντούσε κανονικά για να μας κατευθύνει,αλλά ήταν τόσο άνετο το διαμέρισμα που κυριολεκτικά δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Πάνω από όλα καθαρό!!!!!

C'era tutto il necessario cosa non scontata spesso negli appartamenti , anche shampoo . Doccia davvero top , l'acqua calda arrivava subitissimo . Letto molto comodo , appartamento caldo e confortevole.
La pulizia poteva essere migliore , in particolare il pavimento . La strada su cui affaccia è trafficata e il rumore si sente nell'appartamento, per noi però tollerabile perché tornati a casa stanchissimi il sonno era immediato .

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Kallithea is just outside the city centre, but within easy walking and public transportation distance. I’ve stayed three times now in apartment 4.1 and have loved sitting on the balcony with tea and seeing the Philopappos Monument (especially when the moon is up!). The apartment is the perfect set up for either two people/couples (when I’ve travelled with friends) or a couple and a single person (as when we travel as a family with our teenager). There is a small kitchen area, a living/dining room, and two washrooms (one is en suite), so no one feels crowded. There are many cafes in the area and a sizeable market on the corner, so it’s easy to find whatever you need. I’m sure we will come again!
The avenue below can be a little loud. However, if you lower the shade, the sound is almost entirely blocked (and so is an early sunrise if you’re hoping to sleep in).

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένας διαθέσιμος υπάλληλος ώστε να εξυπηρετεί. Η τιμή είναι οκ αλλά δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται ο καθαρισμός, οπότε σε μια διαμονή 5 ημερών θα πρέπει να πληρώσεις για να καθαρίσουν. Κ η τιμή ήταν γύρω στα 50 ευρώ τη μέρα. Θα μπορούσαν καλύτερα με την εξυπηρέτηση κ τις παροχές.

Rušná ulice před domem - apartmány by mohli být lépe odhlučněné. Ale se špunty do uší to bylo ok!Bylo by super, kdyby v ubytování byla příručku jak si zamknout dveře a také návod na odemykání vchodových dveří případně další užitečné informace.
