Reviewed Jul 6, 2026- El anfitrión es amable y te da algunos tips - El internet estuvo bastante bueno - Tenía caja fuerte - (No podemos juzgar el desayuno ya que no estábamos por las mañanas para degustarlo)
- La ubicación del lugar es un poco alejado si uno quiere estar más central en la Medina pero caminando está a 12-15 minutos hacia la plaza Jema el Fnaa - Comparándolo con un riad que habíamos visitado anteriormente se nos hizo algo pequeño los cuartos y el baño y no estaba bien equipado con artículos de aseo personales por ejemplo y no se sentía tan acogedor - El lugar parecía un poco abandonado y vacío durante el día como si no estará nadie.

The structure is in a perfect location, at walking distance from the main attraction of the Medina, but out of the chaos. The area is safe and easy to reach with taxi etc. Everything was clean, good breakfast.

Hamza, el manager del RIAD es una persona muy amable, dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier momento que lo precisara. La ubicación está muy bien, cerca de todo. Volveré! Es de lo mejor en Marrakech!!!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Queriamos agredecer el buen trato de los anfitriones Hamza i Samira los dos son encantadores, la cama es muy comoda, todo estaba super limpio y con el aire acondicionado no hemos pasado nada de calor, por no hablar de los desayunos increíbles todo riquísimo, hubo dos dias que no pudimos estar porque nos ibamos antes y nos lo prepararon en una bolsita encantados con este servicio, muchas gracias por hacernos la estancia en marrakech mucho mejor.☺️

Cheguei de madrugada e não tinha água mineral pra tomar, fiquei com medo de tomar água da torneira. Fica na Medina que é um labirinto. Foi difícil encontrar a primeira vez pq não entra carro, mas nos esperaram numa praça próxima.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026la struttura era piccola ed accogliente, le camere avevano i giusti confort e spazi che ci permettevano di sperimentare una vita marocchina e di comprenderla al meglio. Lo staff era continuamente disponibile ed ospitale, ci hanno offerto il tè appena arrivati (nonostante l’orario), si sono sempre adattati ad ogni nostra richiesta con un sorriso stampato sul volto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo lo trovo giustissimo, soprattutto perché la mattina ricevevamo una colazione abbondante, in caso di escursioni ci hanno permesso di omaggiare di una colazione a sacco.
la posizione è comodissima per spostarsi ma tra i vicoletti ci si potrebbe confondere su dove è ubicata la porta d’ingresso

Reviewed May 25, 2026La posizione è ottima, vicina alla piazza principale e a tante attrazioni. C'è l'aria condizionata che aiuta. L'host è molto gentile e disponibile. Per il prezzo pagato la camera è buona e anche la colazione.
La nostra camera era troppo umida ed essendo al piano terra affaccia direttamente con le finestre sul patio principale per cui non potevamo tenere le finestre aperte e questo rendeva la camera ancora più umida. Essendo così esposti dovevamo parlare a bassa voce perchè si sentiva tutto.

Hamza is very welcoming person, replies very quickly to your questions, and he is full of recommendations. Very helpful. Also they were kind to pack us breakfast to go since we were leaving early for a trip. The location is great and safe, really like 5-7 minutes to the main square. Also I love a firm bed and these were really good slept like a baby. Also the terrace where breakfast is served is very nice with views. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely coming back to this property.

The room are cool with air conditioning, the matress were so comfortable. We slept so good. The recommendations were also very good. The decoration is also absolutely well done, and feels very inviting and curated.
The breakfast is on the sweet side with little fiber (like fruits of veggies). Having some fruits , or yogurt would be a nice addition, and less bread option (currently pancakes, pita, and gozleme)

Spotlessly clean, charming Moroccan decor, great breakfast, lovely rooms, an easy walk to Jemaa el Fna, but it's the contribution of the staff which makes your stay truly exceptional. Hamza and Samira treat you like a long lost beloved relative who has finally returned. The warmest of warm Moroccan welcomes awaits you. Nothing is too much trouble for their guests. And finally it has to be said, the most comfortable beds in Morocco.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Reviewed May 13, 2026Grande disponibilità di Hamza che ci è venuto a prendere alle 2 di notte (il nostro volo ha fatto ritardo) nel punto di fermata del taxi. Cordialità senza invadenza. Ottima accoglienza anche da parte di Samira che ci preparava la colazione e puliva la stanza.
A prima vista la stanza appare non troppo curata, il bagno essenziale, ma alla fine tutto funziona e diventa un rifugio di pace dopo i km percorsi a piedi

Staff eccezionale, tutti estremamente gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza con il sorriso. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come a casa. Posizione molto comoda, vicinissima al centro e perfetta per visitare la città.
Unico piccolo aspetto negativo, la posizione è leggermente nascosta tra le viuzze e non facilissima da trovare al primo impatto.

Reviewed May 7, 2026Lovely and clean with charming decor. 5 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna so in the heart of the city. Great breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Very comfortable bed with a decent sized bathroom. It's the staff though who made the stay exceptional. Hamza and Samira couldn't have been any more warm and welcoming. They really can't do enough for their guests, it's like a home from home. I hope to return to Marrakech next year and will definitely want to stay here.

El desayuno es abundante y muy muy bueno, el mejor de todo mi viaje por Marruecos. Incluso un día nos lo prepararon para llevar ya que teníamos una excursión organizada muy pronto por la mañana.

El alojamiento es estupendo, quizás puede intimidar un poco al principio por su ubicación ya que está un poco escondido por las típicas calles estrechas de Marrakech pero aun así puedes andar seguro por dichas calles al igual que todo Marrakech

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Riad sencillo pero muy bien cuidado. Tanto Hamza como Samira, los propietarios, estuvieron súper atentos en todo momento y fueron muy amables. Los desayunos que preparaba Samira de 10. Habitación amplia y limpia.
Si tuviera que poner una “pega” sería que la primera vez para llegar al Riad es un poco lío, pero una vez que aprendes el camino, todo bien. Ademas Hamza nos estaba esperando para ayudarnos y no perdernos. Además está súper cerca de los zocos y la plaza central.

Samira's breakfast always served with a lovely smile made the day starts in it's best way. The room is clean and comfortable. Location is in a quiet area, but everything is reachable by foot in short time (Jemaa el-Fnaa in 5 min). I can just highly recommend!

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Amazing stay! Hamza and Samira take such good care of you while you are there. I cannot say enough about their kindness and care. Such beautiful people. The Riad was close to most everything you would want to see in Marrakech.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce riad, grâce à l'accueil très chaleureux de Hamza. Nous avons eu des échanges et des moments de partage très appréciés. Le Riad est très bien placé, très beau. Il y règne une atmosphère très apaisante, on s'y sent très bien.
