L’eau était FROIDE !! Aussi bien le matin que le soir horrible ? La cuisine polipocket m’a aussi surpris cuisiner au micro-onde c’est nul même pour petit déjeuner Impossible de laisser ses bagages après l’heure de départ ce n’était vraiment pas pratique surtout qu’aucune consigne est à proximité

Clean, tidy, practical and stylish

The flat and the location were excellent. Great place for me to stay while attending various meetings around Piraeus. I could, during my spare time, enjoy jogging around Zea Marina with all its options for coffeee and meals.

I was expecting that, over a week, the bed linen and the towels be changed at least once I was also hoping a bit of a margin for the check out time but this was rigid!

Air Con is central controlled so only one temperature which some times was to warm

spacious, modern, clean apartment. super cool idea of lift opening right in the apartment. spacious toilet also. would recommend it to others.

we came back home and i was hoping to find some herbal tea in the room but there wasn't any :( i would also add something in the shower where i could place my toiletries. a small hanger next to the shower would also be handy as the other one is quite far from the shower. Please note that the water in the shower does not filtrate well and it takes time to go down the drain. maybe you need to change/clean the drain.

Want to sleep? Don’t book here. The elevator is located right next to the room and runs constantly throughout the day and night, creating significant noise that can be heard clearly inside the room. Had I known this before booking, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. Unfortunately, it made getting a good night’s sleep very difficult. I slept for around 2 hours. There’s also mould in the room and construction outside.

Le studio est parfaitement équipé, moderne, spacieux. Le lit est très confortable, assez grand, deux coussins. La salle de bains dispose d'une grande douche, avec deux pommeaux de douche, deux vasques, toilettes séparées. Grands espaces de rangements. Coin salon très agréable, kitchenette bien équipée (toaster, frigidaire, four, bouilloire, machine à café et même une cave à vins). Excellente connexion WIFI. Téléviseur connecté mais il aurait fallu un mode d'emploi pour l'utiliser. Accès pratique et direct avec les digicodes. L'ascenseur arrive directement dans le studio.

Manque de bagagerie, nous n'avons pas pu stocker nos bagages et avons donc dû nous rendre directement à l'aéroport au lieu de profiter encore un peu des environs. Ambiance plutôt axée "business" et moins "services hôteliers". Pas de réception mais le logeur était joignable facilement.

Αντιμετωπίστηκε πολύ αργά βλάβη στο ασανσέρ και δύο μέρες αρχικά , έπρεπε να ανεβαίνουμε στον 4ο όροφο με αποσκευές την πρώτη μέρα Ακόμα δεν υπάρχει ένα ελάχιστο φως έστω με φωτοκύτταρο στην είσοδο με αποτέλεσμα να χρησιμοποιούμε φακό για να μπορούμε να πληκτρολογιζουμε τον αριθμό κλειδί και να ανοίξει η εξώπορτα Ή σχεδίαση να βγαίνει το ασανσέρ κατευθείαν στο δωμάτιο δεν θα έλεγα ότι είναι βολική , ακούς τον θόρυβο περισσότερο και μια μέρα καλώντας το ασανσέρ για να βγω από το δωμάτιο εμφανίστηκαν δύο ένοικοι που και εκείνοι εξεπλάγησαν γιατί ήθελαν να πάνε στο δωμάτιο τους και εγώ με την κλήση που έκανα τους τράβηξα στον δικό μας χωρο

The location was great, unit very comfortable.

The shower did not drain very well, the sinks didn’t either. There was mold in the sink. And most importantly we were on the 6th floor and the elevator did not work!

We arrived at the facility and called the number because we had difficulty finding the location. The person answering the phone would not tell us the location and said we had to wait another hour to get directions because it wasn’t check-in time. I had called the Property prior to departing the US to confirm that parking was available. They assured me that there was parking. We spent over 45 minutes looking for a parking spot nearby. When we called for directions, they informed us there was no parking. I told them we would have to find another place since we had a car. I requested a refund, but it was denied. Upon going back and researching my booking it did clearly say that they had no parking. Unfortunately, I took their word when I called them. My refund was denied. I called the Property back again and the person answering the phone insulted me by indicating that I did not know how to read. I responded by telling him I took the word from the phone call, but he would not bend it all. Lesson learned

Very comfortable and clean apartment. Keycode access was easy. Good location with easy walking distance to local restaurants, bars, shops. Within a quick taxi journey to other main areas and the ferry terminals.

We had to chase for key code to the building and room. It wasnt provided beforehand as we were told it would be. Noisy building work next door starts early in the morning.

Bardzo czysty i nowoczesny apartament. Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum najładniejszej Mariny w Atenach. Wygodne łóżka.

This accommodation was super comfortable. Clean and tidy. Everything was in place and exactly as it should be.

Location good for the port

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο και μοντέρνο

SUPER Appartment (ich hatte App.01 im EG) mit super moderner neuer Einrichtung, top sauber, tolles Bett, Bad und Küchenbereich mit allem nützlichen ausgestattet und eine nicht einsichtige große Terrasse! Leider war mein Aufenthalt nur wenige Stunden! Aber beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Piräus muß und kann es nur wieder hier sein! Großes Kompliment an das Team der Betreiber...weiter so!!

Mit Auto kann sich das Parken eventuell manchmal schwierig gestalten, weil keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen.

Wynajmowaliśmy mieszkanie z dużym tarasem na szóstym piętrze. Nienaganna czystość, wygodne meble, świetna lokalizacja nieopodal mariny na Pireusie. W zasięgu kilku minutowego spaceru, wybór gastronomii, barów oraz sklepów. Dojazd do metra - autobus, 200 m od lokalu

Δεν είχε ρεσεψιόν. Δεν είχε ηλεκτρικο κουζίνακι. Δεν μας καθάρισαν και δεν άλλαξαν τα σεντονια και δεν μας έβαλαν χαρτί υγείας επί 6 ημέρες. Δεν υπήρχε κάποιος υπεύθυνος να επικοινωνησουμε πάρα μόνο με ρομπότ μέσω email.

La disponibilita dello sraff a risolvere alcuni probleni. La posizione a 15 minuti dallla metro. Con 8 euro puoi andare ovunque per 5 gg.

Everything is modern and clean, location is excellent, all shops, marina and buses are close by , it’s a very bright place and area is quiet and nice. Toilet and shower are separate with a door which is very convenient and also two sinks, which I personally loved having. You can enter apartment straight with the lift or by stairs with a door, really a cool feature. Managers were very friendly and responsive and also helpful if you have a problem or need something.

Καινούριο, θέση.

Αυτοματισμοί πορτών, ελλειπής συνεννόηση για πρόσβαση με κωδικό. Δεν έλαβα αρχική ενημέρωση για πρόσβαση με κωδικό ηλεκτρονικής κλειδαριάς. Δεύτερη ημέρα δεν δούλεψε ο κωδικός, ξανακάλεσα (WhatsApp) για να δοθεί πρόσβαση στον χώρο. Δεν υπήρχε επιπλέον τρόπος κλειδώματος από μέσα.

Schönes neues modernes Appartement in guter Lage! Wir sind schon etliche Male hier gewesen und werden demnächst wieder für einige Tage hier wohnen. Alles was man braucht findet man in der unmittelbaren Umgebung (Gastronomie, Geschäfte, Bus, Metro, Fähre, Taxi, …)

Bei der Buchung hätte ich gerne die Information in welcher Etage ich das Appartement buche. Diese Information fehlt noch.

Για όποιον θέλει να κινηθεί στην περιοχή του Πειραιά είναι εξαιρετική επιλογή. 2΄ λεπτά από την Μαρίνα Ζέας όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις τον καφέ, το ποτό σου ή απλά να περπατήσεις μπροστά από όλα αυτά τα yahts. Σε 7-8΄λεπτά είσαι στο λιμάνι του Πειραιά. Το κατάλυμα σύγχρονο και πεντακάθαρο. πολύ προσεγμένη δουλειά!
