We loved our time at La Maria Hotel. We found this hotel through our travel agent and she said she would not stay anywhere else in Mendoza and we could t agree more! We have traveled all over the world and stayed at 5 star hotels and this hotel compares very favorably. This is an intimate hotel with seven rooms in a perfect location, walking distance to Chacras De Coria (a very quaint and high end town) and a 15 minute ride to Mendoza. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, the breakfast was delicious and abundant, the property is gorgeous and very clean and the staff was just the best, so kind, helpful, friendly and beyond accommodating. We loved our stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at La María Hotel Boutique. Everything was simply perfect. The room was beautiful and full of thoughtful details, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, and even a private pool — truly a luxury experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. Breakfast was delicious, with great attention to detail, and the location is excellent. What made the stay even more special was that I was celebrating my birthday, and the hotel surprised me with a lovely gift: a cake, sparkling wine, and a handwritten congratulatory note. Such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. The staff was extremely attentive and kind throughout the entire stay. I would definitely come back without hesitation. My stay at La María Hotel Boutique was exceptional in every sense. The exterior spaces mirror the same attention to detail: warm, welcoming, and quietly elegant. The location in Chacras is ideal, peaceful, scenic, and perfectly situated for exploring wineries and restaurants, while still feeling private and serene. It was incredibly relaxing, the only sounds in the morning were birds chirping after I woke up, which made the experience feel restorative and private. The entire property was spotless, with impeccable cleanliness throughout. The staff were outstanding - gracious, attentive, and genuinely invested in making my stay effortless. They arranged winery tours and restaurant reservations seamlessly. Breakfast was exceptional as well, it was fresh, delicious, and something I looked forward to each morning. I also enjoyed an in-room massage arranged through the hotel, and the therapist was of the highest professional caliber. Having that experience in the privacy of my room was truly exceptional. For this level of comfort, service, privacy, and thoughtful design, the value is truly unmatched. You simply cannot find this quality of experience at this price point elsewhere. Hotel La María feels like a distant home you never want to leave - elegant, peaceful, and deeply restorative. Highly recommended.

We absolutely and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Maria - the only downside is that our 2 night stay wasn’t long enough! The property is well laid out, tranquil and peaceful. Our suite was amazing - spacious and yet cozy, with so many extra touches, like Alexa controlled shades, a wooden soaking tub, a fireplace, a dry sauna right off the shower, and a personal plunge pool. The service was amazing as well - from check in to check out. They assisted with dinner and bodega reservations, and quickly delivered any requested items to our room. We had the privilege to meet the owner while we were there, and greatly enjoyed hearing the story of how the hotel came to be and how he salvaged an original adobe wall from an existing structure on the property. If we ever find ourselves in the Mendoza area again, we will definitely return to La Maria!

Wow I cannot say enough good things about La Maria. It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautiful and huge. The service is the best I’ve ever had. Within 1-2 mins of requesting anything, they are at your door. It was incredible! They upgraded our room without asking for no charge as well. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The property is stunning and we loved the area nearby to walk to restaurants. It was also centrally located for a short drive to a lot of the wineries we visited. We will definitely be back!!

La Maria was a wonderful hotel to stay in. Barbara gave us a warm, friendly, and efficient welcome, and was always on hand to help with our itinerary and especially useful with her knowledge of the local bodegas! Our suite was beautiful, decorated in a charming New Mexico–Californian style, with pretty palm-tree gardens and a relaxing waterfall just outside. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and full of fresh flavors. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already looking forward to returning.

This boutique hotel is beyond. From the moment you enter the tranquil gates you are greeted with such friendly staff. A glass of while awaits while you check in. Once you enter your suite you will be so happy you chose to stay here! It’s like nowhere I’ve ever stayed. It’s aromatic. Relaxing. Earthy. Boho. Wired amazingly with Alexa to open and close your blinds and play your music. You are able to have the complimentary breakfast delivered to your personal dining room at a minimal charge and it’s fantastic. They made all of our reservations. They had a wine happy hour meet and greet. I cannot say enough about this boutique hotel. A must see and stay. Right in the heart of the vineyards. A+

Loved our stay in this intimate oasis, with rooms named after great writers, and books spread across the hotel. It truly invites you to slow down & be in the moment. Good value for money with private jacuzzi & saunas in the room. Service & quality of food was excellent.

We’ve stayed at many very nice resorts and La Maria is in the top tier. The website does not convey how nice and spacious the guest rooms are, the intimate and sophisticated setting and of course very personal service. Great value and perfect location for Mendoza area wine tasting and Barbara helped organize it all for us. She is amazing!

If the term “Boutique Hôtel” makes you think of a tiny, charming hideaway, prepare to have your expectations delightfully redefined. Our stay in Mendoza delivered all the character you’d hope for. The hotel has seven beautifully appointed rooms, each uniquely themed after a famous writer—but with a level of spaciousness that absolutely surprised us. We landed the Hemingway Suite and this so-called “boutique” room clocks in at over 1,000 square feet. Most rooms have their own private plunge pool and dry sauna and ours even had a full kitchen. Think cozy charm but supersized. If Mendoza is on your radar (or even if it isn’t yet), we wholeheartedly recommend this “quaint” little sanctuary. The value for what you get is genuinely impressive.

This well located hotel in Mendoza provided one of the top three hotel experiences I have had. I stayed in the Camus Suite- it had everything you could want incluing a private heated plunge pool and in room sauna. The hotel is located in a beauifully landscaped and private compound. Stylish and sophisticated decor. The bed was so comfortable. Service warm and gracious, greeting us with a glass of Mendoza wine. Good recommendations for dinner. Pictures on the website do not do it justice. Worth every penny and at a bargin price compared to USA.

I really can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. The rooms are probably some of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in as well as the service and attention we received was world class. The team couldn’t do enough for us and were beyond helpful throughout our stay. I wish La Maria every success in the future as it truly deserves it. Beautiful place, minutes from everything, very clean, awesome staff very helpful and always suggesting ideas and places to better your trip. Also has a great restaurant onsite with wonderful chefs and a great wine selection.

This hotel is well located. The hotel is a small, boutique hotel and is ideal for couples who prefer a quiet hotel. The rooms are beautifully appointed with facilities such as saunas, heated plunge pool and a cinema room. We stayed in the Isabel Allende suite. All the facilities in the room can either be controlled manually or via Alexa Home. The staff were excellent and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The on-site restaurant (Daukos) offered excellent food and an impressive wine list. This hotel is an ideal spot to base oneself for visits to Mendoza’s vineyards.

Highly recommended! I stayed at Boutique Hotel La Maria in Mendoza for 8 days, and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect — the relaxing sauna, the lovely pool, the super comfortable beds, and the beautiful garden that feels like a little paradise. The restaurant serves amazing food, and the staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel completely at home. What makes it even more special is the location — you can go mountain biking right from the hotel, with the Andes trails starting just outside the door. Every detail has been thought of, and it truly shows. A fantastic experience from start to finish — 5 stars, well deserved!

We were greeted at the door by friendly staff when we arrived for our week stay. From that point on we were made to feel like we were a part of the family. Each staff member made an effort to get to know us and were so nice and helpful. The rooms are huge and are beautifully designed and decorated. The theming of each room around famous authors is unique and impressive. The individual spa and sauna for each room gave us privacy and the opportunity to relax in our own space. The beds are comfortable and the huge TV is cool. Plenty of storage space and a kitchenette made it feel like home. The grounds are immaculate and spacious and provides many areas to relax. The restaurants breakfast, dinner and service was first rate. Highly recommended

Wow what an amazing experience! The room was incredible with 2 saunas, a huge tub, a wonderful outdoor area with our own pool. The staff are the real stars! So accommodating and lovely to chat with. They made our stay feel like home. Don’t miss eating at Daukos!! The food and service was phenomenal. We will be dreaming of our meals there! There is also a lovely cat, Tito, that we got to hang out with and it really was just the best! 100% worth a stay and visit to the restaurant while in Mendoza!

The best hotel we’ve stayed at! Everything from the staff, setting, location, food - all the small details - our room was really high spec and beautifully clean. Any time we needed anything the staff would respond immediately. We can’t wait to stay again!

La Maria hotel is a dream. It’s one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are immaculately designed and have so many fun features. My wife and I stayed in the Arthur Camus and it had a dry sauna and a small plunge hot tub. It even had a nice tub in the room. Breakfast was fantastic every morning , everything is baked fresh and it’s a nice change from being in the states. I highly suggest doing a dinner at their new restaurant Daukos. It’s a great place to stay for wine tasting because it’s a bit of a shorter drive to many wineries than staying in Mendoza. There is also a nice plaza with 3-4 restaurants that are 10 min walking up the road from the hotel. There are only 7 rooms so you feel like you’re the only ones at the hotel which makes it very serene. I looked at many hotels in Mendoza city but I’m so happy I went with La Maria. Couldn’t recommend it more. It’s great value as well. Stay here !!

We had never been to Argentina before and struggled a little with our travel plans. “La Maria” was an excellent choice; not just because of the luxurious accommodations, beautiful grounds and delicious breakfasts; the staff is what truly leaves an everlasting impression. Our ignorance about the area and about the delicious local wines was professionally and expertly tackled by the hotel staff. We are convinced that through the hotel staff, we ended up experiencing the best restaurants and wineries in the area. What a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!

Awesome hospitality and the room was most comfortable and had the best amenities. This is a great place to spend your nights in Mendoza, and the staff was extra helpful and always available to help even after coming back from a 4 hour dinner at midnight. We will definitely return again!

Very nice place. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, 15mn by car from the city center of Mendoza. Lovely place, very well decorated. Huge and confortable rooms. The breakfast is delicious. The best part is the team, very nice, friendly persons. The helped us to book all the tours and it was a great choice. We loved it.

We were blown away by the accommodations and service at La Maria! The property was so nice and the rooms were phenomenal! We stayed in the Hemingway suite which I would put up against any room that we’ve ever stayed in anywhere. Awesome high end finishes, including full kitchen and dry sauna in the bathroom. Each room gets its own dipping pool/hot tub. The hotel is in a very peaceful neighborhood with some nice places within walking distance to…it’s also very close to town and several amazing wineries. The staff here is incredible and so sweet and helpful. Breakfasts at the hotel are perfect to start the day. They had a nice reception with wine and snacks where we were able to meet other guests and make some friends. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Mendoza!

My spouse and I had a wonderful experience at La Maria Hotel Boutique. We felt immediately welcomed by the reception staff. The hotel grounds are beautiful with well-maintained landscaping, custom firepit, hot tubs, and the hotel room itself is a masterpiece. We stayed in the Ernest Hemingway suite and highly recommend it. This hotel and staff are exceedingly helpful and helped us plan wine tours, white water rafting, dining, and helping us find random activities like nearby shopping. They will provide you with everything you need to know to have an amazing trip. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back!

It was simply an amazing boutique hotel! As we arrived, they welcomed us with two glasses of wine, and the service overall was super friendly and attentive to every need. When we entered our room, we were astonished—we stayed in the Ernest Hemingway suite and couldn’t believe how beautifully decorated it was, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The room was also impressively high-tech, equipped with Alexa to control everything from the lights to the blinds, making the experience both modern and seamless. Having a gorgeous kitchen and then a bathroom with our own sauna was totally unexpected, but it made our trip even more special. Totally in love with this adorable and luxurious hotel ❤️

La María Hotel Boutique is pure perfection. The staff are warm and attentive, the grounds are gorgeous, and every detail feels five-star. Our room even had a private sauna! I especially loved the enormous glass ceiling shower. Breakfast was fresh and healthy, and the location in Chacras de Coria is ideal for visiting nearby wineries. My child loved it too — a rare mix of luxury and family-friendly comfort. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved La Maria! The staff made us feel right at home, the hotel is very intimate, and the room is extremely cozy. The bed is super comfortable and the blackout curtains are sufficient for great sleep. We had our own hot tub, soaking tub, and sauna- IN our room! The owner was in town as well and is a super nice guy and helped us out a lot on our last day. Great location as well- we walked to a bunch of delicious restaurants right in the neighborhood. Very quiet and safe. 10/10!

This hotel is a hidden gem. If it is not yet rated as a 5-star hotel, it should be! The rooms were impeccable and actually much nicer than some of the other 5-star wine lodges we saw. We never wanted to leave the room. The front desk was available 24/7 and always promptly answered our messages. Fluent in Spanish and English. We look forward to coming back!

This was probably the nicest accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and extremely helpful - they will find available tours and book them for you. Communication is done through WhatsApp so no need to keep going to reception. The rooms are amazing, with a private outdoor heated pool, an indoor sauna and a bath in the bedroom. It is only 20 mins from Plaza Independencia so you can enjoy the city too. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms were spotless.

I had the opportunity to stay for four nights at this wonderful place. We stated in the Shakespeare Room. It was a wonderfull expierence. We enjoyed all one day in the room, using de jacuzzi, sauna. Outside pool. The atencion of the personal was excepcional. The hotel is very quiete.

We stayed in the Hemingway room—luxurious, cozy, and complete with a private sauna, jacuzzi, and even a full kitchen! The entire experience felt like a romantic getaway out of a movie. I have stayed at a lot of high end hotels all over the world. This boutique hotel was amazing and the service was 5 stars , equal to the famous Asian hospitality. We stayed here for our anniversary. The staff worked with me prior to arrange flowers and macaroons to be waiting for us on arrival , going above and beyond , sending different flower arrangements and macaroons to options from local stores. The room: The room was absolutely stunning. This boutique hotel is quiet, serene, and only has a few villas. The room was massive, with its own sauna, outside heated pool, and giant wooden tub. Perfect for couples. It is also very technological modern, with everything being controlled via voice control. It was one of the nicest rooms and set ups I have stayed in in all my years of travels. Staff: The staff was amazing and very responsive. Any request or issues , they answered immediately , facilitated any request, and always were willing to assist. They also set us up with an amazing tour guide for the vineyards that were also amazing. Overall: This is a 10/10 , 5 star place to stay in Mendoza. I have already recommended it to my friends who are planning to travel to Mendoza. When I return, I will definitely be staying here again.

This boutique hotel is honestly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. It provides a unique concept with each one of is rooms, architecture and materials used are top notch. But in reality the best part of this place is the people. They are so nice and always ready to help in any way to make your experience there and in Mendoza better. On top of it all, you get to customize your daily breakfast and enjoy it in their bar area or even request to have it served in your room if you so desire. We will for sure come back!

The rooms are amazing and the staff are so kind and they take comfort and luxury to a whole new level! The rooms have so many classy touches including the turn down service with hot water bottle warmers in the bed & chocolate on the nightstand. The Alexa in the rooms is an added bonus! Lovely sophisticated property with relaxing elegance in a spacious room. The small number of rooms made this feel like a private hideaway in a tall tree area of Mendoza. The staff, especially Barbara, was welcoming and offered amazing options for nearby dining. Their local expertise helped us with wineries tour and experiences. Can not wait to return.

Hotel La Maria is truly a boutique hotel. Only seven suites, all extremely well appointed (we were able to see other the suites where friends were staying), but aside from the esthetics of the property, what makes the hotel an excellent choice is its staff. Everyone is professional and genuinely caring of the guest's comfort. The hotel offers a succulent and abundant daily breakfast, and the rooms include nice amenities, some (like our suite) have a steam room and a dry sauna, a small pool, and a separate tv room on the second floor of the suite. Other amenities include daily water replenishment of both flat and sparkling bottles of water (at least 8 per day), Nespresso machine, Alexa to manage all the lights, music and window coverings in the room, and more. The suites include a small kitchen equipped with dining utensils, and a wine cooler with a generous wine bottle selections. Value for dollar, this property is a no brainer! I would definitely return on my next visit to Mendoza.

Wow, just wow! This hotel and staff were beyond our expectations! My husband and I stayed for 5 days during our 2 week honeymoon. We were greeted with a glass of wine upon our arrival which was such a nice surprise after a long day of travel. The room smelled so good! And it was soo luxurious, no detail was forgotten. Hotel La María was one of the most special places we’ve stayed - anywhere. The surroundings are beautiful and tranquil; the room, truly impeccable, complete with sauna, soaking tub, office, comfy sitting (napping😊) corner, beautiful kitchenette complete with wine refrigerator, massive bathroom with dual sinks, his and her closets, a fireplace, and private patio with a lovely pool. Every detail, beautifully rendered, including aroma machine, Alexa-controlled music and lighting. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and all of this within walking distance of the small town of Chacras de Coría.

Beautiful, luxurious room - I was in Albert Camus, which had its own sauna and private plunge pool. Both were fabulous, although I did have to rely on the front desk to ask them to make the water in the plunge pool warm enough. Huge, very comfortable bed, great shower, beautiful room with free water (very important after a day at the wineries), delicious breakfast (but it’s no longer free to get it delivered to your room), and great service. Highly, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful three-night stay in the Albert Camus room, and everything about our experience was exceptional. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, and the room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and filled with gorgeous details that made it feel like pure luxury. The included breakfast was a highlight—delicious and carefully prepared. They did an excellent job accommodating gluten-free options, and the gluten-free croissants were the best I’ve ever tasted! The location is also fantastic—just a short drive to downtown Mendoza and the surrounding wineries. Plus, there are a few great restaurant options within a 10-minute walk. We especially loved Zappa! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay in Mendoza.

Amazing service, beautiful hotel.

As instalações são muito confortáveis, de ótima qualidade. O atendimento é personalizado, funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. A localização é perfeita, em um local muito agradável perto de ótimos restaurantes.

Perhaps one of the most unique and beautiful properties I've ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed at the Hemmingway Villa- amazing attention to detail, the room was beautiful! All the units have their own pool and are super clean, the full breakfast delivered to your room was all you could ask for. Concierge was a text away for setting reservations for restaurants and tours. Good location close to many restaurants. Great experience!!

Overall, this is a cozy little boutique hotel with only 7 rooms which enables the staff to really take care of all guests on a highly personal level putting the service level above similar options in the area. The service at this hotel it truly exceptional. They are available 24/7 and help you do absolutely everything from booking restaurants to wineries and providing recommendations for all of these. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and individually customized which creates a unique comfort. The breakfast is good but doesn't offer specialized coffees. Only standard french press. Location is good as you are relatively close to some of the best wineries in the region. Unfortunately, we booked the only room without a private hot tub and didn't realize it. If you get this room it really cuts down on your options of things to do on site especially with the summer heat. I would say the price/value ratio compared to similar resorts for this room is not aligned as the site lacks any shared facilities outside the room itself besides a firepit leaving you with limited on site activities. It also misses out on a few of the details I would expect to see at a resort priced at this level such as complimentary daily water bottles or free chocolates. The additional charges for these is quite obscene (10 USD for 3 chocolates.

Beautiful new property with some minor offs but overall amazing experience, would definitely recommend. Very stylish, clean, modern, cozy.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms were spectacular. Everything around Mendoza is very accessible from here so makes it easy to see all around.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the dual shower heads add an extra touch of luxury. Nestled in the charming town of Chacras de Coria, it's truly a one-of-a-kind destination, especially for a fall wine getaway. The service exceeded my expectations, from my initial inquiry on WhatsApp to the attentive assistance provided by the delightful staff members. The personalized daily itineraries tailored to my wine preferences were a thoughtful touch. La Maria Hotel is a hidden gem, and I'm already planning my return to indulge in more of its amenities, such as the plunge pool and outdoor fireplace. The in-room breakfast was charming and accompanied by delicious pastries and juice, served on lovely tableware. Overall, La Maria hotel has meticulously curated upscale amenities, aesthetics, and linens, making it a true treasure. We stayed in the Marquez room...i was able to see the Hemingway room was which also amazing

Hotel inaugurado em março/2024 e tudo funcionando perfeitamente bem! O quarto é fantástico, decoração de super bom gosto e com automações para facilitar o dia a dia! O banheiro tem um excelente tamanho e uma cozinha que dá pra fazer refeições rápidas. O atendimento é um espetáculo a parte… fazem você se sentir em casa, extremamente educados e gentil. A localização do hotel é outro ponto excelente… Próximo a saída às vinícolas o que facilita muito o dia a dia! É minha terceira vez em Mendoza e com certeza, voltarei a me hospedar neste hotel!

The concept offers an environment to disconnect while being technology intensive. We were highly surprised by the property and highly recommend this.
