Mooie en stille kamer. Fijne locatie, alles op loopafstand.

Emplacement exceptionnel, chambre très confortable, propreté irréprochable et équipements à la hauteur des attentes. Le personnel est agréable, serviable et à l’écoute des attentes.

A ce prix là, j’aurais souhaité qu’un petit déjeuner soit inclus avec la chambre. Les snacks proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel.

Aktuell wird das Gebäude in der Via Senato an der Fassade renoviert. Straße sehr verkehrsintensiv - für uns kein Problem, aber für Leute die Stille suchen ungeeignet

The location was excellent, right in the heart of Milan's Fashion District and close to everything, making it very convenient to explore the city. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer liegt an einer sehr guten Lage und war immer sauber.

Das zugewiesene Zimmer mit Bezeichnung Deluxe war schlicht und einfach zu klein. Sehr klein! Wir hatten nur einrn Koffer und es war ein Problen diesen Koffer irgendwo hinzustellen! Wir hatten keinen Platz für nichts. Auch das Badezimmer war sehr klein und bat keinen Platz für unsere wenige Gegenstände wie Zahnbürsten und Kosmetik. Sogar der WC-Rolle-Halter gab es nicht, da alles zu eng war. Dieses Zimmer in einem separaten Gebäude abweichend den erhaltenen Informationen entspricht der Bezeichnung als Deluxe gar nicht! Würde somit nie mehr wieder buchen!

If u open the balcony window then it’s too noisy otherwise everything is quite good. We had really good and comfortable experience .

المكيف مو بارد اذا الجو كان حار حيل فوق 30 درجه الحراره مايلحق تبريد للامانه كانوا بيغيرون الغرفه بس كان فل وحييل حبيت تعاملهم وعادي ارجع اسكنه مره ثانيه

Sajnos nagyon csalódott voltam a szállással. A szoba több helyen elhasználtnak és rosszul karbantartottnak tűnt. A falakon és a bútorokon számos sérülés, kopás és festékhiba volt látható, a szekrény belseje több helyen lepattogzott, a fürdőszobában pedig a zuhany környékén penészes és koszos részeket találtam. A legnagyobb problémát azonban az ágy jelentette. A matrac egyik oldala teljesen ki volt feküdve, egy nagy gödör alakult ki benne, ezért nagyon kényelmetlen volt rajta aludni. Egész éjszaka belecsúsztam ebbe a mélyedésbe, így egyáltalán nem tudtam megfelelően kipihenni magam. A szoba állapota messze elmaradt attól, amit a fotók alapján vártam. Ennyi pénzért sokkal jobb minőséget és karbantartást várna az ember. Sajnos nem tudom ajánlani ezt a szállást.

Forse dovrebbero comunicare un po meglio tra di loro , avevo chiesto per il mio arrivo una bottiglia di prosecco. Scritto nelle messaggeria di Booking , confermato anche. Voce per telefono per almeno due volte . Ma purtroppo all’arrivo in struttura nessuna bottiglia 😞

The location of the property was fantastic, and the security was excellent. The decor and comfort of our room (205) were superb. The tea and coffee facilities in the room, as well as the complimentary room next to the reception area, were well thought out. There was always a staff member at the reception until late hours. The staff, and especially Abide who helped us, were very kind and helpful.

The room was normal, comfortable bed and good location. The office is in one place, the building in another but at least one staff guy helped me with the luggage in the street so that was great

Absolutely fake advertisement. This should be banned from booking for how much they lie. I paid for a junior suite with a view and got a regular small hotel room with view to the construction site outside blocking all of it, complained to the staff that this wasn't what I booked so they moved me to another next to it that was the same exact crap. No view at all, balcony was dirty and had construction workers so couldn't even open the blinds, was some basic room with regular bathroom, no bathtub, did not look like the photos, plus the hallway was old and nasty. If this is a junior suite their regular rooms must put guests to sleep inside a coffin. Room cleaning had the small window of 10:30-11am only unlike any other hotel I've seen so if you were busy at that time and needed any cleaning or towels that was your problem, in fact I didn't get any cleaning at all

Dusche war undicht so dass der ganze Badboden nass wurde. Duschbrause spritzte in alle Richtungen und Regen Dusche war leider auch nicht so.

This spot is so central, so cute, modern and comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfy! The room design is very modern with touches of antiquity.

Tutto bene ma molto rumoroso . Dovrebbero cambiare gli infissi. Al fine di garantire la possibilità di riposare . Bello sì posizione magnifica ma se non si dorme …. 😣

Gli infissi !!! E chiederei al personale di non far rumore al mattino nelle zone comuni . Per garantire silenzio e tranquillità . Per chi magari vuole riposare un po’ di più .

Staff is good and location is amazing!

Transfer service. The wording regarding the transfer service is quite subjective and can easily lead guests to believe it is provided by the hotel directly or included in the stay. If the service is simply arranged through external companies, similar to Uber or regular taxi booking, then that should be communicated more clearly.

Our room was in another building of the actual hotel, this was never mentioned anywhere and the building was not nice neither clean. The room was not cleaned, we had no towel change, the room was disgusting and we had bed bugs!!!! Absolutely horrible experience and never again.

Not clean, hair in the bathroom, no clean towels, we had bed bugs!!! My freind and I have it everywhere on our body, absolutely disgusting.

Our room was at the another building and we learned this when we first arrived the hotel. The room we stayed didn’t look like the pictures on booking.com.

Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, sauber und die Lage war toll.

Da wir kurzfristig ein Zimmer gebucht haben, gab es nur noch die „Suite“ als Zimmer, die relativ teuer war. Für diesen Preis waren wir etwas enttäuscht und fanden es war ein normales Standart Hotelzimmer. In der Beschreibung stand, dass wir einen Balkon haben, den es zwar theoretisch gab, aber er war nicht begehbar und wir hatten auch gar keinen Ausblick, da es mit Baustellen Gerüsten zugebaut war. Dies wurde uns im Vorhinein nicht gesagt und wir mussten trotzdem den vollen Preis zahlen. Dies enttäuschte uns in einer solch luxuriösen Gegend des Hotels.

Sauber, super Lage, Dounia an der Rezeption war sehr nett!

Mi e’ piaciuto tutto in realtà! L’unico problema erano i lavori nel palazzo che iniziavano alle 8,30 e una mattina hanno interrotto l’acqua dalle 9 del mattino creando un po’ di disagio ma capisco che non dipende da loro

They would have provided a better breakfast. Fresh fruit, nice coffee and tea. Better selection of breakfast take away options. Yogurt, nicer biscuits, etc.

The location is ideal. The staff were delightful. They were extremely accommodating and very helpful. It’s a hidden gem. They give you very clear instructions prior to check in. No glitches.

Most convenient location in heart of Milan. Decor is new n quiet ambiance. Must stay in Main building at 8 via Sant Andrea.

Only thing to beware of is when there’s no night shift reception, there’s anxiety getting back into bldg late at night

Il n y a pas de finitions dans la chambre, pas de bureau et surtout pas de sécurité. N importe qui peut rentrer dans l immeuble et accéder à l appartement où sont situées les chambres. Pas d alarme incendie non plus.

Purtroppo c’è un cattivo odore molto intenso in bagno dovuto agli scarichi .

Posizione e insonorizzazione

Bagno piccolissimo, lavandino minuscolo, assenza set da bagno, di qualche snack, frutta secca. Molti particolari scadenti o rotti (specchiera crepata, placche di interruttori che si staccavano etc). Poca illuminazione.
