B&K ROOMS

Palazzina nuova ! Bell appartamento!

Great staff!

Excellent stay at B&K Rooms! The apartment was modern, spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely terrace. The location was great for exploring Heraklion, and having free parking was a big plus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The house is spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and has everything we need. The host is exceptionally welcoming, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is great for exploring Heraklion. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Crete!

Tutto,disponibilità degli host,pulizia e cortesia.Casa bellissima e dotata di ogni confort!

tutto ottimo

Viskas švaru gražu patogu

This apartment is brand new and well equipped, with parking available on site. It's just a 15-minute walk to the city center and old town, making it easy to explore on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.

A couple of small downsides: the sound insulation isn't great — if someone speaks loudly in the corridor, it can be easily heard inside the room. Also, the bathroom is a bit too small, which makes it a little awkward to use.

Nice stay overall. A special thanks to the young man at the reception who truly stood out with his exceptional hospitality compared to other team members.

The mattress could be more comfortable, but overall everything else was satisfactory.

The location to everything including the parking.

Perfect location Very clean apartment with necessary amenities Kind, hardworking and attentive owners

New facilities, spotless clean, built to purpose. Super friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking included. Everything in walking distance. The city center was approx 1,5Km away which is perfect: close enough to walk and far enough to avoid the noise. Xilouris tavern 100m away was also amazing. I highly recommend and would visit again myself in the future

We had a perfect stay! Everything was spotless, new, and smelled fresh. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the sea. Communication with the hosts was outstanding—they were always checking if we needed anything and made us feel truly welcome. They are wonderful young people who clearly care about their guests. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at B K Rooms in Heraklion was absolutely incredible, and it is an experience I will remember for the rest of my life! The brand-new apartment complex completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfectly clean, fresh, and modern. The design is beautiful, and the location is just spot on – convenient, accessible, and perfect for exploring. From the seamless communication to the wonderful hospitality, everything was flawless. If I ever return to Heraklion, I am definitely staying here again. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Joli, fonctionnel.

. A special shout-out to Glykeria for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. She really made our experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing in particular. Everything met our expectations, and we had a very pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent! The apartment was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a long stay. The location was great, close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

It was clean, new, and exactly as the photos. It was super and really enjoyable. The best. George was exceptional and really made our stay enjoyable. Assisted us as needed and went above and beyond.

No.

The staff was very kind and helpful, it was easy to communicate with them and we received quick answers to our questions. We were welcomed by a beautiful and clean accommodation.

Very Morden building, everything was kept in good shape, brand new basically

A bit small, but fair for the price

- sympatyczni gospodarze - pięknie i nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie, wszystko sprawne - perfekcyjna czystość - bardzo dogodna lokalizacja

Brak

Rosa e Michele❤❤❤

Very clean. Easy self checkin/checkout. Giorgios was very helpful! Thank you, Giorgios, for your recommendations.

Would be great to have some kitchen wiping cloth or paper towels to maintain the countertop dry and clean.

The rooms are super clean and modern. Everything you need is there (all sorts of kitchenware, hair dryer, etc). The owner is also extremely friendly and kind to help with any problem!

Clean, modern and nicely decorated; Basic amenities available; Kind responsive assisting staff with great English; Elevator available for tired feet/heavy luggage; Nearest supermarket 5min walking; Nearest bus station for beach/city center/airport 10min away walking; City seaside promenade 1min away; A small commercial center across the street; Looked like a peaceful area.

No ceramic cups for hot tea/hot coffee, only glasses; No individual washing machine in the apartment; Not soundproof, you could hear noisy neighbours, dogs, kids outside and planes taking off over the city every 5min; Apartments are not cleaned daily, toilet paper ran out before departure, had to buy some;
