Elevator doesn't work! The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There were visible yellow stains and limescale buildup on the shower and other surfaces, and some of the stains had clearly not been cleaned or removed.

El edificio, la habitación y la amabilidad del personal. Moderno y confortable, gran cantidad de detalles.

Su ubicación regular, distante del centro y actividades, a unos 20-25 minutos, pero como Suele ocurrir en las grandes ciudades. Las aceras muy mal cuidadas, poco limpias. Sería un magnífico alojamiento si estuviera localizado más al centro, en donde hay buenos alojamientos ,competitivos en el precio, solo las habitaciones más pequeñas y sin terraza.

Very clean and comfortable. Rooms really well equipped, had a bottle of water even day and really nice bathroom. Very close to buses and metro.

To walk from Acropolis/Plaka it takes more than 20 min and through not any special nice area thus the metro was the best option.

The hotel itself was brand new, very clean, and nicely designed. My room was spacious, modern, and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were especially nice. Everything felt fresh and well maintained.

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was extremely poor. It felt like the hotel had been built without enough attention to noise insulation. I could hear almost every sound from inside and outside the hotel. I could hear guests in the neighboring rooms, even when they were showering, and I could also hear people talking or moving around in the hallway. My room was on the first floor, and in the morning I could clearly hear the sound of dishes being moved downstairs while breakfast was being served. At night, I could hear a lot of street noise as well, including people hanging out and talking at the bar across the street, which made it difficult to sleep. Another downside was the lack of storage space in the room. There was no closet, no safe, and almost no place to unpack or hang clothes. For a hotel room, especially for a stay of more than one or two nights, this was quite inconvenient. Overall, the hotel looks beautiful and is very clean, but the poor soundproofing and lack of basic storage made the stay much less comfortable than I expected.

To był udany pobyt. Śniadania były pyszne i różnorodne. Klimatyzacja, winda, wygodne łóżko, ekspres do kawy i lodówka w pokoju to świetne udogodnienia dla osoby takiej jak ja. W Atenach byłem służbowo na Konferencji odbywającej się w samym centrum Aten i nie potrzebowałem atrakcji typu basen czy siłownia. Hotel wybrałem ze względu na jego dobre położenie w centrum Aten. Serdecznie polecam.

La proximité de l acropole et Plaka (20 min à pied)

Modern, sauber, in der Nähe der Attraktionen. Sehr gute Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung, hört man im Zimmer fast nicht.

This was an amazing find. It’s a really well thought hotel, it had everything that is needed for a comfortable stay, super clean and with delicious breakfast. The area is really close to the metro station, and also close to great restaurants and cafés. We were really happy staying here and if we go to Athens again, we will definitely stay here again! Thanks to the staff for their kindness as well :)

La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. La literie était confortable. Dans le petit frigo, il y avait des bouteilles d’eau à notre disposition en plus du café et des petits gâteaux sur le bureau. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.

Les oreillers étaient trop volumineux à mon goût.

The hotel was very good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good service throughout our stay.

The room was very spacious but felt a little impersonal and lacked decoration, which made it feel somewhat soulless. The first night was perfectly quiet, but unfortunately the second night was quite noisy. We could hear repeated door slamming from a neighbouring room, possibly a terrace door, around 1–2 AM, which was not very restful.

Comfortable and clean room. Location convenient for walking to many places we wanted to visit and also close to the metro. The breakfast food was excellent and the person who cooked and served it was friendly and did an excellent job. Everyone we met who worked there was friendly and helpful.

We liked everything about it.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the old town centre, and the Parthenon. Lots of great places to eat just a step away. The room was great, super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate. 100% would repeat when back in Athens.

אנשים מקסימים, החדר ממש נוח ונקי יש בו כל מה שצריך

Χαμηλών τόνων ξενοδοχείο. Ήρεμο, μακρυά από την βαβούρα αλλά εξαιρετικά κοντά σε καφέτεριες και ταβέρνες. Εξοχα φτιαγμένο με μεγάλο μπάνιο και φιλικά μέλη προσωπικού. Το ξενοδοχείο παρείχε μπουκαλάκια νερού κάθε μέρα και έδωσαν σνακ και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί ως δώρο φιλοξενίας. Μπράβο. Πρωί ήταν λυτο αλλά πολύ γευστικό.

Όχι ότι με ενόχλησε ιδιαίτερα αλλά οι κουρτίνες στο δωμάτιο δεν έκρυβαν καλά τον ήλιο στις άκρες και στο περβαζι και ξυπνήσαμε πολύ πρωί. Επίσης το κρεβάτι ήταν λίγο μαλακό για τα γούστα μου. Ενώ ήμασταν στον τέταρτο, επειδή δεν υπάρχει μοκέτα, δεν περπαταγα με άνεση για μην ενοχλώ οποίος είναι από κάτω!

The rooms are nice, very pleasant and are cleaned every day. The staff are very helpful. The minibar is free and filled every day as the bottles of water. Everything is new and clean.

The view from the rooms is to the street with no privacy but one can rarely find anything else in Athens and also the room has curtains. I strongly disliked like the location and disagree with it's high rating. Although it is in 12-15 minutes walking distance from the center, it is still a walk that you need to do several times a day and more importantly the neighborhood is rather unpleasant, dirty streets, a bit of homeless people and there was a stream of something running down the street all the time. The breakfast is very modest.

Hôtel impeccable, belle chambre et belle salle de bain , emplacement à 15 min de l acropole, on peut tout faire à pied, proche de la station de métro, personnels vraiment sympa , petit déjeuner très correct, on est partis tôt le matin, ils nous ont fait un panier, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 👍, du coup nous y revenons a la fin de notre périple 2 nuits avant notre départ.

We had an excellent stay at AthensOwl Hotel and would highly recommend it. The service was outstanding from the very beginning. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the possibility of an early check-in after our very early morning flight, which made a huge difference for us. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special thank you for arranging our airport transfers. The location is excellent, with easy access to the metro, city centre, and major attractions. We felt very welcome throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire AthensOwl team for making our visit to Athens so enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again.

Its a little far from center but manageable.

Bed was so good, very clean room, else they leave on our room snacks in bottle or wine, The staff is super attentive and resolve any situation immediately.

The room was very modern and most importantly super clean. Since it's a big city there's quite a bit of noise coming from the outside at times, but very little is actually heard in the room itself once you close the windows. The location is very good with lots of food options nearby and easy access to public transport. Very friendly staff.

We loved how clean and comfortable the room was. The bathroom was modern and the water pressure was amazing. The mattress was so comfortable I wish I could have taken it with me to every other hotel stay. The location was great we walked to everything from there and saw all the things (my list is extensive) we found great places to eat and get coffee within steps of the hotel and the staff were so friendly and responsive. For the price I thought I was going to be scammed or something because the pictures and others reviews were so good and the price is so reasonable but it is true. Excellent price excellent place. At the end of a super long day of walking all over Athens looking at everything I thought ugh now we have to walk back to our hotel but as we we wandering through the streets back you are suddenly there and it isn’t any longer then anything else. Loved it!!

Not me, but if you are over 6 ft tall and like to take the stairs you have to watch you head coming down on one of the flights because of the way the building is you can bang your head if you are looking at your phone or not paying attention.

The location is great. Just 15 minutes walk to the Acropolis, close to Syrgou - Fix metro, and lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were cheerful and amazingly helpful with food recommendations and everything else. The room was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom.

room was big enough and rooms were clean. Location of the hotel is very ideal to just walk to Acropolis, and neighborhood is very nice to eat out. Also very close to metro station. Staff is very friendly.

Hotel is close to a busy street so during the day it might be a bit noisy but there is aircon in the room and when you close the windows you don't here the noise. Just be aware if a quite room is a must for you. Just a recommendation for the hotel would a installing a shower door as water is splashing everywhere.

Fantastic stay at AthensOwl ! Perfect location, great room and very helpful staff ready to help with anything you need.

The hotel is just 10 mins walk away Acropolis and there are many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. The room is very clean and tidy. The property manager Magdalena is so helpful and nice, giving me traveling advice.

Εξαιρετική εμπειρία! Όλα ήταν πραγματικά πεντακάθαρα και πολύ προσεγμένα στη λεπτομέρεια. Το δωμάτιο είχε ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος: καφετιέρα με ποικιλία καφέδων, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο snack bar, πολλές πετσέτες (ακόμη και ειδική πετσέτα για μακιγιάζ, κάτι που εκτίμησα ιδιαίτερα), παντόφλες και πλήρες kit μπάνιου με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Το μπάνιο ήταν άψογα καθαρό και εμφανώς απολυμασμένο. Το κρεβάτι και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν εξαιρετικά άνετα και κοιμήθηκα πάρα πολύ καλά. Παρόλο που βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, η ηχομόνωση είναι καλή και με τις οτοασπίδες που παρέχονται ο ύπνος ήταν πραγματικά ήσυχος. Το ζεστό νερό στο ντους ερχόταν αμέσως και γενικά όλα λειτουργούσαν άψογα. Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό, κάτι που κάνει τη διαμονή ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Η περιοχή μου φάνηκε ασφαλής και η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική. Παρόλο που ταξίδεψα για δουλειά, κατάφερα να ξεκουραστώ πραγματικά. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
