Très agréable séjour à l’Heritage Hill Hotel, un bel hôtel de charme idéalement situé pour découvrir Athènes. La localisation est un véritable point fort : au pied de l’Acropole et suffisamment proche du centre pour visiter facilement la ville à pied. Les chambres sont confortables, agréables et bien équipées. L’accueil à l’hôtel était correct, sans être particulièrement marquant. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et propose ce qu’il faut pour bien commencer la journée, même si nous nous attendions peut-être à un peu plus pour un hôtel de ce standing. En revanche, énorme coup de cœur pour le restaurant rooftop de l’hôtel, qui fait vraiment la différence ! Très belle vue, excellents cocktails et surtout un service impeccable. Mention toute particulière aux deux serveuses qui ont été incroyablement gentilles, souriantes et attentionnées tout au long de la soirée. Un vrai plaisir et probablement notre meilleur souvenir de l’hôtel. Une très bonne adresse à Athènes, principalement pour son emplacement et son excellent rooftop.

Good location which is walkable to, or within a short metro journey of, the main sights. Really well appointed and clean hotel. I was very pleased with the quality of the room. Stunning views from the rooftop restaurant and good food and service. There are many other good and reasonably priced restaurants and bars nearby. Good breakfast selection with a variety of options. Friendly and helpful staff.

This is a good hotel, but in my view there are details which currently hold it back from being great. Wifi in the room was intermittent at best but generally of poor strength which forced me to use mobile data for the most part. No reasonable excuse for this in a city centre location. It is good that there is a small gym with three pieces of equipment, but the cross-training machine seemed to be broken. Poor housekeeping service - towels and other items were removed but not replaced and the bed was not made. I wasn't bothered for a two night stay, but this was below expected standards.

We were randomly assigned an accessible room despite booking a standard room. The accessible room did not offer the same level of quality and amenities, and we were initially told the hotel was full when we asked to change. We eventually spent one night in a downgraded room before moving to our booked room. Randomly assigning rooms with different standards without clearly advertising this beforehand, and making a room change difficult, is not a great experience. The centrally controlled AC took a while to cool the room, and the location is quite noisy with limited sound insulation. On the positive side, the staff was quite friendly and the standard room itself was quite nice. Finally, the hotel advertises Acqua di Parma amenities, but the products provided were inexpensive olive-themed amenities made in China, which felt misleading.

Breakfast was very good and tasty, room was clean and big enough, big plus is roof top bar with Acropolis view.

Towels was smelly even when they bring it fresh.

O atendimento do concierge do hotel, Andreas, foi excepcional e nos ajudou bastante (ele fala português). A Localização é excelente. O restaurante Zale, que fica no roof top do hotel com vista da Acrópole, tem ótimo atendimento e comida muito boa. O café da manhã também merece destaque.

A pequena geladeira do quarto não funcionou durante nossa estadia (apesar dos esforços para consertá-la). O elevador ficou sem funcionar em alguns momentos (tivemos que usar a escada e estávamos no sexto andar).

On a positive note, the hotel has a good location and the common areas are generally pleasant and well maintained. The room itself was comfortable enough and the overall atmosphere is quiet and suitable for a short stay.

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I would expect from a four-star hotel. I found an insect on the bathroom floor and reported it to the staff. The response was essentially that “these things can happen,” which I found rather dismissive and not particularly reassuring. The following morning, at breakfast, I asked for a second coffee and was told that I would have to pay extra for it. Neither issue is dramatic in itself, but taken together they reflect a level of service and attention to guests that, in my opinion, is simply not consistent with a four-star hotel.

An unexpected great stay in this wonderful hotel. The room is descent. Location is good, close to bus stops and metro station. And special thanks to Receptionist Foteini, who’s very warm hearted and carding for clients, and did me a great favor. And special thanks to staff Agni and Eleni who did a great job as well. Don’t forget to try their LATTE, the best one ever of my Mediterranean trip this time.

There was some «drama» at the breakfast! 2 people had pyjamas for breakfast, and obviously that wasn’t okay for the manager of the hotel, and partly I’ll agree, but if you going to yell wolf and pretend your hotel is Ritz-Carlton standard u should not have a breakfast chef that works in Crocs, jeans and your hair all out when preparing the food for the hotel guests! So this kinda made an awkward situation that morning for breakfast! If you going to act all fancy and tell the paying guests what to wear for breakfast, at least make sure that your own staff work proper clothing!

It was super clean and the design of the rooms is so cozy and comfortable. Good breakfast and great coffee. The rooftop bar had the most amazing view of the acropolis and the most kind waiters!

- we got stuck in the elevator 2 times and it stayed broken and out of service for about 2 days.

Κατά την αλλαγη σεντονιών και μαξιλαροθήκης μας έβαλαν πάλι βρώμικες, ζητήσαμε να αλλαχτούν και δεν αλλάχτηκαν ποτέ. Επίσης το προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού (δεν ξέρουμε για αλλού) είχε κοριούς που μας τσίπησαν !!

Estava tudo excelente.

Staff are friendly and relatively helpful, room was spacious, 5 minutes from subway, rooftop restaurant view is amazing and the food looks amazing as well - great for photos (taste is a bit subpar, but not terribly).

Breakfast selection was very limited (but otherwise pretty good), street very noisy (although windows provide reasonable insulation when closed. Most of all - housekeeping, for two of the three nights I stayed, it seemed as if they stopped halfway, taking cups and glasses without replacing them, etc. Really - it seemed that apart from replacing towels, they didn't really do anything useful (on the last night housekeeping was fine, so it may come down to a specific person), reception was helpful in sorting it out, so it was only an inconvinience.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. The rooms and facilities are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Up until the last day, I had a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately, one incident completely overshadowed the experience. After housekeeping serviced my room, my shopping bag containing a brand-new pair of shoes (still in the box) and my tax-free refund documents disappeared. The bag had been placed underneath the table, not in or near the trash bin. I was told that housekeeping had mistaken it for garbage and thrown it away. I cannot say what actually happened, but losing personal belongings in this way was extremely upsetting and significantly affected my stay. To the hotel’s credit, they refunded me for the cost of the shoes, which I appreciated. However, the situation caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I still believe this is a good hotel with excellent staff and accommodations, but I would advise future guests to be extra careful with any shopping bags or personal belongings left in their rooms, as this unfortunate incident shows that mistakes can happen.

Bell hop wasn't attentive to us, but when the next guess came inside the hotel.He helped them with their luggage.

The Staff were delightful and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and should be a destination for foodies. The room was comfy and very clean. Brekky was also lovely. The Hotel is well located and is very accessible to buses, taxi's and train.

Perhaps an upgrade to the pillows and sound proof glass as the road is very busy day and night.

Everything was perfect! The room, the food, and the staff were all top-notch. The rooftop restaurant Zale is the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, maybe even ever! The view of the city was fantastic.

By far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Athens, including the Marriott (and much cheaper)! Stunning rooms, nice staff, great location for walking to Plaka and Acropolis surrounds. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

We stayed at a second spot after this one in Plaka and liked the location better but If you stay here, go to Asymetro in the neighborhood, best meal we ate all 2 weeks In Greece!!

It is a really beautiful boutique hotel. The reception and rooftop dining room/bar are stunning. The rooms themselves while nice, are not nearly as pretty.

Any room facing the street should be avoided! The windows are absolutely terrible because it’s on a very busy main street unbelievably noisy. We didn’t at all and thankfully were able to move to a back room that was smaller than the one we paid for but thankfully very quiet. So in summary we had to move, and didn’t get what we paid for but we were still happy we stayed. Breakfast was included and was absolutely fantastic!

The standout feature of the hotel is its excellent customer service and highly attentive staff, who are available 24/7 and consistently go the extra mile. The team was especially helpful in arranging a taxi during a very busy period when we would have struggled to find one ourselves. The room was small but clean and well maintained. The hotel is located on a major road, so it is busy and noisy, but the location is convenient, with bus stops and a metro station right outside the entrance, as well as plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The city centre is about a 15-minute walk away, while the beach can be reached in 40–50 minutes by bus, although waiting times can sometimes be up to 30 minutes. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, including both traditional options and local cuisine, and overall enjoyable.

Very welcoming and professional staff, thank you for your service. It is good boutique hotel, there is also nice patio outside with tables to have a coffee/smoke/chat. Nice restaurant upstairs with view to Parthenon. Good price to quality ratio. Rooms have everything necessary.

Would be nice if Bfast could be served 30 minutes longer. Please pay attention to quality of iron, needs renewal (can leave dirty marks on the clothes).

Housekeeping didn't restock certain items in the bathroom. We would have to ask for them.

The customer service at check in was fantastic, polite and very informative, making our 3 day trip to Athens productive and rewarding.

The very kind staff . The receptionist, old guy with glasses . Super nice. Also the lady at the restaurant. The room was ok and breakfast was ok. Quite place. Top floor has nice restaurant with view to Acropolis. Nice decorating.

Room door was stuck and we had to slam it. Cleaning staff left service door opened all the time blocking our door . I asked for a hot blanket, so they gave me but not covered. Cleaning lady, did not replace the foot towel in the shower for 3 day and the shower only had a curtain. The restaurant was expensive while dishes not too big. Room facility is a lacking. As there is not enough electricity outlets. And light in not enough , specially at the bathroom. Also no shelf to put your stuff when wasing teath.

Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war frisch und gut. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläugfig erreichbar. Die Haltestelle der Metro ist ebenfalls in direkter Nähe.

Die Zimmer an der Straßenseite (sechsspurige Straße) sind trotz Schallschutzverglasung sehr laut. Auch nachts wird der Verkehr nicht weniger und man hat das Gefühl die Straße verläuft durchs Zimmer. Wir haben allerdings auf Nachfrage am zweiten Tag ein von der Straße abgewandtes Zimmer erhalten.

My safe was not secure to anything, I was very easily able to move safe around, I advised the receptionist they sent someone to address issue. I was told all the safe were just put on drawers and not secure. This was inaccurate seeing that the other three parties I travel with safe was secure to the drawers

Ramen zijn niet geluiddicht dus na een avondje Europe League, hoor je behoorlijk veel enthousiaste auto’s. Uiteraard was dit niet elke avond het geval :)

Потрясающий бутик-отель с невероятной атмосферой уюта и комфорта. Особенно хочется отметить наш номер с балконом — вид на Акрополь был просто завораживающим, особенно вечером. Просыпаться с таким пейзажем было настоящим удовольствием. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает ресторан на верхнем этаже: стильный интерьер, большие витражные окна и потрясающий панорамный вид на город создают совершенно особенную атмосферу. Идеальное место для завтрака или романтического ужина. Отель очень красивый, уютный и продуманный до мелочей. Персонал внимательный и гостеприимный. С удовольствием остановились бы здесь снова и обязательно рекомендуем всем, кто хочет насладиться атмосферой Афин и великолепными видами.

- A localização é muito boa, perto de metrô, do tram (algo semelhante a um VLT ou bonde), terminal de ônibus, restaurantes, mercados, etc. - O hotel fica perto de vários pontos turísticos (acessíveis a pé em poucos minutos). - O café da manhã ou mini almoço é excelente, com muitas opções. - O hotel fornecia como cortesia, todos os dias, garrafas de água e cápsulas de café. - A cama é grande e confortável. - O wifi funcionou bem. - O ar condicionado funcionou bem. - O quarto é espaçoso. - No 8° andar do hotel, tem um restaurante com vista para Acrópole. - Tem uma loja (tipo um restaurante/lanchonete/padaria) quase em frente ao hotel chamada Bread Factory que tem de tudo em alimentação (gostosos e com valores justos). - Bom elevador. - A decoração do hotel. - O quarto tem uma tv de tela grande com diversos canais [quase não vi ...mas estavam disponíveis]. -E a cereja do bolo: o Andreas (da recepção), além de competente e simpático com os hóspedes, fala português fluentemente! Ele nos auxiliou bastante. Sempre disposto a ajudar. - Como no dia que fomos embora saímos cedo, o hotel providenciou embalagens com lanches (já que não conseguiríamos comer o café no hotel).

- O quarto que ficamos era na parte de trás e tinha como vista da varanda os fundos de outros prédios [nem todos bonitos rs... mas o estado dos outros prédios não é culpa do hotel]. Pelo menos, dava para ver, olhando para baixo, um jardim interno do hotel que era bonito. - Na frente do hotel só tem espaço para uns 2 carros e por terem poucas vagas, quando chegamos, tivemos que descer na esquina. - Num dia, voltamos para o hotel e o pessoal da limpeza não tinha retirado o lixo nem reposto o papel no banheiro.

The location and friendly staff

The shower products advertised were false. A different brand was provided. The room was not sound proof - the noise from the road, even with the windows closed, was very loud. The AC is controlled by the hotel but it was very hot in the room and they didn't change it. The room safe wasn't secured into the wall and could be easily removed. The hotel fridge was warm not cold and the sink would fill up with water and not drain properly. We would definitely want our money back as we flagged all of this to the hotel and nothing changed

La qualità dei prodotti della colazione, la gentilezza dello staff sicuramente.

L'hotel insiste su una strada molto trafficata e dal sesto piano si sente il rumore (con le finestre chiuse). La colazione è servita a piano terra e non sul rooftop (niente vista sull'acropoli) ed è prevista una sola bevanda calda dalla macchina caffè. La camera un po' minimal, bagno piccolo e la porta scorrevole faceva fatica a chiudersi (Non me l'aspetto da un hotel 4 stelle). Abbiamo segnalato il problema e sono intervenuti ma dopo due giorni il problema si è ripresentato. Se avessimo prenotato a tariffa piena sarebbe stato molto deludente.

Very clean and modern hotel. All staff were extremely nice. We stayed for 6 nights and never had any problems or got bored! Room was comfortable and hotel location was perfect to roam around athens! We also rented a car and there were parking garages and psrking availabinties nearby. Breakfast was modest, more than expected and had a variety of options, some of which varied day by day. I highly recommend this hotel!
