Une expérience absolument merveilleuse pour célébrer mon 30e anniversaire✨ Je tiens à remercier infiniment toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour leur accueil, leur attention et leur gentillesse. Une mention toute particulière à Madame El Batoul et Younes, qui ont été d’une adorable bienveillance et ont rendu mon séjour encore plus spécial grâce à leur service irréprochable et leurs délicates attentions. Merci également à toute l’équipe qui a pris le temps de me souhaiter un joyeux anniversaire et de contribuer à rendre cette journée si mémorable. Une adresse que je garderai précieusement en mémoire et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

الفندق فخم وجميل بماتعنيه الكلمة وبالنسبه للفطور كان مناسب والموظفين لطيفين جدا

الفندق جميل ولكن للاسف عطونا غرفه احتياجات خاصة ولما كلمناهم قالوا مافي غرفه متوفره 😳طيب احنا حاجزين ودافعين ؟! واكتفوا بالاعتذار ولا في اي تعويض !!! والشنط ما جابوها للغرفه الا بعد ساعة وبعد ما كلمناهم .. والعاملين عند الشاطيء غير متواجدين وطلبنا مناشف قالوا مافي !! ولعدم توفر العاملين ما طلبنا اي شي .. ولا يوجد منقذ عند البحر … وانتقلنا ثاني يوم للغرفه ونفس الشي تاخروا علينا ولا دخلنا الغرفه الا بعد الساعه 3 ..

The breakfast was amazing with a lot of different varieties, the staff was very kind and helped with all my requests and room service was very nice.

El alojamiento tiene un personal muy agradable. El desayuno estaba bien. La habitaciön limpia.

Todo lo demás. La comida es malísima. Realmente mala para un hotel de cinco estrellas. No se puede comer comida tradicional porque la tienes que pedir para el día siguiente. Al día siguiente, la vuelves a pedir, y vuelve a no estar disponible. La piscina cierra muy pronto. Da enseguida la sombra. No hay piscina para niños, con lo cual los niños se ponen con las cuidadoras y ocupan el 50% de la piscina, que es pequeña para todos los huéspedes. La playa no se limpia por la noche. Por la mañana están los mismos cigarrillos y basura del día anterior. El entretenimiento por la noche es siempre el mismo. No hay pistas de tenis ni de pádel no hay nada que hacer. No hay actividades. No es un hotel de cinco estrellas. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen.

Wir waren in Juni 2026 in Tamuda Bay. Aufgrund verschiedener Rezensionen waren wir etwas verunsichert. Doch schon der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv. Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und erhielten gleich einen Begrüssungsdrink. Danach folgt ein kostenloses Zimmerupgrade mit Traumblick und sehr viel Platz. Das Essen in den Restaurants ist preislich im oberen Regal, aber sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam und es gab keine Wartezeiten. Die offene Terrasse mit Liegebereich, Pool und Bars sowie der direkte Meerzugang waren toll.

L’emplacement est excellent, la literie très confortable, le personnel à l’écoute. Mention particulière pour El Batoul sans qui notre séjour aurait été très moyen.

Le petit déjeuner n’est pas digne d’un tel établissement ! Grosse déception de ce côté surtout que les prix sont très élevés. On s’attendait à un petit déjeuner de meilleure qualité et plus copieux. La carte de la journée est aussi très limitée. Autre mauvaise surprise : les jus sont trop dilués ! Nous en avons essayé plusieurs, aucun n’était bon ! Pour des journées de grande chaleur et dans un pays comme le Maroc, c’est inadmissible ! N’importe quel snack en prépare des meilleurs…

Todo perfecto . Sólo un detalle. Los extintores no pueden estar cubiertos con una funda. Pasillos sin señalitica - de incendios. También la seguridad de los pintores que estaban en la pérgola de arriba. Sin seguridad. Super Peligroso.

Tout. Pour moi, le meilleur hôtel dans la région de Tanger-Tétouan-Hocima. C'est la quatrième fois et c'est toujours top. La gentillesse du personnel est incroyable.

I had high expectations for The St. Regis Tamuda Bay, but unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards expected from a luxury hotel. One of the most concerning incidents was that a male floor manager entered the private women’s hammam area. This was highly inappropriate and made the experience very uncomfortable, especially considering guests expect complete privacy in such facilities. In our room, one of the curtains fell off the rail. We reported the issue twice, but it was only repaired after our third request. For a hotel of this caliber, maintenance issues should be addressed much more promptly. Service was also inconsistent. Something as simple as getting ice cubes with a glass of water seemed surprisingly difficult, and almost every time we ordered food, part of the order was missing or incorrect. What disappointed me the most was the way our complaints were handled. After raising these issues, we received no follow-up, no explanation, and not even a simple apology. At a St. Regis, I would expect management to take guest feedback seriously, communicate with guests, and proactively resolve problems. The property itself is beautiful and has great potential, but the service, attention to detail, and guest care fall well below the level expected from a five-star luxury brand. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel deserves to live up to the St. Regis name.

La tranquilidad, es un sitio ideal para desconectar, está esta es mi tercera vez y seguiré volviendo para encontrar esa paz y tranquilidad que hace tanta falta. Realizar una mención muy especial al personal desde el Director General hasta el último de los empleados son personas muy profesionales y atentas procurando que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible.

It would have been a little better if it was closer to a town, but it was excellent anyway.

A beautiful hotel on the bay . Very attentive staff . Management goes above and beyond to insure guest are fully taken care of . It was a very impressive stay . I will definitely return .

Хочу быть объективным, эту обратную связь я говорил менеджерам ресторанов и сотрудникам на ресепшене. В отеле отсутствует системная работа над сервисом. И к сожалению - он по международным стандартам не работаем на 5* 1. При наличии 6 человек на ресепшн, работает 2 компьютера и процесс заселения/выселения может занимать от 30минут до часа 2. В основном ресторане на протяжении 3х дней не было больше половины меню (не было рыбы , морепродуктов, баранины и т д). Я попросил менеджера, но все его объяснение и желание помочь свелось к фразе: у нас были праздники, все закончилось. 3. На завтраке тарелки не убирают, официанты проходят мимо , принять заказ при пустом зале занимает 10-20минут, а в первый день нам даже меню для заказа не принесли. 4. Непонятна работа менеджеров, которые находятся на территории, но не контролируют работу персонала и выполнения международных стандартов 5. У бассейна на пустых шезлонгах лежат использованные полотенца, стаканы, бутылки - никто это не убирает часами

The rooms were luxurious, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The interior design was elegant, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel was spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the property was impressive.

One minor downside is the absence of a private beach.

J’ai énormément apprécié le personnel, toujours accueillant et professionnel. J’ai également adoré l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la plage, la qualité de la cuisine ainsi que le confort dans les chambres . Tout était vraiment magnifique

Tout était parfait! Personnel aux petits soins avec une mention spéciale pour Mr Zakariya du service butler qui répondait présent à toutes nos requêtes. Le cadre est somptueux et rehaussé par un service digne des grands palaces. Nous recommandons vivement!

Great location, an oasis of everything good after learning local sightseeings... Crazy view! Good SPA facilities.

Breakfast personnel was somehow lacking attention to the details serving less menus than a number of people, by bringing the dishes different from the order, or forgetting to bring them at all.

Service , cleanness are excellent, breakfast service is top notch.

Small minor things in the room like leaking faucet in the bathroom, stains in the bathroom wall and cracked bathroom sink but in the big picture I will give 5 stars for everything else.

Good location, nice designs and good concept

Service needs improvement, in restaurants and at the pool and beach. Was very slow service at the beach and no attendants mainly, most of the stuff in restaurants were slow. Also hotel needs some attention to details, as blankets, hand sanitizers at restaurants or wet napkins.

Cet hôtel est parfait . Tout est grandiose et d’une qualité irréprochable. Que ça soit les infrastructures( spa , salle de sport…)les chambres , le service , le personnel , la piscine immense et chauffée , les terrasses . L’environnement est merveilleux . Accès privé à la plage , transat à disposition. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable et les attentions sont merveilleuses.
