Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The lady on front desk was very polite and listen carefully. so was the case when I called helpline on arrival.
We stayed in room 1211, which had a horrible sewerage smell from the moment we entered. The smell was so strong that it spread into the corridor when we opened the door and window. We contacted the hotel, but the issue was not properly resolved, and the same smell was there again the next day. It seems to be a known problem with this particular room. The hotel should fix the sewerage issue instead of continuing to rent the room, especially during peak season.

Very dissapointed having to spend 15Francs to park there, I expect that at a city location but never had to pay at a hotel in similar location before. Yes its next to the station but its entry card controlled so thats no excuse. The bathroom extract was very poor so smell drifted into main room and steamed up when having a shower.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026After room upgrade from luxe room ( I think it was called) we got got the room on 3rd floor with terras, was much better with big terras and ventilator in the room.
In Luxe room was mold in shower, after showering (both rooms) shower water goes all over the bathroom, nothing to clean with so we just putted 2 towels to avoid floating bathroom. In bed was black hairs and shower head was with covered in chalk we notified the owner and received thanks for letting them know. While owner was not there when we went to reception employee replied to our issues with - it’s budget, 3 star hotel and we are in Switzerland, about the price she replied that its own fault we book through booking with 15% on top - like what else we expected, but the owner was interested to hear what they can improve when we met her.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Preis‑Leistung top.
