Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The rooms were clean.
The staff interaction was very basic with no warm welcome. The bathroom faucets were old and clearly overused, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. There is no view at all as the windows face another building directly. Also, basic room services are missing; there is no complimentary drinking water or even a kettle to heat water/coffee, they only sell water. I did not like the stay.

Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Excellent staff / service (warm, accommodating, named staff praised)
- •Great, convenient location near shops and cafes
- •Clean and modern rooms / new construction
- •Well-equipped kitchen amenities
- •Comfortable stays and many repeat guests
Areas to consider
- •Nighttime noise from air conditioning in upstairs rooms
- •Broken or very small shower in at least one unit
- •Lack of blackout blinds and some privacy issues (apartments facing houses)
- •Uncomfortable sofa bed in one review
- •Broken coffee machine and occasional limited TV network
Cleanliness
9/10Guests repeatedly describe rooms and property as very clean and well maintained; minor maintenance issues (broken shower in one report) noted but overall cleanliness is praised.
Service
10/10Consistently exceptional staff feedback — warm, accommodating and helpful (several mentions of Zakaria and Yassine). Multiple guests highlighted the reception and professionalism, making service a standout.
Location
9.4/10Frequently praised for being ideally located next to cafes, groceries and shops; convenient for visitors and repeat guests. A few comments mention a slightly odd or less private aspect of the immediate surroundings.
Room Quality
8/10Rooms described as modern and comfortable with good kitchen fittings, but some negatives: AC noise from upstairs, an uncomfortable sofa bed in one unit, small/broken shower and limited privacy in some apartments.
Amenities
8.2/10Kitchen amenities and new construction are praised, contributing positively. However issues like a broken coffee machine, limited TV network during events and absence of blackout blinds reduce the score slightly.
Value for Money
8.5/10Not often called out explicitly, but numerous repeat bookings and strong recommendations indicate good perceived value; rating adjusted slightly above target to reflect recurring satisfied guests.
Food and Beverage
7/10Very little F&B offered on-site; the broken coffee machine was specifically mentioned as a negative, so this category is rated below the overall average.
Overall Experience
9.5/10Overall sentiment is strongly positive: many guests recommend the property, some are repeat visitors, and multiple notes of comfort and professionalism point to a very good overall experience.
