Allt var fantastiskt i stort sett.

Poolen var skitkall. Kuddarna alldeles för tjocka så vi fick köpa egna. Restaurangen tar inte kort.

Alles, einfach alles, Mitte des Dschungel, Paradies.

Hat es geregnet als ich dort war und konnte den Pool nicht genießen.

Spettacolare villa con piscina esclusiva, immersa pienamente nella natura e foresta di Ubud, lontano dal traffico.

Peaceful and calm, very pretty scenery. Bit of a travel for restaurants but taxis available and we enjoyed the quietness away from the chaos so enjoyed the location!

It was not really as clean as I had hoped, it was clean in the scheme of things but when you looked closer you can see they only cleaned areas where you wanted to look at. Under the bed had built up dust and dead bugs and mice poo and when we got home we found a big mouse poo in the middle of the floor. The staff were apologetic but the room needs a little more TLC

Una esperienza da fare se si vuole vivere davvero nel pieno della natura, lontano da qualsiasi luogo urbano. Si è completamente immersi nella foresta. Può essere spaventoso a tratti ma in realtà é proprio quello che cercavamo. Il letto era comodissimo, la casetta é piccola ma ha tutto il necessario. Non avete bisogno di altro. La piscina e la vista non hanno prezzo. Il personale é stato gentilissimo e super disponibile.

Something ate my food overnight and did a big poop on the floor- I assume a rat- I understand it’s in the wilderness so I wasn’t too phased The food wasn’t great. We ordered some food it wasn’t heated up properly

The actual condition of the villa is a bit far from what the photos show! We just arrived, took off the shoes, and a few moments later I stepped into a nail head because the wooden floor moved too much vertically. The shower drainage was weak, the shower area got filled up with water quickly. The villa is a bit neglected, such as broken handrail missing pool tiles, moving wooden floors. The sound insulation is very bad, the rain and animal sounds are super loud. After a day of heavy rain the roof started leaking right onto the bed, so we had to move the bed to 'survive' the night. The cleaning was superficial sometimes, such as not refilling toilet paper. The restaurant is really overpriced (what they also know and said), another restaurant in 5 minutes walking distance has half price. Massage is also overpriced, 3x more than in Ubud. We communicated in advance our check-out time but no one was at the reception. Keep in mind that the location is remote, taxi service Is always needed to get back.

Codzienne sprzątanie, komunikacja z obiektem. Personel był bezproblemowy i bardzo uprzejmy. Codziennie czyste, świeżo pachnące ręczniki.

Bardzo dużo mrówek, które były nie tylko na podłodze i ścianach ale i czasem w łóżku. Wiem że to tropiki, ale można by było popracować nad jakimiś odstraszaczami żeby było ich mniej. No i przy mocnych ulewach, które nas dotknęły podczas pobytu, w domku było okropnie głośno bo deszcz uderzał mocno w dach co utrudniało spanie

The Staff was amazing! Also the facilities, the pool could be heated when is colder outside, also the room a little, otherwise it was perfect, I would give it a 9.9/10! People who say the reception is far from the villas are just lazy:)) I will certainly come back.

The walk from the reception to the room is a bit of a trek . The staff helps you with the luggage .Railings surrounding the rooms were a bit flimsy . Food was okay , not that great .

Incredible location. Spectacular views, set high overlooking the Petanu river and jungle. Huge, very comfortable bed. Relaxing in the plunge pool watching the beautiful sunset was a highlight. Loved watching the tiny frogs that came out at night. Close to many attractions without the tourist hordes. If you enjoy being surrounded by nature, this is the place for you.

The wifi wasn’t great but this a place to get away from everything.

Incredible location, super helpful staff, super easy to find! You will sleep well and the view is just incredible from the room and when you are in the pool it's awesome ! 🤩

I recently stayed at Anja Villa Ubud, and it was an incredible experience. The villa is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and immerse themselves in nature’s tranquility. The peaceful surroundings were truly rejuvenating, ideal for nature lovers. The staff were exceptional, friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. They carried our luggage, arranged motorbike rentals, and even gave me a ride to an ATM when the card reader had a hiccup. Their kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant at the bottom of the hill served delicious meals, and there were plenty of local food options just a quick 5-minute drive away in the nearby town. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with excellent service and convenient access to local attractions, I highly recommend Anja Villa Ubud!

The Villa/Bungalow is on a lovely hill northern of Ubud. The view is stunning from the Villa, you can see a beautiful valley with a lot of trees and skyline. Pool is nice and cold. As this is a little remote bungalow (which is obvious on the pictures) the space is fairly small, lower level small kitchenette/living space with bathroom and upstairs the bedroom with balcony to the rope hammock. Only AC on the upper floor, however you can cool down the bungalow if you make sure the doors are closed well :) The breakfast is very nice and on request - or if you sleep in - the staff is kind enough to bring it up to your villa. We had overall a lovely experience! Special thanks to Wayan, who found my BT speaker which I have left after checking out and kept it for me until I have picked it up the next day! Thank you once again!

Not much maybe for someone who really likes jungle atmosphere but not for me

Not enough sanitary stuff toilet paper, tissues, hot water runs out after 2 mins of shower shampoo shower gel very bad couldn’t charge phone as it only had that weird rounded socket breakfast was disappointing as well didn’t expect much by that time anyway.

The best thing about Anja Villas Ubud was the view into the green valley and the infinity pool from which you can soak up the scenery. The balinese style hut was spacious with a large bed and a couch to sit on, it even had its own mini refridgerator. On your own veranda you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The rental of a scooter was really easy and cheap. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here.

It is far up north of Ubud and you have to drive about 30 min into the city. The way from the reception to the actual rooms is pretty far, especially with luggage. It can be quite loud at night with the running river and the animals, so I would not recommend it to light sleepers.

The villa is located in a remote area so no disturbance and complete peace. They offered car and bike rental. The food, wifi, and private pool were good and clean.

The scenery was good.

The restaurant was not supportive for dinner as it closed at 5 pm in the evening. It is a little bit outside from the main city so no other restaurants near by.

The staff were lovely and very attentive. They were very helpful and welcoming, made our transition into Bali very easy and smooth.

Beautiful small villa in the middle of the dungle. Nice infinity pool. Scooter rental available at the reception. Good service and very friendly.

The establishment inside the lower part of the villa was a bit loveless.

These villas are set up on the edge of a valley. So serene, green and gorgeous. From the reception it's a "small hike". But the staff bring your luggage down and pick it up for you at checkout. Your breakfast is served either at their restaurant, or at your villa. Rental scoopy can be organised by the staff.

The "kitchen" is very spare and didn't have a power point available. So you had to take the kettle over to one of the corners of the room to plug it in/ use it

Loved the behaviour of the stuff, loved the view of the jungle. The pool was big enough for two people. The quiet and privateness of the villa was amazing.

I need more water to drink, so would be nice if they increased it. Also you had to walk a long way to get to the reception from the room. This gets kinda spooky at night

The location and the friendly staff working, they are very supportive, and they respond very fast. The view from the villa is astonishing! Pool is clean

The villa is not totally private, you can see people in other villas from the pool, and they can see you The villa is too small The breakfast is not good, as no frequent breakfast options, Juices there are not delicious

There were a lot of bugs and one spider living on the roof on the inside. None of which caused issues to me personally. But the villa isn’t the most insulated or secure from small insects to get in. So keep that in mind. Other wise amazing experience

Staff was amazing, pool was magnificent, toilet is clean, great room space, sofa is comfortable, good breakfast.

Too much bugs, prefer the property able to provide mosquito coils and electric mosquito liquid. Juice is not fresh.
