Es war wirklich wundervoll! Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist mitten im Zentrum und es ist dennoch sehr ruhig! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!😊👍🏼

Nichts

Perfect gelegen in het centrum van Ubud tussen de restaurants en winkels,maar toch zéér rustig en weg van het drukke verkeer. Personeel héél vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, als er iets ontbrak of niet goed werkte werd dit meteen opgelost. Het private gevoel met eigen zwembad en tuin was geweldig.

We loved the private pools, so pretty, the breakfasts were very good except one morning the pancakes werent cooked all the way and very runny. The staff were so kind. The rooms and villas were very nice. The area was perfect to walk to the art market and monkey forest. We saw plenty of monkeys in front of monkey forest and didnt' need to go in. Plenty of salons for massages and good food nearby. The only souvenir shopping we could find within walking distance was in front of the monkey forest and art the art market.

the pools were too cold. Out of 3 pools and 6 adults only 2 got in them because they were so cold.

We loved that it’s really central in Ubud and still really quiet and peaceful inside the villas. The villa it’s spacious the swimming pool too.

To be fair and honest we love it nothing wrong with the villa.

Amazing place with nice pool and central location close to the Main Street but in a very quiet position, you feel in the middle of the nature.

Fabulous location in Ubud! Walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Monkey forest nearby. Easy to organise a kind, knowledgeable driver to take us to nearby waterfalls and activities. The private pool and rooms were great!

There were some ants in the room, but It didn't bother us at all.

The villa was perfect. More private and close to all amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'd recommend anyone who is looking to book a accommodation next to all amenities to book this private villa.

It was one of the most beautiful properties I have been to. Heaven on earth.

Everything was great only that the breakfast has only different varieties of Egg. Some more food options would be appreciated.

Loved having our own private pool. Located Right in the hustle and bustle so easy walking access to restaurants, monkey forest and water temple. Staff were so friendly and helpful and room was a great price. Very clean and tidy and bed was comfy. Grounds were immaculate.

No on site bar/restaurant but not needed as you have so many options within 1-10min walk from the room and they do offer breakfast on site if you wish. I wasnt the biggest fan of the outdoor bathroom as our room was close to reception and main carpark so felt a little vulnerable but it wasn’t an issue at all. I did notice the kitchen wasn’t equipped with anything so maybe not ideal for a longer stay but was perfect for us for 2 nights as wanted to eat out anyway.

Good location, Nice clean villa, Laundry service available, lovely staff. Short walk to many shops, restaurants and spa.

Didn’t change towel for multiple days - had to request. No extra cups only from bathroom, no bug spray or coils, had to buy but it’s very cheap from the convenience store. A couple days there is loud music coming from establishments on the main road, but finishes around 11pm so not too bad. No phone in the room to contact reception, however complex is small so not a major issue.

It was beautiful & peaceful but located centrally to everything. The staff were lovely.

The amenities in both rooms left a lot to be desired. The bathroom sinks were dirty. The shower had cobwebs in it. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so you had to watch you didn't slide off 🤣 The TV in the main room didn't work at all & the other had no stations, not even Indo TV. The private pool was beautiful but didn't look clean.

The location is outstanding, you can walk very easily to places like the Market and Monkey forest. Plenty of restaurants and massage just out the front gate. The villas are very private, with their own pools.

The villas weren’t particularly clean, they also have their own little kitchen but have nothing in them. No cutlery or cups / plates etc. Breakfast was provide with us, but I think made off site and was stone cold each time and very basic.

Odaya girdiğimizde tuvalet banyo pisti. Yerde ölü bir salyangoz vardı. Yerler temiz değildi yemek yeme alanı. Özellikle eşleri korkanlar için gecho , salyangoz ve kurbağa villa içerisinde vardı. Bir gece konakladık ama eşim uyuyamadı.

El alojamiento fue increible, piscina privada, baños limpios y lo mas importante, los trabajadores eran simpaticos y bos ayudaron en todo. Habia leido malos comentarios de que habia animales, pero estas en la selva, por lo que animales te tienes que encontrar! Gracias por la estancia🙂

La bañera no funcionaba el desague! Pero con la piscina, no hizo falta🙂

Coup de coeur pour ce logement au centre de Bali mais juste à l'écart du bruit et de la foule dans la verdure. Piscine privée, grande chambre, salle de bain intérieur et extérieur et un staff au petit soin. J'y retournerai très clairement lors de ma prochaine venue à Ubud. Super rapport qualité prix.

Good quality villa, very spacious. The team was fantastic and all had a warm big smile. Breakfast was lovely, served in the room.

The location was awesome though, easy walking to the centre of Ubud and the Monkey Forest.

The villas on first inspection were nice, however there was no hot water at all in our villa and the main shower head didn't work. We asked for it to be looked at and fixed but that wasn't actioned. There was mold on the ceiling in the kitchen room. Breakfast was simple but nice. The toast was barely toasted and cold when it arrived to us.

This is a tranquil little oasis easily accessed from the main road in the southern part of Ubud, but far enough off it that there is no traffic noise - just lots of frogs in the pond! The villa was very comfortable, with a huge air conditioned bedroom upstairs and a nice covered veranda by the pool downstairs to while away the days reading, swimming and watching the local wildlife come and go. But the highlight, as ever in Bali, is the staff, who are all just so amazingly friendly and helpful. Really good value for money in my view.

The water pressure in the shower upstairs is weak, though it’s still fine to use - the pressure is better in the downstairs one for those wanting more power.

Amazing place, our villa was only seconds away from the centre of town yet was quite and tranquil. Breakfast delivered to villa each morning was fantastic. Pool was lovely.

The location was the best. Very conveniently located close to massage, restaurants, atm and convenience shops. Chahaya there at the reception was syper friendly and helpful. Anything we requested was actioned proptly and with care.

위치가 좋고, 직원분들도 친절했습니다. 시설이 오래 되었다고 하지만 편하게 쉬는데는 부족함이 없었어요. 조식도 깔끔하고, 청소 서비스도 좋았습니다.

Хорошее расположение, близко к центральным улицам, в шаговой доступности лес обезьян. Приветливый персонал. Есть небольшое рисовое поле, хороший завтрак. Все замечательно, но прохладный бассейн. Может для кого-то это плюс:)

De locatie was echt perfect. Dicht bij het centrum en precies net niet in de drukte, zeker een aanrader!

Achterstallig onderhoud, op de foto’s was alles nieuw maar in werkelijkheid was het toe aan onderhoud en schoonmaak. We zaten zonder warm water, het bad zag onder de mieren en de uitwerpselen hier van, licht van het zwembad deed het niet. Wifi was uitermate slecht, terwijl wij de villa naast de receptie hadden. Ook het ontbijt was erg karig en mag je in deze prijscategorie echt meer van verwachten. Je moet dit de avond van te voren doorgeven, 3x ijskoffie besteld maar kregen 3x normale koffie, blijkt erg moeilijk.

A bit of noise from local bars, but this didn’t go on late, but you are in a brilliant location, so this really wasn’t a problem.

Vimos certos comentários negativos e ficamos com receio, mas nada a apontar realmente, as vilas são perto da recepção sim mas não dá para ver para dentro da vila, por isso há privacidade sim! Foi tudo espetacular. Iremos voltar sem dúvida!

Personnels très gentils et souriant , nous avons pu arriver bien plus tôt que prévu !

La piscine bien qu’elle ait bien vécue

Aucune vaisselle, petit dej toujours froid ( quand as oublié), il manquait toujours quelque chose après le ménage, impossible de prendre la douche correctement car pommeau jamais lavé et donc pas de pression. Ça dû être très bien à l’ouverture mais là ça ne vaut pas le prix payé à Bali

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü , seçenek az ve tatları kötüydü . Yumurta ayrıca kötüydü . İnternet odadan asla çekmiyordu ve 2 kere internet paketi satın almak zorunda kaldık . Ayrıca kahvaltıdan sonra tabaklar gelip alınmıyordu . Sinek doluyordu masa. İnfo olarak bi bilgi almadık , otele girdik sadece selam iyi geceler şeklinde iletişim kurduk . Normalde otelde info olur yerler tanıtılır .fiyatını hak etmiyor Daha uygun bir yer tutabilirmişiz .

The villa was very nice with a good big room and 2 bathrooms and a good view, the villa is located in an excellent location. The staff are very professional and cooperative, the pool is very good and clean.

The breakfast juice and the air-conditioning make noise

Very comfortable and beautiful villa. It felt like being in the countryside, although the villa is just around the corner from one of the city's main streets with restaurants and cafes. The staff can help with scooter rental

Breakfast is not very satisfying

The stay in this villa was very beautiful and pleasant. It is an oasis of peace in this busy city of Ubud. Very nice people, smiling and always helpful.

Piękne przestronne pokoje i przyjemny basen. wygodne łóżka. Czysta łazienka. Własna zamykana przestrzeń z ogrodem, basenem i leżakami. Ozaza ciszy i spokoju w pobliży bardzo ruchliwej turystycznej ulicy. Względnie dobre śniadania, smaczne świeżo wyciskane soki i możliwość organizacji floating breakfast. Bardzo uprzejmy personel. Fenomenalna lokalizacja, która wynagradzała drobne niedociągnięcia.

Kuchnia nie miała wyposażenia, dopiero na moja uwagę przyniesiono kilka rzeczy. Sprzątanie było bardzo pobieżnie i nawet po zwróceniu uwagi, aby dobrze sprzątnąć w kątach pokoju gdzie zbierał się brud (najwyraźniej dłużej nie sprzątany) nie zostało to robione. W koszu do pływającego śniadanie, były mrówki, które zaczęły wychodzić, kiedy postawiło się na nim jedzenie.

The water pressure was incredibly low. Could do with a bit more lighting at night around the property to make it easier to move around. Otherwise pretty good stay

Odeur très forte dans la chambre. Billes de javel sur les escaliers de la piscine, désagréable quand on veut les emprunter. Moisissure sur la cuillère en bois mise à disposition. Aucun couverts ni liquide vaisselle malgré la mise à disposition d’une cuisine. Petit déjeuner très sommaire sans possibilité de café à moins de payer d’avantage
