Sartori Concept Hotel

Everything! Room was great, clean, and everything functioned properly. Bed was comfy. Staff was great and very attentive. Complementary wine in the fridge was extra welcoming. I guess the best compliment I can give is that I left wishing I could've stayed another night.

The property is all newly renovated but is located in a street that is a bit run down. That said, I never felt there was real danger, just made me stay alert.

Die Unterkunft an sich ist wunderschön und liebevoll hergerichtet. Es gibt Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, Zugang zu gefiltertem Wasser, eine Tiefgarage und täglich ein tolles Frühstück. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Das Management war stets erreichbar und hatte für unser Problem mit der Klimaanlage eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Lösung.

Die Klimaanlage war zeitweise recht laut.

És un allotjament còmode, net i agradable. El llit molt confortable. Molt ben situat, a prop de les zones de més interès de la ciutat, dels autobusos urbans, i no massa lluny de l'estació dels autobusos interurbans cap a la zona de Χανιά. També de l'auditori municipal. Funciona com hotel, no té cuina, però tindreu l'habitació neta cada dia. L'amfitrió us donarà totes les facilitats per oferir-vos la millor estada.

És una joia en un entorn que no li fa justícia.

Ottimo soggiorno, davvero una piacevole sorpresa. Il self check-in è semplicemente top: facile, chiaro e comodissimo, soprattutto se si arriva a tarda ora. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un graditissimo benvenuto con acqua, una bottiglia di vino e qualche dolcetto. La camera è completamente rinnovata, moderna, curata e molto confortevole. Tutto appare nuovo e ben pensato, dagli arredi ai dettagli. Una menzione speciale va al materasso, davvero ottimo, che insieme alla perfetta insonorizzazione della camera garantisce un sonno davvero riposante. Pulizia impeccabile durante il soggiorno. Molto apprezzabile anche il bagno, con doccia davvero spaziosa, oltre ad accappatoi e pantofole, particolari che fanno la differenza e trasmettono una piacevole attenzione verso l’ospite. La posizione è un altro punto di forza: a pochi minuti dal centro di Heraklion, comoda per visitare la città e muoversi a piedi. Un indirizzo che conserverò sicuramente per un prossimo soggiorno a Heraklion e che consiglio senza esitazioni.

L’unico vero punto debole è il contesto esterno, che non dipende dall’hotel: la zona circostante è piuttosto trascurata, con diversi edifici e spazi che sembrano lasciati andare. Inoltre, l’hotel non dispone di parcheggio, aspetto da considerare se si arriva in auto. Proprio per questo il Sartori Concept Hotel risalta ancora di più: è stato completamente rinnovato e, arrivando dall’esterno, spicca nettamente rispetto agli edifici un po’ lasciati andare della zona. Una volta entrati, però, sembra quasi di trovarsi in un altro ambiente. Un piccolo gioiello moderno e confortevole in un contesto che purtroppo non gli rende giustizia.

Πανέμορφο ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ίσως το ομορφότερο που έχω μείνει. Θα το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε σίγουρα για περισσότερες μέρες.

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing interior design..quite,clean and very friendly

Beautiful and stylish cosy accomodation. Every detail is considered and very design-led. The bed is comfortable and everything is designed ro maximise the space and the welcoming effect of the room. I would definitely reccomend.

Zauberhaftes Hotel, mit seinem ganz eigenem Charm. Das Zimmer im Obergeschoss wirkt mystisch und es besitzt ganz viele Details wie indirekte Beleuchtung, kleine Fensterläden, Spiegelvarianten, Nische für Kleidersachen... findet es selbst heraus. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße. Die Baustellen in der Umgebung sind nichts ungewöhnliches, dennoch wird auf den Straßen wenig auf Sauberkeit geachtet und es ist sehr staubig. Man sollte schon ganz schön die Augen zu machen um sich nicht beirren zu lassen. Das hat weniger mit dem Hotel zu tun, das ist eher die Gasamtsituation Heraklions.

Oda küçük ve ıslak çamaşırlarımızı asacağımız bir alan yoktu. Ayrıca yastık kılıfında kan lekesi olduğu için yastık kılıfını çıkartıp kendi yastık kılıfımı takıp yattım.

Die Einrichtung war innovativ und komfortabel. Ruhige Lage. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuß unmittelbar in der Nähe. Eine echte Empfehlung! Über das Personal kann ich nichts sagen... es gibt anscheinend keines. Die Anleitung zum Erhalt der Schlüssel und die Lage des Zimmers war klipp und klar. Alles perfekt.

Fantastische accommodatie, heel goed gelegen en uitermate goede gastheer. Ik verbleef eerst 1 nacht in Heraklion en had een kamer op de 1e verdieping. Bij mijn terugkeer kreeg ik een kamer op het gelijkvloers. Gezien ik alleen reisde was dit zeer attent. Heel mooi ingerichte kamer.

Scrupulously clean and close to the busy areas without being disturbed by noise. The owner was very helpful and responsive via WhatsApp.

The street it is on is very narrow so the taxi would not drop me off at the door even though it was after dark and I was on my own

Super cute place, really nice and new, room was amazing!

It was in a bit of a desolate area of the city, which felt a bit odd to be in a bit of a dead part of the city. That said, its walking distance to a lot and was nice.

Schöne Innenarchitektur, sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem ist man in 5 Minuten mitten in der Fußgängerzone, perfekt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wenige Meter vom Hotel entfernt befindet sich ein bewachter Parkplatz, falls man einen Mietwagen hat (12 Euro für 24h, vollkommen ok). Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, Check-in und Kommunikation sind über Code und WhatsApp gut organisiert. Frühstück gibt es in einem Café nebenan. Wir waren 2 Tage im Sartori Concept Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique établissement, tout à été rénové avec beaucoup de détails pour le confort et l’esthétique. La chambre très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, lumineuse… Très bien situé, facile à trouver et checkin autonome très simple.

No había cosa que no me guste 😊 lugar tranquilo, sin ruido, el lugar es bien cuidado, muy limpio. Me encantó mi habitación, bien amplia e iluminada. Me recibieron con un pequeño presente de bienvenida y siempre atentos en caso que tenìa alguna duda.

Das Stadt Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Bad hat ein Fenster. Das Zimmer ist neu gemacht, alles sauber. Der Chekin war gut erklärt und dann einfach. Jeden Tag hat jemand aufgeräumt.

Ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Nur 4 Gehminuten von der Platia Elefterias entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beautiful neoclassical hotel in the heart of Heraklion. Stylish, spotless, and run by a wonderfully friendly staff—perfect stay!

Location was great, very close to restaurants and bus stops. The hotel itself was beautiful and very nice - plus, it didn't just look like it was furnished from IKEA like so many apartments

The Wifi could have been a bit stronger, and the only coffee available for the Nespresso maker in the room was decaf

Complètement atypique! Un joyau dans un quartier vétuste. Ne vous laissez pas impressionner par l'environnement, l'expérience vaut le coup. Je ne vous en dis pas plus. Mais c'est top! PS: il vaut mieux maîtriser son portable, tout se passe par des applis, des codes...mais c'est fluide.

Place de parking aléatoire dans la journée. Plus de chance le soir. Il faut tourner...

The calmness, closeness to the centre, unique design and facilities ! Easy to go around and many activities and shops around (Pilates, gym, bakeries, cafes, archeological museum, taxi etc.). Very safe location and local owners that were very kind and helpful.

Such an amazing place ! Always a pleasure to stay there when I am visiting Heraklion for work I truly recommended it

Close to city center

Very sketchy, dilapidated area.(see photos) Had to park 3 blocks away and haul luggage through a scary neighborhood. The pictures of it on booking . Com make it appear spacious but in reality its a very tiny, very awkward room and a very, very tiny awkward bathroom. Upstairs.

Sie ist außergewöhnlich schön, mit vielen wunderbaren Details. Sehr ruhig, obwohl im Stadtzentrum gelegen. Die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es guten Wein. Kaffee und Tee stand auch zur Verfügung. Das in einer Bäckerei servierte Frühstück hervorragend. Ein bewachter Parkplatz in direkter Nähe.

Gar nichts. Beschwerlich war es, die schweren Koffer in die erste Etage zu befördern. Man kann ja auch mit weniger Gepäck verreisen 😉

Το Sartori Concept Hotel είναι ένας μικρός παράδεισος! Ο χώρος αποπνέει ηρεμία, γαλήνη και φροντίδα. Από τη διακόσμηση μέχρι τη φιλοξενία, όλα είναι προσεγμένα με μεράκι. Νιώθεις αμέσως χαλάρωση και θετική ενέργεια,πραγματικά ένα μαγικό μέρος για να αποσυνδεθείς και να αναζωογονηθείς!!

The decoration is nice snd the room clean and comfortable

Many high and steep stairs made taking our luggage to the room a real challenge. Also you have to leave your car in the parking and walk the 150 meters in the street with your luggage as there is no way you could leave your car in front even for few minutes.

It was spacious, had everything we needed, few nice touches. Fairly central location, short walk to everything. Host was very helpful and quick to respond with any queries.

Gece karanlık bir sokakta yürümek gerekiyor ve bu benim için ürkütücü. Ayrıca araba ile seyehat ediyorsanız otel çok dar sokaklara sahip ve otopark bulmak oldukça zor.

Das Appartmenthotel mit seinen 4 Zimmern ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll von einem Architekten eingerichtet. Der Inhaber hat sich im Vorfeld und auch während das Aufenthaltes sofort um alles gekümmert und entsprechend informiert. Die Kommunikation erfolgte über WhatsApp, und zwar umgehend (sofort). Auch ein Sonderwunsch, das Frühstück betreffend, wurde ohne Probleme ermöglicht. Das Frühstück gibt es im benachbarten Restaurant (2 Gehminuten) und ist mehr als ausreichend, abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Über einen eigenen Parkplatz verfügt das Hotel nicht, jedoch waren umliegend genügend kostenpflichtige und auch kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder herkommen und können dies ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Lovely room in a great conversion. The area is pretty central close to the main square and next to the Venetian Walls. The room had everything we needed including some wine which we enjoyed in the courtyard. The breakfast at a neighbouring hotel was good, great coffee.

Εξαιρετική αρχιτεκτονική! Πολύ όμορφοι χώροι και άνετοι! Χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον! Η κεντρική αυλή σε μαγεύει! Πεντακάθαρα όλα! Κεντρικό σημείο στην πόλη και όμως ήσυχο! Οπωσδήποτε επιλέξτε και το πρωινό! Ιδανικό για επαγγελματικό ταξίδι ή αναψυχής…

Logement calme, bien entretenu, très propre et bien équipé. Très bonne literie, climatisation efficace et discrète. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Propriétaire accueillant (merci pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée) et très réactif.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με αίσθηση φρεσκάδας και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια – μπάνιο που λάμπει και κρεβάτι που σε καλεί να ξαπλώσεις μετά από μια μέρα εξερεύνησης. Η τοποθεσία; Απλά τέλεια! Μπορείς να φτάσεις παντού με τα πόδια, με εστιατόρια, καφέ και μαγαζιά μόλις μερικά βήματα μακριά.

This is a landmark restoration at the heart of the old settlement in Heraklion. The design and decoration are sublime, and words cannot simply describe the attention to detail, the open discourse with tradition, and the care the team has invested in bringing to life this beautiful structure. Its colors and geometry invite you to explore the city forgetting about life’s trivialities and relax. By the way, the breakfast was generous and service was impeccable. Absolute value. Please park before you enter the labyrinth !

We stayed here for 1 night as we were going to a nearby concert. I was surprised how close it was to the shops. Also, there was a very good restaurant close by. The apartment is lovely, and the whole building has been really well decorated. The apartment we had was on the 1st floor. It was immaculately clean, and it was obvious that a lot of thought had gone into the design. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was very well laid out. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the little bottles of wine in the fridge!

The lighting on the road outside was not very good

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre ville et à taille humaine. Belle décoration de la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est à prendre dans un autre endroit mais cela n'est pas dérangeant car il est très chaleureux. Excellents produits et choix varié.

La ruelle dans laquelle se trouve l'hôtel est assez étroite et délabrée, donc pas agréable de s'y balader ni d'y venir en voiture. Les avions passent au dessus de l'hôtel ce qui est assez bruyant et dérangeant la nuit.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und eingerichtet. Praktisch war der Self-Check-in per Code, das Personal war immer sehr gut per WhatsApp oder Telefon zu erreichen und super freundlich. Außerdem gab es eine kostenlose Überraschung im Kühlschrank - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder.
