Reviewed Oct 25, 2025The staff were extremely responsive and welcoming. Access was well arranged with gate security. The place was beautiful, modern, and very clean with a lovely garden. Internet service was excellent. The compound is very pleasant and accessible.
There were very minor issues that didn't ruin our general experience such as a slow draining kitchen sink, the sink stopper of the master bathroom wasn't working, no soap in the master bathroom, the doorbell wasn't working.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2025The apartment was very nice and very big. We were very happy with the communication from Hazem. The air conditioning wasn’t working in one bedroom when we arrived, I messaged Hazem and he got somebody around to fix it the next morning which was very pleasing. The grounds around the apartment are really nice and the compound was in an excellent location. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we’d recommend to anyone thinking of staying here

Complicated system of security - it was complicated to get a taxi. Poor environment - no extra towels, to slippers, no shampoo toothpaste etc. Even no salt or oil in the kitchen.
