The hotel was perfectly located with an easy walk to Acropolis /Parthenon and Agora. A few streets away is the train which we used to visit the harbours near the port. Also all the markets and nice shops and restaurants are an easy walk. There is hardly any traffic so it is easy to walk on the roads.The staff were very helpful and provided some good travel and sightseeing advice. They also arranged an airport transfer for a 4am pickup and the driver was very good and arrived on time. The room: spacious, clean, modern, great view from the balcony of the people walking below. There are great restaurants across the road. It is a very quiet area and the room was well airconditioned and double glazed windows made it quiet, we didnt hear a thing. Bathroom clean, bed comfortable. We were on level 2. There is a lift as well as stairs. We were very happy there for 4 nights.

Μείναμε δυστυχώς μόνο μία νύχτα σε αυτό το υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο, αλλά θα θέλαμε πραγματικά να είχαμε μείνει περισσότερο! Από την πρώτη επικοινωνία μέχρι και την αναχώρησή μας, όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Ήδη πριν από την άφιξή μας, λάβαμε μήνυμα με όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες, ενώ οι ιδιοκτήτες συστήθηκαν προσωπικά μέσω της επικοινωνίας μας και φρόντισαν να μας ενημερώσουν αναλυτικά για όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ήταν από την αρχή πολύ ευγενικοί, και εξυπηρετικοί. Κατά την άφιξή μας, μας υποδέχτηκαν πολύ θερμά και μας βοήθησαν με τις αποσκευές μας, ενώ φρόντισαν ώστε η διαδικασία του check-in να γίνει πολύ εύκολα και γρήγορα. Μας έδειξαν το δωμάτιο, κάναμε μια μικρή περιήγηση και μας έδειξαν επίσης τη βεράντα. Μας ενημέρωσαν ακόμη αναλυτικά σχετικά με τη μεταφορά μας προς το αεροδρόμιο. Μια ιδιαίτερα όμορφη λεπτομέρεια που εκτιμήσαμε πολύ ήταν ότι, λόγω της εξαιρετικά υψηλής θερμοκρασίας εκείνη την ημέρα, είχαν φροντίσει να είναι ήδη αναμμένο το κλιματιστικό πριν από την άφιξή μας. Μετά από ένα τόσο μεγάλο ταξίδι, το να μπούμε σε ένα δροσερό και άνετο δωμάτιο ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχο και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε αμέσως ευπρόσδεκτες. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πανέμορφο, μοντέρνο και πολύ προσεγμένο. Όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα, ευρύχωρα και όμορφα διακοσμημένα. Το δωμάτιό μας ήταν πολύ άνετο και διέθετε μια μικρή κουζίνα, μπαλκόνι και υπέροχη θέα. Τα κρεβάτια ήταν επίσης πολύ άνετα και πραγματικά δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένες και θα επιστρέφαμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη. Η ευγένεια, η φιλοξενία, η προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και η προσωπική φροντίδα έκαναν τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ξεχωριστή. Σας ευχαριστούμε θερμά για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και για το γεγονός ότι κάνατε την άφιξη και τη διαμονή μας τόσο εύκολη και ευχάριστη! Θα θέλαμε πραγματικά να είχαμε μείνει περισσότερες ημέρες και ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα!

Already had several stays at this property and customer service is brilliant every time. Konstantinos and the team are very hospitable and the suites are in a great location and very clean.

My husband and I arrived early in the morning and Konstantinos made sure I was aware of the fact that their front desk didn’t open until 9am. Regardless, he was in constant contact with me that morning and got us access to leave our luggage while we wandered around the city. He then called me at 11am to tell me our room was ready. Easy check-in and our suitcases had already been taken to our room. Konstantinos and his nephew gave us clear instructions on everything. Our room was immaculate. Great size. Bathroom was huge. All PowerPoints had been thoughtfully positioned throughout. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely bath products. Complimentary bottle of wine. Large safe to even include our laptops. One of the best stays we’ve had.

The room is basically perfect, with a great view and the bed is one of the softest ones I’ve ever slept on. Plus, Konstantinos and his nephew Yiannis are truly nice and welcoming, you feel immediately at home!

As a frequent traveller, this was without doubt one of the best accomodations I’ve stayed at. The service sets the standard- responsive, accomodating, helpful… I can go on and on but I’ll save you the read. If you find availability here - BOOK IT!! The location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING and whilst I read a lot about the helpful staff, I’m so happy to say it’s all true to word. Best experience to date.

The location of this property is nothing short of perfect. Everything that you would want to see is within an easy walk. The room was modern and spacious with a wonderful walk in shower. There was a small balcony that overlooked a lovely park and the furnished rooftop had wonderful nighttime views of the Acropolis. The hosts of the property were very communicative throughout and arranged transfers for us from both the port and to the airport. Our only regret is that we only had the one day and evening to stay at Mythodea Athens Suites.

Antes de llegar al alojamiento la comunicación con Konstantinos fue perfecta. Nos informó un día antes de todo, incluidas las opciones que teníamos para trasladarnos desde el puerto del Pireo, desde donde llegábamos a Atenas. Y también nos preguntó la hora de llegada por si precisabamos hacer el check-in antes. Nosotros nos trasladamos en metro. Y desde el alojamiento está a unos 4 minutos. La ubicación es estupenda para visitar Atenas. Lo más interesante de la ciudad está cerca, por lo que se puede hacer caminando, sin problema. La habitación es amplia. Todo muy limpio. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. El baño espacioso. Dispone de una pequeña zona de "cocina". Con cafetera, hervidor de agua, nevera, menaje, cocina y fregadero. Dispone de cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar. El espacio es pequeño. Tiene una pequeña terraza con mesita y sillas, que dan a la calle Adrianou una de las más conocidas del barrio de Plaka y justo delante hay una zona con un parque y varios restaurantes. Las ventanas que tiene aislan perfectamente del ruido exterior. El aire acondicionado muy bien. Tiene servicio de guardaequipajes. Consultar con el alojamiento el horario. No hay que perderse la azotea del edificio. Una zona con tumbonas y unas vistas espectaculares de la ciudad. Resaltar lo encantadores que son los 2 sobrinos de Konstantinos que nos atendieron, Yiannis y Elías, y el propio Konstantinos pendientes de que estuviesemos agusto. Recomendable 100%

Very conveniently located in the center. Great room for the price and the hosts were incredible with getting us situated and even helped set up transfer to and from airport. Couldn’t be happier!

Incredible location- opens out to a beautiful square with loads of energy, shops and restaurants. A very short stroll to Hadrian's library which then leads up to the Acropolis. We were even able to walk up to watch the sunrise. Super comfortable beds, AC was cranking, lighting lovely. Amazing contact from the hosts. All in all perfect.

Sehr zentral sehr sauber mir und meiner Frau hat es sehr gefallen. Wir waren mitten am geschehen aber für das es so laut war draußen haben wir im Zimmer nichts davon mitbekommen. Falls wir wieder nach Athen reisen sollten würde ich nichts riskieren und und nochmal hier buchen.

Wir hatten kein Auto deshalb war es kein Problem für uns aber die Parksituation dort müsste mit dem Betreiber geklärt werden.

Mich hat besonders der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Empfang der Gastgeber beeindruckt. Er und sein Neffe machen es besser als in den meisten 5-Sterne-Locations! Die Wohnung selbst ist 30 m² groß. Sehr sauber, modern gestaltet und vermutlich frisch renoviert. Wunderschöner Balkon. Ruhig und strategisch genau richtig gelegen. Hochwertige und leise Klimaanlage. Eine kleine Küche mit Kaffeemaschine und Kaffeekapseln ist vorhanden. Wenn man ein Bügeleisen benötigt, einfach nachfragen. Also, wir waren wirklich positiv beeindruckt.

Noch einen flacheren Kissen wäre toll. Es wurden aber schon 3 unterschiedlichen Kissen bereitgestellt.

Perfect location to explore Athens.

We had a wonderful stay at Mythodea Athens Suites. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Acropolis and many of Athens' main attractions. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Acropolis, especially in the evening. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The service and communication was on a level we have never experienced before and we have travelled throughout Europe and the US several times. Kon and his team truly care about your experience and stay. The location is incredible and within walking distance to everything. The rooftop overlooks the Acropolis and is beautiful to sit and watch at night. We felt safe, comfortable and enjoyed our stay immensely. We chose Mythodea based on the reviews and they were so right - would absolutely stay here again

WE arrived early and our host was waiting for us. We were able to drop off luggage and go to explore.

Yiannis greeted us on the street upon our arrival and took our bags to our rooms. They also helped us organize transportation to the hotel. The rooms are large and very beautiful with an extremely comfortable bed. We appreciate the little amenities such as the Korres toiletries. The location is also perfect - centrally located while being quiet

I had such a wonderful stay at Mythodea Suites! Konstantinos was an excellent host with impeccable communication throughout! He was so kind to send recommendation for local restaurants and to help book transport to and from the airport / ferries. The room itself was extremely clean and comfortable with AC. There is a lovely rooftop terrace that is private with an excellent view of the sunset and parts of the Acropolis. Location could not be better! It was walking distance to all the city squares, shopping centers and attractions. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

Refrigerador didn’t work

The location and facilities were excellent. The hosts Konstantinos and Gianni were beyond helpful. Gianni arranged for a taxi to meet us at the ferry terminal and then he met us at the door of the hotel and treated us like royalty. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport when we left. Even though there were other guests in the hotel, where we made to feel like we were very special.

Wonderful! Excellent location, only minutes walk from Acropolis and vibrant Plaka area. Beautiful spacious rooms and decor, large bathroom, mini kitchen, great views of acropolis. Most of all the wonderful service - Konstantinos was incredibly generous with his time helping us with transfers, check in and anything we needed. Amazing hotel. We will definitely return.

A wonderful stay once again at the Mythodea Athens Suites. A spacious, well appointed apartment in a great location in the heart of the Plaka. Restaurants and shops just across the street and easy walking distance to the main attractions. We cannot rate the owner and staff highly enough. From great communication, to assistance with transport and other bookings, they couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back to stay.

Amazing stay, room was lovely with amazing views. The roof top terrace had views of the Acropolis and the hosts gave us a bottle of wine to share on the terrace for our anniversary whilst the sun was setting.

Vi älskade vår vistelse här! Kände oss så välkomnade och väl omhändertagna. Boendet var fint, väl städat och hade sköna sängar. För att inte tala om den magiska rooftop de hade, underbart att se solen gå ner över Aten. Hit kommer vi gärna igen.

We loved our stay here. The suite is beautiful, the staff are friendly and attentive and the location was perfect. Konstantinos went out of his way to make our stay memorable, checking in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and kindly arrranged transport to the port. Highly recommend if you are staying in Athens.

The staff at Mythodea were exceptional - prior to arrival we were given great advice from Konstantinos and upon checking Yannis was also very helpful & friendly. The property location was perfect- only 8 minutes walk roughly from the metro and bus links. The room itself was very clean and comfortable with beautiful views from both our balcony and the roof terrace.

We loved the property and would love to stay again. The only thing we could think of is other guests use of the doors were quite loud upon closing at times. Though this may have been the lift or fire escape door.

Vrlo ugodan smještaj na odličnoj lokaciji. Soba je uredna i čista. Domaćin izuzetno susretljiv, ljubazan i uvijek spreman pomoći. Svakako bih preporučila ovaj smještaj svima koji traže udobnost i kvalitetnu uslugu.

Perfect location

Wir habe im Mai 2026 zwei Nächte in den Mythodea Suites verbracht. Schon vor der Anreise hat sich der Gastgeber/Vermieter Konstantinos mit Informationen und Tips bei uns gemeldet. Er hat auch den perfekten Transfer per privaten Taxi auf dem Hin- und Rückweg für uns organisiert. Bei der Ankunft am Hotel wurden wir direkt vor der Tür bereits erwartet. Das Zimmer war viel größer als erwartet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das gilt auch für das moderne Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und das lebendige Viertel unter der Akropolis und um das Mythdea zu erkunden. Konstantinos und seine Familie waren sehr zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Perfekte Gastgeber! Bei unserem nächste Aufenthalt in Athen werden wir sicherlich wieder dort wohnen. Viele Dank!
