No cleaning tools in the apartment, while cleaning services offered once per week. Unprofessional reservation team, so slow and bureaucratic, doesn't respect data privacy of the customers. Very poor design of furniture, only single couch and single chair for a three bedroom apartment!

Barbara, in particular, was incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful — she truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was very clean, well-furnished, and super cozy. The entire staff was amazing and always ready to help with anything, from the smallest request to the biggest one. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and would definitely recommend this place. Would absolutely stay here again! 🤍

Reviewed May 11, 2026There was ample space, very clean apartment, safe environment and friendly staff, mini mart and coffee shops near by, washer & dryer, we loved it all! Mohammed Ahmed was incredibly helpful, I’ve never experienced such amazing hospitality. I quite literally felt at home. As a group of three young women that have never visited Cairo, we felt the absolute safest and happiest we could have in a new city. Thank you Mohammed & Birds Nest Boutique Hotel!

A especial tank you to Mr. Mohamed Ahmed, who truly made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly helpful, provisional and went above and beyond to arrange everything for us smoothly.
nothing i loved every small detail for this place. If you are planning a trip to Cairo this is definitely a place worth staying at! Just ask for Mr. Mohmed Ahmed and enjoy your stay!

The ground level unit we had , wifi was terrible very slow speeds for anyone working on the go with work to do , slow speeds are very noticeable . The owners needs to invest in a faster internet provider or look into fixing current setup.

The staff were a-bit not very friendly,or let’s say not very welcoming, although they followed up on WhatsApp , they were very helpful when we requested and did everything professionally. Except there is no warmth in the way they deal and they look sad compared to staff in other boutique hotels I stayed at.

There is no reception 24/7, the door for the rooms is a smart key they provide u with a passcode and you can’t change it which is not very safe, there is no شطاف in the bathrooms

Bathrooms needs attending, the wood of the sink in the bathroom fell off on my cousin’s foot and she had an injury!!, there’s no housekeeping they told us its only one time per stay for free and even when we asked for the housekeeping they told us it cannot be done that day because there were too many check outs!! We had to bring cleaning products to clean the apartment by ourselves!!!, no replacement for water or tissues u have to bring ur own, they kept telling us to lower our voices even though we were 5 girls and came on vacation to have fun and they kept us on the ground floor, one night at 3 am one of the staff came to us and asked us of we have any guests inside!!!! Even though we did not!! So rude i would never recommend this place for anyone 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I would like to thank Mohammed the trip’s coordinator for the support and hospitality. Also, I would like to thank Sabri for being an outstanding receptionist in welcoming.
Everything was well organized. But, I recommend to add slippers as an addition.

The apartment hotel is of outstanding quality, combining elegance, comfort, and attention to detail. Everything was spotless, and the high standard of cleanliness was truly impressive. The service was excellent, with staff always attentive and ready to help, making us feel right at home. The location is also perfect — just 5 minutes from CFC, 3 minutes from Downtown Mall, 8 minutes from Kids Station (which was great for us with a child), and only 10 minutes from U Venues. Our stay was both relaxing and memorable, and we will be happy to recommend Boutique Nest to anyone visiting New Cairo.

The location couldn’t be better—just minutes away from Point 90 Mall and Cairo Festival City, which made shopping, dining, and entertainment incredibly convenient. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite or enjoy a relaxing evening out, everything was within easy reach. The accommodation itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed, including strong Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a clean, stylish bathroom. The staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. What really stood out was the peaceful atmosphere—despite being so close to two of Cairo’s liveliest areas, the space was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day out.
