Çok merkezi bir konumda, konforlu bir yer. Cok daha önemlisi buzdolabinda soğuk suyun varliği, bu sicak havada gelir gelmez susuzlugumuzu giderdi. Kahve, çay da düşünülmüş. Yürüyerek her yere ulasilabiliyor. Banyo ve wc ayri konumlandirimiş, ayrica wc de ki bizler için cok önemli taharet musluğu var. Bir daha tekrar Girit e gelirsek burada kalmayi isterim. İnstagram hesabimda da burayi paylasacagim.

Very well located. In the heart of the city center.

The only complaint I can think of is there’re no curtains in the shower window (although it’s tempered so no one can see) for the light in the morning

Not a problem for us but there are stairs and no lift. The staff were great so you could probably ask for help or to be on a lower floor if that is difficult for you.

Taras dający możliwość rozpoczęcia i zakończenia dnia obserwując życie na uliczkach. ekspres do kawy, lodówka, mleczko do kawy `( co nie jest zbyt częste), dobrej jakości pościel i ręczniki, czyściutko, łatwość checz-in. Parking dosłownie 100 m od apartamentu ( zostawiasz kluczyk i parkingowy sam zajmuje się ustawianiem auta, co w ciasnych przestrzeniach i braku miejsca jest b przydatne. w dodatku niezbyt drogi - od 17:00 do 11:00 dnia następnego- 13E, okolicy mnóstwo knajpek, restauracyjek i sklepików Ogólnie- polecamy

Zajmowaliśmy pokój nr 31 - na 3 piętrze- dla niektórych dojście z walizką po krętych , wąskich dość schodach może stanowić problem, warto więc poprosić o niższe piętro w naszym pokoju akurat zabrakło jakichś malutkich choćby stoliczków nocnych i dyskretnego oświetlenia do poczytania, było tylko ładne, ale b mocne oświetlenie górne.

Petit logement très fonctionnel. Salle de bain super pour les nombreuses douches après la plage. Bien situé. Nous avons vu une seule fois le personnel durant notre séjour.

Amazing apartment on the main street, with free facilities. Our fridge was full with a few water bottles and some milk capsules for the coffee. I would definitely stay there again if I'm there. Amazing balcony to the main street.

Εξαιρετικό και καθαρό δωμάτιο σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Επίσης εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Η Χριστίνα κι ο Παναγιώτης μας έδωσαν τέλειες συμβουλές για την διαμονή μας στο νησί και ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι και χαμογελαστοί. Μπράβο τους!

האזור מאוד נוח! קרוב למרכז העיר. יחס מאוד טוב, נקי ועיצוב מאוד יפה.

Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung vor dem Rückflug, um direkt beim Airport in der Nähe zu sein. Die Unterkunft ist mitten bei der Fußgängerzone im Zentrum von Heraklion. Das bedeutet, daß es nachts (zumindest als wir da waren) ordentlich laut war, weil man das laute Nachtleben gut hören konnte. Wenn man als jüngeres Pärchen oder Studenten oder so reist, ist die Unterkunft evtl. ideal, weil man "mitten drin" ist. Mit kleinem Kind bis deutlich nach Mitternacht ein Live-Konzert ist der Nähe wäre nicht unsere erste Wahl gewesen, aber da können die Betreiber/Gastgeber ja nichts für. Trotzdem ist das Appartment tipptopp (August 26), Sauberkeit war perkfekt und Einrichtung hatte alles was wir brauchten. Man hat durch die Ecklage in dem Hochhaus (2. OG) eine tolle Panorama-Sicht nach draußen. WLAN war kostenlos. Minibar-Kühlschrank für "das nötigste" was wir unterstellen wollten. Wenn man mit Mietwagen kommt sollte man sich vorher Gedanken zum Thema parken machen, denn die engen Gassen sind komplett vollgeparkt, aber es gibt viele kostenpflichtige nahgelegene Parkplatz-Tiefgaragen. (Nur welche hat Öffnungszeiten zu den teils fast noch nächtlichen An-/Abflugzeiten...?) Der Zugang zum Appartment war sehr bequem über Tür-Codes, die man 24h vorher per email/whattsapp zugeschickt bekommt, unser Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war dadurch komplett digital, aber reibungslos. Willkommens-Nachrichten über Messenger und Nachfragen ob alles ok ist gaben ein gutes Gefühl. Über andere Faktoren kann ich nichts berichten, weil wir quasi nur nachts zum schlafen da waren.

Beliggenhed i forhold til butikker, restauranter, 2; timer parkering og havnen var helt perfekt. Gåafstand til ALT 👍

Alt for meget larm fra trappeopgangen. Man kunne høre ALT. Folk der gik på trappen, deres snakken og når de tastede koden ind på væg for at få adgang til deres værelse og når døre blev lukket/smækket. Lige lidt rigeligt småt til 2 personer. Der er ikke plads til kufferter. Dårligt nok lidt bagage.

Bevond zich midden in het centrum, fijn dat je gewoon meteen naar je kamer kon en ook gewoon weer zo kon vertrekken. Moderne kamer

De kamer was heel smal net als de trap en de voordeur dat was wat gesukkel met onze grote koffers. Het was maar voor 1 nachtje gelukkig, voor meerdere dagen zou het niet zo gemakkelijk zijn.

Sve je bilo dobro. Lokacija je u samom centru grada. Apartman je bio čist. Za ulaz se dobije šifra tako da vlasnike nismo ni vidjeli. Pripremili su kavu kraj aparata za kavu a u hladnjaku nas je dočekala voda i mlijeko za kavu. Za razliku od ostalih apartmana u Heraklionu - koji ne ostavljaju ništa.

Πολύ ωραιο δωματιο, τελεια τοποθεσία κοντα σε ολα , καθαρο δωματιο , και πολυ καλη υποδοχη της κοπελας απο την Ροδο , ηταν πολυ βοηθητική και ευγενική.

Идеальное месторасположение в центре , 5 минут до причала чтобы наблюдать закаты , современные красивые здания вокруг, белый стиль, много окон , светлый и чистый номер , балкон панорамный покорил мое сердце , обязательно для городского отдыха рекомендую

В апартаментах нет лифта и нужно расчитывать если у вас большой багаж , его будет сложно поднимать по винтовой лестнице . Немного поюзанная сантехника в душе( головка душа отваливалась ) , но если вы проживаете долго думаю если попросить персонал , то все оперативно починят . Я проживала 1 день , пару раз сходить в такой душ была не проблема

The photographer has done a fantastic job is presenting the pictures that it’s misleading. The room is not comfortable because of the following reasons: 1- toilets smell so much that at times you feel you’re going to pass out. 2- the showers need a thorough cleaning even though the cleaning lady does her best. 3- at night the outdoor lights of the building are so bright and the windows in the bathroom of our room was a glass wall that even if we switched all the lights it was too bright. 4- the doors are not well made for stopping street sounds.. it was quite loud maybe they need to put double glazed glass 5- open wardrobe makes the room for 3 people look messy ..

1x ( kamer 33) schimmelwoekering tegen plafond. Probleem is gekend en er zou aan gewerkt worden. Opgelet : wij waren telkens op de derde verdieping en er is geen lift. Breng liefst enkel lichte bagage mee

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend und vor allen Dingen super gut gelegen

Wir waren zweimal Gast über Nacht. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Dit is een zeer centraal gelegen verhuur in het centrum van Iraklion, makkelijk te bereiken bij aankomst en vertrek in Kreta via de luchthaven van Iraklion of via de ferry of voor een uitstap naar Santorini vanuit de haven. Ligt in het oudste stadsdeel, we parkeerden onze wagen in een zeer efficiente valet parking (Almirou straat) We zijn hier 3 keer gepasseerd tijdens een rondreis van 15 dagen door Kreta. Twee keer (kamers 32 en 33 ) waren perfect, de positieve gegevens op de website van booking kloppen . Aangename kamers, veel stadssfeer op het terras, maar nachten rustig. Dicht bij archeologisch museum en haven. Tip: de kamers zijn op de 3e verdieping en er is geen lift. Breng zo weinig mogelijk mee naar boven en laat vb de koffers in de wagen

De tweede keer dat we kwamen waren we in kamer 34 een juniorkamer. Die was kleiner, had een leuk schaduwterras en wat minder comfort als de twee andere. Storend was hier dat er schimmelgroei was tegen een deel van het plafond. Niet echt gezond. Contact hierover met Planis liep correct, het probleem is bekend maar blijkbaar wordt de juiste hersteller niet gevonden.

Location was fabulous. Arrived late, property is only a short taxi from the airport. Wandered the shops and was still able to grab dinner after 10.30pm.

Tolle Lage, das Hotel liegt 5 Minuten vom Hafen entfernt. Es Bietet große Zimmer die modern eingerichtet sind.

Das Raumspray im Flur ist ein Angriff auf die Nase, geht absolut gar nicht. Zimmer hat durch den modernen Touch ein zwei Mankos, Klamotten aufhängen nur sehr begrenzt möglich, Gläserne Toilettentür oder die Matratze die einfach nur auf dem Boden liegt ist auch nicht der Hit. Zum Schluss bestehen die Wände leider aus Papier und man hört alles aus dem Flur oder den Stockwerken Drumherum, besonders lustig wenn sich andere Gäste morgens um 6 dazu entschließen ihren Koffer die Treppe herunter zu ziehen

The staff makes this hotel worth staying at, everyone was incredibly kind and very helpful! The hotel is located in the city center near several shops and restaurants. The roads are narrow so we recommend taking a taxi in/out rather than trying to drive yourself but if you do there is a large covered car park two minutes around the corner.

Singurul dezavantaj sunt scările înguste, fara lift si daca ai bafta sa ai la tine un geamantan mare si sa l urci pana la etajul trei nu te poți declara norocos ! În rest perfect

Für unsere letzte Nacht auf Kreta hatten wir die Junior Suite mit Balkon gebucht. Die Suite ist sehr schön ausgestattet und ideal für einen Stadtaufenthalt. In unmittlbarer Nähe gibt es eine große Auswahl an Geschäften, Restaurants und Bars. Trotz der zentralen Lage und Wochenende war es in der Nacht sehr ruhig. Hervorheben möchte ich noch die intelligente Aufteilung des Badezimmers in einen offenen Vorraum mit 2 großen Waschbecken, eine Duschkabine und eine separate Toilette.

Super noisy unfortunately from the main street. While this is partly due to the location, also a big factor is the insulation of the windows- it felt like they were open when not In our room on a lowered floor - a very nice mattress, but put directly on the floor, no bedside tables - a bit like student vibe there. Very strong smell in the building from sewage when you enter - not to be felt in the room though

Mūsu numurā bija ļoti dzirdama sūkņa darbība (atradās tieši aiz sienas), tas ik pa laikam ieslēdzās un ļoti traucēja gulēt.

It was so super easy to check in even though we arrived late! The host was so accommodating and there were recommendations left for us which we used and loved. The room was clean and so beautifully decorated, brilliant value for money and would 100% stay again !!

Η ασχημη μυρωδιά στους κοινοχρηστους χώρους ( κλιμακοστάσιο)

Καταρχάς μου άρεσε ότι ήταν ακριβώς στο κέντρο 100 μέτρα με τα πόδια από τα λιονταρακια.Ειχε ότι χρειάζεται ένα δωμάτιο να,ειναι λειτουργικό με ωραίο μπάνιο τηλεόραση πιστολάκι μαλλιών τα πάντα.

2 ήταν τα Πράγματα που δε μου άρεσαν το ένα ότι δεν είχε,ασανσέρ και ήμουν στον 2ο όροφο με αποτέλεσμα να κουβαλάω 2 βαλίτσες μεγάλες από τα,σκαλια που αν είσαι κάποιας ηλικία δεν θα μπορείς και το δευτερο είναι ότι το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο το 23 ήταν πάρα πολύ μικρο

Loved the view from the 3rd floor cnr balcony as we listened to and observed life rolling on in its natural flow. Safe!! Close to everything we needed!! The stairs were great exercise and fun to navigate with our bags xx

L'emplacement idéal au centre de la ville, la petite terrasse, l'eau à disposition dans le frigo, café et thé avec leur machine dans la chambre, la propreté de l'immeuble et de la chambre.

Aménagement très fonctionnel mais espace un peu juste d'où l'intérêt de la terrasse, le bruit des auttes chasses d'eau dans l'immeuble si utilisées la nuit.

Fantastic location, spacious, clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed, and the beautiful wrap around balcony was an excellent bonus! The building doesn't have a lift and we were on the third floor, but the staff made that clear early on so we stored some of our luggage so we don't have to take it up the stairs. A great example of timely communication. Highly recommended.

Room was very small for 2 people with quite a lot of luggage, and it was hard to move in the room. To be fair if one’s just sleeping in the room the size doesnt really matter.

Fantastic hosts and food at their friendly Taverna.

Struggled to find it at night. Located at 34.93948, 24.81292 Driving from Pompia to Kaloi Limenes when the road reaches the sea and turns 90 degrees to the west to go to Kaloi Limenes, turn sharply to the left towards Crisostomos and Pl Peramata. After 100m on this road it gets down to the stream bed and as the road goes up the stream Krampinis cafe/Taverna is on the Left.

Clean and spacious room with a great balcony to sit on in the early morning! The location was fantastic, too.

The room was very cleverly designed considering how small it was. The bed was comfy, there were plenty of sockets and it was a modern clean attractive room. Communication was great and very helpful all in English.

The room was on the third floor and we had very heavy bags. It was a very small room, too small for 2 people really. It was May but the night we stayed it was raining and very cold outside and the room was freezing. We only had sheet and I struggled to sleep because I was so cold.
