Everything was amazing. The owner is very welcoming and provided us with useful tips and recommandations, the staff have been amazing, extremely helpful. The place is absolutely gorgeous.

The staff was amazing, kind and always ready for any need. The breakfast was really good and abundant, the rooms very clean, the position fantastic in a quite place ti sleep but also very near to the heart of the Medina.

Nous avons pris nos repas sur la terrasse, c etait très agréable. Le Riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Nous recommandons, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

フランス人のオーナーがスタイリッシュなジェントルマン。仕事のスピーディーさと、 おもてなしの心には日本人もびっくり。 うまくいかなくて困っていることへの対応も、心からとても親切にしていただけた。友人への 誕生日祝いまでして頂き、ありがとうございました！ リヤドから一歩外へ出るとパラレルワールド。楽しくて少し危険なマラケシュ（狭い通路にバイクがもう突進する）のカオスから、静かで落ち着いた空間のリヤドに帰られることが嬉しかった。朝の朝食は、毎日変わるし、可愛い小鳥が来てくれます。笑顔が可愛いホテルマン青年にも癒されます。連泊するとこのリヤドの良さがわかるので、連泊がオススメです！

モロッコの水回り事情を理解する必要がある。 お風呂のドアがないため、なるべく壁際に 寄ってシャワーを浴びないと、洗面所が水浸しになる。トイレは、ティッシュペーパーを流してはだめなことを忘れてはいけない。

LThis hotel was such a great experience for our first days in Morocco. The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to the main attractions, and the area felt very safe even at night. We saw many local women and families with children walking around nearby in the evening, which made the atmosphere feel very comfortable and welcoming. The taxi drop-off point is also convenient, with only a short 5-minute walk to the hotel. The interior design is understated, modern, and elegant. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. One detail I especially appreciated as a woman traveler was the availability of cotton swabs, makeup pads, and other small female-friendly amenities — honestly something I rarely saw during my time in Morocco, and it made the stay feel extra considerate. The staff were incredibly warm and genuine. You could really feel their happiness and hospitality came from the heart rather than just professional service. Breakfast was also delicious and very generous, with plenty of options to start the day well. I would especially recommend this place for anyone visiting Morocco for the first time. It gave us a very smooth, comfortable, and welcoming start to the trip.

Wer es sich in Marrakesch gutgehen und sich verwöhnen lassen will, kommt ins Riad Al Nubala. Das Riad ist ein Traum. Extrem gepflegt und sauber mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse. Und die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitengasse in der Kasbah war aus unserer Sicht perfekt. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell in die Medina, ist aber nicht mitten im Trubel. Gastgeber kann man sich keine besseren wünschen. Florence und Cédric und auch ihr Team kümmern sich um jeden Gast und stehen den ganzen Tag mit Tipps, Tee und einem netten Wort zur Verfügung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Очень стильный интерьер, все подобрано со вкусом. Собственники французы живут в этом же риаде, соответственно за всем следят сами, как следствие все на высшем уровне. Полотенец как в отеле 5 звезд. Мыльные принадлежности пахнут супер. Рекомендуют что посетить в Марракеше. Если еще раз приеду в Марракеш однозначно остановлюсь тут. Хороший завтрак.

Located just off the main street provided ease of access and quiet retreat. The property was immaculate with attentive & welcoming staff. A lovely rooftop terrace offers wonderful space to relax.

The only downside was we would have loved to stay longer to enjoy more the Riad’s spaces.

Parfaite distance entre le centre, ni trop proche pour le bruit et ni trop loin pour y aller simplement. Superbe décoration et bâtiment avec terrasse. Le responsable de l’établissement, Cédric, est un hôte accueillant et bienveillants. Il nous a aiguillé et conseillé sur les visites à faire au sein de la ville et ses alentours et en plus de ça nous a réservé le taxi pour le départ à un prix abordable.

I stayed for one night and Cédric and Florence were the most wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating, had good recommendations and were always willing to help. The riad has a very cozy vibe and feels very much like a family homestay. I stayed in the double room and it was perfect for what I needed. I would highly recommend this riad for someone wanting to stay close but outside the chaos of the Medina!

The noise insulation inside the room could be improved but it didn't matter to me as the riad is small and quiet!

Riad Al Nubbala is a gem in Kasbah Marrakesh! Everything made our stay really nice and comfortable! The breakfast also was delicious, offering different options every day! Finally the staff was very helpful, kind and hospitable! When back in Morocco, Riad Al Nubbala will be our first choice!

Riad Al Nubala è il top, Cedric sin dal momento della prenotazione è stato sempre disponibile e pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande, ci ha dato tantissimi consigli per la nostra prima volta a Marrakech, insieme alla moglie Florence gestiscono questa bomboniera curata con gusto in ogni minimo dettaglio. Questo Riad è un oasi di pace, accoglienza con tè e biscotti, pulizia top, colazioni super e possibilità anche di cenare, cosa che consiglio vivamente, cena da leccarsi i baffi grazie a Rachida e Aicha, è stata la nostra prima cena della vacanza e senza dubbio la più buona e abbondante. Walid ci accoglieva ad ogni ora del mattino e della sera con sorriso e gentilezza, preoccupandosi sempre delle nostre necessità. Insomma tutto perfetto. La struttura dista circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale e la zona della Kasbah in cui si trova è molto caratteristica e tranquilla. Abbiamo prenotato il transfer dall’aeroporto con loro e sia all’arrivo che alla partenza Cedric ci ha accompagnati e aspettato con noi. Consiglio vivamente questo bellissimo Riad. Il Wifi disponibile in struttura ha sempre funzionato molto bene.

Sinceramente nulla al massimo posso solo dire che la stanza non era grandissima ma andava benissimo ed era presente tutto il necessario per ogni tipo di esigenza; nella nostra stanza il bagno era dotato di porta per separarlo dalla stanza, ma la parete non arrivava fino al soffitto….forse questo potrebbe dar fastidio se non si è molto in intimità 😜

The Riad was absolutely fantastic! We had a phenomenal stay, and cannot recommend this place more! For a city as crazy as Marrakech (in the best way possible) having such a wonderful, and conveniently located riad was a blessing, making the trip completely stress free. The staff, especially Cédric, were endlessly helpful, and provided many great recommendations for sights and food adding to the charm of the riad. And, as a bonus, the breakfast differed each day, and was always delicious. Eating on the rooftop terrace each morning as the sun rose was a lovely way to spend each day. Highly recommend for couples!

This was the best Riad we have stayed at. Recently renovated to a high European standard it is obvious that the owners worked with local craftsmen in a distinctly Moroccan style, to exacting detail. Modern stainless kitchens are used by their chef to offer a daily variety in breakfast as well as optional delicious suppers at reasonable rates. Attentive and helpful hosts attended to everything between suggestions for a walking tour (with a provided map) to our laundry. It was quiet clean and comfortable. C'est manifique!

Located in the Kasbah neighborhood, I found it to be quieter than the rest of the city and slept very well due to the amazing rooms. Walking distance to many points of interest. Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodated all my special requests! Will stay here again!

Z całego serca polecamy Riad Al Nubala. Spędziliśmy tu 4 noce. Riad jest czysty, ciepły (byliśmy zimą). Śniadania sa bardzo smaczne. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Kontakt z Riadem byl swietny jeszcze zanim przylecielismy do Marrakeszu. Zorganizowano dla nas taksówkę i bezpiecznie przetransportowano z lotniska pod same drzwi. Zostaliśmy przywitani pyszną miętową herbatą. Wyjaśniono nam gdzie sie poruszać, co zobaczyć i gdzie zjeść. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, wszędzie chodziliśmy pieszo . Poznaliśmy i poczuliśmy wyjątkowy klimat mediny. Jednocześnie w rijadzie było bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Wieczorami, po powrocie z miasta czekała na nas miętowa herbatą- nie piliśmy takiej nigdy. Byla rewelacyjna. Pokój jest dość maly ale właściwie tylko w nim spaliśmy więc nie miało to znaczenia. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne. Cédric and the team at Riad Al Nubala are the kindest, most caring people and they really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially as a solo female traveler. Even before my stay, they were very communicative over WhatsApp to coordinate my payments and airport transfer. When I arrived, Aimad greeted me at the taxi drop off and walked me to the riad. Aimad was the sweetest and kept me company for my first dinner at the riad and I really enjoyed our conversations. The riad is gorgeous and so comfortable and Rachida and Cédric are amazing cooks. I loved every breakfast, dinner, and dessert that I tried. The location is also perfect in a quiet spot only a 30 minute walk to all the main attractions and near many good restaurants and a pharmacy. I unfortunately fell ill with stomach problems on my Sahara tour, and the team was so so kind, allowing me to extended my stay at the riad to recover, getting me fresh bread and bringing me coffees to make sure I was feeling well. Their hospitality is truly unmatched and I can’t wait to return again on my next trip to Morocco. Thank you again Cédric, Rachida, and Aimad!

Riad utrzymany w marokańskim stylu ale bardzo mi brakowało marokańskich kolorów , wystrój bardzo monotonny , nie ma też oczka wodnego które w mojej opinii powinno być , ponieważ to jest serce każdego Riad. Szmer wody , to moje skojarzenie z Riad, nie byka to moja pierwsza podróż do Maroko.

A unica coisa que não gostei foi da privacidade do quarto. O nosso quarto era no piso inferior e ouvia se tudo. Por estar logo localizado na entrada principal do riad, a possibilidade de outros hóspedes espreitarem o quarto era grande.

Desde el minuto uno, el personal del Riad nos atendió para que nuestra estancia fuese inolvidable, y así fue. Nos sentimos en todo momento como en casa y Cedric nos facilitó todas nuestras demandas. No olvideramos fácilmente esos desayunos, las charlas nocturnas con té y todo lo que supuso y vivimos con nuestras familias, y en gran parte gracias a la calidad humana del personal del Riad. Volveremos seguro !!!

One minor thing which was sorted very quickly. We didnt have hot water one night due to a timing issue. Wahid and Florence were on it straight away. Both were very apologetic and you could tell this was not the norm. Florence even paid for our taxi to the airport as an apology.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka: materace bardzo dobre; Pyszne śniadania: sok, herbata, kawa, bułeczki, chlebki, gofry, racuchy, naleśniki (każdy dzień inaczej), jogurty, ciasto, owoce, jajecznica lub omlet; Lokalizacja: bardzo dobra, spacerkiem do mediny; w cichym miejscu; Obsługa: czuliśmy się, jakbyśmy byli w gościnie u znajomych (Walid i Florence serdecznie nas przyjęli jak przyjaciół), są życzliwi, pomocni, przyjaźni i widać, że lubią swoją pracę. Riad: ładnie urządzony, pokoiki malutkie, ale my w nich tylko spaliśmy; taras na dachu umożliwia miłe spędzanie wieczoru (można zamówić kolację, napoje, nawet piwo z przegryskami). Dbano o ciszę nocną, więc to dobre miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą wypocząć po całodniowym zwiedzaniu; mimo że w riadzie (taka architektura) słychać wszystko - obsługa bardzo dba o komfort gości i niezakłócanie wypoczynku innych.

The riad is extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful, during check-in we even got a brief introduction to Marrakesh attractions via an explanatory map. The bed was very good to have a good night sleep. Overall very impressive riad. It’s within comfortable walking distance to the main square.

+ Cédric and the other hosts were absolutely wonderful. He met us by the road and assisted in carrying our bags. They went above and beyond, even drying our laundry for us that we had tried to dry ourselves. + The mint tea at check in was our favorite tea we had in all of our time in Morocco. + They organized a taxi for us for pick up and return to airport which went perfectly. + The rooms are breathtaking and the property is in a great location. + Breakfast was delicious! Dinner was offered but we were still in town and ate there. Fantastic experience, our only regret is we didn't stay long. Would recommend and will come here again.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful riad. Everything was perfect — spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with a modern yet authentic Moroccan touch. Each morning, we enjoyed a different breakfast, which was a lovely surprise and showed great attention to detail. Cédric was exceptionally friendly and helpful. He gave us very useful information about the best places to visit in Marrakech and made our stay even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were also amazing — always smiling, kind, and attentive to every detail. They really made us feel at home. Cédric el dueño del Riad es súper atento,buena persona,amable,encantador,te ayudará en todo lo que esté en sus manos,no lo dudes. Te hará sentir que estás en casa,definitivamente. El Riad tiene varias estancias muy cómodas dónde tomar un té,leer un libro o simplenente descansar. Arriba hay una terraza estúpenda dónde nos han preparado el delicioso desayuno cada día,con mucho esméro. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja no muy lejos de la entrada y estaba muy completa y muy limpia,su nombre "Hikaya"para los más curiosos significa:cuento. En el baño hay un gel de ducha que es una delicia no voy a poder olvidar el olor!! Y sus trabajadores igualmente muy limpias y profesionales Rachida es muy buena cocinera,probad cenar en el Riad!!! Y luego está Hayat que es un encanto de chica. No hay exageración en nada de lo que digo,es tal cuál. Dejad una propinita lo que cada uno buenamente pueda,porque son chicos que lo merecen!!!❤️

The Riad was absolutely beautifully decorated, making us feel peaceful after coming from the busy streets of Marrakech. The location was also convenient and good - close to the center by foot. The owner was very friendly and the young man who served us dinner was very nice and super attentive; the dinner was great and the terrace was a fantastic spot.

The interior garden was unfortunately being renovated, so we didn't have the chance to enjoy it. The room was small, though very well-decorated. The main negative point was that it was located on the ground floor, right by the lobby and with a table near our window, where other guests could sit, talk, or play games, which made it somewhat not fully comfortable and created a sense of lack of privacy.

Es war eine wirkliche Perle in Marrakech. Cedric ist ein wahnsinniger toller Gastgeber. Er hat sich Zeit genommen uns die wichtigsten Punkte in Marrakech zu zeigen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war jeden Tag ein Traum. Ich habe mich in den Verbeneduft verliebt, welche das ganze Riad durchflutet.

We absolutely loved the attention to detail given by our wonderful hosts Cedric and Florence. We were welcomed by the host who accompanied us to the Riad as there is a short walk through the Medina to get to this quiet street. The Riad is very well-maintained, clean and aesthetically done up. Our room was very spacious with comfortable bedding and a well-equipped bathroom. Breakfast at the Riad was superbly home-made by the hosts and we enjoyed the lovely rooftop ambience as well. Above all, the care and warmth with which we were taken care of, really enriched our experience of Marrakech and will stay a beautiful memory forever. Would love to visit and stay here again! Très bon accueil et personnel très serviable. Les petits déjeuners sont servis avec un grand choix. Un très joli riad et nous n'hesiterons pas y retourner.

Sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles durchdacht und schick. Tolles immer sehr aufmerksames Personal, sehr leckeres variables Frühstück auf der schönen Dachterrasse, sehr ruhig.

Zimmer und Bad sind wirklich ganz toll gemacht, aber recht klein. Aber das sieht man bei der Buchung ja. Leider ist das Wasserbecken im Hof noch nicht fertig.

Personal muy amable, magníficamente limpio, muy bonito, teníamos que salir muy temprano por la mañana y el chico de por las noches estuvo más que preparado a primerisima hora para servirnos un magnifico desayuno.

Detalle menor: poner una plaquita en la puerta del edificio (y, si fuera posible, algun cartelito indicativo en las calles circundantes), todas las callejuelas son muy parecidas y por fuera cuesta un poco dar con él si te despistas y vas solo.

Ce Riad est tout simplement une perle. L’ambiance créé par l’architecture et la rénovation impeccable faite par les propriétaires est des plus chaleureuse et accueillante. La tenue des lieux et la propreté sont impeccables. La chambre était très confortable et la nourriture préparée sur place était succulente. Le quartier est très sécuritaire et très bien pour une première découverte de Marrakesh. Merci Florence.

The Riad is super clean. The decoration is quaint and beautiful in the room and in the central area. The riad has wonderful terrace. Overall interior design is very nice. Breakfast was excellent and fresh everyday from Morocco bread, crepes, muffins, yogurt, fresh fruits and omelets. Cédric and his team are very friendly and attentive to details. When we arrived he showed us places to visit and recommended places to eat for vegetarian. Cédric team also help us with laundry. They also arranged airport transfer for us. We felt safe and very comfortable staying here. The Location offered easy access to local sights and markets. Exceptional services from staff made our stay truly memorable.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir pu passer deux jours au sein du Riad de Cédric et Florence. Leur implication dans la rénovation de ce lieu paisible est à noter: le soin du détail est présent, le lieu possède toutes les commodités dignes d’un hôtel de standing et est surtout fidèle au dépaysement que l’on peut espérer en arrivant à Marrakech. En plus d’un cadre idéal, le service est excellent. Si vous avez besoin de vous déplacer, on vous appellera un chauffeur privé pour une somme à peine plus élevée que si vous aviez pris un taxi. Encore mieux, vous paierez vos déplacements a la fin de votre séjour directement au Riad. L’implication de la part des hôtes est au-delà de ce que nous aurions pu espérer. Leurs employés sont à la fois discrets, souriants et serviables. Un lieu calme où se ressourcer dans les ruelles pleines de vie de la médina NB: merci à Cédric d’avoir, à 21h30, à notre retour d’une soirée au restaurant, sauvé les vêtements de ma conjointe de taches de vin. NB2: mention spéciale au yoghourt à la fleur d’oranger du petit déjeuner !

The Riad was lovely and clean, the staff there are great, the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe and secure. The night staff was lovely, he helped us out a lot while my girlfriend was feeling unwell during our stay.

You have to ask for hot food during breakfast, you can’t bring food inside the Riad which I find abit annoying.

The staff were so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. The Riad itself was beautiful, and we had the best night's sleep ever. Breakfast was also delicious. It was great to have Cedric pick us up from the taxi and walk us to the road too so we didn't get lost.

The only slight niggle was that the driver picking us up from the airport was also picking someone else up who was arriving on a plane 45 mins after ours so we had to wait for 45 mins before we could leave. The driver was lovely though, and it seemed like this was just the way Marrakech worked.

Thank you soo much to Cedric, Aimad & the team. This was by far our best stay in Morocco due to the staff, location, comfort and cleanliness. Would recommend and 100% book again.

From the point of booking to arriving back home communication was excellent. Recommendations from restaurants and places to visit were given before and on arrival. The Riad is situated in the Kasbah area and around a 15 minute walk to the main square away from all the hustle and bustle of the centre. Once you walk through the door it is so peaceful after a day in the crowds. Airport transfer arranged by Cedric would definitely recommend this as you are dropped on the main road and you are greeted by a member of staff and walked to the Riad. The Riad is spotlessly clean and a lot of care has been taken to renovate the property. It is exactly as seen in the photos. Breakfast is a selection of Moroccan breads, cakes, yoghurts, pancakes,waffles,fruit,omelets, fresh orange juice and was different on each morning. The owners and staff are all polite and friendly and will answer any questions you have. We had a lovely visit and would definitely recommend to others.

Honestly if I could give 10 stars to this Riad, i would! This was easily the best Riad we stayed in throughout our entire time in Morocco. The hospitality and the level of attention to details was top notch. Pros: + beautiful décor and smell + good location and close to many touristy points in Marrakech + Great breakfast options (cooked fresh every morning and options change every day) + Great staff - Cédric, Florence and Aimad went above and beyond + Great communication - pre arrival, during and after checking out + Hospitality 💯 - from the moment we arrived we were looked after to the small details + Beautiful bedrooms, clean and with great showers (never spent so much time having a shower) + I know this may seem small - but somebody is there waiting for you in the evening when you head back to the Riad.

Breakfast was good. Eggs are always served in Morocco. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet location.

No door to bathroom from room. I didn’t notice before booking. My fault. Location was further away to Kasbah which we knew. However, in hindsight would have been good to be a little closer. Especially as only staying for a couple of days.

Excelent breakfast with local ingredients altough traditional to European tastes. Wonderfull staff, with very professional yet cosy atmosphere. The owners where very helpful and always available to advise and sugest the best visiting spots and local eating places.

It´s not a flaw, but I must say, as European we are not very used to have the bathroom in the room with only half wall. It´s a different experience, not bad, but lacks a bit of privacy.

The care from Florence, Cedric, and Imad was incredible. Constantly making sure you were looked after and sorted for. The rooms were spacious but still elevated.

The breakfast was very tasty and definitely enough for the Both uf us. Both hosts were extremely nice and helpful and even took the time at the beginning to show us spots to eat and attractions to visit. The staff was super friendly and we felt welcome all the way through. Super enjoyable and heart full experience and were would happily recommend it to anyone else who is interested in staying.
