Das Riad Jalina war zauberhaft, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Besonders zuvorkommen war das Personal. Alle waren so bemüht und hilfsbereit. Empfehlen kann ich zudem das Angebot der Massage, Aktivitäten und Abendessen anzunehmen.

L’établissement est super, extrêmement propre et surtout dans une rue très calme en plein cœur de la Médina. Les espaces sont conviviaux, le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une extrême gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est très gourmand, préparé sur place et délicieux - ils ont pris en compte mon intolérance au gluten. Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse. Nous recommandons le Riad Jalina les yeux fermés.

L'une des plus belles expériences de ma vie, j'ai passé un excellent séjour au Riad Jalina avec ma famille, la beauté de ce lieu, le confort, l'emplacement, les petits déjeuners succulents et variés, les tajines savoureux, et surtout l'ensemble du personnel incroyable, ce sont des crèmes d'amour. Mention spéciale pour Radouane le responsable, très bel personne qui nous a préparé un accueil chaleureux,exceptionnel, de taille, toujours disponible, professionnel et souriant. Grâce à ces merveilleux conseils nous avons pu visiter la Médina comme il se doit ! Et gardant de merveilleux souvenirs ! Merci à toute l'équipe 🫶🏽

Wir können das Riad Jalina uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Wir sind mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern gereist und haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Trotz unseres sehr frühen Check-outs um 4:30 Uhr haben wir ein Frühstück zum Mitnehmen erhalten. Da es so früh war, konnte unser Taxi uns sogar direkt vor der Unterkunft abholen, obwohl das Riad in der Medina liegt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, ebenso die Dusche mit zuverlässig warmem Wasser.

Als kleinen Nachteil empfanden wir, dass man für Taxifahrten immer ein Stück zu Fuß gehen muss. Das liegt jedoch an der Lage in der Medina und betrifft viele Riads in Marrakesch. Wer eine Unterkunft mitten in der Medina wählt, sollte dies berücksichtigen.

O ambiente é calmo, tranquilo que transmite uma paz imensa. O RIAD é lindo , um espaço familiar. É tudo o que procuramos depois do caos e barulho dos becos de Marraqueche. O pequeno almoço típico e variado todos os dias, era ótimo. A disponibilidade e atenção de todo o staff. Toda a equipa foi excepcional. Queremos deixar uma palavra de agradecimento pela atenção e dedicação do Ismael. É empenhado em tornar a experiência dos hóspedes melhor. Parabéns pelo seu profissionalismo, é bom sermos recebidos por pessoas que gostam do que fazem. Obrigado por tudo.

O Multibanco não estava disponível, o que dificultou tendo em conta que realizamos atividades e viagens de táxi através do RIAD. O quarto que ficámos não tinha muita luz 💡

O pequeno almoço oferecia imensa variedade, misturando a cozinha mediterrânea com marroquina. A localização do Riad era perfeita, no centro da Medina, muito perto de todos os pontos de interesse. O funcionário Ismail foi impecável connosco, super atencioso e muito simpático, ajudando-nos até a reservar um táxi para visitar os jardins Majorelle. Recomendo a 100%.

La ubicación, lo cuidado y bonito que era el Riad. También lo amable que fueron, al decirles que nos íbamos antes de que empezará la hora del desayuno, nos lo prepararon para llevar.

Très bien placé pour visiter la ville à pied( souk, Médersa ben Youssef) endroit calme Le personnel est prévenant et le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux Il est servi sur la terrasse et c est très agréable

Je n´ ai pas aimé que l on demande le règlement du Riad en espèce car le paiement par carte etait soi disant en panne une semaine avant que l on arrive

C’est vraiment comme à la maison on a trop aimé le petit-déj’, c’est fait, maison, toast au fromage et avocat a été délicieux. La chambre est propre tout est nickel les personnels trop sympa merci tout le monde je recommande à très vite 🙏🙏

Le riad est très joli, quasiment neuf et très propre. En plein coeur de la médina et proche de la place jemaa el fna, il permet de tout faire à pieds.

Différemment des autres lieux dans lesquels nous nous sommes rendus au Maroc, nous ne sommes pas senti comme chez nous. Quelques réflexions peu avisées et le dernier jour nous devions partir tôt piur notre vol et nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner (inclus pourtant dans le prix de la chambre). On nous a promis un petit déjeuner à l'emporté que nous n'avons pas eu. Pas très arrangeant avec des enfants !

Merci à toute l'équipe du Riad Jalina pour cet accueil chaleureux. Vous avez été aux petits soins pour nous. Un merci particulier à Radouane pour l'organisation sans faille (transports, repas sur place, réservations de bonnes adresses pour nous,...) ainsi qu'à Sahid pour sa gentillesse et son sourire au petit-déjeuner le matin mais aussi quand nous rentrions le soir.

Localização próxima da djema el fnaa. Walking distance da maioria dos pontos de interesse. Riad muito bonito e limpo. Excelente pequeno-almoço. Simpatia dos funcionários. Ajudam no que for necessário.

De manhã ouve-se ruído dos pequenos almoços vindos do pátio central mas suponho que seja normal em qualquer Riad. Tivemos uma infiltração de água das chuvas no teto (caía da lâmpada) que inundou uma parte do chão mas foi resolvido. Também se esqueceram de fazer a cama extra mas trouxeram logo lençóis.

El riad es muy bonito, el personal amable y hospitalario, y la ubicación perfecta en una parte segura de la medina. Esta todo muy limpio. El último día teníamos que salir pronto y nos sirvieron el desayuno una hora antes

Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja y se escuchaba absolutamente todo, cuando llegaban y se marchaban huéspedes de madrugada (que es más frecuente de lo que pensaba), cuando preparaban las mesas para el desayuno, cuando llegaban el resto de huéspedes por la noche, y por supuesto el rezo. El riad es increíble pero era difícil descansar por las noches

Viajamos en familia con mi mujer y nuestros dos hijos pequeños (de 5 y 7 años), y no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor. ​Lo que realmente hace especial a este Riad es su equipo humano: ​Said: No tenemos palabras suficientes para agradecerle todo lo que hizo por nosotros. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento de que no nos faltara de nada, siempre con una sonrisa. Pero lo más emocionante fue el cariño y la simpatía con la que trató a mis hijos; conectó tanto con ellos que los niños no dejan de recordarlo y ya lo extrañan. ¡Es un crack! ​El equipo: También queremos destacar a la chica joven del equipo, que fue súper amable y estuvo muy pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos en todo momento. ​Lo mejor de las instalaciones: ​Ubicación: Un 10 rotundo. Perfecta para explorar y moverte con niños sin complicaciones. ​Confort y Limpieza: Todo impecable. El Riad logra ese equilibrio difícil de encontrar: la belleza tradicional con un confort que te hace sentir como en tu propia casa. ​Desayuno: ¡Buenísimo! Fue la mejor manera de empezar cada día de nuestra aventura. ​En definitiva, una estancia de 10. Tout, son emplacement, au cœur de la Medina, l’accueil et l’extrême disponibilité de son manager Radouane, mais aussi l’amabilité du Personnel et les bons petit-déjeuners et repas qui nous ont été servis. La chambre était également fort jolie, comme l’ensemble du Riad. Bref une très belle et sympathique entrée en matière pour notre périple marocain. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement et encore une fois merci à toute l’équipe !

Établissement très propre, joliment décorée avec soin, chambre atypique, literie confortable, chambre soignée. Radouane nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie, très prévenant, nous as donné beaucoup de conseil. Le personnel est au petit soin, très courtois. Vraiment un endroit coup de cœur.

Le Riad est un peu caché pas forcément facile à trouver au premier coup.

L’emplacement est top et au calme. Très beau. Petit dej excellent et varié. Merci à Redouane et Karim pour leur accueil et sourire. Très serviables.

Un des serveurs n’était ni agréable, ni souriant, et a même refusé de nous donner du savon car ma fille avait cassé le petit récipient…heureusement que Redouane a rectifié le problème !

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Radouane et son équipe qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse. Le riad est parfaitement situé, au cœur de la Médina. La chambre était très bien, tout était parfait. Je vous recommande vivement ce riad !

Super friendly hosts and an excellent location! Parking is just a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient. The breakfast is perfect and you even have the option to enjoy it up on the roof terrace, a wonderful feature we happily discovered on our second morning.

The time it took for the shower to heat up and the low water pressure were both disappointing. For the price, you expect a standard, well-functioning shower. Furthermore, the beds were a bit too firm for my liking. Lastly, a couple of weeks before our arrival, we were informed that the card terminal was not working and we needed to pay for the room in cash. This was inconvenient, as it meant we had to find multiple ATMs to withdraw enough money. In this day and age, I don't believe this should be necessary.

abbiamo prenotato il transfer ma si sono dimenticati di venirci a prendere in aeroporto. indicazioni per arrivare discordanti dall'indirizzo su booking (che era giusto), ci hanno mandato una posizione su whatsapp che era solo un punto di ritrovo ma poi abbiamo dovuto aspettare un ragazzo che ci accompagnasse alla struttura che era invece facilmente raggiungibile seguendo l'indirizzo indicato su booking. Il transfer di ritorno invece ce lo hanno fatto pagare due volte perchè abbiamo chiesto di posticiparlo. Anche qui poca chiarezza

They were doing some renovations, so at times that wasnt ideal for the stay. Also is not really easy to get there the first time.

Friendly staff, beautiful facilities and really well decorated with lots of great details and artwork. Very child friendly (we had a 1 year old) and all the staff really went above and beyond to help us make sure the baby was comfortable (heating up milk, storing food, etc). Steps from the bustle of the Medina but quiet at all times in the Riad as it was down a side street.

Slightly challenging to find as the location is not marked perfectly on google maps. Just keep going till you reach the end of the alley :)

We had our best stay with our 9 month old baby at Riad Jalina . The staff were extremely warm and welcoming and helped us with everything that we needed . They made sure that our stay was comfortable and we had everything that we needed even before we arrived at the accommodation. Special thanks to Raduone and Kareem for being such lovely hosts . They were very kind to us .

Riad w znakomitej lokalizacji. Niesamowicie gościnny, pomocny i zaangażowany personel i menadżer. Świetny kontakt z nim od razu od chwili rezerwacji. Od momentu odebrania nas z ulicy z taksówki i przeprowadzenia nas do hotelu po wszystkie wskazówki i pomoc w rezerwacji atrakcji- czuliśmy się w pełni zaopiekowani i bezpiecznie. Byliśmy z dziećmi, więc miało to dla nas ogromne znaczenie. Riad bardzo ładny, kameralny, cichy, urozmaicone śniadanie. B. Polecamy!

Jedyny minus to mieliśmy dość niskie ciśnienie wody (+ woda nie zawsze była ciepła, czasami letnia) co w zimie było kłopotliwe nieco. Ale to szczegół.

This small riad is a home away from home. The traditional building itself is worth a visit. The rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they give the best possible service. 😊

La gentilezza incredibile dello staff, la premura di Karim e le colazioni da sogno di Leila, tutto lo staff è incredibile, torneremo sicuramente. La location è suggestiva e molto raffinata, la stanza un sogno, e si trova in una posizione davvero comoda, vicino a tutti i punti di interesse.

Il Ryad si trova nella Medina, abbiamo vissuto la vita Marocchina è un esperienza molto bella!!Il sig.Karim ci ha accolto nel Ryad è un persona squisita accogliente disponibile e professionale anche il del personale molto gentili.

Tout d’abord l’accueil de Redouane . Un havre de paix à quelques minutes du souk et de la place … Nous étions dans la chambre familiale . La literie est parfaite , et la propreté était au rendez-vous vous . La chambre était très agréable les enfants avait leur petits coins . Un immense merci au staff du Riad des équipes de jour et de la nuit tombante . Un petit déjeuner différent chaque matin sur la terrasse . Riad Jalina is a beautiful place to stay in Marrakesh. Its location is very good. Even though it is inside of Medina, the Riad is calm and cozy. I also appreciated there were only five rooms, so you felt there like at home -pleasing atmosphere. Nice and friendly staff always ready to help us ( e.g. prepared the breakfast earlier). We enjoyed our stay and can recommend to the others.

It would be fine to add there any kind of guidepost into the Derb Dalia street by the host. We could not find the Riad for the first time. Google maps won't help you (see the picture where the Google maps shows the Riad and where exactly it was). Tip: When you arrive to Derb Dalia street, go deep down to the "labyrinth", at the end you will find the Riad Jalina. The second thing to mention is related to breakfast. We really liked it, the breakfasts were of very good quality, though the selection was mainly focused on sweet dishes. It would be great to have more savory options for guests who prefer less sweet meals. As the tap water was not drinkable, we were slightly disappointed that only one bottle of water was provided at the start of our stay and nothing more, e.g. for breakfast.

Das Personal ist großartig und macht alles möglich. Spontan wurde sogar ein privater Kochkurs mit der Köchin Layla organisiert- direkt in der Küche des Riads. Die Ruhe im Haus ist toll und doch ist man nach wenigen Schritten mitten im Gewimmel. Die zahllosen Tipps für Restaurants von Radouane waren super und sogar den kleinen Pool im Atrium konnten wir für unsere müden Füße nutzen. Wir haben uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

O Riad é incrível, lindo, só de estar no ambiente já faz parte do turismo, a limpeza é excepcional, o espaço sempre estava muito cheiroso, são muitos educados e prestativos no que precisar. O café da manhã é bem servido e tudo fresco. E vale provar o chá.

Colazione molto buona, ogni giorno c’era sempre qualcosa di diverso. Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, ci ha aiutato molto su ogni fronte, posizione super, pulizia ottima. La stanza ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Super consigliato!

El alojamiento es espectacular, tal cual las fotos. El personal muy amable y un buen desayuno. La verdad que estuvo mejor de lo que pensé. Éramos una familia con dos hijos y la habitación de los niños estaban en la misma habitación pero arriba y eso me hacía sentir más segura pero con intimidad.

Al menos en mi habitación el aire acondicionado era un poco ruidoso, pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

El desayuno fue delicioso, y el manager del Riad estuvo muy pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades, ayudandonos a contratar el guia, los transfers etc. Muchas gracias!! Fue una experiencia inmejorable.

Karim est une personne en or, bienveillante, toujours prête à nous aider et il nous à même montrer le chemin pour que notre séjour se passe aux mieux. Très bel accueil, le petit déjeuner était une merveille tout est fait maison et joliment présenté. Ce riad est proche de la grande place (5 minutes) et à deux pas du souk. L'emplacement est très calme on se croirait seul au monde. Encore mille merci pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande à 100 pour cent.

The riad was a little hidden gem. Very nice hosts, so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The place was quiet and comfortable. The food was delicious and we loved our brief stay here.

The only issue I can think of was trying to find the place. Initially our taxi either didn't turn up or missed us at the airport. We then needed the help of some local kids to find the entrance to the riad. I lt is well hidden down an alley and could benefit from a signpost or two to show the way.

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property. The decoration is perfect, and everything is very clean and well maintained. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the hotel on the first day, the staff was incredibly helpful—just a quick text or call and they guided us right to the door. The location is right in the heart of the Medina and within walking distance to all major landmarks and great restaurants. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always available in case of questions or to offer advice or help with booking taxis and activities. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Marrakech and planning to stay in the Medina.

Staff are very accommodating and friendly. We love our room We love the breakfast its different everyday which is a plus for us. They even allow us to have something to eat with our last day since we requested to have some coffee before breakfast. We enjoyed our 1st night with the delicious dinner

We thought that the coffee and tea was complimentary but they asked us to pay. The second day we transferred a room and no complimentary water i asked the ff day but still they charged us with the water If the pool was heater it will be great but so far we are very happy

Lovely refurbished small riad. Great location. Staff were lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Staff helped with early checkout and taxi arrangements very efficiently.

Radouane was a great host and the place is lovely. Appears freshly decorated and the whole place and rooms very tastefully furnished. Breakfast and dinner just perfect.

Would have preferred a slightly softer bed it was very hard (this seems to be the norm in Marakesh though) and the pillows could have been slightly better quality but doesn't detract from the 10 out of 10. Would certainly stay again.

Lovely place! Really nice and clean facilities. The manager didn’t prioritize so much to pay me back the change for a pre-payment. This is something you don’t want to remind about.. But in the end I got 17 out of 23 euros back, so quite ok, hope the change might go to housekeepers.

Riad itself was good, if a little small, and had a small pool if you want to use it. Staff was overall very friendly, helpful and flexible. Location is good, close to the main square, however the path to get to the square is particularly busy and chaotic

Main issue we faced was the door locks/latches were inadequate, and it was not possible to lock the bathroom from the inside. It kept opening on its own, and we had to hack up a door stop. This should be an easy fix. The staff while friendly could be a bit more communicative, They sat us down and went into the kitchen without much explanation, turns out we were getting a welcome tea, but we didnt know. Make sure they know you are coming, as the location isnt quite the same as on google maps, and the path it is on isnt shown the same on google maps.
