Die Lage war sehr angenehm für die Weiterfahrt mit der Fähre nach Milos. Das Zimmer war ruhig, die Einrichtung zweckmässig und die An- und Abreise war problemlos.

Nous n'avons pas pu accéder à notre chambre car la location n'était pas réservée à notre nom.

Pas de personnel sur place et le personnel joignable par email n'a pas été compétent pour nous aider. Uniquement là pour nous dire qu'il n'avait pas de chambre à notre nom alors qu'ils avaient écorché l'orthographe de notre nom. Il aurait simple de nous retrouver avec l'adresse email utilisée pour communiquer et nous aider.

Τοποθεσία, ήσυχα και καθαρά.

Για να κάνεις μπάνιο θα πρέπει να περιμένεις 45 λεπτά για να ζεσταθεί το νερό, αν κρυώσει το νερό, ο δεύτερος θα πρέπει να περιμένει άλλα 45 λεπτά για να κάνει μπάνιο.

We had a Seajets ferry booked the following morning and this location was perfect to walk to the gate for the ferry. Literally right down the street.

It was a bit challenging to get in. Not a hotel so had to get door lock key codes all done online. After that was done, was good.

Easy to chech in and check out

There is no support in case you have issues. The code provided for the street door was not working when we arrived and it was impossible to find a contact with tbe property!! We were lucky to have neighbours entering… after 30m waiting in the street

ACHTUNG ACHTUNG!! KAKARLAKEN Wir mussten die Unterkunft mitten in der Nacht mit klein Kindern verlassen weil wir einen Massiven Kakarlaken befall hatten. Natürlich hat sich von Sanders Port niemand gemeldet und wir mussten nach nur wenigen Stunden eine neue Unterkunft buchen. Auf welchen Kosten wir Sitzen bleiben. MEIDEN SIE DIESE UNTERKUNFT!!

Close to the port so easy to walk to the ferry terminal. Comfortable and clean. Elevator was helpful. Community deck in the top floor had amazing views for sunset!

We had an issue with the door lock. Glad we made it in time for them to respond electronically since no one is onsite to assist.

Room had no high up shower point, was told by the staff that it isn’t a listed amenity but it should just be a standard part of a shower. Went out one evening and when I arrived back the keypad for my door did not work. Tried ringing the number and they close at 6, this meant I was locked out for the night and had to wait until the following day to get back into my room.

Situation géographique très proche du port de Pirée, Gate 9, hyper pratique. Chambre pas hyper grande mais très pratique. Si vous allez vers la Marina il y a plein de restaurants.

Ce n'est pas que je n'ai pas apprécié mais avoir un hôtel "online" sans une personne physique, cela ne va pas plaire à tout le monde.

Rien du tout, ce n’est pas du tout représentatif des images sur le site.

La chambre était EXTRÊMEMENT petite, les fournitures méritent d’être à jour. Ce sont des apparts dns un immeuble, ce n’est pas un hôtel et les locataires étaient extrêmement bruyant, je pouvais tout entendre jusqu’à la télé du voisin devant moi. Les 2 voisins qui m’entourais étaient bruyants. Je ne voulais même pas rester dans la chambre, une chance que c’était pour une nuit. J’ai voulu prendre ma douche et l’eau était froide car il fallait partir le breaker 30 min à l’avance, j’ai payé des frais additionnels inclus dans le prix pour une femme de ménage, mais il fallait que je vide les poubelles à mon départ 🫤Franchement n’importe quoi. Je suis très particulière avec mes choix d’hôtel et j’ai été extrêmement déçu.

For me unfortunentaly i had an encounter with one of the residents that was living in the 4th floor. He was an old man that turned out to be a pedofile that tried to assault me sexually and the staff didnt donanything anout it

Είμαι απίστευτα ευχαριστημένος με την εξυπηρέτηση και το χαμόγελο της καθαρίστριας.

Δυσκολεύτηκα πολύ που έπρεπε να παραδώσω το δωμάτιο στις 11 το πρωί ενώ η πτήση μου ήταν βράδυ. Έπρεπε να περπατώ κουβαλώντας βαλίτσες μέσα στην Αθήνα. Πολύ δύσκολο για πολλές ώρες.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και οι οδηγίες για το check-in σαφής.

Ο κωδικός αν και δούλευε για την πόρτα του δωματίου, δε λειτουργούσε στην εξώπορτα αν και στις οδηγίες έλεγε ότι ήταν ο ίδιος. Στις παροχές, λείπει σίγουρα ένα κομοδίνο δίπλα από το κρεβάτι. Όσον αφορά την καθαριότητα. Πίσω από το κρεβάτι υπήρχαν πολλές τρίχες από προηγούμενους επισκέπτες και φάνηκε ότι είχε καιρό να καθαριστεί αυτό το σημείο.

Location and modern Apartement . Staff was very helpful and quick to respond too.

Stains on the bed spread , AC barely blows cold air and mattress was uncomfortable.

Πολύ βολικό δωμάτιο, κοντά στο λιμάνι και στο κέντρο του Πειραιά. Καινούριο, καθαρό και αρκετά ήσυχο. Γίνονται εργασίες συντήρησης που και που, αλλά αυτή τη φορά, ήμουν σε χαμηλό όροφο κι είχε απόλυτη ησυχία.

Πρώτο και κυριότερο. Η διαδικασία συμπλήρωσης των στοιχείων σε εξωτερική σελίδα για να πάρει κανείς κωδικούς και να καταφέρει να μπει στο δωμάτιο είναι κουραστική. Το κάνεις μια, δύο, δέκα φορές, καταντά κουραστικό. Εφόσον έχετε τα στοιχεία μας από το booking, σταματήστε να συλλέγετε έξτρα στοιχεία για να δώσετε έναν κωδικό. Το ότι δεν υπάρχιε οικοδεσπότης έπρεπε να διευκολύνει την κατάσταση, όχι να την κάνει πιο δύσκολη. Επίσης δεν ξέρουμε τι κάνετε με αυτά τα στοιχεία, πού τα κρατάτε και για πόσο. Το χειρότερο; Ενώ έχω μείνει 3-4 φορές στα ίδια δωμάτια, ΚΑΘΕ ΦΟΡΑ ζητάτε ΝΕΑ ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ. Τραγικό να συμβαίνει αυτό το 2025.

The property itself was good apart from it was difficult to open the door, as the door is very hard to open with passcode and key, had to try many times to get the door open.

La camera molto accogliente e ben curata

La posizione, sia poiché non è ben visibile l'entrata ma sopratutto poiché abbiamo incontrato un cantiere proprio affianco l'hotel che non ci ha permesso di dormire oltre le 7:30 del mattino poiché cominciavano ad usare il martello pneumatico proprio sulla nostra parete. Oltretutto lo staff è poco presente, accogliente e disponibile.

Nice large room very clean and for us a great location

Air con didn’t quite work very well. We stayed in 401 and the door handle was hanging off . There is a key pad with the door handle which didn’t work. Plus when trying to enter or exit the lock gets stuck and you really need lots of force to get out or get in, I can see why the door handle is broken off.

Nagyon jó helyen lévő szállás, a kikötő kb 5-10 perc sétára van, Athén belvárosa pedig könnyen megközelíthető a szintén kb 10 percre lévő metróval. A szoba tiszta volt és kényelmes, a konyhában is mindent megtaláltunk, amire szükségünk lehetett. Az ott tartózkodásunk kb felénél kaptunk tiszta törölközőket, és újabb adag wc-papírt, anélkül, hogy kérnünk kellett volna. A bejutással sem volt különösebb probléma, minden érthetően volt leírva.

Talán csak a szomszéd utcában lévő disco/szórakozóhely, ahonnan nagyon kihallatszott a zene, változatos időpontokban, pl. vasárnap délelőtt. A bojler ki-be kapcsolgatása az, amin talán érdemes lenne javítani, de túl nagy kényelmetlenséget ez sem okozott a számunkra.

I had received the door key in my check in documents, and everything went so smoothly when I arrived. The location of this property is absolutely amazing, especially for me who was doing island hopping, the port being 5-10 min walk away was perfect. I have no complaints about this place, traveling alone I felt very safe and secure at this location and the room looks like in the photos. I loved this place and will be recommending it further

- Θέλει μόνο προσοχή με το check in γιατί δεν υπήρχε προσωπικό να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Βέβαια δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Προσοχή μόνο στις οδηγίες που θα σας σταλούν όταν κλείσετε το δωμάτιο. - Δε μπαίνει κάποιος στο δωμάτιο για καθαριότητα ή να αλλάξει πετσέτες - σεντόνια.

Accommodation is nice and modern. The instructions were clear, and check-in was easy. The location is great, with both a tram and metro nearby.

The accommodation had many shortcomings, and it’s clear that it is not well maintained. • The bathroom door couldn’t be closed because it was broken. • One of the bedside lamps didn’t work due to a faulty switch. • Several times during our stay, water leaked from the bathroom ceiling. When we reported it, we were told they would bring us a bucket 😀 — no apology or room change. • The apartment also had other issues, such as a broken shower holder in the bathroom and a poorly installed kitchen that couldn’t be opened properly.

Location is exceptional. All the facilities were as expected: fully functioning kitchen, bathroom and other facilities. Roof-top balcony was available.

Sound proof could be a bit improved. Limited place where to dry your bathing suits.

I like the location of the property. The metro was 7minutes by walk, nearby two beaches, three ports, one big supermarket and the room has everything you need for one week stay. I like the modernity of the rooms and building over all.

I didn't like the dirty parts of the accommodation. Those common space like terrace is not like the pictures at all. It's dusty, dirty and nobody takes a care of it during the week, so this was disappointing for us. Also we find a little paper and one hair by our bed, so not the best feeling from the start, but over all the room was clean and we weren't disgusted.

Location, elevators , apartment/ facilities in unit exactly what is needed. Bed super comfortable . Expected a balcony , but there was no balcony in this unit . Loved the self check in ( door code)

Rooftop area not well kept ..Seems it is more favourable to smokers , while non Smokers have no where they can enjoy without being smoked on 😔

L’absence de devanture. Nous avons donc eu du mal à trouver à notre arrivée. De plus personne a l’accueil alors qu’il était précisé qu’une permanence pour l’accueil était sur place aux horaires indiquées. Sur tout le séjour nous n’avons vu personne.

Svært støyete område. Helt umulig å sove gjennom natten pga støy fra gaten. Ikke lydtett mot gaten, og ikke lydtett mot gangen innendørs. Jeg sover generelt godt med lyd, men dette var virkelig ille

F curat, pozitie buna fata de autobuze, metrou.( 2- 3 minute) Tot sistemul de cazare este de tip self check in. Cam la 5- 7 minute de majoritatea restaurantelor. Multe cafenele in zona, mai ales in zona portului de feriboturi. Pe strada se afla multe cladiri in reconstructie. Per total report f bun calitate- pret.

Tagterrasse og værelset m the køkken var fint og alt virkede som det skulle. Vi var meget glade for opholdet
