Everything about our stay was excellent, especially the stunning scenery, the amazing private pool, and the outstanding service. The staff were attentive throughout our stay and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and of high quality. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

The only area for improvement was a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom on the second day. I did not report it because we were only staying two nights and suspected it might require more than a quick fix. The hotel is expensive, but overall we had a wonderful stay and we would gladly return.

This was truly one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at. The location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on the edge of a mountain with incredible panoramic views that make every moment feel special. The scenery is peaceful, beautiful, and unforgettable. The property itself is luxurious, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Everything was thoughtfully designed, and the attention to detail really stands out. One of the things I loved most was how quiet and relaxing it was—it felt like a private escape away from all the noise. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, stunning mountain views, and complete tranquility, I couldn’t recommend this property more. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

An Absolutely Exceptional Stay I stayed at La Fiermontina Ocean with two friends and we had an unforgettable experience. The property is simply stunning. The location is spectacular, with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the dunes, and the surrounding nature. It feels peaceful, exclusive, and beautifully integrated into its environment. The suites are spacious, elegant, impeccably designed, and feel brand new. Every detail has been carefully thought through, creating a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The restaurant was another highlight. The blend of Italian and Moroccan influences is delicious, and every meal was excellent. Dining with those incredible views made the experience even more special. What truly sets this hotel apart is the service. The team is outstanding: attentive, discreet, warm, and highly professional. Nothing is overlooked, yet everything feels effortless. La Fiermontina Ocean is a rare gem and one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Так как мы были не в сезон, то очень часто получали ответ, что какого-то ингредиента нет или он закончился (например, нет апельсинов для апельсинового флеша или моцареллы для капрезе), и при чек - ауте в счет включили 5% от всей стоимости проживания (не страшно, что включили, страшно, что об этом нигде этой информации нет, нам сказали искать в листе подтверждения на бронь, но в нем я ничего не нашла)

My stay at this Fairytale Resort was truly unforgettable. The place is unbeatable, offering a beautiful view of the sea that takes your breath away. The service was outstanding, with attentive staff ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The view of the sea from the resort is absolutely breathtaking and adds a magical touch to the entire experience. I also admire the noble concept of the resort, which aims to support local farmers and the surrounding village—truly a commendable initiative. The food at the resort was extraordinary; each dish was so delicious and rich in flavor. I highly recommend this place — it is definitely worth your time and money for a memorable and enriching experience.

C'est un lieu magique dans lequel on peut séjourner les yeux fermés pour se détendre et apprécier la beauté du lieu. Tout était parfait, de la nourriture à la vue, à la villa, au personnel : c'était exceptionnel.

Aucun commentaire négatif à faire, honnêtement. Je ne vais pas chercher à en trouver un pour le plaisir d'en mettre un. Donc, je recommande fortement ce lieu et cette adresse.

I want to start by saying that I genuinely appreciated the warm welcome, the location of the property, and the overall atmosphere. My first night was truly pleasant, and I had a very positive initial impression.

I initially had a great impression — the location, the reception, and the overall vibe on the first night were excellent. Unfortunately, that changed completely on the second night. There were insects falling from the ceiling onto the bed. I contacted reception at 12:19 AM, but they said the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. The issue was finally addressed around 3:00 AM, and I was moved to a staff/service room. I received a one-night refund. The next day, my request for a car to transfer to another villa was delayed. Although there’s a restaurant onsite, I had to travel 20 minutes to the other villa. They later offered me a free night as compensation, but I declined due to a scheduled trip to Rabat. The villa they provided for five people was just one open space. We asked for one extra hour to shower after a horseback riding activity, but the request was denied, even though our time was already wasted going back and forth between locations. Lastly, I received a WhatsApp message saying I was blacklisted. Honestly, that’s fine — I wouldn’t stay here again anyway. The service was disappointing and unprofessional, especially after such a good start.

Perfect and unique place Highly recommended

Great beatiful very calm place. In front of the beach and mountains. Excellent place to really rest and avoid stress. The only challenge is that nothing is close (city, town or anything), then no options for restaurants, drinks, or life outside the very quite hotel. Rooms are greatand spacious (will be better with not frozen pool). Better to go with transport/car/chauffer.

We had an amazing time at La Fietmontina Ocean and like to keep this place to ourselves! There was some confusion about the type of accommodation at check-in but they gave us a free upgrade for this. The design accommodation, the staff, the food but especially the unspoiled nature and beach is one of a kind experience and hard to find these days. It is not for a small budget but if you can afford it please go there before mass tourism will spoil this place. The only thing we would have liked was a heated pool during the colder months.

The hotel is greatly built on a great location, as for the value of money, no it is not yet ready for the price being charged.

Minimum five star standard such as water and coffee capsules in the room is not provided enough. Extra water and coffee capsules were ordered and we were asked to pay for it! One small bottle for two people is just not enough by any hotel standard. Beach toilet is not good can be better. Dining options are just one option.

This was an amazing experience for me. I extended my stay two times. If you love privacy, luxury, and an impeccable view that you can access any time of the day from your suite, this is the perfect place for you. This was a lot of money but it was well worth it to me. The workers and the owner are very hospitable. A lot of effort goes into making sure your stay is enjoyable. The owner greets you daily when you are in the restaurant. Running between the pool, the heat, and the air conditioned room, I got sick during the stay and he & the staff checked in about my health and offered to accommodate me as necessary. Overall the service is excellent and the workers are attentive. I’m sorry if I cannot remember all the names of the people I crossed paths with. Oh my first day, I accidentally called the kitchen instead of reception when I had an urgent matter that needed addressing in my room. Hatim immediately came and resolved my unique problem. At no point, did he tell me that I called the wrong number. I only discovered that I did later. At reception, Shaima, Na’im, and Karima patiently assisted me on several occasions. Shaima gave me detailed advice on potential travel plans within northern Morocco and abroad (Spain). I had an unexpected legal meeting pop up during my trip and Anas, the guest ambassador, was incredibly helpful. He immediately started assisting me with preparing for the meeting by acquiring my legal materials and locating the best space for me to have my meeting. He also assisted me while I was sick and was attentive to other concerns I had. Regarding my legal meeting, Na’im also assisted in helping me get the materials I needed. A few minor delays but staff did everything they could. Security was very reliable. Housekeeping cleaned the room twice a day, and they did a great job. The breakfast was excellent. My favorite was the Ocean eggs and the freshly squeezed orange juice.
