Situation : L’établissement est très bien situé. A 5 minutes de la place de Jemaa El Fna. À proximité de sites historiques et des souks. Personnel : Le personnel est incroyable. Très gentil, toujours présent pour t’aider/te conseiller. Il s’adapte aux besoins du client. Très souriant, poli et gentil. Très attentionné (spéciale dédicace à Hicham qui a offert un cadeau pour l’annif de ma sœur qui avait lieu dans 3 jours). Nourriture : Le petit déjeuner super bon, il vise la qualité (meilleure msemen) Possibilité de manger le soir aussi. La petite terrasse est bien emménagée et cool pour se poser en rentrant d’activités et avant de sortir. Spa : possibilité de se faire masser pour un prix correct et le staff est très professionnel. On l’a fait 2x tellement on a aimé. Décoration : très charmante. Les chambres sont petites mais ca n’empêche pas d’être à l’aise. Vraiment très bon Riad que je recommande.

Ce riad est un havre de paix, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et d’élégance. Idéalement situé à quelques rues du souk et de la place Jemaa el-Fna, il permet de rejoindre facilement à pied les principaux sites touristiques de Marrakech. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, copieux et varié. Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Une mention toute particulière à Hicham, dont l’hospitalité, la bonne humeur et l’attention portée à nos besoins ont largement contribué à faire de notre séjour une expérience réussie.

L'éclairage de la chambre et de la salle de bain était un peu sombre.

Tout c était incroyable, la gentillesse du personnel est un réel plus. Ils ont répondu présent à toutes nos demandes. Merci à Hicham et le veilleur de nuit pour l accompagnement au taxi .

Ryad hermosamente decorada, muy limpio, en la Medina misma, a 2 min caminando desde la plaza principal. El personal sumamente amable y preocupado de mis necesidades, por ejemplo dispusieron para mi de Pan Gluten Free. Quiero agradecer especialmente a Hicham e Imad, por sus recomendaciones, empatía y por ayudarme a sentir segura en una ciudad que no conocía.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο, από τα καλύτερα και πιο εξυπηρετικά που έχουμε συναντήσει! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στην πλατεία. Ο περιβάλλων χώρος είναι πανέμορφος, το ξενοδοχείο μύριζε πολύ όμορφα και το μασάζ που κάναμε στο σπα ήταν εξαιρετικό.

Δυστυχώς υπήρχαν τεχνικά θέματα: η θέρμανση ήταν χαλασμένη (το κλιματιστικό φτιάχτηκε την ίδια μέρα, αλλά το σώμα του μπάνιου όχι) και το χαμάμ στο σπα ήταν κρύο, γεγονός που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε άβολα. Το πρωινό ήταν φτωχό σε ποικιλία (κυρίως ψωμάκια, τηγανίτες και λίγες αλοιφές). Επίσης, η εκδρομή για την Εσαουίρα που κλείσαμε μέσω του καταλύματος είχε κακή οργάνωση, καθώς ο οδηγός σταμάτησε στη μέση του δρόμου για 10 λεπτά για να μαλώσει με άλλο αυτοκίνητο. Αν προσέξουν αυτές τις λεπτομέρειες, θα είναι τέλειο για τα λεφτά του.

Sinceramente, cuando reservé aquí jamás esperé llevarme esta grata sorpresa. Es el Riad que recomendaría a cualquier amigo o familiar en su visita a Marrakech y nosotros, sin duda, volveremos. Es un oasis de paz en pleno centro de Marrakech, a 3 minutos andando de Plaza Jamaa El Fna. La decoración es increíble, desde la recepción, las habitaciones, hasta los pequeños detalles. La terraza es una pasada, los desayunos que más hemos disfrutado, y por la noche tumbarse ahí escuchando el silencio de una ciudad tan ruidosa como es Marrakech, wow. Especial mención al personal TAN educado que tienen, a cada uno de los tres estamos muy agradecidos de cómo nos han acogido de manera tan generosa. Nunca vamos a olvidar cómo llegamos al Riad la primera tarde, después del shock de la llegada a Marrakech, y cómo nos sentó en uno de los sofás de la entrada a darnos la bienvenida al país, explicarnos todo, darnos consejos para nuestro viaje, organizar con nosotros las actividades de los próximos días (cogerlas con ellos), hablar con nosotros tranquilamente. Han estado atentos a cada detalle, grandes personas y grandes profesionales cada uno de los tres. Mencionar también la excelente cocina que tienen, comida increíble, y el servicio de Spa (sus masajes) recomendadísimo también. La habitación es una cucada, pequeña pero te sientes como en casa. No os asustéis respecto a la calle por la que se entra, es segura incluso de noche, y a nosotros ellos nos acompañaron los dos primeros días sin ningún problema. Estamos encantados, el mejor “hotel” en el que hemos estado por cómo nos hemos sentido, y con ganas de volver. Enhorabuena al dueño de este Riad por haber creado este oasis de paz tan bello y, sobretodo, al gran equipo que trabaja en él. Muchas gracias.🙏🏻 Nous avons été enchantés par ce séjour. Espectacular, se respira paz desde el primer momento, nos dimos un masaje incluso en el riad. Todo perfecto y el personal no pudo ser mas amable!!!

Siamo stati davvero benissimo in questo riad! La posizione è perfetta: a pochissimi minuti da Jemaa el-Fnaa, il punto di partenza ideale per qualsiasi escursione o visita nella città. Il consiglio migliore è prendere subito una SIM locale in aeroporto, così da riuscire a orientarvi meglio nelle viuzze di Marrakech… anche se, va detto, i locali saranno sempre pronti ad aiutarvi con grande gentilezza. Il riad Casa Felicità è una casa tradizionale marocchina ristrutturata con gusto e piena di fascino. Di notte è molto silenzioso; ovviamente si sente quando qualcuno rientra o suona alla porta, ma fa parte dell’esperienza autentica di soggiornare in una casa tradizionale. Un piccolo consiglio per chi ha difficoltà a camminare: come tutti i riad, anche questo presenta molte scale e spazi piuttosto stretti, quindi forse un hotel potrebbe essere più comodo. L’accoglienza con il tradizionale tè alla menta marocchino è stata meravigliosa. Un grazie speciale a Hisham, sempre attentissimo alle nostre esigenze, e a tutti i ragazzi dello staff della reception e della cucina, davvero gentilissimi. Molto piacevole anche cominciare la giornata con la colazione dolce sul rooftop, disponibile anche in versione gluten free (noi per un intolleranza al grano). Consigliatissimo anche il piccolo hammam interno: dopo una giornata intensa in una città così piena di energia, è stata un’esperienza davvero rilassante. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff della casa: siamo stati benissimo!

L’emplacement

Chambre extrêmement petite, difficilement confortable. Nous avons demandé à en changer, sans aucune solution proposée. Des travaux de jardinage ont eu lieu sur le toit pendant notre séjour, rendant tout moment de calme impossible, sans excuse ni geste commercial. La douche était bouchée, ce qui compliquait l’utilisation normale de la salle de bain. De plus, la femme de ménage oubliait régulièrement de mettre des serviettes (une fois sur deux environ), ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier. Enfin, alors que j’étais malade, une simple bouteille d’eau demandée a été facturée, sans aucune considération. Le service est très insuffisant. Le confort et la satisfaction des clients ne semblent pas être une priorité dans cet établissement.

We loved the riad-style design, it’s beautifully decorated and very centrally located. The staff were lovely, especially Ahmed, who was very welcoming and answered all our questions. Despite being in a busy, bustling area, it was surprisingly quiet.

Breakfast could be improved. The room was a bit dark, even with the lights on, and lacked sufficient space to store clothes or personal items.

Very friendly and helpful people to serve us. We felt a very welcome atmosphere. The roof terrace was very quiet and nice.

Location is fantastic, right in the heart of the Medina but at the end of a quiet side road. Roof terrace and courtyard pool are also lovely, as was the room - which was spotless!

Riad Casa Felicita was lovely and centrally located. We booked an airport transfer through the riad and a staff member kindly met us at the transfer and directed us to the Riad (5 minute walk). The riad itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The rooftop had nice views. The room was large and the air conditioner worked well. Please be aware that there was no tv (we didn’t need it so not an issue for us). The bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond (helped make calls on our behalf etc).

We stayed on level 2 directly under the kitchen (the ‘violet’ room I think). It was incredibly noisy between 7-8am when the chefs were preparing breakfast. This didn’t bother us as we were already awake getting ready for the day. However, if you are looking forward to a sleep in, I would recommend requesting a room on level 3. The mattress was quite lumpy (our friend stayed in another room and did not have this problem).

Everything. An absolute paradise of calm and relaxation but still in the centre of the souks and hubbub of Marrakech. Tonic Massage was a+++ All staff, especially Ahmed was very kind and accommodating.

Room was noisy with staff/cleaners - but that’s more my fault as I stayed on my room so much. Hamman was turned up too hot to begin with and burnt my forehead and thighs before getting it turned down. I LOVE hot saunas but this had been turned on just prior to my appointment so the stone seats was too hot to even sit on. Masseuse asking for a tip at the end spoilt the luxury of it a bit.

The main downside would be the breakfast offer. It was very tasty (traditional Moroccan options) but it lacked savoury options. We also found it slightly louder than other riad we stayed at (kitchen breakfast preparation noise for the second floor rooms)

Great location. close to the main square and our driver was able to get quite close and then get us a porter to take our bags . We were able to walk to restaurants and bars and felt very safe. We liked the quiet, calmness of the Riad.

Le lieu est très calme et reposant. Le Riad a une situation idéale à deux pas de la place Jemaa El Fna. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et nous avons mangé un couscous le soir préparé sur place avec des produits frais, un régal. Nous avons aussi fait un massage très reposant. Mention spéciale pour Ahmed et Salim à la réception qui nous ont aidé et renseigné lors de notre séjour.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage und freundliches Personal. Man konnte auch gut spät abends alleine zum Riad laufen. Es gab gutes süßes Frühstück auf der Dachterasse, mit frisch gepressten Orangensaft und marokkanischem Tee.

Es war relativ hellhörig, aber das scheint in allen Riads der Fall zu sein:)& es hätte mehr Haken/ Ablageflächen im Bad geben können.

Veldig god velkomst fra kveldsvakten. Frokosten var ekstremt god. Hammam spa var over all forventing.

En av de ansatte var spydig og ikke spesielt flink til å forklare hva de ønsket ved utsjekk så det var litt komplisert.

Localisation idéale mais au calme, hôtel décoré avec goût avec le nécessaire à disposition (serviettes, gel douche,…). Piscine chauffée intérieure agréable. Personnel charmant, aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner délicieux ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Adresse booking inexacte, hôtel difficile à trouver, ne pas hésiter à contacter l’hôtel pour être guidé.

Such a fantastic stay, the staff were brilliant (Selim, Ahmed and Imad, if I remember correctly), so helpful and happy to answer questions, give recommendations etc. We booked the day-trip to Ourika through the Riad and found the quality to be excellent. The vehicle and driver were very good and all the guides involved were very good. You will find it cheaper via alleyway merchants but we saw the vehicles they were in and glad we paid a little extra. Our breakfast was simple but always fresh and high quality. Finding it was a little tricky, it's probably best to get a taxi to the western edge of the Jemaa El Fnaa and then it's just a short walk down one single alley until you have to turn right. But once you find it the first time, you'll be able to find it every time. Feel free to ask local people as they definitely were very helpful. From the edge of the square go down Rue Riad Zitoun el Kdim (look for the Mo-Mo) and take the 2nd right after the "Snack Adam" place. If you reach the Henna cafe then you've gone too far and need to go back one alleyway. The outside and the route there does not look like much but inside is like a paradise oasis, so calm and clean and refreshing. You're really close to loads of the action but there is zero noise from the street. A great location.

The tiniest thing is that it would be great to have the option of a blind on the windows as sometimes early morning light can come in a bit too much.

The property was good, only a bit hard to reach as it sits in a secondary street which google maps does not capture. No indications are given in the main road, therefore we spent at least 30 mins in our first day. That said the property was good. Our room was comfortable and clean. The space was a bit tight (we took the double room).

The space was a bit tight (we took the double room) and dark. we visited during winter, therefore humidity we observed might be caused by the season. The staff was overall friendly, but flexibility could be improved, as we asked in advance if we could have breakfast prepared earlier because of an early rise to visit the desert, only to discover during the morning that nothing was prepared.

Etablissement avec cadre et déco magnifique, calme et très bien situé (5 mn de la place). Chambre confortable. Personnel très accueillant, souriant, disponible et serviable. Super petit déjeuner en terrasse très cosy.

Die Unterkunft war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend und hatten uns sogar in der Nacht noch einen Flughafen Transfer organisiert. Spa und Haman kann ich sehr empfehlen dies zu buchen.

Es war dennoch alles sehr klein und eng und beim Frühstück könnte es gerne mehr Abwechslung geben.

The staff at this beautiful little riad were wonderful. Super friendly and helpful. Particularly appreciated the collection from the taxi and to the taxi for our transfers as the route to the riad in the medina could have been daunting. The location once we became familiar was ideal - just a few minutes from the main square and restaurants. Loved the on-site hammam on day one which relaxed us into the holiday and was good value for money. Particularly liked chatting to the guy who served breakfast. He was so lovely and friendly. Wish we had asked his name.

The room was a little small compared to the photos and there was no chair to sit on at the small table or comfy chair to sit in and read. Our room (Violette) was directly underneath the kitchen and prep room upstairs which meant noise and movement from quite early on in the mornings. It didn't bother us too much as we were up and out early but a lie-in would have been impossible.

When you opened the door into the Riad you were met with the stunning pool area that was beautifully designed & gave you a sense of peace & calm. The layout was great with 3 or 4 bedrooms on each floor & a beautiful roof terrace. The Riad was located at the end of one of the narrow alleyways/lanes & was quiet & peaceful yet it was only 5 minutes walk from the central square which made it a perfect location. The staff, in particular Ahmed (who took great care of us) were all so friendly helping to organise trips, taxis, accompany us to meeting points & make phone calls on our behalf. Someone was on the front desk at all times & greeted you with a warm smile when you returned each day. We would definitely return to Casa Felicita as we had a truly wonderful experience & would highly recommend it to friends & family.

We loved everything about our stay here.

Luxe Riad in de Medina en toch rustig.

We visited Marrakech for the 3rd time. This time together with our teen daughters. The Italian / Marrocan Vibe in the Riad was really nice. An Oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Marrakech Madness. (which we love ;-) ) The Location is Superb, close to Jemaa El-Fna, which means it's close to any other location you wanna go to. (All taxi stops are close to the square). The Riad, the pool, the roof top, the breakfast, eveything was great! Defenitly 1 to come back to.

La atención fue espectacular, me encanto la arquitectura del lugar, aunque las habitaciones no son tan luxury, la cama sencilla y el espacio pequeño, el desayuno delicioso.

Llegar al lugar fue un suplicio, pidan ayuda al riad por que yo estuve 1 hora dando vueltas para poder entrar, la ubicación de maps no es precisa :(, y al final me ayudo una persona y tuve que pagar pero viaje sola y me dio un poco de miedo seguirlo entre los callejones

Casa Felicita is a gem of a place to stay in Marrakech. Despite being right next to the main square, Jemaa El Fna, it's so peaceful and relaxing. The staff, Ahmed and the team, are all super friendly and helpful, and my room was beautiful. Having a hammam within the Riad is a great bonus. I highly recommend it.

Le Riad est magnifique, il est bien placé, les chambres sont bien décorées. Le personnel est sympathique.

Les lits simples sont très étroits, il y a beaucoup de bruit dans le Riad (notamment le matin tôt pour le ménage) et le petit déjeuner n’est pas top (très basique, pas de choix, tous les jours le même)
