RIAD MARRAKECH DOORS

Una ubicación excelente, en un callejón entre la plaza y el zoco, pero no está escondido así que paseando por una de las calles principales te desvías y lo encuentras. Muy tranquilo y silencioso. El personal súper amable, llegamos muy temprano (5 horas antes del check-in) y no pusieron problemas, las habitaciones estaban listas y pudimos aprovechar ese día. El personal se adapta a tu ritmo, todos los días cambiábamos la hora del desayuno dependiendo de la hora de las excursiones y no pusieron ninguna pega. El desayuno varía cada día y cuenta con café, té, algún dulce y panes y crepes con mermeladas y mantequilla. Las habitaciones y el Riad están súper limpios, la habitación la limpian cada día y cambian las toallas. Cuentan con aire acondicionado y en mi caso la suite tiene minibar. Cada dia que limpiam la habitación te obsequian con botellas de agua. Las habitaciones y el riad estan completamente reformados y cuentan con todo lo necesario, enchufes, secador de pelo y aire acondicionado. Sin duda si vuelvo q Marrakech me volvería a alojar aquí, te sientes como en casa.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce charmant riad, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de raffinement. Dès notre arrivée, Icham nous a accueillis avec une telle gentillesse et une telle bienveillance que nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis comme en famille. Il a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions chez nous, toujours présent, toujours disponible, prêt à nous aider et à nous conseiller, même bien après notre séjour. Un véritable référent sur lequel on peut compter ! Grâce à lui, nous avons pu profiter de magnifiques excursions autour de Marrakech, notamment à Essaouira, avec des tarifs très avantageux qu'il a négociés pour nous. Son implication et son désir de faire plaisir sont remarquables. Après des journées bien remplies, nous avons également eu le bonheur de profiter des excellents massages d'Amina, qui s'est déplacée au riad. Un vrai moment de détente et de récupération, que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Là encore, l'accueil, les sourires et la gentillesse étaient toujours au rendez-vous. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de belles rencontres, de sourires, de senteurs et de merveilleux souvenirs. Une chose est certaine : nous n'avons qu'une envie… revenir très vite ! Merci infiniment à Icham et à toute l'équipe pour cette parenthèse de bonheur.

une validation morale digne d’un autre siècle! La propreté était acceptable (notre chambre sentait l’humidité), le personnel gentil et serviable (mais ne parlant ni anglais/français) certes. Mais devoir justifier sa vie privée et présenter un contrat de mariage pour partager une chambre avec son compagnon en 2026 est tout simplement sidérant. Le gérant a fait preuve d’un zèle intrusif et d’une absence totale d’empathie, au point de me pousser à quitter l’hôtel précipitamment. Je voyage pour découvrir un pays, pas pour être jugée, contrôlée ou paternalisée.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, in 5 Minuten war man am Djemaa el Fna Platz. Jeden Tag bekamen wir frische Handtücher, was wir eigentlich gar nicht brauchen. Jeden Tag bekamen wir 2 kleine Flaschen Wasser.

Die Zimmer haben nur Fenster zum Innenhof, und der ist ja mit Glas überdacht. Man kann also nie richtig lüften. Das ist aber bei den meisten Riads so.

A Decoração no geral e a pouca pressão da água do duche. O quarto é pequenino. As duas funcionárias não falam nenhuma língua além do árabe o que se torna difícil a comunicação.

Nuestra estancia en este riad fue, sencillamente, inolvidable. Desde la llegada sentimos una hospitalidad excepcional que hizo que Marrakech se viviera de una manera mucho más especial y auténtica. Queremos destacar especialmente la amabilidad y cercanía del propietario y de todo el personal, siempre atentos, discretos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. Más que huéspedes, nos hicieron sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos y cuidados, algo que hoy en día tiene un valor enorme. El riad transmite calma, belleza y una sensación constante de hogar. Los desayunos fueron otro de los grandes recuerdos del viaje: deliciosos, preparados con cariño y perfectos para comenzar el día. Además, agradecemos muchísimo todas las recomendaciones que nos dieron para descubrir la ciudad, así como la ayuda con el equipaje y la organización del taxi, detalles que marcaron la diferencia. Hay lugares bonitos, y luego están aquellos que dejan huella por las personas que los hacen especiales. Sin duda, este es uno de ellos. Nos llevamos un recuerdo maravilloso y esperamos volver algún día.

Emplacement idéal dans la médina, à deux pas des différents souks et de la place Jemma El Fna. Une chambre pour 3 personnes spacieuses, salle d'eau très agréable et fonctionnelle, literie au top, il règne un calme dans ce Riad qui pourtant est proche des rues animées. La chambre a été faite tous les jours. Elle est climatisée, de l'eau est fournie si besoin. L'accueil a été incroyable au même niveau que le petit déjeuner maison qui change tous les jours.

Riad bien situado con instalaciones nuevas, aire acondicionado, cómodo y acogedor. El personal del Riad, un chico super amable y servicial. Le pedimos que si nos podía hacer el desayuno un poquito antes de la hora establecida porque teníamos una excursión y nos lo hizo sin ningún problema. Los desayunos muy ricos y abundantes, además variaban alguna cosa cada día, como por ejemplo los zumos que nos preparaban cada día de un sabor diferente muy ricos. Una pena que con la terraza tan bonita que tenía en la azotea no sirvieran los desayunos allí o estuviera abierta para ser utilizada.

La habitación en la que nos alojamos era un poco pequeña, teniendo poco sitio para colocar la ropa al no tener armario (tenía una estantería con seis huecos para poner las cosas).

Emplacement parfait pour profiter des souks, visiter la ville... on était au coeur de la vieille ville, on en a profité à fond. Le riad est caché dans une petite ruelle à deux pas de la place principale. Accueil attentif avec un thé à la menthe et des petites douceurs, la chambre était petite mais propre et équipée de l'essentiel. Le riad est très calme,le personnel à l'écoute. Point fort : les petits-déjeuner, copieux et différents tous les matins. Merci au personnel pendant notre séjour

POSIZIONE ottima vicinissima alla piazza jemaa el-fna. siamo arrivate tardi (verso mezzanotte) per il check in ma il proprietario è stato favoloso, ci aspettava con il the alla menta1 colazione top, abbondante e molto buona. La camera di dimensioni non eccessive ma è andata benissimo per me e le mie figlie, un letto matrimoniale e un altro letto in un piccolo soppalco. consigliatissimo!

The location is amazing right next to the main square. Accommodated our request for a birthday celebration.

Rooms were quite small. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Weird smell coming from the bathroom (possibly the city's problem, not the hotel's). Had to leave very early for a flight, we asked if it would be possible to get a sandwich or something to go instead of the breakfast we paid for, but we were refused. Sometimes the only staff present were kitchen ladies who spoke zero English.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Riad Doors genossen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse – perfekt, um dem Trubel von Marrakesch für einen Moment zu entkommen. Die Lage ist top – zentraler geht’s kaum. Das Team vor Ort ist durchweg super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Auch der Inhaber ist bei Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert – man kann offen mit ihm sprechen und findet gemeinsam eine gute Lösung.

Ein kleiner Minuspunkt betrifft das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss: Dieses liegt direkt neben dem Eingang bzw. in der Lobby. Anfangs waren wir damit unzufrieden, und ein Zimmerwechsel war leider nicht möglich. Wichtig zu wissen: Auf Booking wird darauf hingewiesen - „Zimmer im Erdgeschoss“. Positiv: Der Geräuschpegel war am Ende in Ordnung, da das Riad nur wenige Zimmer hat und somit wenig Durchlauf herrscht.

Pequeno almoço com previa marcação e pré estipulado. Todos os dias diferente. À base de manteiga, doce, mel com uma espécie de panquecas fritas( um pouco gordurosas) sempre com um queque ou fatia de bolo, copo de sumo de laranja, café, leite, chá. Um pudim ou iogurte. 2 dias com ovos mexidos.

Dos 4 pequenos almoços só 2 tiveram pão.

We had a lovely stay at this riad; its great location made exploring the medina a breeze. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with refreshing mint tea and delicious cookies. The owner shared invaluable tips on getting around, restaurants to try etc. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout. Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and they cleaned our room daily (also changing towels). Highly recommend for an authentic, comfortable Marrakesh experience!

La taille de la chambre, on ouvre la porte on tombe directement sur le lit très peu de place pour rentrer dans la chambre. Manque des supports pour pouvoir accrocher ses serviettes.

Struttura centralissima, molto accogliente. La cucina è ben curata Abbiamo gustato delle ottime tajine. Colazione abbondante e variata. Le camere sono grandi e pulitissime! Riad da consigliare!!

Tout était parfait, personnel et propriétaire attentifs et attentionnés. Les petits déjeunés qui changeaient tous les jours sont un vrai plus. Localisation idéale pour visiter la médina. L'hôtel en lui même est très joli. Mise à disposition d'un lit bébé dans la chambre.

Siamo state 4 amiche il weekend del 16/18 gennaio. La posizione del Riad é fenomenale, a due passi dal centro, facilissimo da trovare e orientarsi. Il personale é la vera chicca d’oro del Riad.. un personale super qualificato, gentilissimo, pulitissimo e davvero ma davvero ospitale. Il loro the di benvenuto é delizioso. Avevamo la camera tripla e la camera doppia al piano superiore ed erano bellissime, pulitissime e super accoglienti. Nonostante il brutto tempo non abbiamo mai avuto problemi. Colazione ogni giorno diversa e buonissima, fatta al momento! Ogni cosa di cui avevamo bisogno erano super disposti ad aiutarci.. persino gli ombrelli! Sono molto felice e tornerei super volentieri! Il proprietario davvero carino e premuroso e ci ha dato la possibilità addirittura di poter usufruire di una stanza anche post check out per cambiarci visto il cattivo tempo! Meglio di così non potevamo chiedere! Wi-Fi veloce e doccia calda. Ringraziamo di cuore tutti!

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Nous avons du changer de chambre car le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la 1ere chambre et la chambre était très humide, idem dans la 2nd chambre, chauffage non fonctionnel.

Bel Riad nella Medina, personale molto gentile, colazione ottima, abbiamo prenotato anche la cena la prima sera e abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Stanza molto carina e curata

Il bagno a tratti non aveva un buon odore, forse dipende dal fatto che la nostra stanza era al piano terra.

Bellissimo Riad molto vicino a piazza Jam El Fnaa. Camere piccole ma accoglienti e staff gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione.

The house was extremely clean, very beautiful and cozy, with lovely Christmas decorations. The lady who welcomed us had such a contagious laugh and was incredibly kind and friendly – she greeted us with tea and delicious homemade cookies. The young man who helped her during breakfast also contributed to the warm and pleasant atmosphere. Every detail was carefully thought out, and we truly felt wonderful. And when we stepped out of this lovely haven, we were immediately thrown into the hustle and bustle of the medina – the contrast was incredible! Highly recommended!

Riad in posizione ottima vicino alla piazza principale, in centro alla medina e vicino a molti ristoranti e attrazioni. La colazione è speciale, tutte le mattina diversa e abbondante! Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La prima notte abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno che perdeva acqua sul pavimento e ci hanno subito cambiato camera.

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è il massimo, secondo me abbiamo pagato un po' troppo per l'offerta della struttura. Il bagno purtroppo emanava un cattivo odore e aveva le finiture e i mobili un po' rovinati. Avviso che il transfer dall'aereoporto è a pagamento.

The location of the Riad couldn’t be any better - it is where everyone wants to be when in Marrakech. The manager/owner was very friendly and helpful with all our needs and requests.

Small rooms aren't an issue since the size is transparently listed. However, the layout is inefficient. There’s almost nowhere to hang jackets or clothes. This is especially frustrating because towels don't dry in the bathroom, and there are no hooks or spaces in the main room to hang them up instead

The room were nice and clean, comfortable beds. We had a nice welcome to the Riad despite the late arrival hour and the host helped us with the trolley service (included - only at checkin, we paid for it at checkout). The location is very well positioned just near the main square.

Two of our 3 rooms were small, with very small bathrooms, one of which smelled really bad. Given the pricetag of this accomodation, the value for money is debatable.

Entri da un portone anonimo e ti ritrovi in un mondo fatato, profumato, silenzioso e rilassante. Questa è la sensazione che mi ha trasmesso questo riad, che è in generale il filo portante di ogni posto visitato in Marrakech. Il riad è veramente pulito e profumato, ogni giorno ci sono state cambiate le asciugamani, rifatto il letto e lasciate 2 bottiglie d’acqua. Il personale è gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Sono stata veramente contenta di scegliere anche questa posizione, che era perfetta, vicinissima alla piazza principale ed è l’unico punto della Medina che è vivo anche di sera. Sicuramente ci sono Riad più belli e maestosi, ma questo è assolutamente perfetto e lo consiglio.

Forse un po’ troppo caro. Il rapporto qualità prezzo potrebbe essere migliore, visto che il riad è veramente piccolo e le stanze minuscole. Avremmo gradito anche un mini frigo in camera, visto che fuori la temperatura era di 40 gradi…

Riad Marrakech Doors is a small Riad in the heart of the Medina. Mohcine and Wafae were happy, joyful hosts.

The service is amazing, the welcoming with moroccan tea, so personalized and they made it feel like a welcoming ceremony. Breakfast was also good.

Lovely five days at Doors. At a corner of the Fnaa, easy access to markets, great food and all things Marrakesh. Staff was attentive, graceful and welcoming, and breakfast each day was a treat. Recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights at this riad and for us was simply perfect! The location is extremely good, 3-4 minutes away from the main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa. Very close to the busy streets, but so quiet and peaceful once inside the riad. The owner, all family members and those who are working there are very welcoming and polite. We had delicious breakfast on the terrace, with eggs and a variety of Moroccan pancakes, juices and desserts, tea and coffee each day. The room size could be a bit small for some, however it is according to a traditional riad. It was cleaned each day and towels changed. We definitely recommend this location!

Where do I even begin? This Riad is tucked away on a quiet side street just off the main souk. Somehow, once inside, it feels incredibly peaceful—you hear none of the noise and chaos from outside. From the moment we arrived, the owner, Hisham, was there to welcome us, treating us like family. His service is truly unmatched. Breakfast was beautifully prepared by the lovely lady in the kitchen, who was always warm and friendly, and her cooking was fantastic. A special shoutout to Mohsin, who we interacted with the most—his constant smile and helpful nature made everything effortless. The staff’s attention to detail and personal touches really stood out. I traveled with my family, and not one of us had a single complaint. After reading the glowing reviews before our visit, it became clear why this place consistently receives five-star ratings. The Riad’s location is perfect—most major tourist spots are within a 15-minute walk. Navigating through the souks with Google Maps was easy, even with a pram. The main square is just a three-minute walk away, surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options to keep you entertained. If I return to Marrakech, I will absolutely stay here again—there’s nothing I would change!

Hicham was a fantastic host. He gave us great information on the area and things to see. One morning at breakfast we decided we wanted massages and Hicham had it organized and a masseuse on sight 90 minutes later. The breakfast was wonderful and good variety. The location was right by the square so easy to get around. Would absolutely recommend to any of my friends to stay here.

Our room was right off the lobby so it could get a little loud in the mornings.

Honestly the coffee was the only thing that could use improvement. Food was amazing and so was the tea!

The receptionist speaks only french we couldn t communicate even at the basics It took her every time 10-15’ minites to open the external main door, that means that I was waiting alone at night outside the Riad and it was dangerous The Shower system was broken and when I told to the owner we was very rude and the answer was that it was not his responsibility

Beautiful and well-maintained Riad in the middle of the Medina and the Souk. Very friendly host and a wonderful breakfast every day. Traditional Moroccan baths or hammams and restaurants within walking distance, also various high-end restaurants. Easy visits to palaces, markets and mosques, there is so much to see and do in the medina of Marrakech!

The place is near everything- restaurants, market, shops, yet it's still a quiet place to rest. All the staff have been very nice. The food has always been delicious, and my room has been kept clean and tidy everyday.

Beautiful and calming property. The staff is AMAZING. Hicham and everyone were so accommodating making sure I had everything I needed. My room was refreshed each day which was very nice. Oh the bed was very very comfortable!! One of the best parts is that I booked a massage on my last day and it was PERFECT. Although it was in the salon, it was still very nice and the massage therapist was highly skilled. I have had massages all over the world and she was definitely top 5. Very nurturing and catering touch. Thank you so much for wonderful stay!

My room was a little smaller than expected but it was just fine.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The owner and staff were very friendly, and helpful. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the square. We did not experience any security issues in the area. The rooms were spotless. The breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend for accommodation.

Excellent location, very close to Jamaa El Fna but in a quiet street. Secure area. The hosts were very helpful, sweet and present. Nice and clean rooms.

The staff was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. They gave us info and tips related to exploring Marrakech. I think they’d do everything in their power to make their guests enjoy the stay in the city. The location was superb – The hassle and vivid life of the medina was literally around just one corner, but inside the property it was peaceful and calm. The breakfast was really good and the traditional Moroccoan dishes that we had for dinner on the rooftop terrace was delicious – all made in the Riad’s kitchen by the staff! We felt like being a part of a family.

fantastic! This Riad was recently renovated and they did a fabulous job, the details are gorgeous. We traveled as a family and they took excellent care of us and our children. I don’t normally write reviews, but of the 160 countries I have been to for work and for pleasure, this was one of the BEST stays I have ever had. The staff was attentive and helpful, and always available. The hotel was probably the best located of all the Riads in Merrakesh, and somehow it was quiet inside even though it is literally steps away from Jeema square where everything is happening. I absolutely recommend this wholeheartedly. If you can get a reservation- stay here!

I liked the central position and the breakfast in the terrace. Riad is clean and nicely refurbished. Beautiful atmosphere. The staff very friendly and kind, definitely recommend a stay at Marrakesh Doors.

The bathroom had a drainage smelly smell which wasn’t pleasant. Also I would have liked to have a softer pillow to choose but I guess it is a personal preference

I wish I could score it an 11. This is a small, family run riad with one of the best host I've ever met. Hicham was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel like we were at home. From the first moment we arrived until we left we felt the genuine care. The riad is very central and very quiet, even though it's only 1 minute away from the Main square Jamaa Al-Fna. It also felt very safe and private. The cookery class on offer was a great personal touch and it's decently priced.
