The breakfast was cold and I was on the 3rd floor and found 31 stairs a challenge due to my spinal problems so when we stay again I will be booking ground floor room I do think a lift would help though but I am aware the cost of that.

the breakfast was first class, lots of variety and excellent. our room was beautiful we stayed in CHINA, a lot of attention to detail. staff were amazing really helpful and friendly. Lokky's restaurant on site was lovely with fab food and choice. thank you for a lovely weekend Imperial Dragon, big shout out to the girls on reception, Joy & RJ, all of you were lovely though we just don't know all of your names.

location was a little out the way, so needed taxi's on the evenings to go into Saundersfoot. Taxi's are very hard to get hold of which isn't the hotel's fault, but doesn't make it easy to go out for evening meal and a drink. our room was on the top floor and was beautiful but not good for anyone who struggles with stairs. i think because our bathroom was so big a walk in shower would have been fab, as the shower was over the bath so not good as you get older. just something to look at for the future.

Excellent choice for breakfast, choice of cereals and both carnivores and vegetarian are well catered for with excellent cooked assortments. Choice of yoghurt flavours and fresh fruit for anyone who wants something lighter.

Although the restaurant is pan Asian there are few vegetables with the meat dishes and the menu is very limited. There doesn't seem to be a resident's lounge resulting in limited options for amusement. Room 15, which is where we stayed is on the top floor, only accessible by a flight of stairs and no lift, room had no seating at all, only the bed. No safe provided in the room for guests personal possessions, so valuables had to kept with you.

The hotel room was beautiful and very friendly hotel reception. The restaurant was lovely and food was delicious and very well presented.

I was a bit disappointed with the restaurant service. They were very polite on arrival. After we ordered our food there was not much service. The waiter was more Interested in dealing with a customer who complained. When we had 3 empty glasses on the table very visible that we had no drinks for a length of time. Also waiter was on his phone a lot at bar and we had to shout for assistance to get more drinks.

The hotel is in a lovely location and overall I had a pleasant stay. My room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I had the garden view that I had booked, which was lovely. The staff I interacted with were also friendly, welcoming and helpful. However, there were a number of things that I feel could be improved, particularly considering I had booked a Superior room. At the time of booking, I understood that the room would include a coffee machine, but there was only a standard kettle with tea and coffee-making facilities. An iron and ironing board also had to be requested rather than being available in the room. One of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no telephone in the room. If you need to contact reception or a member of staff, you either have to use your own mobile phone or physically go downstairs. I was staying on the second floor, and as the hotel does not have a lift, repeatedly going up and down the stairs is not particularly convenient. I also think the arrangements for guests arriving later in the evening need to be made much clearer. The car park is extremely dark at night with very little lighting, and there did not appear to be clear signage explaining what guests should do when reception is closed. Reception closes at around 6pm, although staff at the Lokky restaurant are available and were helpful with check-in while the restaurant was open. Later at night, guests need to contact the night porter. This became particularly noticeable during my stay when I went to my car at around 10:30pm and found an elderly lady and her son sitting in their car. They had arrived to check in but did not know what to do. They had been calling the hotel's main number, but it was simply ringing with no answer. Because it was so dark and there was no obvious signage telling them how to contact the night porter, they genuinely seemed unsure whether they would have to remain in their car until somebody arrived in the morning.

The Imperial Dragon had a unique style, with welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Room was interestingly decorated and with all appropriate facilities (including a very welcome fan during the heatwave !) The restaurant (Lokky's) was amazing! Wide variety of pan-Asian food and cocktails and friendly staff. So good we had to go back for a second meal. Good parking and close to both Saundersfoot and Tenby.

Shower was a little dated, perhaps, but worked fine.

We stayed at the Imperial Dragon with our dog Poppy for two nights and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The hotel’s modern local décor made everything feel fresh, clean, and inviting. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and perfect for a relaxing stay. All the staff were incredibly helpful and so attentive to Poppy, which meant a lot to us. The food was outstanding — breakfast was easily a 10/10 — and our meal at Lokkys restaurant completely blew us away. We loved our stay so much that we’re already hoping to return next year. Highly recommended!

The hotel was a little too far out to walk into town ,the lock was broken on the bathroom door and the usb charging point wasnt in working order either.

We were welcomed on our arrival and were shown the hotel facilities. We were impressed with the size of our family room and its cleanliness.Before our evening meal at Lokkys Restaurant we sat in the spacious garden for a pre meal drink. The meal was excellent! We had a quiet nights sleep on a comfortable bed followed by a great breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpfull throughout. An excellent hotel within easy reach of South Pembrokeshires resorts.

Excellent service from the pre visit courtesy phone call right through to checkout! Spacious deluxe room with thoughtful amenities provided. Lokkys Restaurant/Bar excellent- delicious food with attentive friendly service. Attractive Terrace and garden areas very comfortable for a relaxing drink/read. Local bus service easy to use, saving driving and parking in resort!

Lack of fridge and safe in room. Room was well used and there was a large hole in duvet cover. Bathroom needs updating, it was big but shower was over the bath - no handrail and water pressure was poor. 3 flights of stairs to room - no lift!

Restaurant Lokkys was superb!

Lokky’s restaurant & staff were excellent. We ate there both evenings and the food was amazing. The outdoor seating area was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. The room was comfortable and very clean and well appointed albeit a fridge would have been extremely useful particularly in the heat wave and I would have expected one for the price.

Grosses Zimmer Nr. 11., sehr gutes asiatisches Restaurant, grosser Parkplatz, grosser Garten, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes warmes Frühstück. Gute Lage um Pembrokeshire zu erkunden.

Zimmer ohne Aussicht, am letzten Abend hat die Küche sehr lange gebraucht. Kein kaltes Frühstück, kein Käse oder Früchte.

There was no fridge in the room and the shower was an over bath shower. The room was described as luxury and I would have expected these two things as minimum in a luxury room.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The breakfast was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was calm, quiet, and very relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely hotel, close to everything but you will need a car. We stayed in the family room which was perfect for our family. Nice big bathroom. I think it would be better if the floors were changed to wooden floor as there was quite a bit dog hair and I’m allergic. I didn’t realise dogs would of been allowed in a family room. The breakfast was nice and the restaurant for dinner was lovely. I would recommend ☺️

Located just a bus ride away from Saundersfoot and then onto Tenby. Great staff, comfortable rooms with most if not everything you need. Breakfast second to non with evening meal at Lokky’s an absolute treat. Would definitely visit again and maybe for a little longer.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our stay at Imperial Dragon Hotel was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, it’s not somewhere we would return to or recommend to others. Upon arriving in our room, it was evident that cleanliness had not been given proper attention. There were spider webs in multiple areas of the room, and we had to request housekeeping to clean it again. We also dined at Lokky’s restaurant, and the experience was equally underwhelming. The food was significantly overpriced for the quality and taste provided, and overall, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had during our travels. Customer service throughout our stay was poor. On multiple occasions, we attempted to contact reception by phone, but no one answered. Breakfast was another major let-down. On our first morning, our toast arrived quickly, but the actual cooked breakfast didn’t arrive until almost 20-30 minutes later. By the time the rest of the meal was served, the toast had gone completely cold. It showed a lack of coordination and attention to basic service standards. The most disappointing part of our stay, however, was the breakfast experience on our second morning. We stood at the entrance for 10–15 minutes at a sign clearly stating, “Please wait to be seated,” yet no member of staff acknowledged us. When we eventually walked inside to ask for assistance, one member of staff spoke to us in a rude and dismissive manner in front of other guests, stating that we should have waited behind. The interaction was unnecessary and left us feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. She intentionally took us there just to show where we had to stay! Though we waited 10-15 min there already! She even apologised at the checkout time when we mentioned this to her later as we didn’t want to create a scene in front of all the guests. To make matters worse, the breakfast itself was poor and did not meet the standards we would expect from a hotel of this type.

Very friendly and can't do enough for you. Sue and Angela are great hosts. Very comfortable and clean, superb extensive choice of breakfast , would definitely recommend and stay again. Good value for money. Great inhouse Thai restaurant with beautiful food.

The location, the staff is so lovely with a bif heart for their hotel and guests, the breakfast is awesome, you can chose from a whole range of choices and the team will make it for you, and the restaurant food is really really good, love it! Oooh, and there are 4 EV charging stations! Perfect!

The hotel was beautiful. Our room was stunning but bathroom was a let down very basic a bit shabby with grouting around bath. No bath math plus in main room no mats by side of bed. Thought it could benefit from a fridge in room due to price paid.

Eating at Lokkys restaurant was very disappointed in food. No English option and small portions. Quite expensive for what you actually got.
