I asked about the safe, there was no key so unable to use, contacted the property but no response

Great location in the touristic center, easy and flexible self check-in, quick and nice communication with the owners Apartment is in good condition, with a fully equipped kitchen, complimemtary coffee and an ac. We would stay here again.

A hair dryer would be nice. Several light switches and an electric socket next to the bed seemed not to work.

I did get to see the property I originally booked. I was told it wasn’t ready and they suggested another location two blocks away. This was way smaller and things were falling apart.

Can’t speak on this property because I never saw it. The property I was relocated to was smaller than my original rental. Door frames in the bathroom is broken and it fall on my sister’s head twice. The doorknob was broken and the coffee table was broken as well. Not enough bathroom towels, no paper towels and one roll of toilet paper. Only thing good about the second location was the location being on the main street to everything.

Posizione TOP: a 100 metri dalla fermata della metropolitana Acropoli. Comodissimo per visitare Acropoli e Museo. L'appartamento era proprio all'inizio della strada principale. Segnalo la presenza di numerosi bar per la colazione, ristoranti per pranzo e cena e negozi di souvenir. Per i più giovani, un McDonalds a 50 metri. L'appartamento è un bilocale con bagno. Noi abbiamo viaggiato in 2, colleghi, uno dormiva in camera e l'altro sul divano letto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, nessun problema di comunicazione. Il mattino in cui siamo arrivati mi ha inviato le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento, compresa la password per il wifi. La zona è molto tranquilla, lo dico per le donne, nessun problema a girare anche di notte. Alla fermata della metro successiva, Syntagma, è possibile prendere il tram numero 6 che in 30 minuti circa arriva al mare. Appartamento consigliato, la prossima volta che verrò ad Atene cercherò ancora di prenotarlo.

Traffic on street was tough

Amazing location, couldn't be better. Very central and close to restaurants, shops, transport. Loved the black out shutters and Handy having a washing machine.

Apartment quite dark and kitchen was basic. Building is a bit loud and echoes if neighbours are loud or slam doors.

La posizione 100 metri dall’ingresso sud di Acropoli , attaccata a Placa ed alla metro !

Giusto per trovare il pelo nell’uovo , nel bagno mancherebbe il bidet, nn ha balcone e l’elettricista nella ristrutturazione ha messo gli interruttori di accensione a caso, sicuramente poteva impegnarsi di più e fare meglio . Tutte cose di secondaria importanza comunque.

The location is simply super!!! Right in the center. Everything is close by—sights, restaurants, shops, cafes, etc. Everything was perfect.

Location was excellent to nearby sites, restaurants and shops. Communication was excellent and response to any issues or concerns were done expediently and efficiently.

The location is perfect!! Very close to metro, Parthenon, shops, and all the tourist site just by walk. Price is cheaper than other property nearby. Facility is good and comfortable.

I have trouble with the door keys at first. But the owner was so kind to respond to me and came to help me out. Very much appreciated!

This is a great property and a lot roomier than expected. The location was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This property was right next to everything you would want to see in Athens! It was relatively quiet for being near so much, and very clean.

Amazing location. Walking distance to the Parthenon, subway etc. Hot water went off and took it 5 mins or so to heat back up. Also you have to hold the shower head. Other than that we enjoyed being close to everything since our time in Athens was limited. We would stay here again.

This property met all of my needs. Location is walkable to all of the major sightseeing highlights, easy access to public transportation, and the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in. Have to admit, my expectations weren't very high at this price point, but this apartment was above and beyond.

I loved my stay here. Great location - the street was quiet, but if you turn left out of the building you'll find lots of restaurants and cafes, as well the Parthenon, the Acropolis museum and the metro station (all less than 5 minutes walk away). In the other direction there's a good convenience store and a little supermarket close by. The flat itself is a "real" apartment, not an aparthotel - the living/dining room, bedroom and (well equipped) kitchen are all separate rooms off an entrance hall. Plenty of space. The host, George, replied promptly and clearly to my questions before and during the visit.

Great location. Walking distance to sights, shopping and food. Only complaint was we had to request more towels as only 2 were left for a 4 night stay.

Had horrible communication experience with the host! I asked before booking and also after booking for late check out. The host didnt follow up on it, even though i have asked spesifically a confirmation on this matter. The host kept on replying on other topics though.. it was low season, so I assumed it is fine. Nevertheless, I asked the evening before to be sure, there was no concrete decision and contradicting messages from the host and blaming me for not informing earlier about time for late check out.. overall, the host asked me to leave the flat at usual check out time and 'kicked' me with a 6 year old daughter out. I had to book another accomodation for few hours only. Mind that I also paid the full price because our early check in. In genetal answers to my questions was very selective from host. I also asked if i shall leave some unopened tuna can and other items for the next customer or maybe for a cleaner, but again, havent receives any concrete answers, but blaming me for hostile communication. In general the flat was clean, but the sponge and the washing liquid looked super dirty (pic attached). There was no mop or broom. I would prefer to keep the flat clean during my stay there. The flat is on the ground floor, same level as the s street, so passerbys cld look into badroom and living room. Other windows were in backyeard and quite dark.. this made the flat look dark/ with not much daylight. Also, entrance door oftentimes was slammed, disturbed the quiet times for me and my little one.

George was a pleasure to deal with. The unit was spotless and the location could not be better. Small downsides were the outside noise since it is a busy part of town (which didn't bother me but might bother some) and the radiator system needed maintenance so there was some piping noise heard in the unit (this was a bit annoying).

Location is excellent, right near the Acropolis. Communication from host was great. Would definitely stay again.

The location is best! Close to the Metro, the historical sites, and the best entertainment street!

Be aware that in the morning you may not have hot water for a shower, so better, to do your shower in the evening and in the morning just refresh with cold water... This is in the summer time. In winter.... may not have room heating also as the heating is coming from government

Perfect location - close to everything but quiet street. Nearby is a grocery store, a wide selection of various cafes and restaurants, the metro, the Acropolis, and shopping streets. The apartment had everything you need - dishes and tableware, coffee machine, fridge, iron and hair dryer, comfortable beds. Very responsive owner, answered all my questions (this was my first time staying in an apartment, not a hotel).
