A&N Athens Luxury Apartments - Ermou

J’ai adoré la qualité de l’appartement ainsi que l’aménagement, l’ensemble fait très luxe et l’éclairage est très joli, c’était super propre et l’arrivée autonome est vraiment bien expliqué avec le propriétaire. L’emplacement est exceptionnel car elle se trouve au cœur d’un quartier très animé, non loin, des points d’intérêt culturels de la ville.

Really nice modern apartment right in the center of everything. Public Transport, food, and entertainment are all walking distance. It's very roomy and so clean. It had everything I needed like an iron, washer, and microwave. Did not hear any noise late at night even though the streets stayed busy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for something local and affordable.

Everything was great! The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was very, very clean, the location was great, in the center of the city.

Fabulous appartment in central Athens. Comfortable and perfect for 2 people. Great AC which we were very thankful for. Crisp linen and towels. Shower gel supplied and our appt had a washing machine. Safe deposit box also.

Everything was perfect once more

This was my second stay at this apartment, and once again it exceeded my expectations. It is definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed at in Athens. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Athens, with easy access to everything on foot. The room has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely choose this place again

I am definitely being very picky but one of the bins were broken. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Its location on Ermou Street is very close to everything, and everything was very easy because we entered with a password. The bed was very large and soft. We loved every detail.

We loved the modern spacious feel of the apartment and the location is excellent. The deck was great with lots of room. We had an issue which was dealt with straight away with the staff very responsive.

We stayed here last year and rebooked this apartment for our stay this year, will book again if needed. Modern and clean and spacious for our luggage. Very secure and requires a code to get into your room. Only one minute walk to Ermou street shops.

Το διαμέρισμα ηταν στο κέντρο της Αθηνας σε μια πάροδο της Ερμού. Πολυ κοντα σε ολα. Το διαμέρισμα ηταν εξοπλισμένο απο καφετιέρα και καφέδες μέχρι στεγνωτήρα (κανονικο) μαλλιών. Καλο θα ηταν εκτος απο σαμπουαν και αφρολουτρο, να εχει μαλακτικό μαλλιών και κρέμα σώματος. Ηταν ολα τέλεια. Ευχαριστούμε! Η επικοινωνία με τον κ. Παναγιώτη ηταν άψογη χωρις καμοια δυσκολια.

Για ενημέρωση... τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες την 3η μερα αλλάζονται. Αν και νομιζω αν χρειαζόταν θα τα άλλαζαν.

Overall, another excellent stay. I always book this place when it's available because of its great location, is quiet enough considering the area, very spacious and very clean and the helpful staff. We also appreciated being able to check in early. The only minor drawbacks are that the room doesn't have completely blackout curtains, so some light comes in early in the morning, and the emergency exit light is quite bright, which I also mentioned during my previous stay. Neither was a major issue this time, but improving them would make the rooms even more comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

Perfect apartment, in the middle of Ermou street, with everything in walking distance. Apartment absolute perfect, spotless clean and has everything you would need and more. Loved the washing machine. Would definitely stay here again!!! Taxi can collect you with luggage.

We were 3 adults, the 3rd bed was a sofa bed , so it’s okay for one night but not more. With a child or a couple it’s fine.

Everything about our stay was exceptional. Starting from the easy communication with the Host to reaching the place to finding it amazing. Highly recommended. Thank you so much for contributing in making our first time travel to Athens memorable.

A little noisy at night

Excellent location for exploring the city. The facility was so clean, room was fantastic, bathroom great, kitchenette.. Walk everywhere to see the Acropolis, Pantheon. Great shopping, bars, cafes resturants.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. It was in the perfect location in the heart of Athens with easy access to everything by foot. The host was easy to reach and everything was comfortable.

The location was excellent and the apartment was finished to a very high standard and perfectly clean. The host helped to arrange a taxi to collect us when we were leaving, which was very helpful.

It was difficult to find the apartment on the first day with only a tiny sign with the name of the apartments. The entrance hall was basic and the lift very old fashioned and noisy. I also would have preferred not to be on the 6th floor but I understand in a city you have to accept that.

La habitación estaba muy bien y, en general, la estancia fue agradable. Sin embargo, tuvimos varios problemas relacionados con el descanso. El principal fueron los ruidos durante la noche: la terraza del alojamiento inferior daba justo debajo de nuestra ventana y, las dos noches que estuvimos, hubo personas con música muy alta y hablando en voz elevada durante horas de la madrugada, lo que nos despertó y dificultó mucho el descanso. Entendemos que esto no depende directamente del alojamiento, pero sí fue el aspecto que más afectó a nuestra experiencia. Además, nuestra habitación estaba situada junto al ascensor y cada vez que alguien lo utilizaba se escuchaba bastante, especialmente por la noche. Por último, echamos en falta una persiana o algún sistema de oscurecimiento más eficaz, ya que solo había una cortina muy fina y desde muy pronto entraba mucha luz en la habitación, haciendo difícil seguir durmiendo. Salvo por estos aspectos relacionados con el descanso, la habitación nos pareció excelente.

Nice design, recently refurbished apartment in an older building. Nice and spacious bathroom. The small kitchen had all tableware and also oil and vinegar. The bed is comfortable. Nespresso machine with excellent kimbo coffee. The location is in the heart of the city.

Our apartment was right next to the old elevator, that is very noisy. The curtains are not blackout curtains, therefore at sunrise you have light flooding the room and for this you cannot have a proper sleep if you want to sleep late. The thermostat is totally unreliable and you have to test the temperatures to see what level of cold you want. We had it set at 28°C and the room got quite cold, although the detected temperature by the thermostat was 27°C. These are essentials that disrupt your rest and make the experience not a luxury one.

The apartment is lovely and has everything that you may need.

There is a construction in the building next to it... the publication does not speak about the noises... to much noise all day long and since really early in the morning. You cannot sleep. Also the room does not have blackout, so there is a lot of light to sleep.

Everything was fine. The only issue we had was our flight was leaving at 5 and check out was much earlier than that. They do not have a storage area for luggage so you need to be mindful of the checkout time especially if you have a late flight line we did. The host was very kind enough to extend our checkout by an hour which we really appreciated. It was an oversight on my part and something to be aware of when you book. I would definitely rebook here again

Really nice stay in Athens. Central location, in a great busy neighbourhood, lots of shopping and great food spots - walking distance to Acropolis. Host was very helpful, all keyless entry. Room was clean and tidy, very spacious, included a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Aircon was great, made the entire room cold.

It's a stunning apartment that was very clean and well equipped. The host was good with communications and the location was great!

I would give it a higher rating but our stay was a bit tainted due to the fact that we had terrible sleeps... for some reason they leave the plastic covering on the mattress which can't be removed?. I understand wanting to protect the mattress but it's extremely noisy and uncomfortable sleeping on plastic.. I've stayed at hundreds of accommodations across the world and can honestly say I've not come across this before. It's a really shame because the rest of the stay was great and it's a lovely apartment, but lack of quality sleep for something easily fixed has unfortunately dropped our rating.

El apartamento estaba super bien ubicado. Era moderno. Muy bonito, y demasiado cómodo. A demás tenía capsula de café, aceite, azúcar, que no se suele proporcionar y marco la diferencia. Nos movimos caminando a todos lados y el barrio muy lindo.

Nous avions l'appartement 403 qui est situé à l'avant du bâtiment, donc un peu plus bruyant, car il est situé sur le côté de la rue. L'appartement est comme décrit sur l'annonce, bien équipé et confortable. Il est très bien situé, à 6 minutes de marche du Metro Monastiraki et tout se fait à pied. L'hôte communique très rapidement, il nous a permis de laisser nos bagages avant le check-in. Nous avons appreciez notre bref séjour.

Les rideaux ne sont pas opaques, donc il fait claire rapidement lorsque le soleil se lève.

L'appartement est propre, sécurisé et très bien équipé. Dans la cuisine on trouve même une bouteille d'huile et de vinaigre, sel et poivre. Tout est bien réfléchi et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Le lit est confortable et très large. L'appartement que nous avons eu s'est trouvé au 6ème étage et était orienté vers une cour intérieure. C'était donc extrêmement calme. Il suffit de sortir de l'immeuble pour se trouver dans un quartier vivant avec une multitude de restaurants et bars.

La connexion internet ne fonctionnait pas.

Nous avions l'appartement 402 qui est situé à l'arrière, donc plus calme. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, très confortable et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, à 6 minutes de marche du métro Monastiraki et tout se fait à pied. L'hôte est très réactif et communique rapidement. On a même eu l'hébergement plus rapidement, car il était déjà prêt.

Les rideaux ne sont pas opaque, donc ça devient très clair quand le soleil se lève. De plus, il y avait une lumière extérieure du bâtiment voisin qui éclairait directement dans notre chambre.

Posizione centrale, comoda per muoversi a piedi nel centro di Atene. Appartamento nuovo e con design moderno. Bagno e doccia spaziosi.

L'insegna non c'è, c'è il nome sul porta chiavi e quindi non è immediatamente visibile. L' ingresso e la scala del palazzo sono fatiscenti e poco invitanti, sicuramente non in linea con il livello dell' appartamento che è molto bello.

Εύκολη επικοινωνια, πολυ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί, απο τον host μέχρι housekeeping. Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, πεντακάθαρο, και η τοποθεσία ειναι ιδανική για κέντρο Ερμού και όλη την γύρω περιοχη. Απολαύσαμε το μπαλκόνι που ειναι αρκετά μεγαλο, δυνατο aircondition και άνετο κρεβάτι. Υπήρχαν και έξτρα μαξιλάρια που το εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα.

The location is unbeatable. I could definitely stay again here. You are close to everything. Acropolis is just 15-20 min by foot. Coffee machine and the capsules were nice addition:)

All was good. I would just suggest to replace the curtains to double one- transparent white and the dark for the night. The exit sign is too light at night.
