Felt a little like an empty apartment building. Lights on sensor so everywhere looked unlived in, 1 staff member at the desk but no common area to experience other people such as a lobby or garden or whatever. Staff cleaning rooms had little discretion and were screeching like a flock of parrots as if the idea of guests was a rare novelty. Great for introverts! And those who love anonymity.

The beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom doesn’t give you much room to move around in & storage to put your clothes while you have a shower is minimal.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Location was good, parking was good, but I did not expect to pay for it! I thought reception would be manned 24 hours. It wasn't. Which was an issue when the heating in the room did not heat!
The Air conditioning unit in the room would only cool. The room was freezing. Reception was closed and and we could not report the problem. We had to resort to heating the room by turning on the kitchen hob units.

There was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours so there may not be a huge amount of soundproofing between some of the units
