Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Πολύ βολικό το σημείο,πανω στον πεζοδρομο και πολυ κοντα στην πλατεία Ελευθερίας που ειναι τα λεωφορεια για οπουδηποτε. Πολυ καθαρό ,πολυ καλο μεγεθος. Το καλυτέρο όμως ειναι η αψογη συνεννόηση με τα παιδιά που το διαζειρίζονται. 10/10

Imposible para llegar en coche, ni siquiera para dejarlo delante de la puerta para descargar equipaje, no conseguimos acceder y tuvimos que buscar un parking... Mensajes automaticos, no ofrecen facilidad para los que llegan en coche.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026מיקום נהדר, חדרים מאוד נוחים, יש הכל, כיור, כיריים, צלחות, סכום, הכל. אפשר ממש לגור שם ולבשל. טלויזיה גדולה, מיזוג אוויר גם מאוורר וגם מזגן, הבעלים היה ממש אדיב, הייתה רק בעיה אחת והוא עשה הכל כדי לפתור אותה
היה ריח לא טוב ספציפית בחדר שאני הייתי בו. הזמנו שני חדרים אחד לי ואחד להורים שלי ואצלם לא הייתה הבעיה הזאת. פניתי אליו לגבי הריח והוא אמר שהוא שלח מישהי שתשפריץ ספריי כדי להעלים את הריח, הריח לא עבר ונשמע ריח לא טוב כל כך. יכול להיות שיש בעיה נקודתית והיא תפתר במהרה לפי ההתייחסות של הבעלים בבעיה נראה שמאוד אכפת לו.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Στο μπάνιο είχε μόνο ένα κρεμαστράκι για πετσέτα, με αποτέλεσμα να μην υπάρχει κάπου να κρεμαστούν πετσέτες, εκτός από το συγκεκριμένο. Το καζανάκι της τουαλέτας είχε πρόβλημα, και ενημέρωσα κάποιον που βρισκόταν στα δωμάτια τις πρωινές ώρες. Ακόμα, ήταν πολύ δύσκολο αν υπήρχε καποιο μαγιό ή ρούχο πλυμένο να στεγνώσει και δεν υπήρχε κάπου να απλωθούν. Κατά τ'άλλα το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό! Επίσης, όταν έκανα την κράτηση δεν γνώριζα πως δεν είναι δυνατό να περάσει από εκέι αυτοκινήτο, ίσως θα ήταν χρήσιμο να αναγράφεται κάπου κατά την κράτηση. Σχετικά με το κρεβάτι, ήταν διπλό με δυο ξεχωριστά μονά στρώματα, τα οποία "ανοίγουν".

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location was absolutely incredible. You are in the middle of everything and you are able to walk to all the main areas within 5-10 mins. We managed to tick off so many different restaurants, get shopping done, rest up in the middle of the day because of the Greek sun, visit museums and the shores because of the location. With the nearby parking (convenient but not cheap), we managed to park our car without worrying about it for the entire stay. Genuinely a fantastic place if you’re interested in food and shopping!
We did have a small issue with the flush in the toilet which would momentarily stop filling up, but was easily fixed by pumping it a couple of times.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Innanzitutto il fatto che si tratta di una struttura nuovissima o così almeno appare. Dotata di un angolo cottura dove farsi un caffè o un piccolo break. Si trova in pienissimo centro, a cento metri dalla fontana Morosini in un quartiere denso di ristoranti, negozi e quant’altro possa riempire una piacevole serata. Il check in e le indicazioni telefoniche e scritte sono stati perfetti e la ragazza che se ne è occupata gentilissima ed attenta. Sicuramente quando torneremo verremo ancora qui.

Möglichkeit Gepäck 🧳 abzustellen. Check in und out sehr unkompliziert. Eine super Wahl für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Heraklion.
Es gibt keinen Balkon, was wir vorher wussten, daher gibt es keinen Abzug von Punkten.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Location, right in the town center. It was fantastic to watch the town coming alive around 20:00 with children and families walking and playing outside . The restaurants and cafes were full of people enjoying food and drinks. Plenty of stores to shop around and the location was perfect.
Parking on the street is a challenge, very narrow. There is a special parking called Thereus where you can park the car for 18 euro is the best option. Depending on the location of your hotel you may have to carry your luggage through the streets but Pleiades was very close to the parking.

Reviewed May 27, 2026This is a super clean, well equipped, and very comfortable apartment over a busy shopping area in Central Athens. A quick walk in either direction gets you to many restaurants and excellent pastry shops, as well as more touristy options like the hop on hop off bus. Temperature control and hot water were both really nice for our five night stay.
This is not the property’s fault, but anyone who wants to rent it should be aware that it is in a very busy, noisy area. One particular evening, we had thousands of people shouting and setting off firecrackers from about 12:30 AM until about 2 AM. A local tour guide told us the next day that the crowds were celebrating a victory of a local basketball team! This was the noisiest that it got, but none of the nights was completely quiet. Again, not the property’s fault, just something to bear in mind. It would not stop us from renting the place again.

Δεν υπήρχε κομοδίνο ή κάποιος άλλος χώρος απόθεσης μικροαντικειμένων δίπλα στο κρεβάτι και ο εξαερισμός στο μπάνιο έκανε ένα πολύ ενοχλητικό θόρυβο. Δεν είχε free wi-fi

It’s very central in Heraklion old town, short walk to all nearby attractions. Restaurants nearby and supermarkets for daily supplies. I was welcomed by a lovely young lady and showed me all the facilities in the room. Felt well looked after, happy with my stay. Will definitely return when I visit Crete next time.

While the location is fabulous, the location is noisy until around midnight (not the fault of the hotel). There was live music on the street in front of the building next door. There is also construction going on, on the building itself, which didn't cause noise, but the scaffolding is visible right outside the window, interrupting the view of the street.
