Two things did not work well for us and I hope that my feedback can be of use to you: 1) We arrived after 18:00 and there was nobody at the reception. There was a generic sign on the desk but no indication that the information needed would be sent via EMAIL. It took my husband and I a long time to understand that this was the procedure. Please add a sentence about checking email on the sign if the reception is vacant. 2) Air conditioning was extremely cold and the remote control was not working. We were very very cold the entire night.

Good value. Room feels a bit outdated. Looks better advertised than for real. But overall good stay.

Loved the room, very comfortable beds and quality coffee was provided along with water. The breakfast was at a great restaurant nearby. Thank you. Centrally located on the Metro line to airport. The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to help.

Would be nice to have a space to chill and sit down upon arrival, especially after the long trip from the airport and jet lag in 45 degrees. Not sure it’s possible but that’s ok!

A cama era extremamente confortável e o staff muito simpático.

O ar condicionado não tinha capacidade de arrefecer o quarto, o que no Verão de Atenas é extremamente desagradável. O pequeno-almoço apesar de bom é ainda um pouco longe do alojamento. A escadas são muito pouco seguras, para quem viajar com crianças deverá ter esse cuidado adicional.

Nos hicieron esperar para hacer el check in, el avión llegó a las 6:00 am y en recepción no había nadie hasta las 10 am, no pudimos dejar las maletas, así que perdimos el tiempo al no poder ir cargados a visitar la ciudad

Personal muy amable. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación y a pesar de estar en un lugar muy concurrido, la habitación estaba muy tranquila y sin ruido. El desayuno no es buffet y no es en el hotel pero es de muy buena calidad y vale la pena.

Very bright with all the exit lights but they did try to fix this issue. Can also be a bit noisy outside but given the location that’s to be expected

Albergo con ottima posizione, camera spaziosa e pulita, ben arredata, con una doccia grande e a vista, era presente anche una zona cucinino dentro uno dei 2 armadi.

Insonorizzazione della camera da migliorare. Trovandosi in una strada abbastanza trafficata di notte si soffre un pò il rumore. Essendoci fermati una sola notte per poi ripartire presto per andare in aeroporto non abbiamo potuto fare la colazione che non è in loco ma convenzionata con un bar/caffè poco distante ma che apre alle 8. Sarebbe stato carino saperlo prima e/o avere qualcosa "al sacco" da portare via.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel! Pokoje były czyste i zadbane, obsługa miła i pomocna, a atmosfera bardzo sympatyczna. Śniadanie smaczne, a lokalizacja wygodna. Pobyt był naprawdę udany. Z przyjemnością wrócę ponownie i zdecydowanie polecam! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Prima kamer op top locatie. We kwamen laat aan en sleutel zat op de deur geplakt. Bij vertrek mochten we de koffers laten staan en is taxi naar de haven voor goede prijs geregeld. Ontbijt bij restaurant om de hoek erg leuk.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! The location is good , employees are nice But this is a fraud /scam false misleading hotel .

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is extremely low level hostel , not an hotel . A/C does not work in any room ! This is a known issue , I wish I had read the reviews prior to booking - as this is a known issue that , the hotel and owners do not care that this is the situation . Athens is a hot city and if A/C is not working than it is impossible to stay in the room - we were sweating in the room all nights . The employees are well aware that this is the case so they offer you small fan - yes book an expensive hotel in order to get a fan like a cheap hostel . Don’t expect any refund or compensation as they simply do not care about guests. They did offer to move to another room - just to see that the problem was not in our specific room but it is in all rooms . Terrible terrible terrible . I can add the bar smell of rooms , the low maintained , the electricity issues every day( year you read right ) and the elevator get stuck but seriously these seems like small potatoes comparing to the fact that you can’t be in the room due to the heat .

הגודל של החדר והנוחות של המיקום היו מאוד משמעותיים, והבחורות מהקבלה היו מקסימות.

התאורה בחדר הייתה חשוכה וגם כשקיבלנו מנורה נוספת, בערב כשרצינו להתארגן היינו צריכות להשתמש בפנסים מהטלפון. בנוסף המיזוג לא עבד טוב אצלנו בחדר, קיבלנו פתרון של מאוורר אבל זה לא הספיק במיוחד במזג אויר החם בשנה, היה מבאס לחזור מזיעות לחדר ולהישאר מזיעות מרוב שהיה חם בחדר. נקיון החדר לא היה טוב, לפעמים לא קיבלנו דברים כמו סבונים/ נייר טואלט/ מגבות והיינו צריכות לבקש מהקבלה, המצעים היו מלוכלכים כשהגענו ביום הראשון.

The TV didn't work and even if it had it was not situated where I could see it well from my bed.

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff greeted us warmly and were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops, and the main attractions just a short walk away. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable at all times. The rooms were also very quiet, which made it easy to relax and get a great night's sleep. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The floor in the room was noticeably dirty and could have been cleaned more thoroughly. On our last day, the elevator stopped working, which made it very difficult to carry our luggage down the stairs, especially since there was no one available to assist us. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and affected the quality of our sleep. In addition, the room lacked sufficient lighting in the center, making it feel a bit dark and gloomy. These issues made our stay less comfortable than we had expected.

Un emplacement au coeur de Athènes avec sortie de métro a quelques kilomètres , arrêt du bus touristique a quelques mètres , un hôtel simple mais confortable avec du personnel accueillant , attention bien regarder car pas très visible de la route

Struttura centrale e a due passi dalle attrazioni principali di Atene, in un quartiere ottimo per la ristorazione e la vicinanza ai trasporti pubblici. La colazione servita nel bar vicino alla struttura é ottima e consigliata.

Il bagno non è il massimo e la camera si allaga facilmente dopo la doccia.

They were so annoying in refunding the money when we didn't like the property, I asked them to charge the first night only as it was not up to the standards, but they refused and we were obligated to pay the 3 nights, they were not flexible, and also the breakfast in not in the hotel you have to take a voucher and walk outside the hotel 2 blocks to take the breakfast, not convenient for elders at all, then there was no electricity which means no AC, elevator, or WIFI. I Asked them to cancel our stay and charge only the 1st night my parents were there as it was not for them, but they refused, while they could have sold the room easily for others who are younger and can accept the conditions. overall not satisfied

Very convent to bus and train stops from the airport. Also, very close to to 2 hop on/ hop off stops. Super friendly staff, and they contract with a great restaurant for a great breakfast.

Das Frühstück und die Auswahl waren eher bescheiden. Auch, dass das Frühstückslokal weiter weg war, als vom Hotel, war eher ungewöhnlich.

Beautiful location and very easy to find and check-in since it has a reception. The receptionist in the morning was also lovely and looked after my bags after checkout.

Price is a bit steep if you're travelling alone but the location makes up for it!

Breakfast at the Brunchers place nearby, was great. I love this place. Location is amazing.

But the room was old and not so clean. Also, only shower gel and lotion provided. I expected more for the price we paid.

Le petit déjeuner était très bien mais il était servi dans un autre lieu (dans une autre rue) que l hôtel . Et le service était lent .

Je n ai pas apprécié d apprendre en arrivant à l hôtel que le petit déjeuner était proposé dans un restaurant situé deux rues plus loin. Le service étant très lent , nous n avons pas pu déjeuner avant d aller à l aéroport le jour du départ.

Chuveiro com um vazamento para fora do box e box sem uma porta, que molhava o banheiro. Limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente nos suportes dos cabides do armario

The breakfast needs to be changed, It is such a shame that in a city like Athens with delicious food in every corner, and you decide to use a cafe serving below average food as your breakfast.

Not having been to Athens before, I didn't really understand the lay of the land, but was pleasantly surprised with it's stellar location - next door to Monastiraki and best yet, within a ~20-minute radius of main attractions: Acropolis, Roman and Ancient Agora, Hadrian's Library, and Plaka. The staff was wonderful (shout out to Elina!) and super helpful. I only took advantage of breakfast one day, and it was decent (3-4 options; I had eggs, bacon, toast, and a croissant with fresh-squeezed orange juice). The room was spacious, with a separate toilet stall from the rainfall shower, large windows with a view over the buzzy Athinas street. I was on the 4th floor next door to the elevator and, again, pleasantly surprised that noise wasn't an issue - it helps that there are few rooms on each floor (I also stayed during the week). The same goes for ambient street noise. A little carried through, but nothing that was concerning/an issue for me.

An extra hook for a second towel (not a problem as I was travelling solo, but having a single hook never seems like enough), and a bath/shower mat.

Very clean, great location right next to the Metro Station, breakfast was plentiful. We weren't told initially, but later found out that we could order a take out breakfast since we were leaving for a tour before 8:00 pm. Staff was very helpful.

Room was dark. I think some light bulbs needed to be replaced.

מיקום טוב בסמיכות למטרו מונסטראקי , נסענו 2 עמיתים לנסיעת עבודה קיבלנו חדר נעים אך אין מיטות נפרדות רק מיטות זוגיות לכן מתאים רק לזוגות , מקלחת עם זכוכית שקופה בחדר. נמצא על רחוב ראשי ואין בידוד בזכוכיות החלונות לכן רועש כל הזמן ללא הפסקה.(ביקשתי אטמי אוזניים בקבלה אך הפקידה אמרה שאין ולא הבינה מה הבעיה כי את בסיטי סנטר וככה זה פה ) ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת בבית קפה נחמד מאוד אך מרוחק 2 רחובות מהמלון

The location is very good and room was clean

Very central, spacious room, staff was kind.

It does not provide breakfast on site. The included breakfast is served in a brunch place not too far from the hotel but unfortunately it can only offer 4 fixed options to the hotel guests (all similar to each other with eggs, cheese, bread), although the full menu of the restaurant is huge. This was very disappointing as there was no variability. The room was very cold. The cleaning staff did not make the beds. The coffee machine did not work. The bathroom’s door wouldn’t close. The view was on another building very close (I could see people’s bedrooms and they could see ours very clearly).

受付には、いつも人がいて笑顔で対応してくれました♪ また、帰国日がメーデーの日で全ての交通機関がストップする日でしたが、タクシー🚕をお願いすると心良く手配してくれて、問題なく帰国出来ました。 ただ、心残りは、朝ごはんを食べることが出来なかったことです。

2泊したのですが、札を表に掲げないと掃除をして貰えてなかったきとです。
