Lovely hotel, very clean, location great (very central) & super friendly reception staff.

Nothing!

the location and the room set up is great! Nice and quiet. Bathroom is a good size. I would def stay here again.

Great location

Room 420 is stark and sterile

Everything from start to finish. Helpful staff, location, size of room, cleanliness and facilities. We will certainly stay again.

Nothing to recall.

Great location in the heart of the city, very quit. Everything in the walking distance. Close to opera and other places of interest

Location was better than I expected, it’s literally a 2 minute walk from the back of La Rinascente leading to the Duomo and the Galleria. Plenty of places to choose from to eat snd shop and close to the heart of the city. Our room had a kitchenette which was handy and was very clean and quiet, all of which was needed after flying in from Australia The staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had breakfast every day which was excellent.

The location is excellent. The room was very clean and good amount of space.

The room had a strong food smell in it from the restaurants downstairs.

Location and facilities Staff services with English speaking

Comfy bed. Excellent location. Helpful staff.

Room was clean but had a slightly funky smell. I think it came from a reed diffuser but it wasn't nice.

Location was great..

Location , rooms very spacious

The housekeeping service was not excellent; they did not change the dirty towels, but simply picked them up from the floor and hung them on the bathroom hangers!!

Great location

Our room 104 very noisy. Shower noise from other rooms so noisy that you wake up you. Can hear people walking above and move suitcases etc Were told it’s entire 1 st floor😡 Would be appropriate to mention this in the booking so you have a choice🧐

Clean and close to everything

Hallways seemed a little dirty

Lokalizacja, lokalizacja i jeszcze raz lokalizacja.

Pokojom przydałoby się lekkie odświeżenie. Słaba jakość okien - było słychać wszystkie dźwięki z zewnątrz - m.in. wywóz śmieci o 4 nad ranem…

Perfect location close to Duomo area and luxury shops. Spacious and clean room. Simple kitchen to cook if you want. Nice staff with some drinks at the lobby which are very nice for hot summer!

Gute Lage, tolle Mitarbeiter.

Frühstücksraum im (gefühlt) Keller

Close to cathedral

Need improvement in necessities, appliances and furnitures

Location. Price.

The AC was not very strong.

La ubicación excelente! Instalaciones impecables. Personal muy atento.

Todo muy bien.

Location was perfect and also the fact you had a small kitchen was great too. We accidentally left something behind when we departed and the hotel found it and helped us get it sent to our next hotel in Italy which was excellent

We had an issue with the aircon to start with but the staff happily assisted us in moving to a new room.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great

Location, staff, rooms - I really couldn’t rate more highly for a stay in Milan. Really convenient location, and amazing staff.

Perfect location - 2 mins walk to the Duomo. Beautifully designed reception and very welcoming staff. We arrived 2 hours before our check in and our room was ready so we were able to check in early which was great.

The family room definitely didn’t reflect the decor of the reception. It was very dated and the pull out sofa bed was poor - dent in the middle and raised at the end so not a comfortable sleeping option. Be warned the Aircon can’t go below 24 degrees - this is a rule of the hotel (and others). So don’t expect a cool room after a hot day of wandering around.

One night stay. Clean and comfortable good location around the corner from the duomo

Great location and clean rooms.

I emailed a week before I arrived for early check in. Property management responded that it will try its best subject to availability, which is fair. I arrived at the hotel on a Sunday when it was clearly not busy. One person at the front desk kept on trying to sell me an upgrade and refused to estimate when a room will be available. His colleague had to step in, check the status of rooms and gave me an estimate. The experience with the first person left a bad taste.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect location around the corner from the Duomo Cathedral and main shops. Rooms are spacious, cleaned to a high standard, loveky mini bar, and the bed is another level! Best nights sleep I have ever had! Breakfast was also lovely - smoked salmon, eggs, bacon, sausage, breads, or continental style. Plenty for everyone. Would highly recommend.

Lekapcsolt klíma mellett is jön a hideg éjszaka a szobában.

We stayed as a family of three and the room was a fantastic size- very spacious with a double bed and then a pull out bed for our six year old (not a Z bed but a proper, comfortable pull out). The very cleverly designed close away kitchenette was a handy bonus for quick snacks for our daughter and the facilities generally in the room were excellent. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was also spacious, clean and modern. Location wise the hotel is a very short walk from the Duomo and other sights such as the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. There are lots of excellent dining options close by, and the hotel reception were more than happy to provide helpful recommendations and assist with making bookings, which was much appreciated on our arrival after a longish drive and with a hangry child in tow! There is no parking affiliated with the hotel but there are a number of options very close by and again the reception staff were on hand to provide information as to those closest (do prepare to pay a decent amount for this, but then it is the centre of Milan). Every member of staff we came across in the hotel was friendly and helpful, which made for a very pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Location was good. Rooms were very reasonably sized. Bathrooms very clean.

There was only one or two staff members out of 5 or 6, who actually greeted us with a smile on arrival, and throughout our stay (we returned to the hotel before we flew out of Milan). Some staff are very precious in their mannerisms, or seem very unhappy in their demeanour, and nothing is offered. You have to literally ask for everything, and they look as if we were the first to ask (eg car pickup). They do attend to matters, but they look as if it’s a burden. The deliveries to the room, etc are of a high standard, undertaken by a different calibre of staff. It was a shame. The rooms and location is great. The breakfast is really good, but if it’s not included, there are options outside of the hotel.

Location was excellent.

No TV signal, poor reception.

Sijainti loistava. Aamupala oli myös hyvä.

It's close to the Duomo. Note that Centrale to the hotel is either a train, trolley or cab ride. A walk is about 25 minutes.

Great location, friendly staff, lovely shower, amazing kitchen inside cupboards, free water upon arrival.

Air con was a touch noisy, but nothing too serious.

Great location, easy walking to train station and very close to Doumo. Room was very comfortable and clean.

Beliggenheden

Great proximity to the main attractions

Windows are not sound proofed and there are works happening right outside. We were in the top floor and you could still hear car horns, traffic and building workings. Zero facilities. Lights kept going out. Maintenance did fix them then banged on the door at 11pm two hours later waking the whole family because they came to the wrong room.

Very convenient to everywhere!

It might be a bit too expensive for a family.

Only the location

Very bad service - construction all night - bad facilities

Great location and modern room.

Hyvä ilmastointi. Hotellin sijainti todella mainio.

Our family like this hotel very much, we was in july. Hotel was very clean, nice, good communication! The best recommendations!

Nada. Tudo ótimo

Fantastic location just around the corner from the Duomo, with a clean, comfortable room and a enjoyable stay overall - there was a lift too :)

We loved it
