Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Hej majiteli, nebo manažere hotelu. Chceš zvýšit několika malo kroky hodnoceni? Tak čti moje postřehy, které ti k tomu mohou pomoci ( a vubec ne za drahé penize). Není to ve zlém, myslim to dobře:
1)zaplať dobře své zaměstnance, protože ti jediní dělají největší plus tvému hotelu. Zaplať dobře zahradnici, protože vytváří nádhernou zahradu
2)POKOJ :čisté, krásné, kvalitní povlečeni, klimatizace, lednička , varná konvice, fén na požádání - přejdi k mínusům, je jich hodně
3) KOUPELNA : nová, moderní, teplá voda - přejdi k mínusům
4) TERASA s posezenim: příjemná - přečti si i mínusy
5) večeře na objednáníi : výborná
6)botanickáa zahrada :nadhernée rostliny i nápad,krásnáa zákoutí-přejdii k mínusům
7)BAZÉN: velký a opravdu pěkný, , hned v blizkisti toalety, nahoře sit, aby tam nepadalo listí ze stromů - přečti i mínusy
NEJVĚTŠÍ PLUS JSOU OBYČEJNÍ ZAMĚSTNANCI HOTELU, velmi milí a ochotní lidé, pozorní a nápomocní ❤️
POKOJ ( De Luxe)- VYMALUJ ho, lednici nenechávej stat na zemi, dej pod ni stolek, místo držáku na televizi, bez televize( která byla v cene jako součást pokoje) vyfoť svoje krásné květiny, udělej z plakat pověš ho tam.
Pokoj nejde větrat,, zatuchlina, udělej, ať jdou okna otevřít,,ale zároveň, ať tam nemůže hmyz- jsme u vlhké botanické zahrady,,létá ho tam opravdu hodně.. stačí nějaká síť na suchy zip...mříže na oknech jsou fajn, ale natři je na bilo, pusť do pokoje světlo a vzduch...pokoj se závěsy působí šíleně tmavě a depresivně jako kobka
Dej tam nějaký hezký stolek, nebo praktický nábytek takovou tu poličku na kufr, místo tech ošklivých plastových dvou židlí
MOSKYTIERA, MOSKYTIERA, MOSKYTIERA kolem.postele. Jak jsi mohl dopustit, že tam není? Vždyť jsme v botanické zahradě!!!! To je největší minus. A moskytiera stojí par rupií.
KOUPELNA: je fajn, ale dej tam ještě jeden věšák na ručník, k umyvadlu.
ZAHRADA: ať se zahradnice snaží sebevíc pečovat o rostliny a pěšinky rozbité lavičky asi nenahradí, chtělo by to trochu opravit, vyčistit, vyměnit, jakoby to vybaveni zahrady prostě melo nejlepší léta za sebou
BAZÉN: nevlezla jsem tam, protože voda nevypadala jiskřivě, asi to chce vic chloru. Dál: jsou tam dvě ne moc zářící čistotou plastová lehátka, bez slunečníku..., zkus koupit alespoň trochu kvalitnější a nějaký stín by to chtělo
Velký problém: své hosty bereš jako rukojmí, když se prezentuješ jako free transport na letiště ( jakože v ceně) a pak po nich chceš večer jeden a půl krát dražší odvoz než je běžné u různých dopravních společností. Zneužíváš jejich sníženou možnost si večer snadno sehnat levný odvoz a tak pěkně napálíš cenu. To neni uplne fér, host by měll mit naopak odvoz levnějš, když už ti dal vydělat... Nepřehledný systém objednání pokoje s ohledem na dopravu a následné dohadování a dotazování je ponižující.
Takže asi tak. Tohle ubytování ma velký potenciál, zkus ho vytunit, opravdu si to zaslouží.
Přeji vše dobré.

Er kwam geel water uit de kraan, de deur van de badkamer was te groot en kon niet dicht. Het restaurant’ is geen restaurant te noemen. Alle lichten waren uit. Nu was ik er op een moment dat er niemand anders was, wellicht als er meer mensen zijn dat het gezelliger voelt. Ze waren aan het verbouwen dus veel van de tuin was afgesloten. De airco werkt niet goed het werkt niet koud in de kamer

La piscina non è male. La stanza è ok.
Siamo finiti qui perché un'altra struttura che avevamo prenotato su booking era in ristrutturazione e ci ha rimbalzato. Strano ma vero anche questa aveva lavori in corso. Abbiamo chiesto per la cena alle 19 e ci è stata servita alle 18 senza avvertire così abbiamo mangiato il pasto freddo.
Атмосферное место, оригинально расставлены по всей территории части автомобилей, мопедов. Даже велосипеды и капоты машин на стенах вместо картин.
Ехали именно в этот отель из-за ожидания увидеть множество бабочек. На деле из 9 видов на рекламном плакате видели только 3 , в общей сложности штук 20 всего. Орхидеи отцвели и не могу оценить их разнообразие. Видно, что когда-то это был красивый ботанический сад. Множество растений в кадках и с табличками.Но всё какое-то увядающее. Бассейн маленький и с мутной водой. Не рискнули плавать.
Бронировали номер с трансфером от/до аэропорта. По прибытию оказалось, что включена поездка только в одну сторону. Доплатить нужно 2500 рупий. Это стало неприятным сюрпризом. Денег обменивали немного, рядом обменника нет, на оплату ужина уже средств не осталось.
Балкон вроде есть, но на него не выйти, он микроскопический.

Jedzenie wyśmienite, a herbata podana w filiżankach i nalewania przez szefa kuchni z dzbanka. Blisko do ew. sklepów. Bardzo polecamy. Byliśmy tu dwie noce od 22/08. Stosunek cena/jakość...rewelacja

Jardin public autour de l’hôtel avec guide à l’appui qui vous fait découvrir les plantes locales.
On n’a pas pris de petit déjeuner car départ à 4h30 pour l’aéroport on ne peut pas juger ce critère.
La piscine pas très alléchante

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schönes Zimmer (europäischer Standard- dies konnten wir nach der Rundreise beim Abschluss erst richtig schätzen), gute Ausstattung, schöner Pool und ein toller Schmetterlingsgarten.
Der Pool war beim zweiten Aufenthalt nicht sehr sauber und es dauert sehr lange bis das Diner fertig ist.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Muy buena opción para empezar el viaje en Sri Lanka. Incluyen el traslado desde el aeropuerto y, aunque llegamos de madrugada, nos atendieron sin ningún problema. Además, nos ayudaron a organizar el traslado del día siguiente hasta Sigiriya.
La habitación era amplia, cómoda, con aire acondicionado y televisión. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento. Muy recomendable.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Nos alojamos en este hotel la primera y la última noche de nuestro viaje, y la experiencia fue excelente en ambas ocasiones. La primera noche disfrutamos de un desayuno muy completo y del traslado gratuito desde el aeropuerto, ambos incluidos en el precio, lo que hizo que la llegada fuera muy cómoda. En nuestra última estancia, debido a un retraso de siete horas en nuestro vuelo hacia Maldivas, tuvieron que reorganizar todo el traslado al aeropuerto. El personal gestionó el cambio de forma impecable, coordinando el nuevo transfer sin que tuviéramos que preocuparnos por nada. Además, como nuestra salida se retrasó mucho, nos ofrecieron nuevamente el desayuno y fueron muy atentos y hospitalarios en todo momento. Se nota que se preocupan de verdad por sus huéspedes.
La única pega es que la conexión Wi-Fi es algo inestable

לקחנו חדר משפחתי שנמצא ממש באמצע גן צמחים מיוחד מאוד.
זה בהחלט אחד בתי המלון המיוחדים והיפים שהייתי בהם אי פעם!
המלון מספק הסעה חינם לשדה התעופה (כ 15 דקות נסיעה).
תמורה מטורפת יחסית תעלות הכוללת.
כן כדאי להצטייד בתכשיר נגד יתושים כי היופי וגיוון הצמחים מביא איתו גם יתושים :-)

Mogoče malce slabši Wifi ampak ne tako hudo, da bi bilo pomembni, saj je to hotel le za kratek čas.
Het personeel is zo vriendelijk, zeker de dame van de receptie! Lekker ontbijtje , leuke ligging voor de eerste dag na onze vlucht. Aanrader.

היה ריח של עובש בחדרים, המרפסת היתה ממש מלוכלכת ולא ראויה לישיבה. הכי גרוע בבוקר הזמנו שטל לשדה התעופה. נציג המלון בא לקחת את המזוודות מהחדר ופשוט עשה לנו בדיקה בחדר לראות שלא עשינו נזק וכו. ממש תחושה משפילה ולא נעימה שמעולם לא הרגשנו. ישנו בהמון בתי מלון מעולם לא עשו לנו בדיקה כזו. רק בגלל זה לא נחזור לשם.

Reviewed May 19, 2026What a beautiful location to end my time in Sri Lanka. I felt as though I had found the garden of Eden there are no words to explain the beauty and calming environment that is the surroundings of this hotel the butterfly gardens…. Just WOW.
The staff are incredible especially Nethira who constantly went out of her way to help me with some personal challenges I was facing.
I can not recommend a better way to end a beautiful holiday in Sri Lanka than do stay within these beautiful grounds.
The Hotel itself is clean comfortable and well serviced.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the whole team this is a magical place I will never forget.
Fresh Fruit with breakfast would of made it perfect.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The staff was great! Very warm, trusting and accomodating! The room was also very good. I had 3 meals at the property and they were all excellent! The garden was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very lush, dense, fast growing vegetation everywhere you looked! It would take an enormous amount of work just to prevent the jungle from overtaking the place! The amount of trees, vines, orchids, cacti, and you name it, is impressive!
There is a positive energy that can be felt everywhere, from the moment you step into the reception area and throughout the entire place. I highly recommend this property!
When I booked the room, I was under the impression that the airport transfer was free. At the property, I was told that I had not selected the room price with the free airport transfer.

Enorme stank in de badkamer. In de kamer was alles een beetje vervallen en aan vervanging toe. Geen comfortabele zitplekken. Afstandbediening van airco werkte niet. Meerder keren gevraagd en hier is niks aan gedaan.

Room was a good size with AC, kettle and tea/coffee facilities. Towels provided for room and pool. Ate a meal there that was very tasty and well priced. Bottled water provided. Bed very comfortable
Room was a bit musty but once AC cooled the room down it was fine. Hotel area in the country, area a bit run down and overgrown but hotel itself, the ground floor rooms, were ok

FUYEZ CET HOTEL. VOLS ! Le vol de mes affaires dans mes sacs : j ai laissé mes bagages dans leur "locker", une pièce fermée par un cadenas dont les clefs sont dans le bureau de la réception. A mon retour, les bagages semblaient dans le même état extérieurement. Quand plus tard j ai voulu ouvrir le sac, le cadenas était bloqué : il avait été forcé et remis en le forçant. Tout a été méticuleusement fouillé des objets électroniques volés , et des JEUX D ENFANT ! MAIS QUI VOLE DES ENFANTS ? Cet hôtel est à fuir, je n ai jamais vu ça au Sri Lanka ni ailleurs. L'hôtel décline toute responsabilité et couvre son voleur membre de leur équipe. Je suis en route pour porter plainte au commissariat. Je crois au Karma.

Set in a beautiful garden full of butterflies, rare medicinal plants and orchids. The rooms were very large, modern and superbly decorated. All the facilities are new and modern. It is well set up for a luxury pool at a very affordable price. The pool was also very nice offering the possibility of a proper swim. The staff were welcoming and tried very hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They were willing to help but….see below.
The staff, though numerous and friendly seemed to have no idea how the hotel runs. They did not know what food was available and service was very slow (but food is cooked freshly to order). Nobody offered any drinks or accompaniments like bread with soup, for example. We had to direct the chef to get a simple veg curry with rice. When it was time to make up the final bill they took a very long time to find out what we had eaten and to add the two amounts. Then they forgot to charge for the room! With a little more staff training and better management this hotel could offer a much better customer experience.

The hotel is located in a beautiful butterfly garden and is quiet and peaceful oasis.
The restaurant does not really cater for vegetarians and the breakfast options were very limited,however the food was tasty and well oresented.

Reviewed Feb 14, 2026It seems to have the whole place and garden for ourselves to explore and relax. The staff are courteous, obliging, friendly and discrete. Butterflies and birds abound, cute squirrels outside our balcony. Lots and greenery around to keep cool. Very quiet at nights for a good sleep. We enjoyed the clean and shady pool. Breakfast are very generous and tasty and the chief toned down the salt and chilli just for our dish so 3 hats for the restaurant! We arrived late at night and the manager stayed late to welcome us and making sure that the assigned driver met us at the airport. They also tried to desperately contact us when we forgot one bag at checking out. We also asked for one extra bed at the time of booking and this was done too. Our interaction with staff are very pleasurable, from the lady who water the plants daily to the lady at reception desk, still remembering their smiles. Exceeding values for money

Auf Wunsch ist der Flughafentransfer inkludiert - hat super geklappt für uns. Ein Plus ist der wunderschöne Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Dommage que les extérieurs ne soient pas mis en valeur car joli potentiel et en plus travaux .
La salle à manger est sombre et on n a pas envie de s y attarder ( Pour nous )
