Lovely caravan, and parking outside the door which was great for us as off to the Ironman so no need to be lugging all the bits far at 4.30am
All worked well for us, perfect place for what we needed
Nice caravan and good club house
Water got shut off and staff were not that helpful
Clean & tidy
Had to pay per person per day for WiFi that didn’t work
Location was good near Saundersfoot etc, caravan was nice and perfect for few days.. Could have been cleaned properly when we arrived. Fly poop on windows and smell inside.. The club closed early every night which was a bit disappointing but it was September so probably quite.. On the plus side we had to check out early at 9.30am but the lovely lady said we could stay until 1pm free of charge which was nice..
Nice indoor pool, and small arcade, also nice bar with entertainment.
We were on the smaller site down the road which was nice, but if you couldn't walk to far you would have to use your car.
Very, very clean. Could smell the laundered bedding as soon as we entered the caravan. Bin bags/washing up liquid etc provided. Lovely little van.
Friendly people, very respectful Always there to help
Nice place with multiple amenities
Our neighbours 4 no caravan people was getting jealous to us during night we used to go in hot tub we r taking silently each other therefore neighbour was not happy with us
The swimming pool *& the entertainment
Very nice caravan park. Nice pool for the kids and a good range of entertainment in the evenings. Location out of Saundersfoot although a regular bus service to and from the village stops at the park gate. Overall good value stay for us and our grandson. Early check in for a small fee was great.
Checkout is at 9.30am and whilst I understand the cleaning schedules required it's a tad early..
Nice , compact, clean tidy site. Bus stop outside the park.
Nothing
Quiet and clean site The static could have been a bit more cosy with some lamps and outdoor seating but overall pleasant stay
Lovely small park which my mum loved . We were lucky caravan was close to emenities as was disabled friendly. She enjoyed the club and I used the swimming pool every morning. Very clean and comfortable caravan with everything we needed.
Bedroom was a little dark, but that was all .
The hot tub! And comfortable, with everything you could need in the caravan.
Noisy neighbours.
Excellent location, and nice heated swimming pool
Swimming pool could have been cleaner and monitored for guests jumping despite warnings
The location was good for the beach & local activities.
The pool was unfortunately out of use. At the club house, the food options were limited, more so for vegetarians. But offsite, there were plenty of places to go.
Overall the property was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 children. The property was really clean and contained virtually everything we needed.
Tea cups were small, a few bigger mugs would have been great but only because we are big tea drinkers! 😉
The site was in a good location to travel to other towns. Very clean and peaceful
The fact that we were close to the beach
No towels, the doors not shut properly, no beds sheets changed during our stay and many more
The receptionist was very nice and helpful. Local to the beach.
One of the cleaning staff was very rude and needs to learn how to speak to the customers. We booked as family group and requested to get together caravan long time before and they didn't give us caravans in one place. Facilities as described in website not same as told.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but one small disappointment was the jacuzzi. The Booking.com photos gave us the impression that the property we booked would have one, so the kids were quite disappointed when we arrived and found that only a few properties have jacuzzis. It would be helpful if this were made more explicit during booking, especially given the price. Unfortunately, no upgrade was available as it was peak season. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
The night bingo was fun and entertaining and worth our money with cheap price, lovely playing with children or with older company. The caravan was easy to locate and there was a great effort for hospitality . The staff were friendly and midly fun.
We feel that the bedding wasn't clean and a member of our family is rather sensitive to dust and smells, knowing this, they constantly couldn't stop sneezing and it woke up her dust allergies. We would say there was little privacy as the door was hard to lock and as many people talk during the night.
The fact the car was near to where we were staying. And the facilities were close
The internet access as I paid £20 and it still didn't work properly. It worked for 5 mins then went and did this continuously. Also the fact that we had no water on the first day.
We made our own breakfast. I wish they had a small grocery store which sold milk, bread, cheese, onions, tea, coffee powder, sugar, etc., so we didn't have to drive out to fetch them. But the stay was great anyways.
The waste area bins needs replacing every 2 months to prevent the area having a pungent smell.
The location. The children loved the park, the swimming pool and the kids club. Spacious, clean caravan. Good decking with outside seating area.
Would be good to have better opening hours for the reception and shop
Caravan was very clean and well kept
Sofa bed wasn’t at all comfortable, we didn’t use it because of this
Small site, friendly staff members.
The swimming area was far too bright, meant that our eyes hurt when swimming. This was due to the light reflecting from the water due to the glass roof. Ofc this is something that couldn't be helped, but maybe more dim lighting could be an option?
Facilities in the holiday home were great, as was the convenience to the village of Saundersfoot
This site was a short walk from the main site, so access to the site facilities was limited and it was right next to a train line which was used until 11 at night
Great location, 10 mins drive to North beach. Homes felt safe.
Kids bed covers were to torn and worn. The leg of my bed was broken and hand to get help upon arrival. Service team came in to provide temporal leg support but felt angle wasnt really levelled. Nice couch though so slept in it comforably.
Absolutely loved it here... Perfect for the short stay or long stay. The caravan we stayed in was fully equipped with all you need, clean and cosy. There's a club, shop on site. Surrounded by trees, so peaceful, would definitely book again. Close to some beautiful beaches too.. I think you can walk to one but may need transport to get get to the others. We went to Freshwater West, a bit of a drive but it's worth it. A real hidden gem. Pretty sure if you book this holiday park, you'll enjoy every moment. Dog friendly too in certain holiday homes.
There wasn't anything i didn't like.
Owners help friendliness Staff all lovely Maintenance Cleaners etc. From Top Down Thanks especially to Dean Found us a room after having to leave a dirty old place advertised for 4 when 3 chairs etc all around!! (Stay@pembrokeshire still not returning our money despite dirty unkempt place!! )
Small details - shower head power/change - Need oven gloves
Kids disco was good did not stay for anyrhing else he was too small would have enjoyed the bingo and entertainment perhaps next time when he olderreally good
Beautiful Caravan Equipped with everything only problem was that beds were very uncomfortable and the linen is old and faded they could do better for the price being charged
Uncomfortable beds spent 3 sleepless nights
Good location but thats about it.
Where to start, caravan was clean however there was a train track running directly behind it with trains running and blowing their horns past 11pm and very early in the morning.... not good with young children. One staff member when asked if there were any cycle tracks for the children responded with 'I dunno you'll have to drive round.' The swimming pool area was very run down with the door to enter broken. The club house was also very dated and dire. The children enjoyed the kids club however one member of staff didnt seem to have much patience with the kids at all. We won't be in a rush to ever do this again and it had put me off even trying to do another holiday in a caravan park.
Pool
Clean caravan and spacious. Nice quiet park.
The back sitting area was dirty/dusty/covered in leaves
The entertainment staff were extremely friendly. Quick responses to any queries I had. The location of the park is close to Saundersfoot harbour and beach. We used the hot tub daily, which was really lovely. The caravan was really close to the facilities. Wi-Fi was good.
For the money, I did expect a higher standard of caravan and outside space. The surrounding decking needed a lot of TLC. For less money, I’ve stayed in a caravan where you’ve had a nice outdoor/veranda area with nice patio furniture. The dining table was small with only 4 proper chairs. Two other chairs were not very sturdy.
Spacious and clean
We booked caravan and were given some sort of bungalow lodge
location was good.
Pictures advertised didn’t match property on arrival. Staff on site rude. Caravan was not clean. Carpet fraying, trip hazard. Vinyl peeling away from cupboards in kitchen area. Burn mark on mirror. Broken shower head. Rust and mould in fridge. Broken blinds in kitchen. Water damage to roof in kitchen.
Was a really nice location and good facilities
Nothing
Nice place . Live music and good attractions. Need car to visit local beach or 30 minutes walk.
Parking spaces too tight .
Staff were very good at changing caravan due to an issue
Slightly dated caravan . Food in clubhouse not good quality just basic
Tenby.amazing place
The price plus facilities they offer on site - swimming pool is available the whole day for guests and the club house has daily activities for guests of all ages which kept us busy.
The property is great, the location is what was quite uncomfortable. As a foreigner I felt very discriminated in Saundersfoot and Tenby, seems like the people there aren’t used to foreign travellers. People see me and immediately assume I came in a boat and I got ignored in a couple of pubs and restaurants. I am an accredited professional in my field mind you. I loved the space but unfortunately my family and I will never return. It would have been great if the property can mention that the nearby towns are not suitable for foreign travellers.
Lovely caravan. Clean and comfortable. Spacious perfect for our family holiday
The staff were so friendly and helpful
Nothing
The caravan was in very good condition, clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
I bought the WiFi but it only worked near the swimming pool and not at all in the caravan. A waste of money.
Space and quiet around site, good value, spacious cabin and location was good
Roads need signage for one way
Location was good, check-in staff lovely, mobile was clean, beds were comfortable.
Bar and games room smelled. Staff at the bar were ok, however when I pointed out there was lipstick stain on the glass of freshly filled drink the bar man was very smart with me.
Friendly staff, decent entertainer, clean and comfortable caravan.
Cash only for bingo and arcade games.
Location was fantastic for us. Quiet and nice walk to saundersfoot
Toilet blocked on arrival, but this was sorted very quickly by maintenance. shower head kept falling off, no hot water on last evening.
Small site, very clean and well set out. Only thing to loose it down was the pool. I would deffinately return. Was within walking distance of Saundersfoot with bus and train right outside the site.
Pool, small
Location
Late check-in, ridiculous early check out. Shop was poor, pool very poor.
The entire place, the housing, clubhouse, swimming pool and staff. Perfect with a bus stop infront of the reception.
Nothing
We stayed in Sunnyvale which was actually better than what we were expecting, excellent location and lovely site, close to so many fab locations, better than we hoped so well pleased .
The WIFI, the price is pretty high with 25 for a week and 4 devices, 2 codes didn't work so swapped multiple times before we were offered 10 back. However the 2 we could connect wasn't worth it as the signal was so poor we ended up using a phone as our own hub. We wouldn't recommend purchasing the wifi unless they drastically improve it. Other than feeling cheated and wasting money the rest was great.
Caravan was spotlessly clean. Staff there are really friendly. The location is really good, just a short drive to Saundersfoot and Tenby. Will definitely stay there again.
Great place to stay
Everything
Location was great
Great location for access to Tenby and Saundersfoot. Easy to find, sensible parking on site. Didn't get round to trying the pool but had a hut tub that was lovely. Food was basic but fine. Didn't get involved in clubhouse activities as we had limited availability with other things planned.
Static was in a quiet location. Clean well equipped.
Nothing
The pool and the site is very quite, once the bingo stops!
Club not to our taste, smell coming up from valley below caravans
been to wales for years so know the area well. great location, close to several beaches within a couple of minutes drive, lots of places to visit.
car park spaces not very wide ok for small cars.
Super lokalizacja parku wszędzie do atrakcji w mire blisko nie trzeba poruszać się autem
Nie prawdziwa informacja na temat odległości do plaży
Caravan was absolutely brilliant , spotless and good location
Nothing to dislike
The caravan was lovely
The shop was not open had no where ti had the key in when we left and the dovet was very bad and so was the pillows was well need alot of up dating and all the cuterley as well and in shop you need to sell fruit as well
Quiet location with every we needed for a four day break x
Not being able to park alongside x
We loved it, we even booked an additional night. Loved the caravan and the peacefulness of Sunnyglen. There are only 8 caravans in this part of the complex and it was perfect for us. We will definitely return.
Nothing. We had a perfect break.
