Best location.

I used to like this property but now it’s one of the worse in Bali.

Mosquito house, it’s mosquito villa actually. Management is the worse, staff working are kind and caring but management is very bad!

Liars! Mosquito villa! Lied about late check out and took extra money. Avoid this villa, people have been robbed and now it is covered with mosquitoes!

There is lots of space. You have one building that is your kitchen, lounge and dining. The pool is in the middle. The other building is your bedroom and bathroom. A big advantage of the kitchen is that you get an electric water stand that delivers fresh cool water or boiling water. We never had to buy water or use a kettle. A short walk took you to the front road where there is a stop for the free shuttle. We made a lot of use of the shuttle to get around Canggu.

There was building going on next door to our villa, so Saturday morning at 8:00am we were woken with drilling right behind our bed head. Management gave us a free massage. We had mostly quiet times with other guests, but that depends on who is around you. Noise carries across the ‘open to the air’ pool areas. The bathroom is open to the pool which is nice, BUT, it means you get visitors at night (cockroaches). Management gave our room a spray. In the morning there was often one or two dead or dying cockroaches around. Another disadvantage of the two buildings is that inevitably if you were in one area you found you needed something in the other building, for example, needing the bathroom whilst sitting in the kitchen area. Just little things to think about. We couldn’t really use the pool as the water was too cool. The pool does not receive much sunlight.

Everything was great! The only thing to note is that if you like to sunbake by the pool, it is shaded the day. However, there is an upstairs area where you can go to enjoy the sun. ☀️

Central location yet quiet and can’t hear the traffic. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, were always so helpful and kind. Private pool was amazing too.

Location compared to shopping & beach not ideal but only a ride away to be fair. Breakfast included but average. Families staying which were very loud & not considerate of neighbours trying to relax..

En het aller ergste was het bouwproject dat letterlijk te horen was en medewerkers die hameren en boren om 08:00 wat heel m’n verblijf heeft verstoort

Tutto perfetto! Le camere e i bagni erano spaziosi e pulitissimi. Ho apprezzato tantissimo la presenza dell'aria condizionata sia nelle stanze che nel soggiorno, che ha reso il soggiorno comodissimo. Bellissima anche la piscina: anche se l'abbiamo sfruttata poco, ce la siamo goduta al massimo per quel poco tempo!

Sinceramente nulla. L'unica nota è che la struttura è leggermente nascosta e non dà direttamente sulla strada, ma questo si rivela solo un grande vantaggio per la tranquillità e la privacy.

Host was welcome and they added us on their WhatsApp group which was very to communicate and report issues.

There was a leak on the roof due to heavy rainfall and the team didn't inform us. All our stuff was wet.

The property was stunning and well maintained. The staff made you feel welcomed. I liked that it sat back from the Main Street of Canggu.

My booking reservation was for 2 rooms for 2 adults. I was travelling with my brother. A couple of days before, I received a notification from the reception stating that the top room would be closed because the booking was for 2 adults in 1 room. I was perplexed by this, despite having a confirmation. In one of the photos, it states to book 2 rooms, you must book for 4 people. In the grand scheme of things, we were required to pay an additional 350,000.00 (about $30 Australian dollars) rupees for each night to have to the two rooms. Granted I hadn’t read this thoroughly, I found it annoying. I intentionally booked the villa for a third night as my flight out was late in the evening. They make you sign a waiver to declare why you are leaving early.

The upsides: The staff are ALL excellent. They are available to you whenever you need them. The showers are heavenly — amazing pressure and gorgeous outdoor set up. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool while small is perfect and shaded all day which is great. The location is wonderful. On the doorstep: There’s a small supermarket, bars (Friends is great and just a few minutes walk is Legends is you are after somewhere to watch sport), restaurants (the chain Chinese is great and Lagom had the best food and service we had on our trip), for massage and beauty treatments Estheric is incredible and well priced. The driver recommend to me for a day trip was amazing and very fairly priced (Nengah +62 812-3955-616). You can use grab/Gojek for short trips (use scooters if you can around the local area, it’s so much quicker). You can have food delivered to the front desk. I would stay here again (if I got another excellent deal like this one: $150aud per night including breakfast — I’d not get the breakfast again, there’s great options nearby, I would not pay more than that rate) because the staff and location are excellent and the Villa is pretty good.

First up, the staff at the Villas are fantastic and did their best to address all the small issues that popped up. Some small issues: The Villas are a bit worn out. Which might explain the current renovations and construction happening. The front of the property looks like a building site, because it is! There’s construction going on at and around the Villa but that’s the case all over the area. It would be unusual to find a place where construction is not nearby! The construction noise was on and off and didn’t really bother us. Some simple things could make the yet to be renovated Villas more comfortable like cushions on the sun chairs by the pool and on the top deck. The lack of powerpoints by the pool and outside is super annoying and they should address that. Our downstairs toilet kept not working and while staff came to ‘fix’ it — it would just not flush again so we gave up and just used the upstairs toilet. This was fine for us because it was just two of us in a two bedroom. The rate of development in the area has out paced infrastructure and so, things like this are to be expected, I guess. The wifi was very temperamental for our first few days and this was frustrating. Once it was fixed it was excellent. The breakfasts were so-so. That said they were happy to take custom orders from what was available. There’s excellent places to go nearby, skip the breakfast and head out.

The villa was peaceful and quiet. Even though there was construction on neighbouring villas, it didn't bother us at all. All the facilities were beautiful, clean and tidy. The location was excellent (for us), an easy 15-minute walk to the beach.

I can swim; my friend can't. The pool was deceptively deep and the tiles where the pool gets deeper were slippery. This made her feel unsafe and she wasn't able to enjoy the pool as much as she wanted to.

Big villa with plenty of room. The stars fee f were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast cooked every morning was incredible

Probably just that there’s no sun directly on pool however upstairs to catch some sun so that’s ok

The location was the best part

It was a very very bad stay , it made me hate Bali , air conditioning wasn’t working well, even if it was on it was never fully cold after a few hours spent in the room it becomes hot , the pool is so so so small we couldn’t swim at all , the bathrooms are literally outside and it’s very hot literally sweating in there , the furnitures are VERY outdated and ugly , i paid 550 euros and it doesnt deserve its price at all , i wouldn’t recommend to even my ennemy , i’m sorry it literally made me run away from bali

Only thing was the construction workers could see straight into our Villa during the day if they were on the upper level. Just felt like you didn’t have privacy. But other than that, no faults!

Breakfast menu was great, delicious and plentiful, we also got the floating breakfast free as there was construction in the villa opposite us. It was noisy but we were out most of the day. Always someone at reception to help with anything. The villa was like the photos. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Don’t get any direct sun however, so pool is a bit cold and no sunbaking. Lots of amenities in walking distance.

The rooms are a little bit dated and kitchens need an upgrade.

Outdated and the sealing was leaking

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were always accommodating. Location was also very central to many food and cafe options, and a well stocked grocery as well just 5 mins walk. Pool was great for the kids.

The layout of the property is odd as you have to go outside and pass the pool to get between the rooms side of the property, and the living space/kitchen room side. It's not a huge issue but something to be careful of for those with young children (like I did).

The villa is beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast choices are great and food was always fresh and tasty.

Bathrooms are open, so not air conditioned and had lots of mosquito. Not the property fault.

Location was great, tuck away from the busy main street, yet only 2 mins walk to supermarket, convenience store and cafes. Breakfast delivered to the villa, and it was plentiful and delicious. Room cleaned daily. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Daisy who brough us breakfasts and serviced our room. One bedroom villa was spacious for 2 people. Private pool is perfect to cool down in the afternoon heat. Bed is on the harder side but not an issue for us. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was very beautiful and in a good location. I would definitely go back there if I went to Canggu. There were many good restaurants nearby. The bathroom is open, so you have to consider that geckos and ants and other insects can get in there. The bedroom doors have cracks in them, so we had quite a few flies get into the room, which was a bit uncomfortable, because we woke up in the morning with mosquito bites on our bodies. You can't sunbathe next to the pool, because the sun doesn't shine there, but that wasn't a problem because you could sunbathe on the second floor. The maids were very, very nice and warm, they cleaned every day if we wanted it. They brought us bottles of clean water to our room every day, which we could use to brush our teeth. One thing I wasn't happy with were the pillows, they were super uncomfortable. There was also construction going on next door, which started before 8am, which was very disturbing. But the location was really good, we walked to most places because the distances were short.

Only down fall was there wasn't a big fridge and freezer.

We recently booked our first overseas trip to Bali and decided to stay at the same accommodation throughout our visit. After carefully reading numerous reviews on various places to stay across Bali, I was drawn to one particular villa that seemed to offer a serene and clean environment. While it's disheartening to see some negative comments warning against it, I truly believe you’ll miss out on something special if you don’t give it a chance. The villa we chose is tucked away down a quiet road, far from the bustling main streets, so the only sounds we heard were the gentle rustle of leaves and the occasional chirping of birds. Each villa is thoughtfully designed and comes equipped with a mini bar, a water fountain, a stove, and a delightful private pool where we could unwind after a day of exploring. The living space is modern and inviting, with smart TVs in each room that allow you to log into your preferred streaming services using the speedy complimentary Wi-Fi available throughout the property. There were a few concerns that arose during our stay. For instance, the mini bar didn't have a shelf, and the freezer lacked a door, which unfortunately caused some items in the fridge to freeze solid. However, I was pleased with the prompt response from the reception staff when I reported this issue. They were quick to address it and installed a shelf to make our experience more convenient. Our villa also featured a second bedroom upstairs, complete with a daybed—though this was simply a concrete slab adorned with sheer blinds. It would have greatly enhanced our comfort if the daybed had been equipped with some cushioning, as it would have encouraged us to relax there more often in the afternoons, soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. While it’s worth noting that the villa does not have an on-site restaurant, they do offer a delightful floating breakfast for $15 Australian dollars per person.

We weren't fond of the pool loungers regardless if you an adult or a child sitting on them was impractical. It would be great if there were other seating options around the pool

My kids loved the pool and we found the beds comfortable.

During our stay, we had no power on one of the days and water was turned off in three separate occasions without any notice, including mid shower. Communication was poor unless we reached out to ask questions and there wasn't much urgency or care about the inconvenience. Breakfast was limited and repetitive, sometimes cold. Residence could be better maintained.

This villa is a little bit on the older side but still clean, pretty and comfortable. The staff were absolutely incredible - attentive, warm and organised everything we could possibly want. There is a large pool and the rooms were perfectly air-conditioned and protected from the elements. The surrounding area has several nice breakfast places and you can literally walk down to Finns beach club in around 10 minutes, if that's your thing.

While we were there (Oct 2025), the nearby building was undergoing renovations, so there was some construction noise during the day. However, we did get a generous discount on the room and the staff let us know about the noise when we arrived - it really wasn't a big deal and the bedroom blocked out most of the noise anyway.

Breakfast was ordered a la carte and was delicious. Wina Villas were very accomodating. There was outside construction noise which bothered us on the first night and we were able to switch rooms to a quieter location which was very much appreciated. We were also able to arrange for a late check-out (for a fee) which was great given our 11.20pm flight departure. We were happy to be a bit further away from the nightlife as there was less noise at night. We did note that there is a free bus transfer to the beach and nightclubs for easy access for those wanting to get there which would be a good bonus if that's what you're after.

This was the best stay! Cozy villa, comfortable accommodations, daily cleaning of the rooms, delicious breakfast, very welcoming and friendly staff, great location, not far from the sea, a large supermarket and Starbucks nearby. Huge thanks to the villa and staff! A place you'll want to return to!Really advice this villa!)

The property was extremely tranquil, it was very spacious, I loved the bathrooms being a little outside, still so private but felt like a tropical oasis. It was in a great location, close to beach clubs, Starbucks and supermarkets. The staff were AMAZING, and it was excellent value for money. And the breakfast the staff delivered every morning was beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros 1. Exactly as shown in pictures, no click bait. 2. The staff is very generous and helpful. 3. The location - 10/10. The location is great for anyone looking to explore canggu by foot since restaurants like Milk & Madu, Nude are a 8-10 min walk and nightclubs like Mesa, Miss Fish & Jade are also a 5 min grab ride away. There’s a Starbucks right at Canggu Square and a few 24 hour convenience stores 100 m away. Also, currency exchange and local stores are also open nearby till late in the evening. 4 min bike ride away from Finn’s and Atlas Beach Club.

A bit old and dated as compared to the newer bohemian villas in canggu. There’s construction going on right next to the villa so it could get a bit noisy during the day.
