ماعجبني توزيع الإضاءة في الغرفه بحيث ان جميع مفاتيح الإضاءة كانت في جهة واحده ولم يكون هناك وحدة تحكم بجانب السرير غير جهاز وكان عطلان وكذالك لم يكن فيه افياش تخدم غير ثنائي وانا اغلب اجهزتي ثلاثي اتمنى يراعون هذي النقطه

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Het appartement was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan New Cairo. Rustige omgeving en nagenoeg alles binnen handbereik. Personeel is te benaderen via WhatsApp of de receptie en reageert snel op je verzoeken.
Ik had onbewust een kluis verwacht voor onze spullen. Maakt in principe niet uit omdat het personeel nooit zonder jouw toestemming naar binnen komt. Hetgeen ook betekent dat wanneer je de ruimte wilt laten schoonmaken, je actief moet afstemmen wanneer ze dit doen.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026السكن جميل جدا في مكان راقي و الأمان عالي الكاميرات في كل مكان و الدخول ببطاقه من الباب الخارجي و الأبواب الداخليه كلها و الغرفه و الحمام نظيفة و الاستديو متكامل فيه ثلاجه و دولاب و مكواه ملابس و الحلو الغرفه فيها تراس جميل لو كان الجو بارد كمان بيكون اجمل الغرفه مكيفه و كنت خايفه تكون حاره لانها في الدور الثالث بس ماشاء الله المكيف ممتاز و اضطرينا نخفضه اكثر من مره و شكرا لسيف جدا متعاون معانا ساعد زوجي في الشنط للدور الثالث بدون مانطلب منه و كمان رحلتنا للعوده كانت متأخره خلى الشنط و الاغراض عندهم في الأمانات و رحنا اتغدينا و اتمشينا و رجعنا اخذناها و طلعنا المطار

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Honestly, one of the most uncomfortable hotel stays I’ve ever had. The mattress was an absolute disaster — extremely thin, hard, and uncomfortable. I genuinely felt like I was sleeping on the floor. I had booked two nights, but I ended up checking out after just one night because I simply could not sleep or tolerate the bed. My back is still hurting because of it. There were no slippers in the room, and when I requested extra pillows, I was told that there were none available. The location itself was nice and quiet, but there was absolutely no clear signage to indicate that this was a hotel, which made finding the place unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the room was nowhere near the level of comfort I expected. I had to leave early, partly because of an unexpected personal circumstance, but also because I genuinely could not spend another night on that mattress. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026- الموقع ممتاز و آمن جدا ، وتوجد بطاقه للغرفه افتح بها الباب الخارجي والداخلي والغرفه - توجد كاميرات في كل مكان - العاملين فيه جميعا وخاصه الأخ / عيد جميعهم يسعون الي ارضاء النزيل لديهم ، ، ومتواجدين 24 ساعه ، - المكان انصح فيه للجميع خاصه للعوائل - لديهم شبكه نت ممتازه - ان شاء الله هو مكان اقامتي كل ما اذهب الي القاهره - اثناء تواجدنا حصل زلزال وتم ارسال رسائل للنزلاء للأطمئنان عليهم بعد الزلزال بدقائق ، ويعرضون المساعده ، يشكرون على هذا الشيء
لاتوجد للوحه او لافته خارجيه بأسم المكان ، اللي يجيه لازم يعرف شكل الباب الخارجي - لايوجد اصنصير فيه ، ممكن يكون مشكله لكبار السن خاصه الدور الثالث يوجد شقه واحده
