Riad M17 - Hammam & Spa

Nous étions seul dans le riad donc aucun bruit. Younes le gardien a été très sympathique et disponible lorsque nous avions besoin. Lors de notre excursion tôt le matin il a avancé l'heure du petit déjeuner et nous a également préparer un petit déjeuner à emporter le jour où nous devions reprendre l'avion (à 3h du matin). Le lit était refait ainsi que les serviettes changé tous les jours. A deux pas du palais royal qui est sous surveillance et les rue éclairé toute la nuit. Vous trouverez juste à côté : distributeur, pharmacie, boutique pour bouteille d'eau....

Ceci est plus une suggestion : peut être mettre à disposition un petit livret d'accueil avec les prestations proposées du hammam et spa ainsi que les tarifs. Pensais à préciser que les taxe de séjour ainsi que les repas pris sur place sont à régler en espèce ! Nous avons du aller retirer exprès alors que nous partions le lendemain matin.

Le séjour de l’ensemble s’est très bien passé. Le personnel était très disponible et agréable très à l’écoute. Nous sommes senti comme les seuls dans l’établissement, c’était très agréable. Le Riad est très bien placé non loin de la Medina, parfait pour aller au restaurant à pied

Absence d’eau chaude. Malheureusement, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude dans notre chambre car il y avait des travaux. Le personnel a tout de même trouvé une solution pour nous.

The staff was very kind and prepared delicious breakfasts. Everything was also very clean, which we especially appreciated. It is located in an easily accessible and relatively quiet part of the city.

Dosłownie 10/10. Przesympatyczna obsługa, wszystko zgodnie z ofertą. Dosłownie oaza spokoju, do której chcesz wrócić po kilku godzinach zwiedzania w mieście. Riad wyjątkowo gustownie urządzony, a dużą atrakcją są pyszne śniadania serwowane każdego ranka (świetna kawa). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dosłownie kilka minut spacerkiem od głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Gospodarze oferowali transfer z i na lotnisko, chociaż można też było spokojnie skorzystać z komunikacji miejskiej. Pokój czysty, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki. Korzystaliśmy też z zabiegów spa w riadzie i oceniamy usługę bardzo wysoko. Bez problemów można było zostawić plecaki ostatniego dnia czekając po wymeldowaniu na samolot. Jeśli wrócimy kiedyś do Marakeszu, to na pewno do tego miejsca.

La colazione può essere implementato mettendo ogni giorno le uova ad esempio La stanza numero 2 è bella ma ha bisogno di qualche base d'appoggio in più. C'è troppo poco spazio per appoggiare valigie o altro. Andrebbero bene anche delle mensole

The location and breakfast were great. The overall interior of the Riad is lovely. Clean and the rooftop was lovely.

The room is quite small

Very beautiful, streets from the medina to the riad were very safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful of our needs like giving free water and soup when needed, as well as an early breakfast as we had to leave for an excursion very early.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. The location is perfect—very central and within walking distance of everything, yet it felt completely safe at all times. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to be helpful. The riad itself has a beautiful style and atmosphere, and the breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious. A special thank you to the team for being so accommodating on our last day; since our flight was late in the evening and there was no immediate booking, they allowed us a late check-out. It made our final day so much more relaxing. Highly recommended!

Hammam en Spa waren in de kelder naast de wasplaats en waren alles behalve hygiënisch.

Nice Riad, The employes are super nice, they did a great job. It is well located, near main atractions, and we felt safe due that is located near the royal palace, they are plenty of security in that area. Be aware that is near a mosque so you can hear the morning prayers... as all of the Rias in these budget it is kind of noisy. The best: the employes!!!

Il bagno non è riscaldato

El chico de recepción, todo un encanto. Nos preparó el desayuno a las 7:00 a.m. Riad cálido, bien decorado y alejado del ruido callejero.

Se hace difícil echarte gel y champú de los dispensadores del cuarto de baño. Aconsejo colocar alguna cortina en las duchas para no mojar las toallas y encharcar el suelo, que son un pelín resbaladizos al estar mojados.

Decorado con muy buen gusto

Fuimos en el mes de Diciembre y hacía frío en las habitaciones, la calefacción calentaba muy poco. El olor a baño en la habitación muy desagradable. Informamos de ello, pero no lograron quitarlo

La posizione perfetta, secondo me fuori dalla Medina è meglio. Bellissimo Riad, stanze moderne (sempre poca privacy in alcune, il bagno è in camera) e pulite

Poca chiarezza su alcuni prezzi: a noi serviva un transfer dal Riad all’aeroporto prima erano 20€, poi sono diventati 25 e il ragazzo in reception ci ha detto 40. Ovviamente è stato un fraintendimento però sono cose che non devono succedere. Ci provano.

Struttura con cinque camere, molto pulita e con personale di gentilezza e disponibilità rare. La manager si è attivata per soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste, anche oltre le aspettative. Il personale, estremamente cortese, ci ha atteso fino a notte fonda per permetterci di cenare al nostro arrivo e si è prodigato per ogni nostra necessità. Pulizia e garbo come a casa. Lo consiglierei.

La nostra camera purtroppo era piuttosto piccola, il che ha limitato il comfort del nostro soggiorno. Inoltre, ci siamo trovati con due giorni di freddo intenso e questo, dato che queste strutture sono pensate per un clima mite, ci ha fatto sentire un po' di freddo. questo RIAD si trova accanto al palazzo reale, quindi un o' fuori dalla zona dei Souk, il che è un bene perchè la zona non è caotica, ma anche un limite perchè ogni volta bisogna impiegare una ventina di minuti a piedi per raggiungerlo.

M-17 l'endroit idéal pour décompresser. De l'accueil du 1er au dernier jour tout était parfait. Le personnel très gentil, disponible, une spécial pour la cuisinière tellement douce et discrète à la fois. La déco tout ce que j'aime la literie top. Très bien desservi. Un grand Merci. Je recommande +++++

O pequeno almoço e a simpatia do rececionista. O riad é limpo e confortável, perto do centro.

Reservamos um hammam, que foi bom, mas nada de especial pelo preço. Com a reserva do booking teríamos direito a 10% de desconto nos serviços do riad, mas quando fomos pagar mantiveram os preços de tabela e alegaram que o desconto já estava incluído, o que não é verdade.

It was clean, privacy was respected at all times. They have their kitchen which was clean and their hamam and spa downstairs too.

The riad was amazing and it’s located in a safe area with police, because close is the Royal Palace. The staff was very polite. Also, the breakfast is so good The room was cleaned every day and the tows as well. Thank you for this hospitality😌

Unser Aufenthalt im Riad war wirklich rundum super! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, lieb und zuvorkommend – man hat sich sofort willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Support war top: Wir konnten jederzeit über WhatsApp Kontakt aufnehmen und haben immer schnell und hilfsbereit eine Antwort bekommen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, alles war sehr gut organisiert und liebevoll gestaltet. Auch die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Gehminuten von der Medina entfernt, aber trotzdem ruhig genug, um gut zu entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Riad nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Almost everything but I loved the staff

The rooms need to be cleaned properly especially the toilets. And the bed sheets need to be cleaner!

Tudo! Pequeno almoço, quarto, os funcionários, este alojamento foi o melhor de Marrocos para nós. O ar condicionado constante tornava o seu interior sempre muito fresquinho, o que é ótimo para sobreviver ao calor de Marrocos em julho. O espaço está extremamente bem decorado e tudo sempre muito limpo. Impecável. Ótima localização e muito seguro.

Great location, wonderful breakfast, will definitely return

We loved the stay in this beautiful Riad. The stuff members were amazing, we thank them a lot for how great they were to us. Younes was amazingly helpful during our stay, he was there anytime we needed him until the very last minute. Soumia was so attentive to us and really profeso, we missed the first night in the Riad, but once we arrived they welcomed us and let us use the hammam, which was incredibly necessary for us at the moment, we’re grateful. Thank you again!

Very nice staff and very nice rooftop. They have very nice breakfast. And a very good portion of food. The place is at a very good location. Is close to most main attractions is within 15 min walks also very close to groceries shop and currency exchange places. Very handy. And the room is very clean and nice.

New and modern riad but still very traditional. Hot water and powerful shower. Toiletries and fresh towels. Very peaceful and great location. By the palace and is a very safe area to be walking to and from the road at night. Local mosque too is a bonus. The fresh breakfast prepared every morning by Latifa was amazing, and she happily accommodated making me some eggs too. Youness welcomed me in as I arrived in the evening and had fresh mint tea. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The decoration of this riad are amazing, everything is new and clean. The location is perfect and you get homemade breakfast.

Obviously I understood the location is in the centre of medina so some noises are expected.

Excellent location, welcoming and helpful staff (Yunus was amazing & always smiling), plenty of parking spaces available nearby so if your renting or driving will definitely help, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room should have some more light.

It was a very pretty Riad. It was small but as a single occupant it was adequate. I think two people may struggle in that space. The location was just a short walk from the main square. The breakfast was excellent. They have a very cute terrace and roof top terrace. The hammam was excellent. Staff very friendly- thank you to Yunus and Soumia.

It was quite noisy. There was a mosque very close by and it sounded like the call to prayer was inside my room. The riad itself was also noisy- although I don’t think this is unique to this riad- if anyone was in the courtyard or walking to their room you could hear their conversations or opening and closing doors. But I think this is the general feel in all Riads. Sound proofing is non existent. The internet wasn’t working when I arrived- which wasn’t ideal and it took until 6/7pm the following day to fix. When fixed it wasn’t the strongest signal and would frequently drop. Hand soap would be helpful to provide.

Riad bien renové,porpre,jolie deco,bien situé. Chambres humides,très peu de rangement,pas de place dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. La restauration du petit dejeuner est bonne,mais eviter le diner sur place.

It’s in a great situation just 8 minutes walk from the cafés, restaurants and the main square. Everything was new as it has just been refurbished. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, the room was light and airy. There were 7 power points in the room where in most hotels you are lucky to get more than 1. The host’s Soumia and Mounia were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My wife was unwell for a couple of days and they looked after her really well. The breakfast was excellent with eggs every day if you wanted them as well as a variety of breads cheese and pancakes. Nice rooftop terrace with comfortable seats, cool in the evening after the madness of the city. Can’t speak too highly of the Riad. Also Soumia was helpful when we made reservations for excursions, even though we didn’t use the company that she dealt with . We will definitely be back next time in Marrakech.

Nothing really, unfortunate lack of water on our first evening but was rectified within a couple of hours while we out eating.

Very clean riad, warm welcoming, calm, air conditioner is working very well. I asked a transfer to airport for very early morning, the driver is very nice, his car is clean and very confortable, reasonable price. 100% satisfied with this experience.

I was only there for one night and all the staff could not be more helpful.

The owner of the Riad is extremely kind and welcoming. He was super available before our arrival to organise our pick up and also the dinner as we flew quite late, but for him it wasn't a problem and we had one of the best home made tajine in Marrakech. Also when we arrived in the evening he was so nice to show us around the riad and he brought us to the terrace without wondering about the time. Breakfast is traditionally Moroccan and very delicious, also served on the terrace. The Riad is well kept and super clean and also just 20 minutes walking from one of the main sightseeing, the Bahia palace. Strongly recommend

Rooms are not well isolated in terms of noises.

I took my mum to Marrakech for her birthday and we had the most wonderful time. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The Riad itself is beautiful, intimate and comfortable. Location is perfect for walking around Medina and the main square. We used the Hammam and had a lovely massage which was just cherry on the cake and perfect end to our short holiday.

Our stay was too short. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Really nice place and people

Thanks to a crazy mix up with our car rental at the airport, we only arrived at the Riad after 1am. However, that didn't get in the way of us being received with utmost hospitality and warmth. A very charming riad with amazing hosts. The room was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast was sumptuous and served in beautiful setting on the terrace. We only stayed one night but would certainly come back soon. Highly recommend it.

The bathroom needs a bit of upgrade but I wouldn't fault it for anything.

As all riads, it is not quiet.

Very good location in city. also room is very nice and comfy, very clean, has TV, nice details in room especially windows. Good toilets and good water pressure. Of course as usual big Moroccan breakfast

Shower curtains should be there, water goes all over the place, other than that, perfect.

The staff top Breakfast I had 2 different bookings for 2 nights and they let me stay in the same room without having to change the room. More conveniently like this

Nothing to dislike

The receptionist Abdel was super nice and dedicated to us, you can ask him everything and he will be happy to answer. The location is quite good, as its just few minutes from the kasbah and from the old Jewish quarter, and also the main square and medina is not far away either. The clubs and bars are also on walking distance which is great. They have nice terrace where you can chill after breakfast.

Location not particularly nice. Riad itself not as nice as in te pics. Breakfast is served in the terrace only, which was too cold in December.
