We didn't stay as the listed room booked didn't exist. Unfortunately, after several discussions with booking.com and the owner of the property, the partial refund promised has not been received as yet. This difficult situation could have been resolved with a check of what was advertised on their listing before selling accommodations. As the owner says, "this should be a lesson for US"??? So with unresolved accommodation refund and additional transport costs, time wasted and upsetting interactions of our holiday memories, I urge the parties to list the properties correctly along with updated pictures of the property without colour enhancement.

Ruhig, direkt am Strand, einzigartiger Swimmingpool mit einer großen Glasfläche auf einer Seite, sehr zuvorkommend, Wohlwollendes Urlauben zum runterkommen. Da hat man mehr als man braucht 🌺🙏✅💯

Unfortunately, nothing. Due to the way the situation was handled, we were not even given the chance to experience the property.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Communication was confusing and inconsistent from the beginning. The hotel repeatedly pushed expensive private transport options and provided unclear or limited information about shared transport, making the process unnecessarily stressful. The most unacceptable part: our confirmed reservation was cancelled without informing us in advance. We only discovered this ourselves, which left us in a very difficult situation during our trip. This is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I also waited before writing this review to give the hotel a fair opportunity to correct their mistake. I contacted them multiple times requesting a refund and clarification, but my messages were repeatedly ignored. The complete lack of accountability and customer care is shocking. Overall, the experience felt very untrustworthy and poorly managed. Guests should not have to deal with cancellations without notice and ignored refund requests.

L'établissement est bien mais ca ne vaut pas le pris que l'on a payé. Il lui faudrait un rafraichissement. Il est au calme idéall pour se reposer. Pa contre le personnel et les propriétaires sont adorables. Jo la chef de cuisine fait le meilleur poulet curry que nous avons mangé aux Philippines. Michèle la propriétaire est très serviable elle nous a emmener en voiture à Port Barton et nous a aider à trouver notre prochaine logement.

I liked everything. The perfect place to chill. The pool and view is amazing. The team were great and I was very well looked after. The food and drinks were delicious. The room was super clean and toiletries provided as well as a fully stocked minibar.

Tiene una buena piscina pero no está tan equipada como en las fotos. Está bastante abandonada. Arriba en la piscina no hay sombrilla. Están abajo con hamacas en un solar. Los chicos estudiantes que tenían en prácticas fueron muy amables.

Necesita renovación. Estuvimos en una "villa" bastante grande pero vieja, con paredes de bambú trenzado donde la suciedad estaba impregnada. Había telarañas por rincones del baño. Restaurante bastante justo. Al estar apartado, no tienes alternativa, pero si puedes evitarlo, como en otro sitio. Elegimos este hotel por ser tranquilo como decía en los comentarios. La primera noche fue bien y pudimos estar leyendo escuchando el mar. Pero la segunda noche tuvimos que aguantar la fiesta que se habían montado los dueños con sus amigos hasta las tantas bebiendo y cantando (y acabando bastante perjudicados). Un despropósito viniendo de los propios dueños del hotel cuando son los que tienen que velar por el bienestar de sus huéspedes. Tuve que pedirles que por favor apagaran el karaoke porque nuestras hijas necesitaban dormir y pasaron a cantar a viva voz con la guitarra... Seguramente cuando abrieron hace 20 años estaba bien el lugar, pero ahora está viejo y abandonado. No volvería aquí y si buscas tranquilidad me iría a alguno de la playa "long beach". Aunque la zona está bastante apartada y vacía de oferta. Y como despedida, el último día me picaron chinches o moscas de arena/sandflies (según la dueña). La verdad que no sabría decir pero en mi pijama encontré algo sospechoso y me acordé de ellos el resto de la semana con los picores por las piernas.

Poolen, udsigten, beliggenheden (selvom det er besværligt at komme videre herfra), ejeren og hendes mand var meget søde og imødekommende, slet ikke så dårligt som nogen skriver. Personalet og ejeren var meget søde til at hjælpe med videre transport. Hvis du rejser på budget og skal videre til el Nido er det ikke smart at tage hertil, da det er dyrt og besværligt at komme videre. Vi var nødt til at tage en private transfer som kostede 6000p. Ellers ligger hotellet et meget stille og hyggeligt sted.

Hotellet har set bedre dage, det er meget slidt. Rengøringen er ikke i top og det er ikke så moderne mere. Det gætter jeg på det har været engang. Restauranten er meget lille, og morgenmaden er ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Deres aftensmad var heller ikke særlig god. Pizzaen smagte af jord og havde ikke fået nok i ovnen. Derudover kunne de ikke lave halvdelen af menukortet, fordi “de manglede et krydderi” (derfor vi var nødt til at bestille en pizza). Jeg vil anbefale at tage indtil byen med tuktuk, det koster 100p og tager kun 5 min. Her vil jeg anbefale Marina Terrace Restaurant, et mega hyggeligt lille sted, ejet af et sødt engelsk par.

Всё было отлично!! Отель находится прямо на берегу моря и рядом других отелей нет, можно почувствовать себя как на необитаемом острове, так как людей нет, только такие же гости из этого отеля. В номере есть всё необходимое для проживания. Хороший бассейн. Вкусно готовят! Замечательные очень гостеприимные хозяева Мишель и Брайан! И такой же прекрасный персонал! Поздравили меня с днем рождения, спели песню, было очень приятно!)))) До центра города можно доехать на трицикле за 100 песо, минут за 5-7, смотря куда вам надо. До пляжа Лонг бич чуть подальше. Спасибо большое за всё!!

The owners and regular staff were very nice. Breakfast was included and quite good. The staff were helpful in getting tuk tuks, answering questions, etc.

They have students doing work experience that were polite but quite incompetent. The facilities were quite rundown. Any other restaurant was at least 3 km away.

Where shall I start - we were allocated one of the best cabins (supposedly) - it was dirty claustrophobic cluttered with furniture- the bathroom had cracked tiles (dangerous) - we didn’t even use the shower as we would have felt dirtier after. Dust in all the surface - windows not been cleaned for possibly years…. I could continue

Klima Anlage extrem laut und hat wasser abgelassen morgens stand der ganze Boden unter Wasser.. netze am Fenstern fast alle beschädigt.. frei Gang für Kleintiere.. kraben.tausenfüssler Moskitos usw.. Wohnbereich Klima garnicht funkioniert.. andere zimmer fenster zusammen gebastelt..freie Gang für klein Tiere.. Pool heruntergekommen fliesen und leisten teilweise gelöst.. Meer voll mit Quallen keine Möglichkeit zu baden.. Besitzer total unhöflicher Rentner ..Klima angesprochen hat ihn nicht interessiert. Nach dem Motto mein hotel meine Regeln.. .preisleistung absolut übertrieben.. für zwei Nächte 356€ bezahlt.. maximal 50 € das ist sogar zuviel dafür.. Hausmeister bastelt ganze tag rum.. Leute liegen am Pool und er schlägt stundenlang auf ein blech was er vorgenommen will interessiert ihn garnicht die Lautstärke..wirklich dieses hotel war mit Abstand das schlechteste hotel wo ich war..

Posizione paradisiaca su una spiaggia selvaggia e incontaminata ma a pochi minuti di tuk tuk dalla cittadina. Panorama mozzafiato con tramonto sul mare bellissimo! Personale super gentile e disponibile! Ottimo cibo (anche gli spaghetti al ragù che hanno preparato per il mio bimbo erano deliziosi meglio di come li ho mangiati in alcuni ristoranti italiani!). È un posto fuori dal ritmo di massa dove passare alcuni giorni in assoluto relax con mare e spiaggia paradisiache! Super consigliato!

Opustoszały, zaniedbany hotel, który tylko na zdjęciach ładnie wygląda, w pokojach dużo robactwa, niedobre jedzenie w restauracji, która praktycznie nie funkcjonowała, średnia obsługa, nic tylko uciekać stamtąd.

Il personale è stato fantastico ed i proprietari del resort sempre pronti a darti consigli. Peccato che ero l'unico ospite in quanto San Vicente, mare a parte, ha poco da offrire. Puro relax...anche troppo

Foxy Beach Resort is a very good choice mainly because it is really close to the airport, which makes arrival and departure very easy. If you plan to explore San Vicente, it’s one of the better options to stay close to the main attractions while still having decent and comfortable conditions. The beach in front of the resort is usually quiet, clean, and mostly used by the guests. After a long day out, you can come back and relax in the calm sea, or if you stay at the resort during the day, you can simply open the door and walk straight into the water. The food is flexible, and you can arrange meals from the menu based on what you like. Breakfast and dinner feel quite personal, not rushed, which adds to the overall relaxed experience.

If you like noisy and busy evening, then you may need other place to stay

Excelente estadia no Foxy’s Beach Resort. A localização do espaço é muito boa, tendo uma scooter é muito rápido de chegar até ao centro da vila. Um lugar muito calmo e sossegado. O alojamento tem uma praia linda em frente, com um mar calmo. Admirávamos o paraíso todos os dias que íamos tomar o pequeno-almoço. O pequeno-almoço era muito bom, com ovos, torradas, fruta e café. Este sempre tomado na excelente companhia do Bryan e Michelle, com quem partilhámos inúmeras conversas, quase nos esquecendo de ir fazer as nossas atividades planeadas. Um casal muito simpático, amoroso e sempre disposto à disponibilizar a melhor estadia. Deram-nos algumas dicas de lugares a visitar em San Vicente e conselhos para a nossa viagem seguinte para El Nido. O quarto era simples e confortável. Ar condicionado moderno e silencioso. Água quente todos os dias nos banhos. Voltaríamos sem dúvida aqui! Gostámos muito.

Lo mejor, fué la amabilidad de los trabajadores.La comida muy rica y la piscina muy grande y estupenda y sobretodo por que eramos los únicos huespedes del hotel. Paz y tranquilidad

La habitación necesita un buen mantenimiento, tornillos salidos, la ducha rota etc etc...Decoración muy anticuada, básicamente la cama ocupa toda la habitación y los muebles son horribles y hay un armario cutre de un metro de alto.Muy caro para lo cutre que es.

WiFi wasn’t the best. One of the towels was dirty.

The staff was absolutely AMAZING! We had lovely breakfast talks with the owners, Michelle took us on a sightseeing trip and we had a super karaoke night together. There was a solution to every problem that arose and done with a smile. Breakfast was good (especially made for our taste), dinners super tasty, beach was private and sandy, pool was clean. Easy to get transport into town a short ride away.

Unfortunately some of the parasols by the pool had flown away before we came so it was quite exposed to the sun (but was promptly solved with a sail they hung up for us), a few more shady spots for Northerners like us who aren't used to the sun would have been a bonus. The pool was not so suitable for "soaking" and for kids but very much for swimming lanes as it's quite deep.

Nice quite place very private, and since we were not there during busy season it was extra nice. The room was sound proofed and good A/C. Big fridge that was icy cold! Nice and secure. The pool was huge, deep and clean! And a view from the pool and view deck, of ocean/ beach/ sunset Breakfast was buffet style, which was nice for big appetites. Beach out front was nice, quiet, and full of good walking to see lots of sea creature's. Not much for waves but that's normal for the entire island it seems. The owner was nice and friendly!

The front gate was annoying because it was only operable by the owner so if they weren't around it wasn't opened. And a small door with plants/ rocks partially blocking it was they only way to get a scooter in and out. Not a big deal for a strong able body and a rented scooter that a small scratch wouldn't matter with but could be more of an issue for some.

The owners of the property are extremely hospitably and accommodating. They let us enjoy San Vic and accompanied us to the event. It's like having a vacation at a friend's house. Superb!

Nothing, the place was an overpriced dump.

We booked 4 nights and left as soon as we could the next morning. The bed was old, tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom was small, the fridge leaked water and the few furnishings were archaic. The so called balcony was a share balcony with 2 old chairs overlooking the car park. There is no serviced bar, just a bench with bottles. There is no restaurant,.just a room with a few old tables and chairs and a couple of old fans. To get breakfast we had to find someone to open the room and had to wait till after 8am for eggs, toast and coffee. The gate to the beach was broken and the 2 umbrellas around the pool were broken. The pool water was dirty and there was scum on the glass in the pool. There are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Had to catch a ruk tuk into 'town' for a meal. Do not believe the website photos as they must have been taken 19 years ago when the place was new. Foxys has a hide to charge $150 a night. Stay in St Barton instead. We lost money leaving but it was the best decision to do so.

The food was good but limited. The refrigerator in the room was well stocked. Buffet breakfast changed each day. Views were great!

The gate to the beach is difficult to open and close. Outside facilities for some rooms are missing due to being a parking area.

Small restaurant

The location is perfect, peaceful and with a beautiful view. It has the coolest pool I've seen in Asia. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and different every morning. The beach in front is pure paradise without tourists. Staff was friendly and looked after us very well.

Wi-Fi and 4G in the area is not the best But it works sometimes.

The property was cozy and well kept by everyone.

Beachfront could use some lights so guests can enjoy hanging out along the shore after 7pm.

Michelle and Brian are great hosts. They go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay, even drove us to around town and to the airport. We were the only guests due to the place closing down for the holidays so it felt a bit to quiet.

A true heaven on earth! We were so happy we chose this place as it was the highlight of our trip! We had some real rest here, enjoying the sound of sea waves and swimming all the time. This is an ideal place for a calm and quiet holiday. We spent here four nights and didn’t want to leave. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable, the pool is huge, deep and simply amazing. It is constructed in a way you can take photis while undwrneath the water. The restaurant provides high quality food, the breakfast we had at Foxy’s was the best in the Philippines. The resort is right on the beach, so simply walk 1 minute and you are in the sea with warm water and sand. The view is stunning! It was obvious that the owners care about their costumers and purchase high quality products for the restaurant therefore the food is delicious. We recommend to try their Thai Chicken Curry, House club sandwich and Spaghetti bolognese. The staff is amazing and super friendly. The owners of the place - Michelle and Brian are brilliant people with a great love story and humane attitude towards everyone. And if you are lucky enough, you may enjoy love songs from Michelle who used to be a professional singer. They have a karaoke facility. So if you want to have a calm and relaxed vacation away from the city noise,, to feel like home and be treated very friendly, Foxy’s is the best in Palawan.

The owners Brian and Michelle were the most perfect hosts... Their staff, without exception are fantastic....An absolutely delightful location - with a private beach! Breakfast was a treat every morning, the restaurant served great food.. San Vicente is a very quiet location, almost like stepping back 30 years in time.. road traffic is non existent, No barking dogs or noisy chickens.. A place to really relax. Super Sunsets. The Airport is tiny, but working perfectly.

Foxy’s Beach resort is just outside the town of San Vicente on a beautiful stretch of beach. If you like peace and quiet this is the place for you. You can swim in the ocean then walk a few feet to swim in the large pool at the resort. Michelle and Brian (owners) are great hosts and their staff work hard to accommodate your every need. You can arrange to rent a scooter through Michelle which will allow you to explore the area further, particularly Long Beach which is a must to see.

Friendly and helpful owner, lovely beach , nice facilities and overall an excellent choice of hotel that exceeded expectations. Early check in and late check out was very much appreciated,

Nothing to criticise at all.

The location is amazing. It is perfect to disconnect because you don't have anything around, just the hotel and the private beach. The staff is really nice, always willing to help you in anything you need (bikes, dinner, etc). The sunsets from the hotel are one of the best we ever saw, so we totally recommend it.

Private and peaceful!! The owner was an absolute legend!!! And also his wife was amazing too!!! They did everything they could to make me welcome after a very stressful day!!!

The location is near the airport and just a few minutes away from 100 steps and Long Beach. It’s a beautiful hideaway from our busy lives. The owners are absolutely friendly and generous! The staffs are attentive and very accommodating. The view is stunning as it’s a sunset area. The rooms are fresh while the pool is crystal clear. The food is good, I just wish they had more vegetarian and fresh seafood options. I hope to be back soon. As much as I want to gatekeep, I think it’s better if more people get to enjoy Foxy’s and San Vicente, Palawan!

Everything was outstanding!! From the room and facilities to people who works there (owners and staff). The pool is huge, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the restaurant's menu is amazing. Right on the beach. Michel and her husband (both of them are the owners) are super kind and professional. They do their best to support and help you for everything you need. Their staff is super nice and do a perfect service . I recommend this place as absolutely must for staying close to the San Vicente.

Fantastic hospitality and really excellent food (I mean, really, I am a picky Italian), there is everything you need including a nice beach and a wonderful view. A recommended stop traveling between Puerto Princesa and El Nido, exploring Palawan, but you would for sure enjoy also a few days of outstanding nature. It is a simple place but nice and well cared for, the owners are adorable and you have all the amenities you need. It's a bit remote but this can be a plus if you look for privacy. The swimming pool looked great (but I didn't try it).

Our room was not in such a great position, but for one night it was ok, we didn't really have time to enjoy the view. If you care, ask for a seaview room because the resort has a nice panorama. There was nothing really wrong considering ours was just a stopover, just something I would care if I would stop longer.

The owners were very friendly and hospitable at all times, offering us any kind of service we needed. It is far from the city, but we got around by motorbike and were able to see the wonderful beaches and sights along the way.

Absolutely loved our stay at Foxy's... The resort, pool, room, and staff were all amazing. Incredible sunset views from the gorgeous pool area. we arrived there by accident (supposed to arrive in Port Barton) but glade we did .

It was owner operator and very friendly, breakfast was a good plentiful meal and the pool and views were amazing.

Wasn't much to do around the area. Yet we were there for relaxation so it was good for a break.

we chose this place as our last hotel in Philipines and it was perfect choice , the vibes so friendly atmoshphere , they took best care of us ❤️ thanks again from the twins✌️
