Arabella Residence

The property was over expectations, The stay was exciting, Staff was really supportive and helpful.

Very good hotel, Nice pleasant stay.

Room Space, Staff, Breakfast in room, Location for my work, Bathroom and room facilities etc.

Towls in bathroom is so hard to be changed. Breakfast with limited items not worth for money but overall good.

Friendly staff🫶🏻

Location is perfect walking distance from Arabella Plaza Affordable and clean stay Very quiet and cozy

They need a larger sign at the entrance of the street so it is easier to reach

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment set up and the air conditioning system

It was clean and convenient to commute to local restaurants

The location Nice staff

Nothing

Great clean rooms, fast wifi, excellent air conditioning. Everything you'd want from a reliable hotel and excellent customer service. Would come again 10/10

Very friendly staff, gave an option of rooms during check in, lovely breakfast delivered to the room on time

Peaceful place , clean and well furnitured close to everywhere i liked it there and I recommend it

Everything, timed breakfast, comfort of sleep, check-in check out most importantly the flexibility of staff and nice treatment by them specially ( Ahmed, Mohammed and the property’s concierge Ali who were more than fabulous and amazing with me ).

Few minor maintenance issues that were actually “noted” and overcame with and resolved but that doesn’t eradicate the fact that the staff were ultra attentive and caring for details and and the comfort status of my stay.

Great

Every thing is good

Quite and near to most of needed places

Good value. Polite staff

I truly feel fortunate that I chose to stay at Arbella Residence. First and foremost, every single member of the staff, without exception, was incredibly kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. What impressed me most was their willingness to help in ways I never expected. During my stay, I needed assistance with several matters that had nothing to do with the property itself, yet they went above and beyond to support me and help solve my problems. Their kindness made my stay so much easier and more comfortable, and I am sincerely grateful to all of them. Secondly, the property is clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and essential services nearby, making it incredibly convenient. I wholeheartedly recommend Arbella Residence to anyone looking for a wonderful and comfortable stay in New Cairo. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and nearby to the mall and very convenient

N/A

First time in Egypt and I didn’t expect to get such a warmth welcome from the staff of Arabella.Very helpful and courteous as well as considerate throughout my stay of 2 weeks.Would recommend to anyone who is a first time visitor to experience it and good value of money and services.Throughly enjoyed my stay here and will try to come back soon.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very polite people working always happy to serve and accommodate

A little bit of noise from the front door

The staff was the only good thing about the property.

Definitely not a 4-stars hotel. Wasn’t clean, noisy, loose windows with noise and air coming in and out, no room to serve breakfast, no lobby, no service, refused to offer second key to the room to power electricity, no amenities, no name sign to indicate the address, not easily accessible from the street, we checked out two nights earlier and asked for a refund for bad experience but didn’t approve, they serve breakfast of their choice in the room but not on time. Not worth the value. Avoid if possible.

Great stay and fantastic staff. The breakfast was amazing!

Thank you

The staff was so polite and very helpful The location is very good and the place is very clean

Although the staff is so perfect but the place policy not flexible at all they charge me more the reservation and they wanted me also to bay more for late checkout

· Staff: Excellent service. Very attentive and polite. · Cleaning: Spotless room and common areas. · Location: Very convenient. Easy access to public local sights.

None! It was a perfect place

The service was excellent, the reception staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious.

Clean, quiet, and very well located in New Cairo. Everything was smooth and the staff were very helpful. Great value. Near to all business centers

Nothing

Very clean and comfortable place in a great central location in New Cairo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly better than some places I stayed at that were more expensive. Would definitely recommend.

The tv was not programmed but fixed within 10 min of my complaint. Thank you

Stayed only one night at Arabella Residence, but it was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Check-in was quick and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location in New Cairo is convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quiet, so I had a good night’s sleep. Overall, great value for a short stay and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Cairo.

the lighting was slightly dim at night. Not a big issue for a one-night stay, but something that could be improved.

Nice stay. 3 min walk to Arabella Plaza a big mall with cafes and restaurants. Outstanding staff

Very nice stay in Arabella Residence Hotel in Cairo. Location is very good and many things close by like restaurants and shops. Reception team was very helpful and friendly always. Room was super clean and I got the room with balcony which was very nice to sit outside. Breakfast also was good and served in the outside garden which make the morning very relaxing. I will come again for sure.

Arabella Residence offers an exceptional hospitality experience marked by comfort, quality, and professionalism. The property is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The staff demonstrate a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the stay is handled with care and efficiency. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and fully equipped to meet the needs of both business and leisure travelers. With its strategic location and high standards of service, Arabella Residence represents an excellent choice for guests seeking reliability, comfort, and value. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly choose it again for future stays.

I had an excellent night’s stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception staff were welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful, making check-in and the overall experience smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
