Good
Didn't answer the phone for many several times,I wanted to know it's location , so I had to find another place to stay
Never recommend it
the views of the roof to the pyramids
nothing
I had an unforgettable stay at this hotel! Yousef, the manager, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my visit truly special. The hotel itself is immaculate, with spotless, fully equipped rooms that provided everything I needed. One of the standout features is the breathtaking rooftop view—it offers a panoramic scene of the Sphinx and all three pyramids, with Old Cairo stretching out to the east and even a glimpse of Saqqara to the south. Just outside the hotel, camels, horses, and carts give the neighborhood a genuine ancient Cairo charm. The pyramid ticket office is conveniently located just 70 meters from the hotel, and local transport options like tuk-tuks and Uber are both easily accessible and affordable. The area is filled with charming shops offering unique handmade art and curios, along with numerous restaurants and food stalls serving up the delicious flavors of Egyptian cuisine. I absolutely loved every minute of my one month stay here and can’t wait to return from Aswan in a week to rest and relax here again.
Mohammed and the night employee were helpful. Great location to the pyramids. Rooms are contemporary,, spacious and clean. Can negotiate better rates if staying longer. They helped with personal laundry.
Beware of a guy lurking outside the hotel on arrival. About 30, bald, good English. he'll upsale arrivals on activities including the hotel rate if one isn't booked. His affiliation to the hotel was intentionally concealed. Try and consistently have the terrace breakfast start at 7 am.
The room was clean when I will arrive there
The toilet
The room and the view
The location is bad
Problem with the wifi sometimes
The location is the best about this place, the view from the terrace is spectacular. It’s located within the shortest distance imaginable to the pyramids and short taxi ride to the Grand Egyptian Museum. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will always be grateful to Khaled for his help and assistance during my stay.
Everything was good, it’s a great value for money.
• Price - Performance👌🏼 • Location • Clean room • Friendly staff • Nice Pyramids view at the roof
• It is mess around the hotel area
Really good value for the money!
Great value for money. Beautiful and modern room and bathroom. The rooftop is am. Kind staff - they helped me with food recommendations. Ideal for 1 night if you want to stay close to the pyramids.
The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Pyramids right from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
There was nothing major to dislike, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster.
The location is perfect right next to the Giza pyramids The view from the terrace for breakfast is perfect, you can see the pyramids and the Sphinx
The room at first impression is good and clean The door handle was broken on the outside. I mentioned it to the staff and they promised to fix it, which they didn't.In the week I've been here, the room has never been cleaned. I asked for another bath towel and they promised to bring it to me but it never happened. There is no mirror in the room at all. To make yourself look good only on the TV screen Okay it's a two star hotel but at least the basic cleanliness issues should be provided Room cleaning, second bath towel for someone staying for several days, soap, toilet paper The positive was the very low price Nice location very close to the pyramids For the room I had an upgrade from booking for a larger room. Something that was not done by the hotel I paid by card the price that was on the booking form. But they also asked me for an extra 2% because I paid with a card. Ok, I would recommend it because of the area and the view, but not for more than two days. The internet connection is only in the room and it is almost non-existent. There is no connection in other areas.
The hotel is new very clean and tidy, beautiful view to the pyramids, but the area is kind of noisy and dirty, good stay for a day if you want to visit the pyramids only few minutes walk and you can see the night light show from the roof top
The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Mustafa and Mohamed, the breakfast was okay. Also the location is 5 min walk to the ticket office for the pyramids
the hotel is well located nearby the pyramids. the rooftop view where you can see the pyramids and the sphinx. My suggestion is; stay one night there, but not more than that; so you could enjoy the proximity at the pyramids; then move to Cairo city, in a more clean and respectful place where to sleep.
this is the second time I have been in this hotel, and after testing the first time I can say do not waste your money. The building is just in front of camels and horse shit; the street is dirty and discussing. the first time some Egyptian were having around midnight the horse and camel ride. then, if you see this hotel constructions, the building has a tiny walls (inside and outside). So, my room 403, had 2 external walls where the cold was penetrating into the room. of course there is the AC, but, you can use just to heat the room at the beginning, then for the noise you have to switch it off. Also, even if your room door is closed, you can hear lots happening on the corridor or on the stairs; you can hear the elevator without any problem even if you are far away the elevator. then, for most of Egyptians (as I was told), the time 23.30 is not late. But, for a person like me travelling all day, I am glad to come back in the hotel and having a hot shower for an early night. Most of the time people will wake you up or the noise, scream, kids scream. Locals are not able to open and close gently the doors, so most of the time you will hear shouting doors several times at night. So, after all these considerations, I shared my point of view at midnight at the reception, also suggesting to put families at the first and second floor; and couples and solo travellers at the third and fourth floor. Of course they will not do it, simply nobody care. The breakfast is quite nice, but people most of the time forget to prepare the coffe or tea, despite your reminded it several times. breakfast is on the rooftop, and the rooftop is an open place, so in winter is quite cold; you have to remind the reception to clean the room everyday, to change the towels, extra toilet paper, soap I was contacted by the staff on my super personal WA number, to buy the airport transfer. this is a super violation of my privacy contacting on super personal number.
Is very close to pyramids Mattress was good Breakfast was fine The last boy speaks english very good(Motta) and was very kind
Room doesn't had balcony like they talk it in booking The water was not rising well Bathroom was dirty The internet never works If you get up early at the pyramids you can't have breakfast Reservatiion said that you could pay by card, I try to pay with card, then they tell me the price was different, I showed the reservation, price, taxes and they insisted, they told me that they expected the owner to send real value, 2 days like that but they never sent the sample, finally I paid in cash.
Great room looks fairly new spotless very clean bedding nice and fresh shower room spotless I couldn’t of wanted more
Clean room new furniture newly renovated near the pyramids near restaurant and all facilities
N/A
I told to make payment from my credit and told me impossible and just pay cash
Hotel staff were very courteous. The room was clean, and the location was very close to the entrance of the pyramids.
All was amazing
Good location, stuff was so co-oraretive & nice. Complementary breakfast was delicious.
Place was very clean. Staff very friendly. Wifi in the room was OK, on terrace not so good. View from terrace was great, only one hotel in the way of the ultimate Pyramids view.
Occasional waft of camel dung, but not in room. Wifi on terrace not great. Breakfast was basic and not great compared to others in Egypt.
It was clean. Looked like the pictures.
Beds were like granite, rock hard. WiFi didn't work, TV didn't work. Staff had head in their phones, didn't care. Breakfast tiny, choice was take it or leave it. All the "facilities" mentioned, they might have a quarter of. Loose exposed raw wires in the bathroom boiler. Noisy. Open a window and it stunk off poo. They also pretend you still need to pay. Shower was dangerous, it leaked into all the bathroom.
The room was clean and spacious, the view from the rooftop was amazing, though now there is a pigeon coop blocking the pyramids view a bit. They allowed me a late check out which was highly appreciated and the people there are very helpful. It is very close to the sphinx and only 10 minutes walk but since they close at 4pm, I watched the sunset from the rooftop
The location is actually the stables so there are a ton of horses around the area so the smell gets a bit strong but you don't smell it from the room. I did have an issue but it might be an error from booking.com as it says that I have a one way airport transfer included but was told that it is not included by the hotel
Clean hotel
All staff helpful
Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Rooms are clean and large, excellent value for the price. Wi-Fi works well and there is a lift. Early check-in was made possible for us and the manager is very helpful and kind! I would stay here again! You are about a 3 min walk from the Sphinx entrance to the pyramids.
Note that there will be a lot of horses and camels in this area so it can be a smelly walk to the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, it might be difficult to get some rest if there's any partying going on outside. Nonetheless, I would absolutely recommend this hotel because the positives DEFINITELY outweigh the negatives....even if you only stay for 2-3 nights.
The breakfast was really good you view pyramids while having breakfast I love the place this my second time here
Internet wasn’t strong enough
Breakfast included an omelet, 3-4 types of cheese, salami, tea/coffee, jam, and honey. It was filling. Having breakfast with a view of the pyramids was lovely. The hotel is close to the pyramids.
Wi-fi signal is poor at restaurant floor. There can be a mirror in the room. Wall-mounted hooks for hanging towels can be added in the bathroom.
The breakfast staff was polite and hospitable
Everything else was bad. The manager was rude, ended up giving us a lower tier room compared to what I have booked. The room was also full of bugs. I also paid extra and booked the add-ons of early check-in and airport shuttle which were not honored by the hotel. The location is also very dirty.
Close to pyramids
No wifi
Hotel is clean yes and good location for pyramids. Staff was friendly. Walking distance to pyramids.
We were supposed to get a car from airport to our location. I messaged the driver day before and they said he will be there. But on the day of flight arrival no sign of the driver. We were five people first time in Cairo with no driver. Called the hotel and messaged multiple times with no reply. When we reached he was not apologetic at all Breakfast is ok but two mornings apparently all the stores ran out of coffee. I'm sure it was not the worker's fault, this is definitely something that management should be making sure of. As a compromise the hotel owner/manager said he can organise driver to our next hotel in Cairo. The morning of us checking out when we mentioned driver he again looked confused. But then said he can organise in 1 hour so we decided to just hail a cab from nearby. One thing for sure do not rely on this hotel for cab pick ups. Definitely not reliable or apologetical even though we paid for one more night specifically to stay here so we get the one way airport transfer included. Also no hand wash. And needed to ask housekeeper for new towels if we saw them by chance.
Stuff was really nice and helpfull especially special thanks to Mohammad he was caring and kind.Place was clean and terrace has an amazing pyramids view you can have your breakfast with that amazing view also it is like 40 minutes to cairo by taxi which is okay. We love it!
Only thing was the smell of the enviroment because there is a lot of horses but if you keep your windows closed it will be fine.
The rooms are very clean and all the furniture are new, the staff are helpful and attending.
Everything
Great location, but there is room for improvement in cleanliness and the comfort of the beds, which wasn’t ideal. It’s okay for a one-night stay, especially if you’re not expecting anything luxurious.
Good view from the terrace and friendly staff
The staff was very friendly. The room was great, breakfast was good. Everything was awesome! Thank you so much!
Nothing. Everything was great!
Very nice and welcoming staff. The location was very close to the pyramids. Value for money. Good view of the pyramids from the restaurant on the roof. An advice: if you need your breakfast to be served in the early morning, you better tell the receptionist of the night shift.
The hotel needs renovation, especially the toilets' windows. It was broken in my room, but they changed the room once I complained about that. As this area depends on renting camels and horses for tourists, the odor of the street was not good.
Everything very good I recommend
Mohammed and Amir was very good to us, I needed a charger and he made sure I got one for my trip, really good area and nice view for breakfast.
However there will be times that the WIFI will not be working and hustlers all over once you leave the hotel so have to be careful.
The property was clean
The food is was quite bad and very expensive
The room is clean and good
The location
It’s very good
The man at the reception tried to cheat us by trying to charge us extra money. He showed us the invoice he received in booking and wanted us to pay the fee for using it on the website. After turning on the Internet, it turned out that the reservation was already automatically paid, which he did not bother to mention, and thus we would pay double the price. Scammers. We do not recommend.
I liked the staff, The view, and the breakfast was great. Room facilities are great and new.
The internet was broken.
The place is clean and well maintained, everything looks like the photos, The staff friendly and cooperative, You get a good view of the Pyramids
The area is not so nice, specially the smell caused by horses and camels
Clean rooms with new furniture Friendly staff Excellent view Of course , I recommend this hotel to anyone who need to accommodate 3 minutes away walk to the great pyramid.
Many horses there.
Cleaniness ,AC ,TV and staff
Very expensive concerning that no breakfast included
I liked only 2 things one is the room & the roof top
The staff was ready to cheat you in possible ways. There was a person in the reception he was not friendly enough he was over pricing everything & not even speaking politely. He overcharged me for a day trip to sakkara & to visiting the step pyramid. When I was asking to return my balance dollar, he gave my Egyptian pound that to even less as per local currency exchange. Moreover, I haveinformed them that I would be doing a check-in by 8 am, but he asked to wait for 10 min to clean the room, but he gave the room after 1 hour only . Worst service by the staff
People are so politely.
Nothing.
The neighborhood looks a bit dangerous but the location is good.
The staff were very nice and helpful, the hotel is only 100 m from the pyramid entrance and the room was nice.
The room is not 100% soundproof, bed could be more comfy and lots of horses around the property.
Location was great, 4 minutes from the pyramids, Mohamed was helpful and nice guy.
