Aure is located in the heart of the Yungay neighborhood, a neighborhood with a very important heritage value and close to many attractions and restaurants. La cama al momento solo de sentarse en ella sonaba muchisimo. Al intentar dormir tambien. Quizas sea bueno que revisaran las tablas. A pesar de eso igual dormi bien

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Quarto limpo, relativamente calmo na rua à noite (uns barulhitos de pessoas na rua) e confortável. Funcionários simpáticos e disponíveis para ajudar. Guardam as bagagens e deixam servir chás e água enquanto esperamos pelo transporte na sala de espera/refeições, o que torna tudo mais confortável.
A zona envolvente parece calma mas por esse motivo não é muito segura e podem ocorrer assaltos repentinos à entrada e saída. Um casal foi assaltado mesmo à saída em plena luz do dia, logo pela manhã, por isso, todo o cuidado é pouco. A porta do hotel está sempre fechada. O pequeno almoço poderia ter mais opções: é básico.

The property is very modern yet needs a bit of work to keep it that way. Such as fixing the broken shower door.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Desde quando chegamos, fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Juan e sua equipe, uma vez que chegamos tarde e a portaria funcionou perfeitamente já que o nosso check in foi a noite. O Quarto era muito limpo, muito confortável, chuveiro bem quente, arejado e espaçoso. O café da manhã era muito bem preparado, os funcionários da noite Francisco, Angel e Benjamin sempre estiveram prontos para nos ajudar quando precisamos. Além disso, o serviço de translado oferecidos pela equipe do Hotel era excelente e bem mais barato comparado ao demais oferecidos pelo Aeroporto e a Cidade.
Nada a questionar, um dia tivemos problema com entupimento do ralo, mas foi sanado rapidamente durante a limpeza do quarto, o que não nos afetou em nada.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I had a wonderful stay at Casa Aure in Santiago. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my time there. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Juan and Francisco, who both speak excellent English and were incredibly helpful. I was upgraded to a better room at no extra charge, and Francisco even walked with me to show me the nearest metro station. When I checked out early to catch my flight and would miss the breakfast, Juan prepared a snack box for me to take to the airport. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Faltou uma mesinha de “apoio” no quarto, para colocar as coisas. A localização infelizmente fica distante dos locais mais conhecidos.

O hotel foi construído em um casarão antigo, muito bonito. As instalações são simples mas não deixam a desejar em nada. O chuveiro muito quentinho, com água forte, aquecedor muito bom, cama confortável. Quando tivemos passeio saindo muito cedo, nós solicitamos e eles prepararam uma marmita de café da manhã. No geral, valeu muito a pena.
Não é localizado em um bairro turístico, então não tem a segurança e a beleza de um local turístico e sim de um centro urbano.

No me gustó la atención de unos de los recepcionistas, el de turno de noche. No dio información correcta a preguntarle por la ciudad y acceso a transporte y en la mañana antes del desayuno fue muy poco empático al preguntarle si me podía servir un café antes de las siete. El resto del personal un 10!

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026- Beautiful historic building very well retrofitted; - My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed; - The staff (Juan and colleagues) were very attentive and nice. They tried to communicate with me in my native language all the time (that's kind); - The room was cleaned everyday with perfection; - The neighborhood (Yungay/Brazil) is very central (possible to reach the Moneda Palace within 15min walking). Some areas are dark and empty but we didn't see or feel insecure. - There are metro (Cumming Station) few blocks from the hotel and a good grocery store nearby;
- The breakfast is good, but with few options; - I stayed during the winter and there is a heater available in the room that works well. But in the summer, due the lack of windows in the room, maybe gets a bit uncomfortable (there are a fan in the room / no AC);

Communication between the staff and the guests could be smoother and a bit warmer (more personal). We also felt that the breakfast wasn't quite as good as at other accommodations in the same category, but it was still OK.

Faltan algunas pocas cosas: mapa de evacuación en la habitación (en Chile eso es fundamental!), un vaso en el baño. El aislamiento acústico es mejor que en otros hoteles ubicados en casonas antiguas, pero aún así no es muy bueno, recomiendo usar tapones para los oídos

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Exquisito el desayuno, quizás faltó un poco de indicaciones para las personas que llegaban, y un poco más de comida considerando que los extranjeros "arrasan" con todo cuando bajan a desayunar y se repiten muchas veces. Ojo con el agua que la mayoría de las veces se encontraba tibia y un café tibio NO es tan agradable.
Respecto a este punto, estuvimos en dos habitaciones distintas de un total de 5 días con sus noches, y las toallas o erán muy olorosas y limpias y en la otra habitación se notaban muy viejas y mal gastadas.

No geral foi muito bom, mas senti falta de um espelho grande no quarto (só tinha acima da pia no banheiro) e uma pequena mesa no quarto para refeições.
