Free parking on property was a major plus as we were only staying one night before flying out of HER after a week long adventure in Crete. Only 2 min walking to a grocery store, maybe 10 min walking to Old Town Heraklion. Host/front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. For some reason we were able to check-in at 14:30 which was nice and unusual since most properties are no earlier than 15:00 or 16:00. Very chic designed rooms.

Lots of road/traffic noise from the 1st floor apartment. Luckily we only stayed one night, and there was almost no road noise in the middle of the night between 2 AM and 8 AM

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect. No complaints at all!

I was there for one night and booked it last minute a few hours before arrival as we missed our flight from Chania & had to fly back the next day from Heraklion. We had a hectic night but when we arrived at the hotel it was just amazing and worked perfectly well without the present reception person. All the information given is very clear per WhatsApp. Me & my daughter had a relaxing night after all the chaos.

Very comfortable and convenient for a one-night stay in Heraklion. The suite was modern, clean and well equipped. The location was especially practical for us as we were taking the early ferry to Santorini the next morning. Having parking available was also a real plus, particularly as we arrived by car. A very easy and comfortable stopover.

A wonderful short stay in Heraklion. The location was perfect—right in the centre, making it very easy to explore the city, with restaurants, cafés and shops all within walking distance. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay.

My room was very charming ,beautifully decorated and very clean. Check in was hassle free ,staff was very welcoming. Very convenient location for me,close to the port ,as I had an early ferry. Parking is easy and is offered for free for the guests ,but I only used it for a few hours as I had to return the car after my arrival.

Собственная парковка. Дружелюбный персонал. Чистота номера и все удобства в нем. На ресепшене нас встретили очень тепло , сразу дали рекомендации о местоположениях туристических мест и хороших ресторанов. На собственной парковке всегда было место. Номер чистый и выглядит совершенно новым , в нем есть все необходимое и даже больше. Чувствовалось , что руководство заботится о гостях. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Excellent location, only 10' by foot until the city centre and the Lion's Fountain, or a bit less to the promenade for a relaxed dinner close to the sea. We keep returning to Lavris Suites to enjoy the guaranteed comfort before an early trip from the harbor, but could easily see how a stay there could be extended for a city-touring-weekend or longer stay. The personnel is amazing, helpful and knowledgable about all amenities in the area, and not only. Thank you once again!

Bardzo smaczne śniadanie przynoszone do pokoju. Można przekazać ewentualne wymogi żywieniowe, choć akurat w naszym przypadku nie było potrzeby. Śniadanie, które otrzymaliśmy było wystarczające, z deserem i kawą. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie, bardzo przyjazna, pomocna obsługa. Super nowoczesny hotel, z dodatkowymi akcesoriami, np. przyrządem do ważenia walizki. Lokalizacja przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, ale oddzielonej pasmem krzewów nie przeszkadzała, nawet siedząc wieczorem na tarasie. Blisko zarówno od lotniska (można dojechać autobusem), jak i od centrum miasta.

We stayed for one night before travelling to Chania and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the port, restaurants, shops and the centre of Heraklion. The hotel is modern, stylish and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable room and excellent facilities. A special thank you to Mary on reception, who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Her local recommendations and warm hospitality made us feel instantly at home. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Lavris City Suites to anyone visiting Heraklion.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel! De kamer was ruim, modern en zeer comfortabel, met een grote en fijne douche. Elke dag werd de kamer grondig schoongemaakt, waardoor alles steeds piekfijn in orde was. Ook het ontbijt was elke ochtend heerlijk, vers en gevarieerd. Een speciale dank aan Mary voor haar warme en hartelijke ontvangst. Vanaf het eerste moment liet ze ons welkom voelen. Elke dag maakte ze tijd voor een gezellige babbel en gaf ze ons uitstekende tips over de leukste restaurants, mooiste stranden en leukste activiteiten in de omgeving. Dankzij haar gastvrijheid voelde ons verblijf extra bijzonder. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf en komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Een absolute aanrader!

A beautiful, designer room with an amazing 'dream breakfast' service delivered straight to the room. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and very friendly. The location is excellent: there is a large shopping center just 100 meters away, and the historic city center is an easy 8-minute walk. It is also very close to the airport. A big plus is the soundproofing; despite our windows facing a busy street, we couldn't hear any noise at all thanks to the high-quality balcony doors.

The only minor drawback is the lack of storage space, such as a wardrobe or shelves, which seems to be a trade-off for the stylish design.

Hôtel impeccable où nous avons séjourné pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport. La chambre était parfaite, le personnel très accueillant et le petit déjeuner très généreux. En revanche les alentours et la ville même d’Heraklion n’est pas idéal pour une balade (surtout quand on connaît d’autres coins de la Crète). L’hôtel reste toutefois bien situé pour se rendre au centre ville. Nous étions donc ravis de pouvoir profiter de la chambre pour nous reposer. Le parking juste en face est très pratique

Really lovely suite that was a short walk away from all the sites we wanted to see, and yet easy to drive to and park at. Very friendly reception and welcome, and the room was just a stylish in real life as it seemed from the photographs.

A wonderful, clean and enjoyable room! Includes an espresso machine with capsules, herb teas, robes, slippers, a scale - they seem to have thought of everything! Right across from the bus station - so was easy to catch the bus to Chania. An ATM across the road and a bakery with wonderful Spanakopita just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. They arranged a very late entry (2:00am) and everything went smoothly.

Everything was good - I would certainly stay here again.

The host, Mary, is lovely and very helpful, and communications are very well managed with clear instructions on how to access your room (the desk is not manned 24 hours but it really doesn't matter). The rooms are well designed, modern, very clean, comfortable and a lovely place to stay. Grandma's sweet treats are an added bonus!

Very modern suite, quite a large room and very clean and quiet. Greeted by the host who explained everything. It was great being near the bus station and the stop for buses to the airport, and not far to walk into the centre for a meal.

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de la terminal de ferrys de Heraclión y a poca distancia del centro de Heraclión. Puedes ir caminando al centro histórico, donde hay buenos restaurantes. La encargada del lugar nos hizo una lista de recomendaciones.

La habitación es de un tamaño aceptable y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Sin embargo, podría mejorar la iluminación proveniente del exterior.

We rebooked this property for our last night in Crete to be closer to the airport. It was not in our plans to return to Heraklion but after our initial lovely stay, we decided to change our plans only if the property was available and it was. We met the lovely Mary who showed us to a different room than the first time and it was just as perfect. They also were so kind to make us dinner reservations when requested. Thank you Lavris team!

The staff was wonderful! Fabulous restaurant recommendations and made a customized free breakfast for us. The staff provided us with a map of the key attractions and explained how to navigate the city. There is also free parking right outside the hotel.

The traffic can be a bit noisy at night, but it was not too bad.

Modern suites, spotlessly clean, top situated - opposite the central bus station (e.g. for buses to/from Chania) and the local City bus stop (e.g. for buses to Knossos), 5 min walk from the port (e.g. for Seajets ferries to the Cyclades) and not much longer to the Archaeological Museum. Also both a bakery and a supermarket are close-by. Yes, it‘s noisy outside but the rooms are very well isolated, we slept like logs. Very friendly and helpful staff - ευχαριστούμε πολύ Mary for our pleasant stay!
