Lovely breakfast options, huge villa (fantastic for a family of four or two couples), great private pool, good security, beautiful views over the watermelon and rice fields, great restaurants nearby and lovely in-house restaurant for lunch at the complex.

The towels and sheets could do with an upgrade.

Staff di kebun yang ada di galeri sangat tidak sopan. Tidak ramah. Saya sudah jelaskan, saya yang menyewa villa utk kluarga saya yg datang dari Perancis. Dan meminjam parkir di galeri tapi malah depan tamu saya di marah karena sama sekali tdk boleh Tapi saat itu kebetulan ada mobil yang keluar dari jalur villa jadi saya tdk memungkin masuk ke jalur itu, pada akhirnya saya parkir di galery hanya utk menjemput 5 menit saja. Sangat sangat mengecewakan

Les villa sont très grandes avec beaucoup d’intimité, les champs juste en face offrent une vue très apaisante depuis le 1er étage ou depuis la terrasse du petit déjeuner. la piscine est un véritable plus

Le lenzuola erano sporche. Ogni sera dovevi comunicare alla reception cosa avresti voluto mangiare il giorno dopo per colazione e soprattutto a che ora volevi fare colazione. Siamo in vacanza e vorrei non dover pensare anche a cosa mangiare in anticipo e quando andare a fare colazione la mattina seguente. Non c’era molta scelta di colazione. Il primo giorno abbiamo fatto una colazione salata in cui io ho avuto una mini salsiccia di pollo e il mio fidanzato due mini fette di bacon che, messe insieme, non ne facevano una intera.

The villa was huge! Filtered water available in hot and cold, beautiful large size pool and the staff can organise in house massages, also free transport to and from a lovely restaurant.

No coffee or tea available in villa, breakfast is average, and it's a bit out of the way

Emplacement un peu excentre

Une villa avec salon, deux chambres et piscine privée dans un lieu très tranquille, on ne pouvait rêver mieux pour un prix très très modéré. Le personnel est aux petits soins et donne d'excellents conseils. Nous avons eu du mal à quitter la villa.

La villa était parfaite : 2 grandes chambres avec salle de bain au rdc, piscine privée et transats, à l’étage une grande pièce à vivre avec une cuisine. Elle est au calme, se trouve à 20 min d’ubud environ. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel est très gentil.

Wir wurden in der Villa sehr herzlich empfangen von Yovi er hat uns auch Insider Tipps für Ausflug Möglichkeiten gegeben, sehr freundlich 😊 Die Villa bietet sehr viel Platz uns hat der Pool Bereich sehr gut gefallen da es sehr gemütlich dort ist 😊 Es liegt ein bisschen abseits , aber paar Meter zu Fuß finden sich jedoch einige Einkauf Möglichkeiten für Lebensmittel etc. unsere Unternehmungen haben wir alles mit einem Fahrer unternommen was aber preislich echt machbar ist 👍🏼 sowie auch Essen Bestellung über Grab Die Zimmer Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel sowie auch das Wohnzimmer und Essbereich Kann diese Villa nur empfehlen

Das Bad liegt relativ offen so das man auch vieles von Nachbarn mitbekommt Generell ist es etwas hellhörig aber war für uns okay :)

Beautiful villa, well maintained

It is just very beautiful and serene. The staff is very humble and helpful. They dont try to extract money from you nor they try to take any advantage. Very transparent and honest.

The dogs in the neighbouring property at the entrance are annoying. They chased me up on the very first day when I stepped out for some snacks. I slipped and fell off in the mud with a bruise on my hand. It was gods mercy that it was just a bruise, could have been worse.

La villa estaba decorada con mucho gusto. Super espaciosa, limpia con camas cómodas. Amenities de aseo y un buen desayuno. El personal del hotel muy atento. Solo el ruido de la naturaleza. Tienen un restaurante cerca de la villa muy bueno al que te hacen Transfer gratis.

No puedes caminar desde la Villa a Ubud, no por la distancia sino porque no hay aceras en la carretera

The staff showed attitude as if we were their servants and we came to stole things.

Location, size, cleanliness, air conditioning.

Breakfast was awful. You always had to explicitly tell the staff to clean your room, they didn’t ask themselves.

Everyting was very clean and the staff were super welcoming, they helped us book a private guide to experience places we wanted to see. They also arranged a bus and ferry tickets for us when leaving to Gili. The breakfast was also good. The place is about 15 minutes drive from the center, therefor it´s peaceful with nice view over the mountains and green areas.

Absolutely immaculate! This was beyond our expectations. Not longer was the house huge, every piece of decor and architecture was well thought out. It felt like luxury for such an affordable price. Beautiful pool too. Main area of more vibrant city life and food was about a 10-15 Gojek ride away. My favourite part of the stay was playing with the hotel dog Potato. 🥰

Everything was perfect. I think the staff were a bit more reserved compared to other places but still fine. It was a bit odd that we couldn’t order food to our room (literally 10 metres away) and had to eat there. Oh well.

It was gorgeous. There’s big glass doors that can open in every room and the living room is very nice and cozy. There’s a washing machine, large mirrors everywhere, large cupboards in the bedrooms, lots of lights around the bed and in the bedroom, and the kitchen is very well equipped. The place was very nice and clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great!

Location isn’t optimal. It’s not bad, but a bit far away from everything. The dustbins in the kitchen were quite small. Everything else was perfect.

The pool is perfectly clean. The villa is also the cleanest villa ever stayed in Bali. The AC in the rooms are at the best spot - the cold weather is not directly on you while sleeping. Even the bathrooms are on the outside, I have never seen an insect ever.

The location may be a little bit far (but not too much) from the center Ubud - you should definitely need a bike. And the breakfast may better.

La villa è meravigliosa noi abbiamo soggiornato in quella con la piscina privata. Piano terra e piano superiore a nostra completa disposizione, cucina due bagni , soggiorno meraviglioso e camera da letto con vista pazzesca. Lo staff è stato pazzesco sono super carini, disponibili e fanno il possibile per accontentarti. Sono persone meravigliose, mettono a disposizione un autista Agun che è eccezionale. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno qui se volete fare un giro a Ubud siete distanti dalle attrazioni principali 15 30 Min

El lugar es muy especial, bonito y comodo. Hay mucha tranquilidad y tienes un montón de lugares cerca a los que ir. Y lo mejor sin duda es la atención por parte del personal, están pendientes de ti desde el momento en el que llegas. Espero volver pronto.😊

我们住宿的第二天早上希望提供早餐服务，但是竟然说周一厨房不开，无法提供早餐。在我理解中，早餐服务应该是伴随着住宿需求来的，如果我能订周日至周一的房间，那这段时间应该是需要提供早餐服务的。地理位置确实比较偏远，因此我们也无法购买到早餐。

De villa was heel ruim, super schoon en het privé zwembad was heerlijk. Het water was warm en de tuin had veel privacy, niemand kon in de tuin en het zwembad kijken. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De villa was heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden waren top. We hebben heerlijk geslapen en de klamboes waren super. Er is wel een wasservice maar geen wasmachine.

We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, er zijn een paar punten die ons opvallen. We zijn 8 nachten gebleven maar hebben in die tijd geen schoon beddengoed gekregen. We hadden daar vast om kunnen vragen, maar dat zou niet moeten. Ook zijn er niet dagelijks schone handdoeken, dat zou ik wel prettig vinden. Er kan dagelijks gekozen worden uit een aantal ontbijtmenu's (brood, nasi of pannenkoeken). Dit zijn vaste menu's, de omvang is prima maar het zou prettig zijn om wat meer keuzevrijheid te hebben. In soorten thee of andere dranken bijvoorbeeld. Ook in de items die wel op de gewone menukaart staan maar niet in de standaard ontbijtmenu's staan.

我们住的villa的浴室和隔壁villa的浴室靠在一起，因为浴室是半露天的所以就算在卧室也能很清楚听到隔壁客人讲话嬉闹的声音

Naprosto úžasné místo. Servis byl dokonalý, cokoliv jsme potřebovali, tak stačilo napsat, a personál vše zařídil. Vila byla velice prostorná a pohodlná.

V našich očích nebylo nic, co bychom vytkly.

非常优秀！环境很优美，早饭晚饭也很好吃，住了三晚，工作人员都很友好尤其是yovi，美丽的地方可以听到壁虎蟋蟀的叫声，窗户外还有小鸟搭巢产卵。

Все новое, чистое, комфортное. Достаточно тихо, (но бывают молитвы из соседнего храма в 5 утра по трансформаторам), персонал очень любезный и отзывчивый.

The interiors of the villa were really eye catching. Very well equipped villa , very clean. Felt like living in a palace.

Very clean, staff were amazing.

A very clean and well structured property with attention to the details and cleanness of the area. I was afraid that we are going to encounter lots of lizards and mosquitos given that the property is on the middle of a very beautiful scenic rice field, but in the contrary, only few were there and only outside the villa. The staff were all very friendly and professional. We were a family of 5 adults and stayed very comfortably with the added extra bed.

The pool is not heated and often cold to get into.

Everything was so perfect! We had breakfast service in our room, massages and we had so much privacy in our villa. Next time I will book this place for sure just for a longer period. I was treated like a princess in this accomodation and felt like I could live there for the rest of my life!

The villa was very peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The pool area and the overall villa design were beautiful, and the location in Ubud made it easy to explore cafés, attractions, and nature. The daily cleaning and breakfast were also great.

Some areas of the villa could use small maintenance improvements.

Villa has an amazing design and offers great privacy. Everything was clean. Staff were amazing. They were really helpful with everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we come back to Ubud.

房間很大，結合現代和峇里島傳統風格，房間望出去就是稻田，很放鬆的景色，乾淨整潔，浴室也很大，還有洗衣機可以洗的衣服，還有附飲水機，服務人員親切！

The breakfast was amazing. The staff went over and beyond to help us with anything we needed.

The villas with stairs are not really child friendly. The hand rails are to far apart I child could slip through and fall same with the balconies.

The room although I thought I reserved a villa with a pool. When I got there I found out that wasn't the case so the website was confusing because it only showed the best villas with a pool.

The breakfast was terrible. Not a great selection and when we did eat the ham was burnt, no syrup, coffee was black and not fully cooked.

Sehr schöne, geräumige und luxuriöse Villa ca. 20 Min von Ubud. Unsere Villa hatte im Erdgeschoss ein Eltern-Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit zwei getrennten Bettern. Jedes der Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, das überdacht, aber auf einer Seite nach Außen offen ist. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich der sehr große Wohn- und Essbereich und ein weiteres Bad (mit Toilette und Waschbecken). Das luxuriöse Design und die Möblierung im modern-asiatischen Stil haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Küche mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank und allen Kochutensilien ist sehr praktisch. Es gibt einen gratis Trinkwasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser. Die Villa verfügt im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss jeweils nach beiden Seiten über Terrassen bzw. Balkone, die möbliert sind. Von dort lassen sich die Sonnenuntergänge gut beobachten. Der Pool ist sehr schön, blickgeschützt und von tropischen Pflanzen umgeben. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen kleinen Raum mit einer Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist relativ ruhig, da auf beiden Seiten Felder sind und keine weiteren Gebäude oder Straßen unmittelbar angrenzen. Obwohl es in Gehweite einige wenige Geschäfte, Essensstände und sogar schöne Restaurants (z.B. Wedja) gibt, verfügen die Straßen über keine Gehwege. Deshalb ist ein Transport über die Services "Grab" oder "Gojek" eher angebracht. Frühstück ist a la Carte inkludiert, reichhaltig und frisch. Auch Mittag- oder Abendessen kann man zu fairen Preisen bestellen, sodass man auch mal einen Tag komplett in der Villa verbringen kann. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein ausgezeichneter Service. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit nochmal zurückkommen.

Die Villa und die Ausstattung sind auf einem sehr hohen Standard und luxurios - das Frühstück kann allerdings wegen der geringen Auswahl nicht mithalten. Hier könnte eine größere Auswahl beim Frühstück sicherlich das Niveau noch etwas anheben. Das ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Da die teilweise seitlich offenen Bäder jeweils bei zwei benachbarten Villen aneinander grenzen (aber durch eine hohe Mauer getrennt sind), kann man lautere Geräusche oder Gespräche der Nachbarn im Badezimmer hören. Das war aber selten und hat uns auch nicht wirklich gestört.

Staff were waiting for our arrival, with a cold fresh coconut drink. Easy process. All staff were very obliging and friendly.

I misunderstood the information. I booked the garden view room, which was lovely. I then assumed that we would have access to to the communal pool. There is no communal pool. Take mosquito spray, as they are extremely active when we were there in September.
