El riad cuenta con todas las comodidades y es muy accesible. Tanto la habitación como el baño eran amplios, y la cama, simplemente espectacular: se descansaba de maravilla. La habitación contaba con muy buena climatización. El trato por parte de todo el personal fue excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente la labor del equipo de limpieza, que dejaba la habitación impecable, con todo perfectamente ordenado y cuidado al detalle. Los desayunos eran abundantes, variados y de gran calidad; además, atendían sin problema cualquier petición especial. Por último, el personal de atención merece una mención aparte: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento, resolviendo cualquier duda con eficacia.

La habitación estaba en el piso bajo justo en el patio donde servían los desayunos porque lo que a partir de las 9 ya había ruido de comensales y platos, aunque no había mucho escándalo. Pensé el primer día que me iba a afectar más pero para nada, es llevadero

Die Ausstattung des Riad war genau wie beschrieben gut. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielleicht wären ein zwei herzhafte Dinge zum Frühstück schön gewesen, aber unser Tisch war immer sehr reichlich gedeckt.😜 die Lage des Riad in der etwas schummrigen Gasse der Kahsba war zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nach dem ersten Tag haben wir uns super dran gewöhnt. Gerne würden wir wieder dieses Riad buchen, bestimmt aber zu einer etwas späteren Zeit. Dann ist es vielleicht auch etwas wärmer in Marrakesch.☀️🌞

Fremragende rengøring. Relativt hjælpsomt personale. Fin morgenmad. Hjælp med taxa.

Miskommunikation. Vi havde forventet at kunne tjekke ind om natten, da vi havde anmodet om dette, men riaden var låst, da vi kom omkring midnat. Vi havde svært ved at få fat på ejeren/personale, og vi endte med at vente 1,5 time ude i kulden i gyden, før personalet kom. Vi fik herefter en opkrævning på 70 euro, da de mente, at det først var natten efter, vi burde have checket ind. Efter en længere snak med manageren, endte vi dog med ikke at skulle betale beløbet. Derudover var der også nogle timer, hvor vi ikke havde vand. Her fik vi lov til at låne et andet værelses toilet.

La fraîcheur du patio, durant le petit déjeuner. Il faudrait envisager d'allumer la cheminée ou de prévoir des chauffage terrasse au gaz....

La struttura è molto accogliente e il personale è estremamente gentile. In particolare, Hicham è stato molto cordiale e disponibile e mi ha aiutato durante la colazione. La struttura è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e non bisogna attraversare troppe stradine. Inoltre, non si trova vicino ai souk più caotici, ma questi sono comunque facilmente raggiungibili a piedi

Le porte delle stanze erano un po’ sottili e si sentivano un po’ di rumori ma non in modo eccessivo .

The staff in the Riad were exceptional—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The cleanliness was excellent throughout the property, and the service was prompt and attentive. Their warm and positive attitude truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Big thank you especially to Hicham who was always there when we needed. Once again Thank you!

A bit noisy from the street but excepted as it is close to the centre. Pillows are very high so not really comfortable for sleeping.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans le riad. Le personnel était adorable, Icham le responsable s'est montré d'une grande gentillesse et d'une grande disponibilité. Nous avons pu y laisser nos affaires durant la dernière journée pour pouvoir profiter au maximum sans être encombrées.

Wir wurden sehr gut betreut seit dem ersten Tag, von Houccime, er stand immer zur Verfügung bei Fragen, war freundlich und aufgestellt sowie die beiden Damen, die gekocht und alles sauber gehalten haben. Das Zimmer war nicht all zu gross aber es hat völlig gereicht, es war bequem und alles sauber und frisch. Super gut geschlafen. Alles war sehr unkompliziert, einfach perfekt , Riad hat sehr guten Standort. Das Frühstück war einheimisch Kohlenhydratreich aber gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Cama cómoda

El tamaño de la habitación, es muy pequeño y no era cómodo, no tenía ganchos para colgar las toallas. Los jabones eran de mala calidad y los ponían en envases de vidrio dentro de la ducha lo cual puede ser peligroso. El desayuno está bien pero se demora mucho el servicio

Rooms appear quite a bit smaller than in the pictures, they were quite tight and not a lot of space to put luggage. This Riad had the smallest rooms of any Riad we stayed at in Morroco.

Had a very nice stay here. Staff is really good and helpful. Rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was good. There was some problem with the AC in the room, but they fixed it the same day. Its a little bit outside of the main area, about a 15 min walk to the marketplace.

El alojamiento destaca por su impecable limpieza y sus habitaciones hermosas. El desayuno marroquí es delicioso y muy variado, servido auténticamente en tajines. Aunque no está en pleno centro, su ubicación es segura y estratégica, permitiendo acceder a pie a atracciones como las Tumbas Saadíes (10 minutos), el Palacio El Badi (12 minutos) y el Palacio de la Bahía; la Plaza Jemaa el-Fna está a 22 minutos. Lo más sobresaliente fue la atención excepcional del anfitrión, Houssine, quien estuvo atento a cada detalle, brindó sugerencias para los recorridos y ayudó con información práctica como dónde cambiar dinero.

houccine nous a bien accueilli et renseigné. Le petit déjeuner change tous les jours et il est très bon. Le logement est à 15/20min de la place jemaa el fna, nous avons pu tout faire à pied.

Ez a szállás egy oázis az óvárosban, gyönyörű modern, tiszta, és a személyzet Houcceine🙂 nagyon kedves.

Nos encantó hospedarnos aquí, ¡lo recomendamos sin duda! La ubicación es excelente, perfecta para recorrer los puntos más interesantes de la Medina, y el Riad es moderno, cómodo y muy cuidado. Lo que realmente marca la diferencia es la amabilidad y profesionalismo del equipo: siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. El té de bienvenida, los consejos y recomendaciones de Houccine (pendiente de todo) fueron un gran plus. La cocina es espectacular: desayunos deliciosos y cenas caseras con platos auténticos, ¡el cuscús fue el mejor que hemos probado! La limpieza es impecable y poder dejar el equipaje antes de partir es otro detalle que se agradece. Gracias a todo el personal por su cálida acogida y servicio impecable. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!

We had the most wonderful experience staying with Houcine (our host) – he truly is the best host we could have ever hoped for. From the moment we arrived, Houcine took care of everything with incredible kindness and attention to detail, making sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Questo Riad è bellissimo, abbastanza centrale, in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla. L’host è stato molto disponibile con noi fin dal nostro arrivo, ci ha fatto fare check in anticipato ed è stato attento a tutte le nostre richieste. La camera in cui soggiornavamo era bellissima, spaziosa, con un bagno meraviglioso. Colazione in perfetto stile marocchino. Consiglio vivamente questo Riad.

Well situated and newly rnovated the Maison Solaneos is an easy going choice. The breakfast is super nice, with a hommy touch. The manager was very polite and weeling to help us with any need.

The rooms were tiny.... really tiny

Our host was really kind and attentive, providing detailed information - maps to reach the main square, where to eat, etc. Compared to other riads the room was relatively large and there was cleaning every day (we spent 2 nights). The furnishing is modern, the desing of the room and the whole riad is stylish, not to mention that there is enough space to store the clothes and a safe for valuables.

Although the pictures suggested the breakfast would be on the rooftop, it was on the ground floor - right outside our room

Me encantó! He pasado unos días con mi pareja en Marrakech, la estancia en Maison Solaneos fue muy buena. La habitación muy amplia, la cama grande y muy cómoda. Tiene armario, tele, baño amplio con albornoz, toallas, cosas de aseo... Después de estar todo el día fuera visitando sitios... era muy agradable llegar y poder descansar bien, y en Maison Solaneos era el lugar ideal. Desayunamos todos los días, cada día incluían cosas diferentes, merece la pena desayunar ahí, es muy variado y rico. Es en un patio muy bonito con una fuente que relaja mucho escucharla. La habitación, baño y zonas comunes estaban muy limpias. El personal muy agradable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Houccime fue encantador, siempre atento a lo que pudiésemos necesitar o ayudarnos con información de lugares de interés. Agradecidos por la estancia en Maison Solaneos.

Place is clean, well decorated and well located (20 min walk from the main square) Houccine is the host and he is very nice and welcoming. Pointed out several places for us to eat and visit.

On arrival at the hotel we were met by our host who welcomed us to our beautiful room with crisp white linnens and modern decor. The room was well kitted out and bonus of a great hairdryer. Breakfast was simple local foods of fruit, yoghurt and a selection of breads, honey, cheese and preserves. A good supply of coffee and fresh juice also. Our host was so genuinely lovely, super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a good stay. The riad is in the middle of a small market area so lots of hustle and bustle on the short walk to the main areas of Kasbah and the Medina / Souk.

Everything was good, truly lovely place and a quiet tranquil break from the wonderful noise, sights and smells of Marrakech

Great location, nice rooftop to relax

Miason Soleanos is a recently refurbished riad done to a very high standard. Houccine was so friendly and helpful. The place is immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious. The riad is smack in the middle of the Kasbah but we hardly heard any noise from outside.

Only one small complaint there was a piece of equipment in the kitchen (a fridge I think),which was very noisy and switched off and on all night.

beautiful property, staff are kind however the room is so small you don’t even have anywhere to lay/open your luggage, and there was a terrible sewage/swampy smell in the room. Its also quite noisy and zero sound proofing to rooms, you can hear everything at the front desk & kitchen

New Riad with good facilities

Beau petit Riad au cœur de Marrakech. En plein cœur des locaux . L’accueil était chaleureux, on a prit le temps de nous indiquer les alentours et de nous suggérer des endroits à visiter. Petite chambre propre , super déjeuner inclus à tout les matins ! Super tranquille , lit très confortable . On y a passé 5 nuits . Les taxis ne se rendent pas mais sont pas très loin . Peut pas être plus avec les locaux que ça !:) ils sont très accueillants et jasant !

The property is actually quite nice on the inside. You wouldn't be able to tell from the outside. It's difficult to get to especially if you have luggage. The taxi driver dropped me off 5 mins away and I managed to walk past it even though I was trying to follow Google maps. You get a welcome drink & breakfast is in the courtyard area. The rooms were immaculately clean. The showers were a bit on the cold side. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's located in the middle of nowhere & a fair walk to a central location.

The personel was very very kind, but I'm not exagerrating. My flight delayed of one hour and I arrived in Marrakech at 3 am and any way the welcome me like jt was midday. I extremly appreciste the kindness. They also have been so kind to anticipate at 6 am the breakfast only for me since I had an excursion very early. I promise you no many hotel around the world are that kind and available. Unfortunately the jacuzzi on the rooftop was closed, but thanks to this I have an excuse to come back ;)
