Ik heb hier een hele fijne tijd gehad! Ik voelde me als solo reiziger erg veilig op deze plek, alles was schoon, het personeel erg aardig en behulpzaam, niets op aan te merken! Ook de locatie was top! Kom hier zeker terug en zou het iedereen aanraden!

Not very clean, facility is a bit poor maintained, and I really wouldn’t call this five star hotel.

Номера расположены слишком близко: у бассейна нет приватности, соседей хорошо слышно. Дым от курящих гостей идёт прямо к другим номерам, пришлось обращаться к персоналу. Немного тесно.

I love the location, far from busy street but walking distance to all the madness. Aesthetic is very Bali, love it!

Staff were great, location is good, property is complete. We especially like how it is aircon all round including the living room and kitchen, so it hides us from the mosquitos and made it specially extra comforting

Level 1 and level 2 rooms that have the big beds have woods behind them. Those woods are getting rotten, there’s insects crawling in there. And some managed to crawl into the bed. Also, the water pressure is low. If all 3 rooms are used for showering, each of us only get trickles of water. May want to improve on these.

Very disappointing experience. Luna Ola Residences presents itself as a five-star property, but unfortunately, the reality did not live up to those expectations. The property itself is beautiful and well located, and the staff were very kind and courteous. However, the services were practically non-existent, and the cleanliness of the room was far below what you would expect from a five-star establishment. The room was damp, dirty, and full of ants, and even the bed sheets were stained. The pick-up service from the port was also extremely overpriced considering the quality of the service, and we were asked to pay in cash without having been informed about this beforehand. Overall, while the property has great potential and a good location, the poor cleanliness, lack of services, and disappointing attention to detail made our stay much less enjoyable than expected. Definitely not the five-star experience we were expecting.

The location was perfect, within walking distance of beach clubs such as finns and atlantis. plenty of things to do around the canggu area and explore

we didn't enjoy how loud other guests were who didn't respect the other customers within the hotel which is no fault of the staff or the hotel itself.

everything was in great condition and we absolutely loved our stay there. simple and clean. walking distance from Finn’s and Atlas (the big nightclubs), for very good restaurants (we recommend matas; about 10 mins walk), a lot of shops, cafes, minimarts etc are very close walking distance. very quiet and peaceful despite being close to everything as is on a side street with little traffic. staff are tremendous.

everything was great, from staff to pool to amenities. also the cheapest laundry service we’ve had in bali.

Majoitus sijaitsi rauhallisella villa alueella jonne kääntyessä hälinästä vallitsi rauha, sinne ei kuulu liikenteen melu ollenkaan, ainoastaan iltaisin kuuluu läheisen beachclubin raketit, jotka eivät haittanneet meltä. Luna olassa on upea rauha ja se olikin meidän reissun viimeinen majoitus, jossa todella rentouduimme heti.

Jos jotain kehitettävää pitäisi sanoa niin tyynyt voisi päivittää, muuten ei mitään huonoa!

Wir wurden aufgrund eines Systemfehlers in die Villa geupgraded und waren absolut begeistert. Sie war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und hat sogar einen eigenen Pool. Die Lage ist super zu vielen Beach-Clubs, Shops und Restaurants, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Teilweise könnte es an einigen Stellen etwas sauberer sein, da im Bad sehr viele Kalkflecken von Wasser waren oder der Spiegel noch Schlieren hatte. Außerdem waren die Handtücher nicht wirklich sauber und hatten Flecken. Die Unterkunft gibt außerhalb der Villa eher ein Hostel-Vibe wieder, da am großen Pool eine Gemeinschaftsküche ist, die weniger einladend aussieht. Auch die Toilette dort schimmelt sehr und ist nicht richtig am Boden befestigt. In der Villa gibt es nur zwei liegen, die bei sonstigen 6 Personen vielleicht etwas wenig sind und so sind sie auch nicht bequem. Sonst fühlt man sich dort aber sehr wohl!

When I arrived I was delighted with the position and well kept nature of Luna Ola. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. I would have expected to pay a lot more for this quality and service. During my stay I unfortunately had a surfing accident and ended up in hospital for a few days. Clementine went absolutely above and beyond her duties to help me , bringing my phone to the clinic and then packing up my whole room for me and organising my check, Through out the process she (and all the staff ) were super caring and I never felt like i was an inconvenience. I can't recomened this hotel highly enough

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Handtüchern und zwei Stühlen auf dem Balkon sowie einem Handtuchständer. An dem öffentlichen Pool gab es auch bequeme Liegen und Sitzsäcke zum entspannen. Man konnte dem Personal mit einem Türschild mitteilen, ob man ein roomcleaning haben möchte oder seine Privatsphäre haben möchte. Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner wurden auch zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Erdgeschoss konnte man sich immer sauberes Wasser einfüllen.

Direkt nebenan ist leider eine Baustelle, die auch zu sehr späten Zeiten und manchmal auch nachts und früh morgens zu hören ist. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und das Badezimmer scheint eine Art Verstärker zum Nebenzimmer zu sein. Die Leute im Nebenzimmer wirkten unfassbar laut, jedoch nur im eigenen Zimmer. Wenn man vor die Tür gegangen ist, hat man die lauten Geräusche nicht mehr gehört. Die öffentliche Küche hat keine vernünftigen Abwaschsachen, wir haben alles Besteck und Geschirr als sehr unsauber / unhygienisch empfunden und würden daher sagen, dass man dort vor Ort nicht selber kochen kann. Durch die Baustelle ist leider auch der direkte und sehr schnelle Weg zum Strand gesperrt.

Really enjoyed staying here. The villa was nice and clean, the location was perfect for getting around Canggu, and the pool area was great to chill around. The staff were honestly the best part though, everyone was really friendly and helpful the whole time and made us feel welcome from the start.

We had such a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed from the moment we arrived. The facilities were amazing, everything was presented beautifully, and the entire property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect so close to everything, which made getting around and exploring very easy and convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. I especially loved chatting with the girls at reception; they were so lovely and gave us great recommendations on places to visit, food spots, and things to do locally, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Their friendliness really made the stay feel more personal and memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines great facilities, cleanliness, convenience, and such genuine hospitality all together. We left with such a positive impression and have already recommended this place to so many friends and family. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. One thing we noticed was some minor water damage/discolouration at the bottom of the stone feature wall in the shower. It’s not severe, but a small touch-up or maintenance fix would help improve the appearance. The beds were also a little firm for my personal preference. One suggestion I’d make is to provide new disposable slippers for each guest rather than reusing the same pairs between stays, as it would feel more hygienic and welcoming for guests.

I like everything about this property. Highly recommended!

They gave us great tips for where to go and eat, helped us with bike rental, gave us contact for price driver, etc. they were very responsive before and during our stay and always helpful. Thanks Clementine and the rest of the crew for making our holiday super smooth! The Property - clean, modern, functional (with common area with coffee machine and water dispenser. Loved it). Located in a quiet area but still close to everything in Canggu. Max 8mins ride from the best spots. Really everything was perfect!
