Riad Mandana & Spa

Sehr freundlicher Empfang im Riad von Osama. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes war er sehr bemüht und immer ansprechbar. Ein wirklich toller und sympathischer Mitarbeiter. Auch die Anderen Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr freundlich. Das Riad ist sehr sauber und hat eine schöne Dachterrasse. Dort bekommt man von der Hektik in den Souks nichts mit. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren es tagsüber fast konstant um die 40 Grad, so haben wir sowohl den kleinen Pool auf der Dachterrasse als auch den im Haus zur Abkühlung genutzt. Das Riad liegt etwas versteckt in einer Seitenstraße der Medina, ist aber trotzdem gut zu finden. Man wird an einem kleinen Platz rausgelassen und geht dann geradeaus in die Medina rein.

The riad was great. The sleeping conditions and breakfast were great. There are 2 pools, one interior and another exterior on a rooftop. They were great to cool off on the hotter days. Everyone in the Riad was very welcoming, very friendly, and very helpful, especially Oussama, which we interacted the most with.

El personal fue muy amable en todo momento, en especial Ousama. Nos cambiaron sin dudarlo de habitación porque el aire goteaba, las dos habitaciones muy bonitas y limpias, las camas y almohadas muy cómodas. El desayuno variado y abundante. La terraza genial por está muy bien acondicionada y alivia en las horas de más calor, pudimos estar allí el día del check - out, ya que nuestro avión salía al final del día. Totalmente recomendable

El personal es encantador, las instalaciones excelentes, pero nos hubiera gustado que tuvieran un pequeño mapa de situación y que nos hubieran advertido del cierre de determinadas puertas de la medina a las 11 de la noche.

We stayed here from March 24th-28th. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Just off a busy street but it felt so quite and peaceful. Delicious breakfast. Would definitely come back.

The staff were very personably and kind, it was quiet. Roof top area was pleasant and bright.

Room a little small with poor storage. Breakfast was much the same each day but nice enough.

The hospitality was next level from the minute you enter the Riad. The room was clean, beautiful with nice amenities. The rooftop was to die for. I lounged, ate breakfast and did some remote work.

1. Location (most important): The location itself is central. 2. Cleanliness: everything is very clean, and the riad looks freshly painted and nicely renovated. 3. Staff: perfect. They even help carry your luggage to the taxis, which are a couple of minutes away. 4. The rooftop is very nice with lot of sofas and chairs. Clean and pleasant.

1. Location (most important): The riad is located in a dirty alley with waste and stray cats around. During the daytime it is fine, but at night it doesn’t feel very pleasant, although no incidents occurred. But is true to almost all riads. The location itself is central, but cars cannot stop directly at the hotel, so you have to walk a couple of minutes to reach taxis or other vehicles. 2. No windows and fresh air: In a riad, the windows typically open only to internal spaces, so the rooms do not get much fresh air. There is constant heat and high humidity in the room. There is air conditioning, but it only helps to a certain extent. 3. Wi-fi signal is very poor in the room.

Eine wirkliche Oase mitten in der quirligen Medina von Marrakesch! Das Riad ist wunderschön renoviert und eingerichtet und hat ein Ambiente wie aus 1001 Nacht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch die Bäder bieten das, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Alles wird blitzsauber gehalten, es gibt ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück, alle Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich freundlich und um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste bemüht. Die Lage des Riads ist ideal zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Ein Ort, an dem man sich vom Verkehr, dem Lärm und den vielen Eindrücken in der Medina wirklich erholen kann. Magnifique Riad avec piscines..d une extrême propreté et avec un personnel d une gentillesse incroyable. Le petit dejeuner est parfait.. Emplacement parfait à seulement 3 min des souks tout en étant au calme. .Merci tout particulièrement à Ilies et Houssam ainsi qu au personnel de chambre pour ce séjour incroyable..Si nous revenons à Marrakech nous retournerons au Riad Mandana 🥰

10/10 with everything we needed, this property was exceptional for everything, the location is perfect for getting around and easy to access, the staff were amazing and llias most of all was the best part with all of his help and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, will be highly recommending to stay here thanks to how wonderful the whole experience was.

Right in the centre of the Medina, perfect location close to shopping, restaurants and the heart of Marrakech. 5/10 minutes from bigger shops/restaurants also. The service and Ilies in particular was exceptional. So friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The breakfast each morning was delicious and generously served. Rooftop pool area and inside area was quiet, peaceful and clean. Always felt private and not busy despite plenty people staying there.

Riadul este pozitionat foarte bine, fiind aproape de majoritatea obiectivelor turistice. Arata excepțional totul: camerele, locul de luat masa, terasa de pe acoperiș. Micul dejun este diversificat, fiind schimbat aproape zilnic. Baietii de la receptie au fost foarte prietenosi cu noi si ne-au ajutat cu sfaturi si informații.

Din pacate in luna februarie cand am fost, nu am putut folosi piscinele, dar asta nu a fost o problema pentru noi.

La situation dans la Médina, l'aménagement de la suite son style typique l'espace et le spa et la terrasse. Les hôtes nous ont tres bien conseillé et organisé des visites et des excursions à Marrakech et en dehors. Très bon déjeuner ambiance cool.

L'endroit un peu trop proche des souks pour 2 filles

Lo mejor la atencion del personal, en especial de yosuf, no sé si lo escribo bien...siempre con una sonrisa en la boca, amable, educado, servicial, un 10. El desayuno nos encantó. La estancia, se nos hizo corta.

Lo unico que no me gustó es que para volver de noche, da sensacion de inseguridad, no hay nadie por las calles del zoco, cierran las puertas y tienes que buscar al cerrajero para que te abra y puedas acceder a tu Riad, nadie nos avisó de este detalle.

The property was beautiful, in an amazing location. The breakfast was great, the pools were lovely. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible, Osama and Elias could not have been more helpful!

Le personnel est très à l’écoute, serviable, attentif au confort des clients et nous a beaucoup aidé à notre arrivée au Maroc. Le Riad est extrêmement propre, bien placé en plein centre.

I had a hammam, massage and face treatment but that’s definitely not worth its money… on top, should be 1hr 50 mins… she stopped 20 mins earlier.

Riad molto curato, ottima posizione per muoverti nella Medina. Camera pulita e ben arredata.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti nel Riad, la struttura è molto bella, soprattutto molto tipica, in cui vivi subito l atmosfera del posto. Le camere erano grandi e spaziose, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. La colazione è stata la parte più bella, era tutto delizioso, cucinato e preparato con cura. Ma un valore aggiunto al Riad lo da lo staff, con Mohamed, Ilyass e Oussama che sono stati preziosi per rendere al top la vacanza, aiutandoci in qualsiasi tipo di bisogno, trovando soluzioni per tutto e organizzando al meglio tutti i tipi di tour che desideravamo fare occupandosene loro. Riad consigliatissimo!!!

Ospitalità tra le migliori ricevute a Marrakech. Il ragazzo che gestisce la struttura è stato sempre disponibile per qualsiasi nostra necessità. Siamo dovuti partire la mattina presto per una gita nel deserto e, insieme al suo collaboratore, ci ha fatto trovare la colazione pronta alle 6:30 del mattino. Le stanze sono molto pulite e inoltre ci sono due piscine piccole da poter utilizzare. Una sul rooftop e l’altra all’interno, con acqua riscaldata. Soggiorno eccezionale

Location was excellent with only a short walk into the Souks, but area around the Riad was nice and quiet. The roof terrace was great for just chilling out. The Staff were excellent and when we asked for an early breakfast due to a day trip they had no problem sorting this for us. We also found the breakfasts very sweet so asked for less sugary items and they sorted this.

We found the pillows hard, but understand that everyone has different requirements.

El personal son todos muy amables y te ayudan en lo que necesites. La ubicación es sensacional. Muy fácil y cerca de llegar a los puntos de interés.

Wenn wir jemals wieder nach Marrakesch zurück kommen (und wir hoffen das sehr), dann wird es bei der Auswahl unserer Unterkunft keine Frage sein, dass wir ins Riad Mandana zurückkehren. Perfekte Lage am Rande der Souks, nur 2 Gehminuten zum nächsten Taxiplatz, dabei trotzdem absolut ruhig in einer Seitengasse gelegen. Die nettesten Gastgeber, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Sehr schönes Ambiente, herrliche Dachterasse, gute Betten. Was will man mehr?

Riad tradizionale verso il nord della Medina. Probabilmente meno caratteristico degli altri in cui ho soggiornato ma molto pulito con una stanza molto spaziosa! Abbiamo provato l’esperienza dell’hammam e del massaggio ed è stata molto apprezzata. Staff molto gentile!

La posizione in un vicolo cieco non ci ha fatto sentire molto sicuri e abbiamo evitato di uscire di sera. La cena non è stata delle migliori.

Malheureusement, l’insonorisation de l’établissement est très mauvaise. Les bruits provenant des chambres voisines étaient constants et ont fortement impacté la qualité du séjour.

Wonderful staff, beautiful Riad tucked away from the chaos of the medina. Easy walking to main market.

There was no natural light coming into my room, which felt a bit claustrophobic but there were windows that did open onto the indoor courtyard.

De inrichting is sfeervol, er zijn twee kleine zwembaden, binnen en buiten, de inhouse hammam is een aanrader evenals de massages, het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en er is een heerlijk dakterras.

Het ontbijt biedt veel brood en zoetigheden. Zelf eet ik liever yoghurt en fruit. De koffie was vaak lauw, ze zetten deze om 8:00 en de thermoskannetjes houden het niet goed warm.

Tout était magnifique, mise a part le bruit le soir.

Le bruit, l'insonorisation n'est pas bonne. Ou les personnes qui ne respectent pas les autres usagers.

De locatie is perfect! Super vriendelijk personeel, wij hebben genoten!
