Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Pedro was excellent and easily the standout member of staff. I was actually considering checking out early, but he handled things so well that he convinced me to stay. There was also a Hungarian lady at the restaurant who was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. Both of them made a noticeable difference to my stay. The hotel itself is also new, modern, comfortable, and feels like a proper four-star property.
Unfortunately, most of the other staff I dealt with were the opposite. They were cold, distant, and not particularly pleasant. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, so do not stay here if you want to step outside into restaurants, shops, or Brussels city life. It works if you want somewhere quiet and isolated, or if you are hiding from everyone.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even though my English isn’t very good, we had no problems communicating. The hotel is modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food to choose from. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only things I would improve are adding more space to hang wet towels and making the air conditioning a bit more effective, as it struggled to cool the room during the very hot days. The location was good as well. The nearest public transport stop is about a 5–7 minute walk away, which was perfectly fine for us. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
