Everything was good. We stayed here for just one night before continuing our trip around Crete the next day. We checked in quite late, but everything went smoothly. The room was spacious, there was a small balcony, and the location close to the airport was very convenient. A good option for a short one-night stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay – highly recommended! I had a wonderful stay at Alcyone Studio Apartments in Heraklion. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The hospitality was excellent – friendly, accommodating and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The apartment was modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It felt fresh, well maintained and thoughtfully equipped. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and it was a lovely place to come back to after a day exploring Heraklion. The location is also excellent – convenient for getting around and exploring the city, while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. Everything was easy and hassle-free. What really stood out was the combination of great hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, location and excellent value for money. You truly feel that the hosts care about their guests and want you to have a great stay. I would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend Alcyone Studio Apartments to anyone visiting Heraklion. A little gem in Crete and a fantastic experience from start to finish! ❤️🇬🇷

★★★★★ Sehr praktische Unterkunft mit perfekter Lage Ich habe die Alcyone Studios und Apartments sowohl an meinem ersten als auch an meinem letzten Tag in Griechenland gewählt – vor allem wegen der sehr günstigen Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens. Und ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung. Besonders praktisch finde ich das Konzept der Unterkunft: Es ist komplett auf Selbstbedienung ausgerichtet. Egal zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit man ankommt, man kann selbstständig die Eingangstür öffnen, die Schlüssel abholen und problemlos einchecken. Gerade bei später Ankunft oder frühem Abflug ist das unglaublich komfortabel. Am ersten Tag hatte ich ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss. Es war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, aber persönlich fühle ich mich einfach nicht gerne unter der Erde. Deshalb habe ich über WhatsApp das Personal gefragt, ob ein Zimmer im zweiten Stock mit Balkon möglich wäre. Die Antwort kam sofort und mein Wunsch wurde ohne jede Komplikation erfüllt. Auch alle notwendigen Zugangscodes wurden mir direkt mitgeteilt. Während meines zweiten Aufenthalts bat ich das Personal außerdem darum, ein Taxi für mich zum Flughafen zu organisieren. Auch das hat hervorragend funktioniert: Das Taxi kam pünktlich und brachte mich zuverlässig zum Flughafen. Für mich ist das ein weiterer Beweis dafür, dass man sich auf die Kompetenz und Zuverlässigkeit der Menschen, die hier arbeiten, wirklich verlassen kann. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls hervorragend: praktisch im Zentrum, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt und umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés und vielen Möglichkeiten, seine Zeit schön zu verbringen. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen. Ich kann mit hundertprozentiger Sicherheit sagen, dass ich bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Griechenland wieder hier übernachten werde. Vielen Dank für die angenehme, unkomplizierte und herzliche Betreuung!

Il parcheggio è difficile e polveroso.

Dans l’ensemble tout s’est très bien passé.

Ce qui était dommage c’est que nous avons eu des petits fourmis rouges bien sûr lorsque l’agent d’entretien est passé, elles sont parties mais à nouveau quelques jours après encore sont arrivées. Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer de bonnes vacances. Juste bien faire attention.

Το δωμάτιο είναι εξαιρετικά στενό με περιορισμό σε κάθε κίνηση που κάνεις Παρ'ολη την ανακαίνιση που έχει συμβεί η λειτουργικότητα του δωματίου είναι πολύ προβληματική

La propreté, l’emplacement à 15min du port vénitien. La chambre spacieuse. Le surclassement était une surprise agréable.

La literie n’était pas confortable. Et l’isolation inexistante, donc pas mal de bruit dans l’hôtel.

Clean and well located

We booked a double room for 3 nights in late august. The apartment is located in a peaceful local district, about 1,5km W of the Old Town and the port (you can easily walk along the seaside). The area around the studios was peaceful with some useful spots (café, super market, eateries) in walking distance (Hanioporta is a great option with tasty foods in normal prices). We didn’t have a car but the local buses were frequent and useful to any area we visited (bus 1 to airport, bus 6 to Ammoudera beach, many different buses to the city center and the long distance buses station for other towns) We didn’t meet our host in person as we arrived after midnight but self-check in was easy as they sent us detailed information. The room was super clean, modern in style, with a TV, A/C (super useful in August), Nespresso coffee maker, a boiler, a small kitchen etc. Our room was on the ground floor but there are some others with balconies and view. Wi-Fi was strong. The fridge had a bottle of water (you better avoid the tap water) and some raki was offered to us in the table, a nice welcome gesture. Bathroom was kind of small but also very clean and had some little soap/shampoo. Hot water was available through out the day

La zona no es de lo mejor.

Ho alloggiato una settimana presso gli Alcyone Studios and Apartments e mi sono trovato benissimo. La struttura è moderna, gli appartamenti sono arredati con gusto, pulitissimi e dotati di ogni comfort, inclusa una comoda macchina per il caffè espresso e una Smart TV. La posizione è ottima ed estremamente strategica: in soli 10 minuti di auto si raggiungono sia il centro/porto di Heraklion che il leggendario Palazzo di Cnosso. Le procedure di check-in e check-out veloce sono state comodissime. Ci tornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio vivacemente a chiunque visiti Creta! 😃

Eine Top Lage zu Fuß alles was man braucht erreichbar. Super liebes Personal mit sehr gutem Service und schnellen Antworten bei Fragen oder Problemen. Sehr Sauber und ein Süßes kleines Apartment. Mein Persönliches Highlight waren die tollen Katzen in der Umgebung mein Liebling war diese schwarz weiße ich habe sie Bob getauft :) (Bob liebt Schleckis und Nassfutter)

Ωραίο, σύγχρονο δωμάτιο και εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης. Βρίσκεις εύκολα πάρκινγκ στην γύρω περιοχή αλλά λίγο μακριά για μετακίνηση στο κέντρο με τα πόδια

We booked 5 rooms. All were different. All were good. Check in/check out was easy. Well soundproofed. Laundry across the road. Coffee shops and groceries close by. Hosts responded quickly. Daily service. Balconies have drying racks.

Limited parking. Tight roads. Took a while to figure out hallway lights (they are rockers with orange circle in the middle). A little off the beaten path, but that's what we wanted

Το κρεβάτι ήταν πολύ άνετο και είχε πολλές παροχές όπως σίδερο, σεσουάρ και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Γενικά το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο. Επίσης, ζητήσαμε να μπούμε νωρίτερα από το check-in στο δωμάτιο και υπήρξε άμεση θετική ανταπόκριση. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμη και από την δημοτική συγκοινωνία και από τα αστικά λεωφορεία.

Το μπάνιο και η ντουζιέρα είναι περιορισμένα σε χώρο.

La stanza era molto pulita e in ordine. Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato detto che ci avevano fatto un upgrade della camera ed abbiamo apprezzato molto, ci siamo quindi trovato in una suite matrimoniale con il balconcino, ottimo per rilassarsi un po!

Le logement était propre, l'accès facile avec l'envoi de toutes les informations au préalable digicode ect...logement fonctionnel mais impossible d'y cuisiner...juste un frigo, il y a pourtant des marmites ect...mais rien pour chauffer donc pas de logique. Le lit est confortable et la douche ok ainsi que la climatisation. Je recommande pour un très court séjour, il y a également un ascenseur.

J'ai été très surprise de la situation géographique de ce logement, en effet, il était noté central sur booking mais en fait il faut marcher bien 20 min à pieds du centre ville et l'environnement n'est pas du tout touristique...à côté d'un terrain vague avec des tracteurs ect...quartier très populaire, il est vrai qu'il y a une jetée qui longe la mer pas loin mais aucun intérêt touristique. Il y a un centre commercial à côté mais juste café et resto pas de supermarché aux environs. Il y avait également une odeur de canalisations dans l'appartement.

Το δωμάτιο αυτό το έχω επιλέξει επανειλλημένες φορές, εξυπηρετή η τοποθεσία. Η καθαριότητα είναι εξαιρετική αλλά και η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εύκολη και γρήγορη.

Sono stato ospite della struttura solo per una notte ma mi son trovato bene. Posizionato vicino al lungomare e non distante dal centro città. Parcheggio gratuito e di facile reperibilità in zona. Camera dalle dimensioni ridotte ma molto confortevole e con letti comodi

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable, great location, and a very friendly host. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

The only negative was the construction noise nearby during the day.

Vicino al centro e con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. Staff disponibile e camera ampia e curata. Molto apprezzati i consigli ricevuti via messaggio su ristoranti e cose da fare in città!

C’è stato un problema con gli scarichi del bagno, non è stato piacevole ma il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e reattivo per la risoluzione nonostante fosse sera e fuori dall’orario di apertura della reception.

Studio très propre très bien équipé. Clés dans boîtier à récupérer avec le code fourni par le gérant. Juste à côté à moins de 100 mètres la mer et un centre commercial avec resto pas cher et très tres copieux. Une salade composée à 11.90 euros on y mange à 3 bons mangeurs. Offert le dessert à chaque fois.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé dans la chambre penthouse qui est magnifique, bien équipé et confortable

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πραγματικά μαγικό ! Πεντακάθαρο τεράστιο με όλες τις παροχές και με απίστευτη θέα ! Ολοκαίνουργιο και μέσα στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου!! Δυστυχώς μείναμε μόνο για ένα βράδυ λόγω πτήσης αλλά θα ήθελα πολύ να μείνουμε κ περισσότερες μέρες γιατί η εμπειρία διαμονής ήταν απίστευτη ! Επισης το προσωπικό που διαχειρίζεται τα δωμάτια εξυπηρετικότατοι και ευγενέστατοι σε ότι κι αν χρειάστηκα καθότι υπήρξε άμεση ανταπόκριση!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ , συνεχίστε την υπέροχη δουλειά !!!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l’établissement. Nous aurions aimé un refill des capsules de café qui n’étaient prévues que pour une journée.

Wir waren dort nur für eine Nacht, da wir am nächsten Tag weitergereist sind. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool, das sehr sauber und angenehm war. Alles war tipptopp und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Einziger Minuspunkt: Durch den Whirlpool roch es im Zimmer etwas nach Chlor. Ansonsten war alles bestens.

Super appartement en pleine ville, très propre. Le personnel est très sympathique. La procédure d'entrée est très simple et pratique. Le quartier est calme. Le centre-ville est pas loin en voiture. Je recommande sans réserve.

Honnêtement tout était bien, disons qu'un parking serait un plus mais je savais qu'en réservant il n'y avait pas de parking donc c'est pas un reproche et on a trouvé de la place dans le quartier sans difficulté. Donc pour moi aucun défaut, tout est très bien.

Ακολουθήσαμε πιστά τις οδηγίες για το τζακούζι αλλά δεν ζέστανε το νερό και δεν καταφέραμε να μπούμε. Αξίζει τα χρήματα του σαν δωμάτιο αλλά δεν ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου .

L'hôte a été très performant dans tout ce qui concerne la récupération des clefs. Message très clair accompagné des photos de la boite à clefs. Merci à lui aussi pour les petites attentions dans l'appartement. Appartement très moderne, très clair, très propre et très confortable.

It was clean and tidy. The cleaners were friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious.

The water pressure in the shower was weak.

Very good value for money, they even let us do the check in earlier. Parking spaces nearby. Walking distance from the centre.

Great place, comfortable and functional

Está un poco alejado del centro como para ir caminando, pero había varios lugares para estacionar el auto. Estaba bastante limpio.

Era un poco pequeño para 3 personas.
