Mir hat alles gefallen !

Frühstück war ziemlich einfach, keine frischen Eier Etc. Parken war nicht ausgeschildert beim online check in, keine Park Karte vorbereitet oder hinterlegt

Die Lage am Berne International Airport ist perfekt. Das Self-check-in hat tadellos funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr grossräumig mit auch grossem Balkon und sogar kleiner Küche. Leider war der Aufenthalt zu kurz, habe mich jedoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

The atmosphere is always brilliant at Amante and so convenient when travelling to/from Bern airport. Thanks for letting us use your laundry facilities, it was truly a life-saver!

Breakfast was very limited in choice.

Die Duschmatte in der Dusche finde ich persönlich gar nicht hygienisch. Sorry!

Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr sauber und das Personal segr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Das Zimmer (und auch sonst alles) war auch dieses mal sehr sauber! Die Aussicht auf die Start- und Landebahn ist einfach faszinierend. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war rein nichts zu hören! Einfach toll. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit top Vibes Das Hotel bietet genau das, was man braucht. Guter Style, schönes Ambiente und hoher Komfort einfach alles stimmt. Ich war vor Ort wegen der Amante Daydance Party und kann nur von richtig guten und entspannten Vibes berichten. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel passt perfekt dazu und rundet das Erlebnis ab. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Ablauf und insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage, Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge und den Flugplatz, Freundliches Personla, Einfacher Check-in und Check-out

Alles… war sehr komfortabel.

Es gab einen Punkt, auf dem Balkon konnte man den Nachbaren sehen.

Das Frühstück war wie in einer Jugenherberge ohne Service. Alles muss mit Selbstbedienung gemacht werden. Frische Eierspeisen gibt es nicht. Die hartgekochten Eier sind farbig wie zu Ostern. Nachhaltigkeit sieht anders aus. Brot nur eine Sorte und die Gipfeli sind lasch präsentiert. Wurstsortiment nur drei Sorten und Käse ebenso. Für diesen Betrag eine Zumutung.

Check in per iPad, obwohl es sehr gut funktioniert hat, gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn kein Personal vor Ort ist

War sehr modern. Schöne Ausstattung, freundliches Personal.

Gut und schön ausgestattet! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert (man hört nicht viel von dem Flughafen)

Der Self-Check in Prozess ist mühsam und hat bei mir nicht funktioniert. Ich musste vor Ort an der Rezeption jemanden Anrufen; das ist ärgerlich und mühsam wenn man nach einer langen Reise einfach nur noch auf‘s Zimmer möchte. Ebenfalls sind die Türen etwas hellhörig. Wenn man im ersten Stock ist (da wo auch Frühstück erhältlich ist), wird man höchstwahrscheinlich schon früh wach werden.

Zelf inchecken, onpersoonlijk. Er was veel lawaai van een party juist onder mijn balkon. Dit stopte gelukkig om 22.00 hr. Men had de gasten hiervan eenvoudig kunnen inlichten. Mijn mail hierover werd pas de volgende dag beantwoord met enkel het woordje OK

Ist direkt am Flughafen Belp. Freundliches Personal. Aussicht ist wunderschön.

The cleanliness and the restaurant was really good!

The breakfast could have used a couple of hot items such as eggs or bacon, but I understand that it’s a small hotel and probably don’t have the necessity for it. Other than that the coffee machine was excellent and the cold breakfast items were sufficient.

It was very clean

Good location for users of the airport, friendly staff and good restaurant.

The room was very Hot because the room was in the sun almost all evening and there is no airconditioning. It is not comfortabel to open the window because every neighbour can walk onto your balcony.

We could see aeroplanes and helicopters taking off from the room balcony!

If you arrive after 10, make sure you know the instructions, which may be in German.

The room has a modern interior, free parking, and the ability to watch charter flights and private jets take off and land right from the terrace.

We should follow the instructions for online check-in prior to arrival to get our room keys. There is nobody at the reception, and standard on-site self-check-in isn't working. The room terraces on the same floor are connected and don't have any fence between them. Others might freely walk to your terrace.

It was so so clean

The internet wasn't working and we didn't have any connection. We couldn't talk with our kids. The reception said they would fix it next day but we only booked one night. It isn't acceptable that you pay so much and you don't get internet

have wasted 30 minutes on reception just to check in system was giving erors non stop for straight 30mins. having to wake up plane engines.

It gave me the view of the airfield activity and was central location for a 2 day tour of the area,

Love the big bed and the check in process is very easy. Very Helpful and kind staff.

The location is amazing and the food in the restaurant as well. Really great view from the rooms as well. I like the self-check-in too. Great new hotel, loved it

Not isolated enough to hear everything from the next door, not enough hot water for the shower..

The hotel is new, so in perfect condition. The rooms are nicely decorated, and big enough. All necessary commodities are available (safe, hair-dryer, shower products, water to drink...). The bathroom is modern and light. The staff are very helpful and speak multiple languages. There is a restaurant, bar, and pastry shop on-site. And plenty of parking. It is right on the airport runway, but the windows are so well insulated that if you keep the window closed you won't hear a thing!

I would like to have coffee/tea making facilities either in the room, or somewhere accessible when the restaurant is closed. I check out very early (usually before 6am), and being able to just grab a coffee would be amazing. Or a tea just before going to bed. I am also not very good with all the computer and internet stuff. This is a modern hotel with no reception desk, so you are expected to check in via the check-in station in the hall, or on your phone. For me this is complicated, even though I presume the system is very user friendly. It is me that is useless with it. But I have always had a member of staff come and help. So it has not been a problem as such. I am just old-school, and like there to be a reception desk.

The proprety was newly renovated. Clean and nice.

For me was surprising that acoustic insulation between the rooms was really bad. My neighbour spoke with phone all evening and I heard all conversation.

The room I was given was very spacious. The hotel seems to be new. Everything is very clean. The staff were welcoming, helpful, and spoke multiple languages. Despite being right by the airport, the rooms were very quiet (well insulated). Comfy bed, well equiped. Nice restaurant with light food available all day, and full menu at meal hours.

I like to be able to make a cup of tea in my room, so an electric kettle would be a plus. But I definitely wouldn't change hotels just because of that.

The dinner I had in the restaurant was outstanding, simply divine!!!

Location great, view fantastic great bathtub and nice coffee/restaurant

Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were enormous for sleep, heating/cooling was not working, balcony had plenty of working tools and exposed cables.

We were going to been but the airport is quite a ways away.

One night only

The room is new and modern. However it’s newly built that the corridor was still raw with rolls of coverings, not even carpeted. I personally think they should have specified it in the booking page so that we can decide if we want to stay in this near completion hotel.

Dust in the room from construction not properly cleaned. No parking on site. Paid parking at airport facility opposite to hotel. Charges CHF12 for one night. Bathroom leak somehow despite door closed, quality is not good. No proper reception counter perhaps because it is near completion status only.

Because our original hotel was overbooked, we where booked in Amante, near Belp Airport. The hotel was still in the process of rebuilding. A lot of people where working to get the hotel ready for official opening. But, beside of this, it was PERFECT. Very, very friendly staff and hotel Manager. They did everything to make it for us as comfortable as possible. A great meal, a perfect breakfast, the room was so nice and comfortable. We recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Bern but not in the city itself. The location, is great. Thank you. For sure, we will come back in this wonderful hotel.
